COLLINS, VINSON A. Member of the Ku Klux Klan KKK

Known KKK associate connected to Gary Vinson Collins the former now deceased Town of Danville CA.  The name is from days gone by but there are lynching committees in Contra Costa County.  The inner circle of conspirators is about to be outed.

COLLINS, VINSON A.

COLLINS, VINSON A. (1867–1966). Vinson Collins, attorney and legislator, was born near Honey Island, Texas, on March 1, 1867, to Warren J. and Eboline (Valentine) Collins. After graduating from Sam Houston State Normal College (now Sam Houston State University) in 1893, Collins taught for six years in Grand Saline and studied law in his spare time. He passed the bar examination in 1901 and opened a law practice in Beaumont. During three terms in the Texas Senate (1910–14, 1916–17) he supported prohibition, woman suffrage, qqv and an eight-hour workday. In 1913 he wrote the state's first workmen's compensation laws. He was defeated by Martin Dies, Sr., in a subsequent race for the United States House of Representatives. Although he was a member of the Ku Klux Klan, Collins entered the 1924 gubernatorial election without securing support from the Klan hierarchy. In the absence of official backing, he fought a bitter, unsuccessful campaign against the official Klan candidate, Felix D. Robertsonqv. Collins was among the many Texas Democrats who bolted from the party rather than endorse Alfred E. Smith during the 1928 presidential race. He served on the board of regents for state teachers' colleges from 1935 to 1950. He maintained an active law practice in Dallas, Beaumont, and Livingston until his retirement in 1957. He first married Lizzie Hopkins, who died in 1900; he later married Nannie Kuykendall of Grand Saline. Collins died in Dallas on July 5, 1966, and was survived by six children. He was buried at Livingston.

Death of Public Officials - These are not accidents

By PETE BENNETT - Contra Costa Watch EMAIL

Original Post: 10/30/2013

The Witness Murders

They are all dead except the bottom three on the left.  I knew almost every victim and this was in 2013 but my first Dead Witness story started in 1982 with of my employee.

During November 2013 I intend to post a concise list of persons near elected officials or public office killed, endured untimely fates or have been murdered

This list is good and I have no reason to retract anything as my arguments of a problem with the recent crash of the PG&E Surveillance Plane was enough for me, 1) I knew the Matt Moody via a local club, 2) It's connected to the Gas Transmission Group, 3) it missed my sons and ex-wife by three miles and the person in Row 2 First Image from left is most likely my sons half brother but was my attorneys Dax Craven's half brother son of a attorney that works for PG&E, Contra Costa County, Seeno, Safeway and Several other firms all of which have been litigation quagmires for me.

Victims:

  • Five are Public Officials, Servants or Elected
  • Three are police officers (arrested and Convicted) - I know all of them some since 1988
  • One was a cop murdered who was photographed by my stalkers
  • Three are relatives of Public Officials
  • Three of the Public Officials have died of Spinal Meningitis- there are more cases
  • One is my attorneys brother in-law his father represents Seeno who is going to be finally indicted.
  • One was my neighbor
  • My long time karaoke DJ friend, his mother formerly with Solano County DA

  • Another was a Starbucks Barista,
  • One was a bartender whose high school friend was Butlers Decoy in the 48 hours special.  She's still around gained some weight and went Blonde - she no longer shows her cleavage.
  • The other was murdered and key suspect is a cop, has always been a cop.

There are many more names but you can take this FBI where they'll they know already..

Every victim except one was killed in the last two years.

Black's Body Found Hanging From Tree--Second in 7 Months

The real story is coming:

In the Eighties this was real as ever - there are probably more cases but the police departments were geared up as racists back then. The foot soldiers of the day are commanders of today. You can project where they are today but they've been booted from Walnut Creek Police and what they've done over 30 years will shake the nation and world.

Black's Body Found Hanging From Tree--Second in 7 Months

June 24, 1986|Associated Press

LAFAYETTE, Calif. — The body of a black woman was found this morning hanging from a tree near a bank parking lot about 10 miles from where the body of a black man was found hanging last November.

Contra Costa County sheriff's Sgt. Jeff Wells said trash collectors near Lloyd's Bank of California parking lot found the woman's body at about 7:30 a.m.

He said there was no indication of whether the woman took her own life or was murdered.

"The only thing we know, at this point, is that a black female was found hanging from a tree by some garbage men this morning while they were doing their rounds. At this time, we are conducting an investigation," Wells said.

The hanging was similar to the Nov. 2, 1985, death of Timothy Lee of Berkeley, who was found hanging at the Concord BART station in a controversial case ruled a suicide by police.

Lee's hanging enraged civil rights activists in the east San Francisco Bay Area. Members of Lee's family and the NAACP challenged the police conclusion and conducted a separate investigation.

They noted there had been a racial attack on two black men by men wearing white robes a few hours before Lee died and just a few miles away. The men involved in that apparently unrelated incident were arrested and convicted.

Brrzzzt! U.S. Army checks out laser-based lightning tech

Protect My Sons

In 2011 my car was totaled in a similar fashion.  The Lafayette Police have refused to investigate the accident just like they refused to investigate the near fatal 2004 assault and truck fire.

Note: New Tagging System in the works.
=================================================

Brrzzzt! U.S. Army checks out laser-based lightning tech

Earlier this spring, the U.S. Army revealed the existence of a project underway to build a device that could shoot lightning bolts down laser beams to take out a target. Now the military's boffins report success in their first tests.

The technology -- known as laser-induced plasma channel -- is designed to seek out targets that conduct electricity better than the air or ground that surrounds them.

Although scientists and engineers working on the weapon's development expressed confidence in the physics behind their work, George Fischer, who is the lead scientist on the project, nonetheless cautioned about the technical challenges still ahead.

"If the light focuses in air, there is certainly the danger that it will focus in a glass lens, or in other parts of the laser amplifier system, destroying it," according to Fischer. "We needed to lower the intensity in the optical amplifier and keep it low until we wanted the light to self-focus in air.
Laser weaponry is moving apace. In early May, for example, Northrop Grumman demonstrated a prototype system that burned through the skin of a drone playing the part of a cruise missile for the test. However, Fischer pointed to the challenges involved in synchronizing the laser with the high voltage, as well as how to build a device that's sufficiently rugged so as to stand up under extreme environmental conditions. The system would also need to be able to perform in the field over extended periods of time, he said, adding that a number of high-tech components would need to run continuously.

It remains unclear how soon the military can weaponize this sort of technology. A representative from the Picatinny Arsenal, headquarters for the project, was not available for comment.

However, there's clear interest in getting this done as the battlefield bottom line in having a weapon which can harness lightning bolts is huge in terms of the amount of energy generated.

"If a laser puts out a pulse with modest energy, but the time is incredibly tiny, the power can be huge," according to Fischer. "During the duration of the laser pulse, it can be putting out more power than a large city needs, but the pulse only lasts for two-trillionths of a second."

Lafayette Chief of Police Chief Huber - Documentation

 Blinded by the Cop

Lafayette CA: In my article "Blinded by the cop" I outline the July 20th 2011, hit and run accident that today lacks a police report.  The two year anniversary has arrived with no recovery, only losses and more deaths in my article "The Dead Seeno List" where I've chronicled accidents, murders and incidents spanning 30 years.
Below is the first of several letters sent to Lafayette Police which should serve as adequate notice that someone tried to take my life but the response never arrived.
It's your tax dollars not mine.
Lafayette Letter Number One

I informed a police agency that a recent hit and run accident occurred at the intersection Deer Valley Road and First Ave via the email titled "Hit and Run Accident Report Linked to Corruption Probe"
Please note that Hubbard is gone but dude - the county IT department can prove you're lying and you're obstructing justice, committing perjury, deflecting an attempted murder case and unfortunately have inserted yourself into a much bigger story.
The PG&E Gas Pipeline Explosion in San Bruno
This accident which was a close call forced me to dig up data leading me to Alamo Mormons which is connected to the death of one very good drummer that showed up and played for me. He's the son of a powerful attorney representing Contra Costa County, a prick named Al, and sues Chevron but his brother in-law represented me in my divorce court but failed to reveal ex-wife has been part of the Greenan Family for since the early 80s.

James Greenan's law firm obviously curry's favor with County Counsel, the DA and the Greenan influence is evident with the Contra Costa Narcotics Enforcement Taskforce (CNET)
Rule 3-310 Avoiding the Representation of Adverse Interests

This accident was intended to eliminate me which someone tried to do on my return trip from PG&E offices in Modesto.  PG&E doesn't seem to get the bigger picture but their pipeline data was breached on my laptop when I was arrested in what I call the perfectly choreographed fall guy.

WB lanes of Hwy 24 reopen in Lafayette

Incident: Car Carrier Fire
Location: WB-24 (State Route)
Jurisdiction: CHP
San Francisco Bay Area real-time trafficLINK: Follow @abc7newsbayarea on Twitter

The California Highway Patrol has reopened all but one lane of westbound state Highway 24 in Lafayette this morning after a dramatic car carrier fire shut down most of the roadway and snarled the morning commute.
The fire was reported at 4:49 a.m. just east of central Lafayette.
CHP Officer John Fransen said the driver of the carrier, which was transporting nine Chrysler sedans, heard a strange noise and pulled over on the road's right shoulder.

MORE: "He heard a loud pop, a loud noise coming from the back of his trailer," Fransen said. When he got out of the cab to investigate, he saw that one of the cars was engulfed in flames, and that the fire was spreading.
"Seven of the nine vehicles were completely gutted," Fransen said.
Fire crews responded and put out the blaze, and no injuries were reported.
Four lanes were initially blocked, but CHP Officer James Evans said at about 8:25 a.m. that all lanes were back open except the right lane.
The charred car carrier was still on the shoulder, and a heavy-duty tow truck was on the way.
Traffic was still slow in the area.

Hillside Covenant Church

I filed claims in summer in 2012 but by someone used the PG&E Maps on my laptop breached by Hillside to commit attack on a PG&E Sub Station.

Just before Christmas 2010 after being homeless for many months, after fleeing the area after Lt. Oberhoffer targeted my business I am finally back in Walnut Creek.

I was told - "go to Civic Park" and get some free eats.

Six Months later my car is totaled in Lafayette within 60 minutes of communicating with Hillside Covenant Church's Youth Director Keith Lynds who is good friends with Pastor Reed.

Lynds was able convince my son to give up my password to my laptop and Facebook accounts.  Just a few days before that Lynds via Facebook messaged me about my accounts getting hacked.

The problem was they coerced a minor into compromising a laptop containing information belonging to PG&E who I was forced to inform about the breech and the car accident.

I can't win in Contra Costa County - there is little chance that CCSO will ever investigate anything as some of their officers are behind the many accidents I've endured.  One of them almost killed my sons - but does anyone care.  A small segment of CCSO cares.  As I write this email I'm waiting for the Butte County Coroner to about this arson murder case just north of where my sons live as in 4.3 miles.  Perhaps the church would call as I can't reach them - my phones were blocked last week.  Seems like Hillside told my ex and sons what they were going to do.  It was conspiracy to commit murder via accident where the Lafayette Police refused to investigate the facts.

I am about to send an email to Hillside but it on Monday they told me to leave the park.  Sorry folks I've tied the knot on your stalking game.  I keep asking for Lynds who  apparently spent 10 months communicating with my sons.  Now we've got Art Jacobson of Consolidated Fire District as one of my stalkers in Starbucks  and other locations plus his friend at DeMaggios Barber Shop on N. Main Street plus a few members from other churches.

I've compiled a list of fires at schools, structures and autos.  Since I've had arson murders near me more than once and I'm an arson victim from back in 2004.  It seemed perfectly sensible to develop a suspect list given that Consolidated Fire and San Ramon Fire, and other agencies didn't seem to think attempted murder was important.

Mr. Lynds I also found a connection that places you at Hunsacker Canyon Road where another Arson Murder Occurred.  in 2009 - I keep digging and keep coming up with the same people near the same crime scenes as Pamela Vitale lived on Hunsacker Canyon.

Attempted Murder or Accident?

Obstruction of Justice or Incompetence

July 20th 2011

PG&E Has been Fully Informed

Hit and Run Accident
Intersection: Deer Hill Road and First Street
City: Lafayette CA

While proceeding making a left turn from Deer Hill To First Street, the SUV to my rear blinded me with high powered spotlight therby blinding this driver, then that vehicle pushed my car into oncoming traffic exiting WB24 - to avoiding a head on collision with three vehicles I drove my car onto a Curb Island.

The resulting police investigation was conducted so well that the Contra Costa Grand Jury should write a letter of recommendation for the excellent police work.

The investigation that never started ended with "It's unfortunate" and get an attorney.  My answer was they beat up my attorney good enough that he left Northern California.  Another attorney - well they torched his office at 1700 Ygnacio Valley Road sometime around 2002.

The Lafayette Town Council has shown tremendous compassion and has risen above the fray to support the victim who without a police report cannot get far in court.

The other day I called Lafayette City Manager Steven Falk to discuss events but he more or less  hung up on me.  The play field has changed with a recent pipebomb (device) at a school in Poets Corner.

In July 2011 this accident was attempted murder but Lafayette PD refuses to investigate.  The person I've openly named are near enough to Pleasant Hill Elementary School that my written allegations should be taken seriously, in fact there are at least five suspects in my incidents.  I'm developing KML files that I will sent to ATF and FBI so the asgencies will be on the spot - call about a lead or ignore.

One is a suspect that Walnut Creek Officer Rabonowitz refused to investigate lives on a street just off Oak Park Blvd that person that has come after me since, he knows someone near the Piedmont Lumber Fire who has pictures of that fire.  The Piedmont Lumber Fire .

On Friday December 7th 2012 when they wouldn't return my calls I went to Consolidated Fire offices to speak the Arson Investigators.  My goal was to vet the names near my truck fire and firmly believe strongly enough a connection exists.
