Walnut Creek CA: I am growing endlessly tired of trying to raise my sunken ship that riddled with holes where Police Officers arrest me, accuse me, sue their weapons in a show of force all too often.  

In 2011 I was working for PG&E Software SubContractor and during this engagement I had two events to harm me.  On my return trip from Modesto Operations someone attempted to flip my car near Tracy Blvd on the 405 and then successfully totaled my car in Lafayette CA.  

When I contacted PG&E I discovered the usual wall but their corporate counsel suggested I contact the Labor Board and I said how did I get hired in the first place?  

This posting is a starting point for what I've discovered since that July 2011 accident - that accident was planned and the Lafayette Police were well informed about events.  You won't see a police report for that accident but I can tell you with a high level of confidence that it's linked to the following fatal accidents: Charles Silverman, Roma Bhatia, David Schafer, Loretta Hale, Carol Davis, two motorcyclists on Hwy 4 East Bound at Alhambra, and the following plane crashes of Eric Nunn (candidate) & Craig Wilson (BART), Peter Branagh (Know him), Matt Moody (know him), and my stint developing databases for PG&E Hydrotest operation leads to one core conclusion - my PG&E stint was a setup.

Since the 2011 Accident I've attempted to resolve events

In July 1995 - TWA Flight 800 crashed - there has endless missile debates with the phoney CIA "NOT A MISSILE" produced in 1998 then in 2012 former NTSB investigators put their reputation on the line while resurrecting the missile theory. 




The timeline fits nicely 89 theft, 96 Air accident, 2004 Kinder Morgan jet Fuel Explosion, PG&E Pipeline Explosion, and in the middle is me with a undetected Arson case where my truck was on fire with flames shooting back over 100 feet (According to CHP Motorcycle) but even with all my protests about Arson no one wanted to listen. 

For many years I asked fireman, officers and others how my truck fire was NOT arson.  The general feeling what do you mean they let you drive away - i said whatever was in the engine blew out but the oil plug was down over 2 1/2 turns.  

The unlikely answer came from a tow truck driver who aptly says - they replace the oil Kerosene or Jet Fuel then reseat the plug with a Wax Seal and wait.  That's why the mechanic from Greg's muffler was right behind me that morning.  I drove the damaged fire damaged truck to Gregs shop where his mechanic blurted out what he witnessed my truck on fire and therefore we have a witness. 

Nearly ten years later I'm building a concise timeline of fires covering pipelines, gas, fuels, house, commercial building, and autos which happens to include Limos.  Then I'm reading up on the Kinder Morgan Fire - I was there that day at the courthouse getting fined by Judge Golub (you suck Joel) 

It was clear to me a weeks ago (Oct. 2013) that my undetected arson fire with a likely fuel source of Jet Fuel would have weighed considerably in the investigation.  The Kinder Morgan Fire was referred to as "Pillar of Fire" and mine was best described as a fireball.  

Well way back in 1979 I lived on Santa Monica Drive Pleasant Hill CA which was next to the Cabbage Patch where the there two murders about 1000 feet from my house.  One was murder the other was arson murder and the farmer was under a lot of pressure to sell.  Well they got him to sell when his chemical shed blew up. 

During these events there were thefts and a 1918 Muni Railway Model T type flatbed truck complete with the old railway emblems on the door was stolen and went right by my house.  

It was being towed out by Charlie (amazing but it was my former neighbor from Geary Road) with a tow truck belonging to North Main Tow (AAA Services).  

Find that truck build a timeline of where it's been since 1979 or 1980 and I suspect it will lead to some rich folk in Contra Costa County.  The truck will lead to Murder Cover Up at the Cabbage Patch as the Pleasant Hill Police Department like Pittsburg won't talk about certain cases and all of these agencies are incredibly good at ignoring so many attempts at taking my life. 

I no longer believe the PG&E fire was an accident and after building up numerous conceptual motives, methods and tactics I've concluded the recent BART accident is connected to the 2008 accident.  There are several common elements to the Asiana Crash, PG&E, ConFire, and BART - they operate on unsecure channels.

Walnut Creek CA: I never knew Chuck other than he probably served me at Havana Bar in Walnut Creek during the few times I was there.  The troubling part of this accident is that I know Lafayette Police deliberately ignored a lead but that's why Chief Eric Christiansen should be removed as he wasn't exactly helpful in one of the many attempts on my life.

Charles was born in Walnut Creek, California. His life was cut short by a car accident on Sunday, October 7, 2012; He was 29 years old. He was a loving son and brother. Charles is survived by his parents, Ruby Silverman, Concord, CA, and Robert Silverman, Norwalk, CA; and his brother, Michael Silverman, Puyallup, WA. He lived most of his life in Contra Costa County and spent a few years in Santa Barbara. He was a graduate from Clayton Valley High School, Class of 2001. Charles loved to go boating with friends, play golf, chess, and words with friends, and watch his favorite team, the 49ers, play football. Charles was a practical joker at heart and would seize the opportunity to make people laugh. One of his favorite past times was playing poker, of which, he did very well. Charles was in great shape and took pride in his appearance. He made the decision to return to college to pursue a degree in Business. He was a fun and outgoing man with the best laugh and smile that could brighten up the room. He worked at Havana in Walnut Creek for many years as a server and bartender. He had many "regulars" who enjoyed his spectacular mojitos and company. Charles inspired everyone! - From his family and friends, to total strangers. His personality was charismatic and witty. He lived his life each day as a blessing and opportunity to create lasting memories. A celebration of Charles' life will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at 2:00 pm, at Shadelands Art Center at 111 North Wiget, Walnut Creek, CA.

Chico CA: In response to yet another tactical motion filed in Butte County I went to the Safeway on Esplanade to make copies.  Just like all good political movements this slightly pushy petitioner did his job "hey do you want to sign my ..... "  Having done petitioning said I was Walnut Creek and homeless dealing with Butte County Court Motion.  Once I placed the CNET story in my motion was the last time my ex appeared and thanks to this mess  

I made copies then remember I don't know anyone here for "Proof of Service by Mail", so I went back out and asked the petitioner.     

Attack on the process  When he looked at my address on Sierra he immediately told me about his experience where he attacked in front of the Walnut Creek Safeway at 500 S. Broadway Walnut Creek where Walnut Creek Police arrived who said it was just mentally disturbed (5150) person who they just let go home.

WALNUT CREEK, CA (KGO) -- Two million dollars has been spent on the campaign around a November 3 ballot measure that would bring a new Nieman Marcus store to downtown Walnut Creek. The money is coming from two competing mall developers.

With a flurry of phone calls and flyers, the final push is on over Measure I, which would bring a new Nieman Marcus store to Walnut Creek's Broadway Plaza.
The estimated annual tax revenue to the city would be $400,000.
"This sales tax revenue is really, really important to revitalize our local economy," supporter Carole Wynstra said.

But opponents doubt the tax revenue and dispute the measure's claim that it will add 175 new parking spaces.

"The main problem I have is the lack of new parking," opponent Selma King said. "They want to put in mechanical lifts and valet parking and I'm opposed."
Pouring $600,000 into the "No" campaign is Taubman Centers, which had hoped to lure Nieman Marcus to their planned mall in San Ramon.
Macerich, owner of Broadway Plaza, has spent $1.3 million on the "Yes" campaign.
"Nieman Marcus is extremely committed to this community, they have a signed lease with us, a very long term lease and they're ready to come in," Broadway Plaza spokesperson Shelly Dress said.
But Taubman claims Walnut Creek gave unfair advantage to Macerich by waiving longstanding parking requirements.
Taubman's Al Abrams told ABC7 ""We've always strived to have a level playing field. When our interests align with those of local citizens, it makes sense to work together."
"I see that this outside developer has galvanized our community and we're going to use this as a stepping stone to become a stronger community," Walnut Creek Mayor Gary Skrel said.
The original plan for the Nieman Marcus store called for 107,000 square feet of retail space. That has since been scaled down to 92,000.
That is still too big for some people.
"We live here and we have to put up with the problems that occur as a result," opponent Ed Dimmick said.
If voters approve Measure I, Neiman Marcus could open in the spring of 2012.

Walnut Creek CA - Back in 2005 while living in Danville with Danvillians on Mission Place I was also dealing with another round of intestinal issues.  What was clear was something was making me sick all the time so at the Triage Window they'd say "you again" but now with all these incidents perhaps when Dr. Walker might read my medical charts he might finally begin to wonder if my complaints were spot on or better I can tell him which cases might be referred the coroners offices.

A Day of Hallucinations - Spiked Medications or Food
One day after taking a stronger dose of parasitic medication I began hallucinating but speaking with other CNET victims AKA Contra Costa County divorcee scandal I may not be alone as via Facebook, Divorce Court or Forums e.g. Contra Costa Times or Patch or Claycord.com were connecting.

My personal conclusion was the medication was laced but someone attempted to offer me something at the Safeway at 500 S. Broadway Walnut Creek mid-summer 2012 but that could have been a fatal mistake.

My theory was solidified after reading numerous Patch.com comments about the real Anthony Banta Jr. to by all accounts appeared to to be nicest person ever killed by a Police Officer.  I don't know what happened but I walk through out downtown Walnut Creek all the time.  The local homeless have taken my advice and I'll be frank - they are not taking food unless its factory sealed and they are looking better.  More later on that.

Perhaps the Walnut Creek Police may have killed a nicest victim ever who consumed something that wasn't supposed to consume it's worse other victims like myself reported strange medical problems but for me ten years I was worth about One Million dead but to bury even further it will cost the county even more. 

By the way of the many incidents I've been keeping track of many are suspiciously near our treasured trail system.  When the Google Earth Files you will see the weird overlays of trails to incidents.

Trail Suspect Profile: good shape, biker, hike, walk or run fast enough to get down the trail, a van or large SUV to stash the bike, fake plates while having extensive expertise in Forensics, biological agents, and toxins but if you worked for former Commander Wielsch you got access to all kinds of drugs or if you worked at the Coroners Office you could easily attain parasite samples from cadavers.  Sounds brutal and sound scarier than anything you've read occurring in the county.

My personal experience resulted in serious illness but my event overlapped a visit by a group of real estate agents who were scheduled to be in the house.  I'll never know whether it was coincidence or actaul but the county ER send me home and sleep it off. 

On the heals of my November 2005 near fatal poisoning it could have been yet another intestinal bout.  There are others reporting similar maladies with fingers pointing in the same direction.  Although some may say this is improbable but my concerns that Councilman Mike Shimansky now deceased who died within weeks of my June 2009 police was another target and my timing perhaps clarevoyant.

What changed my perception of everything going on near me was the July 2011 accident that was a very deliberate attempt to kill or harm me.  That accident like others failed (again) but manage to destroy my car and but my accident on July 20th 2011 was close to Charles Silverman's accident geographically and timeline as he was killed on July 10th 2011 Pleasant Hill Road at Springbrook. 

Just your normal Walnut Creek bartender who happened to work at the Havana Grill ended crashing his car at your everyday speed of over 100 mph.  A Patch.com comment stated she saw him at Withers Ave / Taylor - in her words "he had the look of terror in his eyes" and two minutes later she came upon the Silverman wreck. 

My visit to the county jail in April I soon discovered my brakes were sabotaged but like all Walnut Creek Police reports - they're never gonna file that report because they won't file a report because they don't file reports when it comes to attempted murder they only target bar owners .  As you read my blog you might get the impression someone has been trying to kill me - don't ask me just ask yourself - what is this guy saying?

There are numerous out of context events such as Alison Bayliss (Danville Divorce), Brian Erb (Back Forty BBQ) Michael McNulty (Humbolt), Michael Spence (Janitor) who jumped to his death about 1,000 feet from where Micheal Banta worked.  My customer was Christopher Spence (gun cleaning accident), and Loretta Hale (Suicide Mt. Diablo) Green Valley School parent (Tanabe, Joel Gollub, plus there is Roma Bhatia.  All three were real estate agents in the area and suffered what's best described as untimely deaths - but all these deaths shared a common thread - there were no witnesses. 

There is no question something is going on as if you spent the time you'll quickly conclude that there are far too many victims out there.  A homeless man named Dave who lives (or tries to) to live in downtown Martinez for no clear reason jumps in front of the Amtrack Train or Glenn Davis tragic collision with a car on Clayton Road in Concord near Treat Blvd appears to be another zombie death walk.  His sad video ran on Claycord.com depicting him as one of the demonic Claycord Eleven and how many churches do we have in Contra Costa? 

My point is why do perfectly normal persons suddenly flip?  Well in my younger days (1970s) experimenting was common so I was able to keep control over events but more than once I felt like I was being drugged. 

In my bacterial article called "Bacterial Infection or Murder by Bactieria" points to someone with great expertise, access to bacterial agents or toxins.  My June 2009 police report was filed weeks after dinner with Supervisor Glover who like me suffered a non-specific (near fatal) bacterial infection but that was also weeks before Danville Councilman Shimansky died.  I've learned that I'm either clairvoyant or good at recognizing patterns that don't fit the norm.  Mike was the nicest person ever but these infections could easily carve a path to winning elections or affecting a persons livelyhood such as it did mine. 

In terms of these "medical events" I'll simply never know but if you're reading this you're informed and that's enough.

If this is deliberate then the delivery method would be food, drinks, or medication or perhaps atomized, skin contact, or injection.  Lacing the medication is challenging but targeting near impossible unless you're in the house or near enough to that person. 

I've noticed near the fire bombings, arson and all these pipe bombs is the close correlation to the trails so someone seeking to be truly random would take advantage of easy to enter locations. 

Was this what befelled Anthony Banta stated we'll never know unless they do an extensive tox-screen but even then I believe hallecinogens are hard to detect.  I suspect this is mechanism of choice that just happens to parallel outsourcing of Kaiser's IT department. 

It's all about opportunity and motive but I know more than one victim that was also a Kaiser Patient - I know it's just a coincidence.

NCIS - The Navy Yard Shooting - my well documented stalking reports ignored

Walnut Creek CA - About ten years ago my life turned upside down with a series of attacks which culminated with my truck being rigged for Arson then me being severely beaten.  That was ten years ago but you'd think it was over but think again as my person near me who's supported me with food, shelter and money was attacked in Walnut Creek CA along Walker Ave.  

He was mugged by four assailants and like many Walnut Creek Police investigations you never heard about it.  It was an attempted murder as four on one is planned and I suspect Walnut Creek Officers ensnared in the CNET Scandal and tragic Fatal Police shooting of Anthony Banta Jr. on December 26th 2012 was shot and killed.  There are other shootings in Walnut Creek that are similar to this one.  So far they've killed three persons employed by the Walnut Creek businesses and this resident attorney was beaten, his other attorneys offices burned down in 2001, a case investigated by the FBI but that little fact was not known to the Walnut Creek Police or Consolidated fire but I suspect the FBI pieced it together long before I did

The City Council is clueless but there are more cases of persons employed at Walnut Creek businesses being killed in truly odd circumstances.  The accident that claimed Charles Silverman's life on

Fired Deputy Howard Fights Back or maybe his truck will blow up like mine did

Walnut Creek CA:  The bowels of CNET once again will flush our tax dollars down the drain.  We, us and the Tax Payer gets the financial enema that could have been avoided with Bennett v. Collins filed on Sept 26th 2011.  

The Danville Town Council prefers to escape litigation with brute force, extortion, witness intimidation and extortion by beating residents (me), arresting them (me), accusing them of being a drug dealer (me, falsely), stealing tools (me) then systematically targeting resident into financial ruin (me) but while they were at person no longer close me arranged a series of accidents, a little bacteria and some high speed police tactics.  

So Mr. Howard we've spoken before and I'm sure you remember all the chaos with divorcees in Danville, I'm sure you like many how a kid could flip and kill his mom, how perfectly normal families would come apart at the seems, how the owner of the Dry Cleaners on Diablo decides to commit suicide over business problems, how a mom that once lived on La Questa Drive could get arrested for hiring a hit man that vanishes after dropping 100K on a local fleecing attorney, or better a Mom with children would end up 680 without car when she makes a tidy six figure sum. 

Perhaps Mr. Howard you might want to drive up Valle Vista turn right on Plaza Circle where two houses burned the foundation or drive over the BlackHawk where that Doctor lost his son in that attic fire (newspaper quote) that looks just like another attic fires on Donegal Way near that drive by shooting but also near a local business in Walnut Creek whose Piano Player died recently which sounds just like Tyler the former Meenar's bartender who stroked out ten years back at 36, or perhaps Arturo Cruz the San Pablo Councilman who also at 36 stroked.  which Then if you really want ponder look at Cigarettes Cheaper five time award winning fire bomber victim.   

We need to start a prize system for the best arsonist award in Contra Costa County.  When you're an arson victim like I am where sworn police officers and highly paid Fire Personnel who are listen the dispatch calls where I was told over 10 callers stated flames were shooting back behind my truck.  I called the State Fire Marshall and sort of got somewhere, but I called other departments outside of Contra Costa County who kinda what you are saying, your truck was blazing with flames and the oil plug was down 2 1/2 turns and they let you go?  

I get it burn baby burn but I've also got a Contra Costa County Fireman stalking me from Hillside Covenant Church who took my sons two years and have run interference which is a violation of my civil rights but try getting an attorney from the Contra Costa Bar Association to take your case.  All they've said for years is sorry - well perhaps you guys might have connected your Bar Association to a murder/arson conspiracy case?  

Sorry for the strong opinions but it's been two years since my car was totaled that was uninsured so Lafayette Police told me it was unfortunate.  

Mr. Howard here are a couple of pointers for you to you survive a lawsuit against Contra Costa County.  

1. Look over your shoulder daily. 
2. If you've got a CCWP then bring the equalizer tool along.
3. Learn the facts about Bennett v. Collins they beat up my counsel] 
4. Check your brakes I have police report on file with WCPD 
5. Check your oil plug for temperature sensitive wax and accelerant (fuel for your tail pipes) 
6. Make sure you inform your family that in 2004 a high speed driver (deliberately accident) nearly killed me and my sons on SB 680
7. Be careful where and what you eat - for almost ten years I kept saying I was poisoned but CCCMRC doesn't get it that all these homeless and downtrodden are being hit with bacteria.  They die at night or they foam at the mouth on the Contra Costa Trail. 
8. If you see have valuables lock them up as someone within CCSO or SRVFPD will steal them - my article about my stolen Krugerrands matches another former Danville Real Estate Agents said about her 4 carat ring.  I bet its another one of those special Danville Fires - funny Chris Spence, Loretta Hale, Roma Bhatia, Brian Schewling, Glen Langstrom, Peter Branagh and John Kelly were real estate agents and this other guy Billion have all died.
   The reason Glen is in here is like Brian he carried a huge debt load, the reason is here is he was friends with Craig Wilson who died with Eric Nunn who potentially would be a of great influence on the Concord Naval Weapons Station planning plus he was a planning Commissioner.  
9. Please don't fly as I knew Peter Branagh and Eric Nunn - sorry can't prove it because I was blindsided in 2010 and once again forced to shut down my operations.  The Walnut Creek Police made sure that even though I was attacked in the Farmers Market that nothing would happen to the assailant must the Neiman Marcus Petitioner.  

So remember if they can't get you they will get to your family unless you think Catherine Perata, Dino Ghilloti, Nathaniel Greenan, or former Sheriff Richard Rainey nephew Michael McNulty was just "Uncle Fester" the fun guy at some of my open mics.  

The 2011 car accident where I was blinded appears to have damaged my eyesight.  I can't explain the light source other than it's brighter, a warm light that was more like a pulse which became plausible when I read the comments about Asiana.  

Perhaps the Department of Homeland Security might want to read my well documented letters send to the Chief and Several Sergeants - they are in really deep now - I mean really deep as.the Banta Shooting Inquest is out.  Seems like we've got a problem enveloping our towns and cities where the best solution is commandeer a toe clipper chasers over at the TSA.  

My accident particulars might explain why so many cars are just running off the road and killing the occupants where their cars just catch on fire (Cherry Lane at Treat), 680 at Hwy 4 (Grayson Creek) or that nice kid that was killed on Stone Valley Road or Nate Greenan.  

By the way Mr. Howard, James Greenan is this super lawyer who is a member of Alamo 1st on Stone Valley, who knows the Lafayette repair shop whose mechanic by some divine intervention just happened be right behind me and actually saw me, who knows my former Mormon employer whose employee Phil nearly died of Spinal Meningitis, just Shimansky, just like Pollecek, and most likely is what killed Gary Bell.  

My police report filed in 2009 stands which paints a chilling scenario of the perfected murder.  That is why I wrote Murder By Bacteria as a warning to residents that someone with Great Expertise in Bio-Weapons, Bio-Toxins or Pharmacology that is able to create undetectable designer drug.  My hallucination article precedes the Anthony Banta Jr. fatal police shooting by weeks.  

By the way there are more deaths in the Music Community that bear a resemblance to profiling model.

Their clients are Seeno, Safeway and LLNL plus this fits my complaints about the Contra Costa Bar Association which refuses to assist me with finding suitable representation. It's how the County Legal System works as it's called the Blessed by the Bar - The Anointed winners and Predestined losers which type of case do you need to win or lose?


James Greenan is also a member of Alamo 1st where in my earlier article raised allegations several Alamo 1st Members were connected to my Arson Fire. This doesn't get better as Nate played drums at Vinnies with me on two occasions in March 2012. I am sure the timing of my arrest on the 26th is connected to this appearance.


Nate Greenan is my ex-wife's son - or my sons half brother - do you all get the bigger picture. I am exactly sure who the father is but I bet he's connected to my 2011 hit and run where Lafayette Chief Christensen told me it's unfortunate that my car was totaled.


He is the brother in law of Dax Craven who is was attorney in Tarrant v. Bennett DV04-01688. Once my letters hit the State Bar Association attorneys will be disbarred.

Sometimes research returns some of the most interesting connections. This same ward has stonewalled me for 10 years, I see persons near this Ward dying while I've endured Arson, fires, assaults, beatings, my attorneys offices have been burned down, I alleged over two years ago that Mormons in this Ward are behind my car accidents and arson fires.

Just read their client list - your stomach will choke, spit and churn when you consider they are a handshake away from these agencies. I've alleged cover-ups in Contra Costa County for decades but as a software developer know you can easily alter databases without the client ever knowing which is core reason outsourcing information systems is the biggest mistake we've ever made.


San Ramon Fire can't find my records, CHP can't find them, Consolidated Fire can't find records of the 1776 Ygnacio Valley Road and CCSO somehow couldn't test the DNA and Blond Hair in a the Vitale Capital Murder Case and they never answer their Arson Tip Line?


We have a big problem and you think outsourcing is a great thing think again.
