When Contra Costa Narcotics Commander Wielsch was arrested with Chris Butler(PI) in the Dirty DUI Scandal the first clues surfaced about what I've endured. My CNET related litigation would have revealed CNET in 2004 but I couldn't get my attorney to bring suit. It dragged on until late 2005 until the attorney was beaten - case closed. How did know because he and other Hillside Covenant Church coerced my minor son who took over managing my social media. Then after the accident Captain Schultz attempts like Lt. Hill and Sgt. Burns attempt to arrest me with veiled allegations with hands on their guns or damn close to them. Officer Vesser ticketed me front plate Judge Golub turned that into an 1,800 fine. I remember that day where nearly five officers arrived, two from behind me with hands on their guns.


In 2008 Walnut Creek Police announced a break in a case using FBI voodoo science but they weren't expecting my information would surface to derail their charade. They're going to ruin former Mayor Newsome's political career and that of many others as thy are lying but the liars no longer have access to the files.

Walnut Creek CA: This american programmer is officially homeless in Walnut Creek even though PG&E's SubContractor stiffed him for well over $10,000 leaving my sons are on welfare even though was supposed to be a two year project.  The project ended when my laptop was breached first by persons associated with Hillside Covenant Church then by persons associated with the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad who are connected to the persons listed on one of my main blog page here Contra Costa Arson Suspects as identified by yours truly.  

In September 2013 my former neighbor gets convicted in Federal Court, in 2004 my truck fire was rigged for arson thus catching on fire with me in it, then one attorney is beaten up in Walnut Creek in one of those Walnut Creek Police go nowhere investigation or perhaps Don Moats who was burned out (2001) in a totally separate arson case connected to CNET.  

Yes it's true I'm homeless, I've been beaten up many times, hospitalised with strange medical maladies between 2000 and 2007, been rigged for arson and dealt with the State Police when Senator Mark DeSaulnier called the threat assessment team on me.  

Here we are ten years later it happens again so please read my article called the Walnut Creek Crosswalk Killers as nothing has changed even though I'm walking around with sensitive PG&E data that organization continues to ignore me.  

I first brought these issues up in 2010 where I clearly told Senator DeSaulnier that there was a problem with local law enforcement and ten months they arrested persons associated with CNET.

It should be noted that by the time the meeting was over that Piedmont Lumber had burned the ground that same morning.  I've openly declared suspects connected my story to that fire and I've developed connections between that group and Butlers operations. 

So this homeless programmer is trying the reach PG&E so he can get paid but since my calls to PG&E have gone for the most unanswered by Kate Dyer, PG&E supplier

Me too in fact I may have a solid link threading the San Bruno Fire to my undected 2004 arson fire that would have weighed in heavily with investigation of the Kinder Morgan Fire as the common theme is my truck probably had jet fuel in the engine and that went undetected for 10 years.  I actually have witnesses who stood back to watch me as I was nearly burned alive.  By the way you can call the Alamo 1st Ward and ask the Bishop for the correct addresses of that Mormon that saw me nearly burn alive that mid-day accident which might lead to other arson cases like the Kinder Morgan Fire and San Bruno Fire.  Think it through - the best accelerant is Jet Fuel or Fuel from an Airport.

From who I know and who I've met over thirty years this should hit home.  I know Matt Moody via Tiki Toms, I know Peter Branagh via Danville and Banking Software (FiServe), I know Eric Nunn who was going to help me back in 2008 and this lawsuit would have stopped CNET in 2004.

Walnut Creek CA: I am growing endlessly tired of trying to raise my sunken ship that riddled with holes where Police Officers arrest me, accuse me, sue their weapons in a show of force all too often.  

In 2011 I was working for PG&E Software SubContractor and during this engagement I had two events to harm me.  On my return trip from Modesto Operations someone attempted to flip my car near Tracy Blvd on the 405 and then successfully totaled my car in Lafayette CA.  

When I contacted PG&E I discovered the usual wall but their corporate counsel suggested I contact the Labor Board and I said how did I get hired in the first place?  

This posting is a starting point for what I've discovered since that July 2011 accident - that accident was planned and the Lafayette Police were well informed about events.  You won't see a police report for that accident but I can tell you with a high level of confidence that it's linked to the following fatal accidents: Charles Silverman, Roma Bhatia, David Schafer, Loretta Hale, Carol Davis, two motorcyclists on Hwy 4 East Bound at Alhambra, and the following plane crashes of Eric Nunn (candidate) & Craig Wilson (BART), Peter Branagh (Know him), Matt Moody (know him), and my stint developing databases for PG&E Hydrotest operation leads to one core conclusion - my PG&E stint was a setup.

In July 1995 - TWA Flight 800 crashed - there has endless missile debates with the phoney CIA "NOT A MISSILE" produced in 1998 then in 2012 former NTSB investigators put their reputation on the line while resurrecting the missile theory. 




The timeline fits nicely 89 theft, 96 Air accident, 2004 Kinder Morgan jet Fuel Explosion, PG&E Pipeline Explosion, and in the middle is me with a undetected Arson case where my truck was on fire with flames shooting back over 100 feet (According to CHP Motorcycle) but even with all my protests about Arson no one wanted to listen. 

For many years I asked fireman, officers and others how my truck fire was NOT arson.  The general feeling what do you mean they let you drive away - i said whatever was in the engine blew out but the oil plug was down over 2 1/2 turns.  

The unlikely answer came from a tow truck driver who aptly says - they replace the oil Kerosene or Jet Fuel then reseat the plug with a Wax Seal and wait.  That's why the mechanic from Greg's muffler was right behind me that morning.  I drove the damaged fire damaged truck to Gregs shop where his mechanic blurted out what he witnessed my truck on fire and therefore we have a witness. 

Nearly ten years later I'm building a concise timeline of fires covering pipelines, gas, fuels, house, commercial building, and autos which happens to include Limos.  Then I'm reading up on the Kinder Morgan Fire - I was there that day at the courthouse getting fined by Judge Golub (you suck Joel) 

It was clear to me a weeks ago (Oct. 2013) that my undetected arson fire with a likely fuel source of Jet Fuel would have weighed considerably in the investigation.  The Kinder Morgan Fire was referred to as "Pillar of Fire" and mine was best described as a fireball.  

Well way back in 1979 I lived on Santa Monica Drive Pleasant Hill CA which was next to the Cabbage Patch where the there two murders about 1000 feet from my house.  One was murder the other was arson murder and the farmer was under a lot of pressure to sell.  Well they got him to sell when his chemical shed blew up. 

During these events there were thefts and a 1918 Muni Railway Model T type flatbed truck complete with the old railway emblems on the door was stolen and went right by my house.  

It was being towed out by Charlie (amazing but it was my former neighbor from Geary Road) with a tow truck belonging to North Main Tow (AAA Services).  

Find that truck build a timeline of where it's been since 1979 or 1980 and I suspect it will lead to some rich folk in Contra Costa County.  The truck will lead to Murder Cover Up at the Cabbage Patch as the Pleasant Hill Police Department like Pittsburg won't talk about certain cases and all of these agencies are incredibly good at ignoring so many attempts at taking my life. 

I no longer believe the PG&E fire was an accident and after building up numerous conceptual motives, methods and tactics I've concluded the recent BART accident is connected to the 2008 accident.  There are several common elements to the Asiana Crash, PG&E, ConFire, and BART - they operate on unsecure channels.

PARADISE -- Two people died in a plane crash Tuesday morning south of Neal Road that triggered a vegetation fire.

PG&E spokeswoman Jan Morris said Tuesday evening that the aircraft was an AA Aerial Services and Frontine Energy scout plane doing contract work for PG&E.

The plane was doing routine patrol from the air on a natural gas transmission pipeline located in the area.

The crash about 11:30 a.m. was in Hamlin Canyon, about six miles southwest of Paradise, according to Cal Fire-Butte County.

Cal Fire Battalion Chief Chris Haile said the plane was completely gone due to the fire by the time his crew got down to it.

"The pilot was killed and we have no idea who he was; what the airplane was, we have no information on that," Haile said.

Morris said PG&E's prayers are with the families of the victims.

The plane was identified as possibly a "small two-seater aircraft" by Cal Fire Deputy Fire Marshal Matt Damon.

The FAA did not have any identification on the crashed plane or the occupants inside as of deadline Tuesday.

The circumstances of the crash are unknown as well, FAA public affairs manager Ian Gregor said.

"Firefighters were going in to the crash site on ATVs earlier in the afternoon to try to get a data tag or N-number off the plane," he wrote in an email.

The fire burned up the canyon toward Neal Road, sending smoke billowing up into the air. Neal Road was closed for a while.

By 3 p.m. the fire was contained at 21 acres. It did not threaten any homes. Six engines, four water trucks, a bulldozer and four hand crews fought the fire on the ground. Two air tankers, a helicopter and a spotter plane assisted from above.

Bob Smalley, 50, of Paradise, witnessed the plane crash, and was the first to call 9-1-1 and report it, he said.

"I was coming north on 99 and saw a plane kind of circling around off to the right," Smalley said. "Then I saw it do just a spiral straight down and I was shocked because planes don't do that. No more than a minute or so after I saw the smoke."

He did not recognize the plane. He said it was red or orange and white and was a smaller plane.

Officials do not have any lead on whose plane it was, Haile said. The Chico, Paradise and Oroville airports have confirmed the plane was not based at those sites.

Perhaps we should take pause as a bigger fish is coming up the ladder.  Albert has screwed over so many contractors, customers but his worst mistake was f__king me over, lets Delta Pacific Bank 1985, that contractor found floating in the delta in the early 80s who ripped out the foundations, or perhaps me your database programmer when Tanabe, Wielsch, Butler and others all managed to push me to the edge gave the database to the FBI.  That includes the bonding agency who seems to have most of the probate bonding business locked down.  
I suppose that's why the former Head of the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad back in 2011 was so interested in my PGE database on the San Bruno Fire, or that Walnut Creek PD officer Burns was dying to know what I told the FBI.  The genie has been out of the bottle for years as unknown to me my divorce Attorney Dax Craven was passing my confidential documents to his father in-law James Greenan who knows Supervisor Anderson.  Just in case you didn't know it Greenans firm defended Seeno for 30 years.

What you will begin to notice is there are no more Murder Suicides connected to Divorce - these disastrous Contra Costa County Divorces.  Gulob can longer pull in divorce cases into his court, the family Destruction center is now peaceful down to just 6 armed deputies protecting the peace instead ten.  The screwing and flogging your assets but now the Probate Court is next as it the Contra Costa Bar Association as you have to realize it's a club at the Bar, Churches and Courts. 

On November 1st 2011 I gave Chief Bryden documents linking CNET officers to WCPD, he said he was the FBI contact for CNET - he was not, he was lying and two weeks after our July 6th 2011 conversation my car was totaled by a retired SFPD Lieutenant who once showed me pictures of the Piedmont Fire when only 20 people were standing there.  Trust me First Alarm images are real  hard to get.  

The arsonist is still living among us, the killed of Vitale likely fell to his death as after all he was one of the few links connecting Butler to other crimes.  
I know, met, talked or worked with every person in the list.  The elected officials are one degree of separation between me and this story.  If I were an elected official in any city I'd head my warnings while this story unfold.  Watch your six as someone is taking out witnesses and public officials as Gary Bell, Mike Shimansky, Bill Pollecek, Federal Glover, myself plus my former co-worker cannot all have come down with near fatal or fatal bacterial infections.  The one other survivor I know of has vanished.  He was poisoned when he was arrested by Wielsch in 2006 and spent three days in the jail infirmary vomiting his guts up like I spent back in 2005.  

NO ONE BELIEVED BUT fatal Spinal Meningitis is 3 per 100,000.  I know of seven but if you add in Docs. Pharmacy it would 4 more fatal plus 16 near fatal.  There isn't a statistic like that anywhere in the world nor do you we have anything like Piedmont or San Bruno Fire which based on what I've gathered is a domestic terrorism for economic gain.  PG&E is clueless about how this may have occurred but if they want my theory they can pay me the money their vendor owes.

For about ten years I've emailed many reporters with the Contra Costa Times and I'm positive you've received the letters especially the ones between Eric Nunn and myself.  The Tanabe Trial completed it's evident a much larger conspiracy case is under way.  There is little chance that I'll ever recover my losses but the letters to Nunn are now critical to the larger conspiracy.  

Now that the Banta Inquest is complete I have support for my theory that persons in the area have been poisoned.  

You all the victims, Nunn, Bell, Shimansky, Glover, and Pollecek but you also all the others or know of them but a few come to light, Lesher, Ian Lotta Scott (Worked at CC Times for years), but definitely knew Taugher.  

I am going to write you one last time as these well positioned operatives managed to turn my business upside down forcing me to storage and because Chris Butler was wiretapping me this is how they were able to scare off my customers.  

I've lost millions and was almost killed more than once but your pre-election response was pathetic and inaccurate.  It's my material but due to circumstance should be handed over the FBI.

Walnut Creek officers testify about fatally shooting 22-year-old man in December

MARTINEZ -- Four Walnut Creek police officers testified Monday that they had "no choice" but to shoot a 22-year-old man when he came at them with a 10-inch knife while inside his apartment, in a killing that has spurred a $15 million lawsuit against the city.

"I gotta tell you, as a grown man, I was scared for my life," Capt. Michael Sugrue said tearfully at the coroner's inquest into the Dec. 27, 2012 fatal shooting of hairdresser Anthony Banta Jr.

Sugrue, and Officers Holley Connors, Guy Ezard and Amber Griffith testified that they all fired at Banta after responding to a 911 call placed at 3 a.m. by the girlfriend of Banta's roommate.

The couple told police that after a normal evening with Banta, they awoke to him on top of his roommate, choking him. After a struggle, they barricaded themselves in a bedroom, the door of which Banta was allegedly trying to break down.

The woman told a dispatcher that she thought Banta was sleepwalking. On the 911 call, she's heard screaming, "Anthony, Anthony, please wake up!"

Police said they entered the apartment through a large broken window next to the front door and spotted Banta pacing at the top of the stairs with a crazed look in his eyes and a chef's knife in his hand. They testified that he looked "through" them as they shouted their commands: "Put down the knife or we are going to shoot you."

"He yelled back, 'Just shoot me,'" Connors testified. "I told him I do not want to shoot you, put down the knife."

Banta then jumped down the staircase, nearly landing on the officers, and several of them fired their guns, they said. He was at their feet when he partially rose and they fired again, killing him.

Afterward, Sugrue said, the woman who called 911 hugged him and said, "This wasn't like him."

"I didn't know this person was a roommate until that very moment. I didn't understand at all," Sugrue said.

Banta was hit six times, but it was one shot to his head and another to his chest that were fatal, forensic pathologist Arnold Josselson said. He had marijuana and a very low level of alcohol in his system.

As Banta had no known history of mental illness, Josselson was asked what could have spurred the behavior that the roommate and his girlfriend told police was "very out of character" for Banta.

Josselson said it could have been caused by one of three things; 

1. a designer drug that could not be detected by testing,
2. An underlying mental illness that suddenly manifested
3. psychosis caused by chronic marijuana use

My comments on these three outcomes support my ongoing allegations that someone has been poisoning suspects, homeless, and economic targets for the purpose of gain and profit.   Please visit the tacticians toolbox article posted long before this truly sad event.  

My goal is to find the truth and too save lives.  By the way this outcome potentially supports a theory that Pilots Eric Nunn and Peter Branagh were brought down with a designer drug and heck you might as well consider John F. Kennedy Jr. Fatal Flight in the Long Island Sound.  

Contra Costa County holds inquests into officer-related killings as a matter of protocol, and juries decide the mode or manner of death. Banta's jury ruled his death was accidental, though the verdict is essentially meaningless, having no criminal or civil implications.

Banta's family in January filed a $15 million wrongful death lawsuit against the city of Walnut Creek and its officers in federal court. It alleges that Banta was unarmed, and was shot accidentally when the officers tripped over themselves at the bottom of the stairs.

"We were mostly struck today -- not by the evidence -- but the evidence we know exists but was not presented," said the family's attorney, Larry Peluso. "After today, there is no doubt at all that we will be going forward (with the lawsuit)."

Walnut Creek CA:  The bowels of CNET once again will flush our tax dollars down the drain.  We, us and the Tax Payer gets the financial enema that could have been avoided with Bennett v. Collins filed on Sept 26th 2011.  

The Danville Town Council prefers to escape litigation with brute force, extortion, witness intimidation and extortion by beating residents (me), arresting them (me), accusing them of being a drug dealer (me, falsely), stealing tools (me) then systematically targeting resident into financial ruin (me) but while they were at person no longer close me arranged a series of accidents, a little bacteria and some high speed police tactics.  

So Mr. Howard we've spoken before and I'm sure you remember all the chaos with divorcees in Danville, I'm sure you like many how a kid could flip and kill his mom, how perfectly normal families would come apart at the seems, how the owner of the Dry Cleaners on Diablo decides to commit suicide over business problems, how a mom that once lived on La Questa Drive could get arrested for hiring a hit man that vanishes after dropping 100K on a local fleecing attorney, or better a Mom with children would end up 680 without car when she makes a tidy six figure sum. 

Perhaps Mr. Howard you might want to drive up Valle Vista turn right on Plaza Circle where two houses burned the foundation or drive over the BlackHawk where that Doctor lost his son in that attic fire (newspaper quote) that looks just like another attic fires on Donegal Way near that drive by shooting but also near a local business in Walnut Creek whose Piano Player died recently which sounds just like Tyler the former Meenar's bartender who stroked out ten years back at 36, or perhaps Arturo Cruz the San Pablo Councilman who also at 36 stroked.  which Then if you really want ponder look at Cigarettes Cheaper five time award winning fire bomber victim.   

We need to start a prize system for the best arsonist award in Contra Costa County.  When you're an arson victim like I am where sworn police officers and highly paid Fire Personnel who are listen the dispatch calls where I was told over 10 callers stated flames were shooting back behind my truck.  I called the State Fire Marshall and sort of got somewhere, but I called other departments outside of Contra Costa County who kinda what you are saying, your truck was blazing with flames and the oil plug was down 2 1/2 turns and they let you go?  

I get it burn baby burn but I've also got a Contra Costa County Fireman stalking me from Hillside Covenant Church who took my sons two years and have run interference which is a violation of my civil rights but try getting an attorney from the Contra Costa Bar Association to take your case.  All they've said for years is sorry - well perhaps you guys might have connected your Bar Association to a murder/arson conspiracy case?  

Sorry for the strong opinions but it's been two years since my car was totaled that was uninsured so Lafayette Police told me it was unfortunate.  

Mr. Howard here are a couple of pointers for you to you survive a lawsuit against Contra Costa County.  

1. Look over your shoulder daily. 
2. If you've got a CCWP then bring the equalizer tool along.
3. Learn the facts about Bennett v. Collins they beat up my counsel] 
4. Check your brakes I have police report on file with WCPD 
5. Check your oil plug for temperature sensitive wax and accelerant (fuel for your tail pipes) 
6. Make sure you inform your family that in 2004 a high speed driver (deliberately accident) nearly killed me and my sons on SB 680
7. Be careful where and what you eat - for almost ten years I kept saying I was poisoned but CCCMRC doesn't get it that all these homeless and downtrodden are being hit with bacteria.  They die at night or they foam at the mouth on the Contra Costa Trail. 
8. If you see have valuables lock them up as someone within CCSO or SRVFPD will steal them - my article about my stolen Krugerrands matches another former Danville Real Estate Agents said about her 4 carat ring.  I bet its another one of those special Danville Fires - funny Chris Spence, Loretta Hale, Roma Bhatia, Brian Schewling, Glen Langstrom, Peter Branagh and John Kelly were real estate agents and this other guy Billion have all died.
   The reason Glen is in here is like Brian he carried a huge debt load, the reason is here is he was friends with Craig Wilson who died with Eric Nunn who potentially would be a of great influence on the Concord Naval Weapons Station planning plus he was a planning Commissioner.  
9. Please don't fly as I knew Peter Branagh and Eric Nunn - sorry can't prove it because I was blindsided in 2010 and once again forced to shut down my operations.  The Walnut Creek Police made sure that even though I was attacked in the Farmers Market that nothing would happen to the assailant must the Neiman Marcus Petitioner.  

So remember if they can't get you they will get to your family unless you think Catherine Perata, Dino Ghilloti, Nathaniel Greenan, or former Sheriff Richard Rainey nephew Michael McNulty was just "Uncle Fester" the fun guy at some of my open mics.  

The 2011 car accident where I was blinded appears to have damaged my eyesight.  I can't explain the light source other than it's brighter, a warm light that was more like a pulse which became plausible when I read the comments about Asiana.  

Perhaps the Department of Homeland Security might want to read my well documented letters send to the Chief and Several Sergeants - they are in really deep now - I mean really deep as.the Banta Shooting Inquest is out.  Seems like we've got a problem enveloping our towns and cities where the best solution is commandeer a toe clipper chasers over at the TSA.  

My accident particulars might explain why so many cars are just running off the road and killing the occupants where their cars just catch on fire (Cherry Lane at Treat), 680 at Hwy 4 (Grayson Creek) or that nice kid that was killed on Stone Valley Road or Nate Greenan.  

By the way Mr. Howard, James Greenan is this super lawyer who is a member of Alamo 1st on Stone Valley, who knows the Lafayette repair shop whose mechanic by some divine intervention just happened be right behind me and actually saw me, who knows my former Mormon employer whose employee Phil nearly died of Spinal Meningitis, just Shimansky, just like Pollecek, and most likely is what killed Gary Bell.  

My police report filed in 2009 stands which paints a chilling scenario of the perfected murder.  That is why I wrote Murder By Bacteria as a warning to residents that someone with Great Expertise in Bio-Weapons, Bio-Toxins or Pharmacology that is able to create undetectable designer drug.  My hallucination article precedes the Anthony Banta Jr. fatal police shooting by weeks.  

By the way there are more deaths in the Music Community that bear a resemblance to profiling model.

Some may think, wow another accident but what you're not reading in the Contra Costa Times is what they should be writing about.  Few knew Ian Lota Scott who was the Karaoke DJ at Dallimonti's for many years until his passing on September 13th 2011, few know that I was supposed to meet Candidate for Office Eric Nunn who crashed a few days after we spoke, few know that I can link Tanabe to several BART officers who are also deceased just like my former Attorney's brother in-law son of a local Super lawyer who just happened know my ex-wife for thirty.  They kept a good secret for nearly five years until Nate turned up dead on WB 24 last year.  

My offices were once in the same center as Dallimonti's but over the summer of 2010 Ian's mom Izetta was helping me sort through all the strange events around me, she once worked for the Solano County District Attorney's office.  Ian is another death just a handshake away from yet another current or former state worker.  It doesn't make sense that so many so close to government are dying in accidents, drownings or plane crashes.  

That legal "stuff" surfaced six months later as the CNET Scandal but persons near Dallimonti's including current and former officers have ties to the many incidents near me and others.  This blog is a better defense than retaining an attorney as most Contra Costa Bar Association members are well aware that my attorney Sage Sepahi was beaten in Walnut Creek and now they know that Donald Moats offices were torched in 2001 forcing me into an adverse settlement but please feel free to read my other article on how cases are settled here in Contra Costa County.  


Ian Scott R.I.P  I plan to write more about this former Contra Costa Times CSR and I am sure that Mr. Taugher knew Ian who I am sure knew Margaret Lesher.  I hope you can count 1, 2, 3 or ....

Police: Former Contra Costa Times reporter dies while snorkeling in Hawaii

BENICIA -- A former Contra Costa Times newspaper reporter who became a spokesman for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife died while snorkeling on vacation in Hawaii, according to the state agency and police.

Michael Taugher, 50, of Benicia was found unresponsive in the water off Black Rock in Kaanapali Saturday morning. He had been snorkeling with family members when he went missing. Lifeguard, firefighters and paramedics tried to revive Taugher but were unsuccessful. A police spokesman in Hawaii said no foul play is suspected.

A longtime environmental and investigative reporter, Taugher was known for his blend of meticulous research and dogged reporting in covering the biggest issues of the day,

In his 12 years at the Times, Taugher was the newspaper's go-to reporter on environmental issues, covering everything from state water politics, to endangered species, to forestry and the state's energy crisis. His reporting earned him numerous awards and praise from inside and outside the Walnut Creek newsroom.

"Mike was unquestionably fair, knowledgeable, and deeply insightful about the issues he covered," U.S. Rep. George Miller, D-Contra Costa, said in a statement. "He helped to broaden people's understanding of the environmental issues we face in California and I hope that his family will take some solace in knowing that many of us will remember Mike as a solid professional and very decent person."

In May 2012, Gov. Jerry Brown appointed Taugher as the assistant deputy director of communications, education and outreach at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.

Before working for the Contra Costa Times from 2000 to 2012, he was an environmental reporter for the Albuquerque Journal from 1995 to 2000, a Greeley Tribune reporter from 1992 to 1995 and a reporter for the Tahoe Daily Tribune and North Lake Tahoe Bonanza from 1989 to 1992.

"He was also a genuinely decent, nice guy," said Paul Rogers, environment writer for the San Jose Mercury News who worked with Taugher. "He'd be patiently explaining some complex California water issue to me and then just suddenly blurt out 'hey, did I tell you my son, Zac hit a home run in Little League this weekend?'"

Dear Mr. Craven, 

It has come to my attention that your brother in-law was killed on WB24 on April 18th 2012 in a tragic accident just like my near tragic arson accident.  I am sorry for your loss - the strange coincidence I think this was the same Nate that drummed for me at Vinnies but was nice guy.  

Of more concern was your father in-law who is James Steven Greenan who is head of the Contra Costa Bar Association which I've shared my concerns that this same Bar Association is deliberately refusing me access to the basic services available to other residents. 

It is also disturbing to learn that you submitted a withdrawal letter to the court but also were actively representing me.  With that I lost a critical Butte County Matter in September 2009 where you failed to appear thus losing the TRO Trial that I would have won.  Those temporary orders were used up at Paradise High School to prevent me from accessing my sons.  Apparently in Paradise they like to alter paperwork.  William had major surgery but I was never informed.  I guess you call that legal representation. 

It also is very much a concern that you had strong ties to members in the Alamo 1st Ward but failed to tell me you personally knew many members of that ward.  During a church meeting a member blurted out something that suggested our communications were breached.  

Over that last 24 months I've asked for the emails between us but specifically letters about Seeno which I shared which years later discover your father in-law firm or its members have represented Seeno on past matters.  I guess that explains why so many people have tried to kill me over the last ten years, they got Eric Nunn, Peter Branagh and a few others.  

You see Mr. Craven I've had so many attempts on my life that I simply don't care what nose I snub.

James Hogan was Search and Rescue on the 2004 Walnut Creek Explosion and the recovery of the bodies of Laci Peterson and unborn child.  His son Tim was a friend via Karaoke. . Low key clubbing.  

I've had enough as this weekend I discovered James Greenan son was Nathaniel Greenan who was killed in Orinda last year.  In another bizarre freeway accident.  Agencies in Contra Costa are not interested in solving certain cases.  

The Dead Seeno List - it's growing as when you see 25 years of fires that in many cases are arson you'll wonder but worse when you see the schools that were hit.  

 The dates are skewed deliberately for reasons I'll reveal later.  Please come after I've completed the database.  They keep taking my computers to thwart my research and running me off the road. I appear at the Walnut Creek City Hall clearly stating events.  I know some officers hands are tied but the ones that nearly pulled guns on me ... well that is too much and it happened with the Paradise Police in May.  I demanded to take my sons per court orders to the doctors - instead I'm met with a gauntlet of blue.  Then another agency tells me my son was in the hospital.  Where does it end Mr. Greenan head of the Contra Costa Bar Association?

In 2004 my truck was an arson target, less than a month later a Danville Building Inspector nearly takes my life, then Chris Butler arrives just days later but wait ten years I learn that Tanabe was once my Danville  CA neighbor.  It gets better, I learn that via this litigation that they once were connected to 1776 Ygnacio Valley Road, Walnut Creek CA.    TJust over the hill from Rossmoor on Hunsacker Road Eiko Sugihara was found burned to death in 2009, just like another arson murder on the farm next my house in 1979 now called Ellenwood in PH.  I learn my attorneys wife was murdered on Clifton Court in 1989 then learn Tanabe was connected to that attorney whose offices were burned down in 2001.  

For two years I've gone round and round with Consolidated Fire.  Sorry Pete we can't find what you're looking for - look at your house and compare it to mine. You've got a front door, a key, a car license and your family.  I've got medical bills, I'm homeless, seeking work, and been on the other end of five or more attempts on my life.  You can do a better job than or perhaps these high paid officials be fired? Sounds good to me!

1776 Ygnacio Valley Road - the missing arson files?,

San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District:  You don't have a and can't find a fire record, so then I called CHP asking about their officer who reappeared last year was probing me at the WC Starbucks trying to trick me into thinking my fire wasn't so unusual.  Take a fucking hike officer - you fucked up showing up.  

A few weeks ago I matched up a fireman from Station One to my long held allegations that I've been stalked in Walnut Creek.  He lives down the road from Murder Scene, worked in the same station that that would have responded to the following fires.  Piedmont Lumber, La Virage, 1776 Ygnacio and any combination of the fires found at the schools over the last 20 years.

I knew Peter Branagh, Eric Nunn, Councilman Shimansky, Supervisor Glover, David Schafer, Ian Scott, Peter Haas, Anthony Banta Jr. plus a few persons committing suicide, a few suspect heart attacks, my client was bleeding to death of gun accident, a person sharing his last name jumped from Kaiser, a few homeless that were murdered, and the list goes
