On the Hillgrade Ave but to understand my concerns first visit this article.  Then you'll see what I've found - the KM valve used to close down the deadly 2004 Fire was possibly targeted

Pipe Bomb Found on Hillgrade Ave

The Hillgrade Event
County Report on Pipeline Concerns - Take a little time to think what could of happened on April 4th 2012 and this event very critical from my perch, on March 30th John Newman was murdered in Concord and Nate Greenan was murdered in Orinda on April 18th but these just a few of many but the one everyone should question is what happened to Ellen Sabaquira who a key witness in the 2004 fire.
Pipeline Concerns - I'd be very concerned

Then read this report that details the efforts of Kinder Morgan crew who closed the Hillgrade Ave valve to stop the flow of fuel to Broadway Extension Fire.

Pipeline Failure Investigation Report

I lived in Danville for 10 years, shopped at Safeway in Alamo, Roller Bladed down the trail over 100 times.  Every fireman will tell you - the west side Alamo/Danville is a tinder-box of fuels from overgrowth, housing and cars that hasn't experienced a fire in 50 years.

My truck fire was 680 3/4 miles north of El Cerro Blvd.

I am  pointing out what has become obvious - bigger that Oakland Hills Fire but .... the Arsonist Clock is ready strike again.

Worries over jet fuel pipeline along Iron Horse Trail get county action   Contra Costa Watch

You want to be worried - I've been complaining for nearly ten years about my truck fire.  I've been targeted many times and it doesn't matter how many police reports I fire it's always a dead end.

Perhaps now they will be worried but burning down these houses has an economic upside as they could then shop in Walnut Creek - the trinket sellers would have new customers.  Let's hope the only thing that happens is nothing but there is a big problem .

Alamo CA:  During Mid-August 2004 yours truly was traveling north bound 680 from El Cerro Blvd. towards Walnut Creek where my 1987 F-250 Ford Truck burst into flames.  When CHP arrived who was magically arrived as Johnny on the spot

His words were we got over ten 911 calls that flames were shooting back 100 feet - you can call but you won't find a record of the fire, a press release, a Twit, or even anyone at CHP, CALfire, or San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District.

It was attempted murder, it was arson and it was before these fatal fires.

I've called CHP Internal affairs - nothing, I've called the Golden Gate Division Commander - nothing.  Senator DeSaulnier sent the State Police (CHP) legislative services in to investigate.

The list of the dead grow almost weekly.

Update: Authorities Detonate Pipe Bomb

Along Iron Horse Trail, at Hillgrade Avenue in Alamo, an apparent pipe bomb was detonated Monday afternoon by responding authorities, including Walnut Creek police.
Update 10 a.m. Wednesday, comments from Walnut Creek PD
Responding authorities closed the Iron Horse Trail for a half-hour Monday afternoon and detonated a pipe bomb in the area of Hillgrade Avenue in Alamo.
There were no injuries, reported Lt. Steve Gorski, bomb team commander for the Walnut Creek Police Department. "It appeared to be a pipe bomb," said Gorski in an email.
The incident, about a mile and a half south of Las Lomas High School in Walnut Creek, began when an East Bay Regional Parks District ranger saw the apparent explosive and reported it, said San Ramon Valley Fire District spokesperson Kim French.
The regional parks police called in the Walnut Creek bomb squad, which provides service to other Contra Costa agencies as part of a mutual aid agreement.
EBRPP closed the trail and maintained a perimeter while the bomb squad examined the device. It was rendered safe after about 30 minutes, Gorski reported. EBRPP is investigating the case.
A witness told Patch via email the EBRPD cruisers, as well as Walnut Creek police and EMT trucks were on scene.
"Police waved away walkers and bikers who approached," the witness wrote in the email. "At one point one guy dressed in a green padded suit and helmet ... appeared to be a member of a bomb squad. I also heard fire in the hole and then a short blast."
The apparent pipe bomb was detonated at 4:32 p.m. Monday, French said.

The reason I know so much about this story is I went to the FBI in 2004 and convinced them FBI that my attackers had returned from the 1980's and that these attacks were related to events connected to the 2001 Murder of my former customer Dr. Fang in 2000 but.

As the events near CNET unraveled I began to piece together events from 1989 the San Pablo National Guard Armory robbery where 850 M-16's and military explosives were taken.   But in my efforts to discover details I realized that perhaps a SAM missile was taken.

With conjecture it could lead to the TWA Flight 800 crash and the PG&E San Bruno Fire which leads to another case in 1979 that the Pleasant Hill Police don't want to talk about.

There were a series of incidents on a farm known locally the Cabbage Patch Farm which leads to my developing article about the "The Cabbage Patch Murders" which is long forgotten case but matches slew of fires spanning 30 years.

Given the width and breadth of the interconnected agencies known as CNET, SWAT and the BOMB SQUAD I've reached a personal conclusion that could be hard to argue away.

Meet my former Neighbor Stephen Tanabe a former Danville Officer who knows Gary Collins who died within months of being linked to CNET with former Chief of Police Joel Bryden.

The events I'm writing about will be easier to understand by visiting my research site at where I'm using Business Intellingence Tools to present this story via Google Earth, Timeline Tools and supporting information that would be considered a mix of document management (ECM) Content Management Systems (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and besides no one will hire me which becuase of all the havoc CNET heaped on my life.

Ex-cop Tanabe convicted in 'dirty DUI' scandal

Updated 11:16 pm, Tuesday, September 3, 2013
A former Contra Costa County deputy sheriff was convicted Tuesday on charges that he accepted a pistol from a private investigator in exchange for arresting two men who the investigator had baited into driving drunk in elaborate stings known as "dirty DUIs."
However, jurors acquitted the former officer of a charge stemming from one of the private investigator's most startling claims - that the ex-deputy also accepted cocaine to facilitate a third drunken driving arrest.
Stephen Tanabe, 50, of Alamo, appeared dejected after the jury in U.S. District Court in San Francisco delivered a verdict that marks one of the final chapters in a lurid saga that has now resulted in the conviction of five former Bay Area law enforcement officers.
Two and a half years after his arrest, Tanabe, a former Danville patrol officer, turned to his family in the front row of the gallery, exhaled hard, and shook his head. He was convicted on one count of conspiracy, two counts of extortion and three counts of wire fraud, and will be sentenced in December.
Tanabe's involvement in the unseemly world of former investigator Christopher Butler, 52, began in the mid-1990s, when both men were officers for the Antioch police force.
Tim Pori, Tanabe's attorney, maintained that Butler - the government's star witness, who testified in exchange for leniency in his own case - was a master manipulator who made a living framing people. He deemed Butler a "sociopathic narcissist" who made Tanabe his latest mark.
"This was another 'designed coincidence,' " Pori said outside court, employing a term coined by the private investigator, "where Butler took the available evidence and framed Tanabe."
In closing arguments, Assistant U.S. Attorney Hartley West portrayed Tanabe as an officer who'd sold his badge when he allegedly accepted an eighth of an ounce of cocaine and a Glock pistol from Butler to ensure the drunken driving arrests.
"His integrity was for sale," West told jurors. "And it was for sale for cheap."
Butler was the architect of "dirty DUIs," prearranged busts of men he had been hired to tarnish. Three targeted men who testified at Tanabe's trial - a Livermore winemaker, a Verizon executive, and a former software salesman - were in the midst of divorce or custody disputes with ex-wives who sought to gain an advantage.
The women, prosecutors said, paid Butler to design stings in which female "decoys" approached the men online or in bars. Or actors would pose as reporters, inviting the marks out for an "interview" over drinks.
In two stings involving Tanabe, Butler said, he arranged for his friend to park outside a Danville wine bar and arrest the victims on Butler's cue.
The sprawling scandal around Butler, which included allegations of drug dealing and prostitution, sparked an FBI corruption probe and led to the federal convictions of Bay Area police officers from four different agencies.
One defendant remains: Mary Nolan, a divorce attorney who, according to prosecutors, hired Butler to install listening devices inside the car of a client's ex-husband.
During his testimony at the Tanabe trial, Butler said he was hired by Nolan to conduct a "dirty DUI" sting on a Clayton man, who was arrested and convicted. Nolan has pleaded not guilty.

TWA Flight 800 - The 1989 thefts from the San Pablo Armory

When Contra Costa Narcotics Commander Wielsch was arrested with Chris Butler(PI) in the Dirty DUI Scandal the first clues surfaced about what I've endured. My CNET related litigation would have revealed CNET in 2004 but I couldn't get my attorney to bring suit. It dragged on until late 2005 until the attorney was beaten - case closed. All of this precedes the PG&E and Kinder Morgan Fire.

Please see Informed Parties Timeline.

See Attorney Sage Sepahi Beaten - Walnut Creek.

It runs the gamut of tactics used on litigation in Contra Costa County but some cases are well over 20 years old. One critical case to my argument is currently buried by Pleasant Hill Police stems from an arson/murder, a murder plus the arson of a chemical shed once known as the Cabbage Patch in Pleasant Hill CA. Which is currently known as the Cabbage Patch Farm.

How did know because he and other Hillside Covenant Church coerced my minor son who took over managing my social media. Then after the accident Captain Schultz attempts like Lt. Hill and Sgt. Burns attempt to arrest me with veiled allegations with hands on their guns or damn close to them. Officer Vesser ticketed me front plate Judge Golub turned that into an 1,800 fine. I remember that day where nearly five officers arrived, two from behind me with hands on their guns.

Just another Contra Costa pipe bomb or International Terrorism?

The Hillgrade Ave event is a game changer. It took numerous reviews to arrive at my conclusion that perhaps there was more than just gas The video show the blast nearly reaching reaching the gas station nearly a 1/4 mile from the blast zone.

Explosions generally move in a circular direction from explosion so how does a gas explosion travel this far without igniting the houses and given the distance houses on each side should have been flattened as it happened in Indiana.

Estates Condo Video: A couple took videos from their rear porch which is likely one of the closest videos of the actual explosion area where they captured the flames from about 50' above blast area.

Watch the blast come up the street at least .20 miles or better - so why didn't the houses on the left and right of the street get damaged?

Caldecott Tunnel: Eight hospitalized after smoky car fire

By Erin Ivie
POSTED:   11/01/2013 10:28:57 AM PDT | UPDATED:   3 DAYS AGO

OAKLAND -- Moments after thick, black smoke filled an eastbound bore of the Caldecott Tunnel on Friday morning, hundreds of motorists abandoned their cars and fled the tunnel, many clutching children's hands and carrying dogs.

"I was in my car, when all of a sudden, one or two people walked past me, then three or four, then five, then six," said San Ramon resident Kevin Watkins, whose car was stuck in the bore. "I got out and asked what was going on, and someone said we were asked to evacuate the tunnel.
"It was kind of scary. It took everybody aback."
Seven children and one adult were taken to hospitals to be treated for smoke inhalation Friday in the aftermath of a blaze that broke out at 9:51 a.m., when a 1988 Acura Legend was engulfed in flames about 500 yards from the Orinda tunnel exit. The blaze, which fire officials think started in the car's engine, was contained about 10:30 a.m., though thick smoke remained in the eastbound bore for the rest of the morning.
Moraga-Orinda Fire Department Battalion Chief Sean Perkins said fire crews contacted the Caldecott control center and requested that exhaust fans be redirected to blow smoke toward Orinda to keep visibility clear for motorists exiting the tunnel on the other end. The fans were installed after an explosive 1982 fire in the tunnel that killed seven.
However, fire crews had to enter the tunnel from the Orinda side through thick smoke, with very little visibility, Perkins said.
"Engine 45 crept along moving a couple miles per hour until they reached the car," Perkins said.
MOFD firefighters, along with two Oakland engines from the other direction, extinguished the fire. The center bore was closed in case fire crews needed to access the affected tunnel through a passageway that connects both tunnels.
Watkins, 33, said he pulled up about 9:45 a.m. to the tunnel, which already was congested with the usual morning traffic. As he entered the tunnel, a California Highway Patrol officer pulled up with his lights on and moved everyone to the right side of the bore, effectively grinding traffic to a halt.
Soon after, Watkins said, every individual inside of the tunnel was asked to evacuate. Some pulled allergen masks from their car before leaving, or wrapped scarves around their faces to avoid breathing the smoky air.
Watkins grabbed his iPad and backpack, then hurried from the dark, smoky bore with an estimated 150 to 200 other motorists. The stranded commuters were asked to wait for instructions on the center divide for about 40 minutes, said Watkins, adding that officials asked the group if anyone was a nurse or an EMT.
"People were coughing a lot from the very beginning," he said. "I wouldn't be surprised to hear that people went to the hospital."
Oakland Fire Battalion Chief Lisa Baker said seven children were taken to Children's Hospital Oakland to be treated for smoke inhalation, and one adult was taken to Alta Bates. All hospitalizations were made as a precaution, she said, and no serious injuries were reported.
The 1982 fire in the westbound bore killed seven people after a drunken driver's stalled car, a speeding bus and an overturned gasoline tanker combined to cause a superheated, toxic fire, one of the worst tunnel fires in U.S. history. Inadequate monitoring, lack of changeable message signs or signals at the entrance and inside, and lack of communication between tunnel personnel and motorists contributed to the severity of the fire, the National Transportation Safety Board later concluded.
Today, tankers carrying hazardous chemicals are prohibited from traveling through the tunnel for 22 hours a day, and emergency responders are equipped with more tools, such as cameras throughout each bore, to react to emergencies more quickly and efficiently.
Signs warn the 160,000 motorists who drive through the three bores each day to slow for accidents, and wiring has been added for cellphone communication.
MOFD and Oakland firefighters train a couple of times a year for Caldecott Tunnel fire response, Perkins said. Usually, they shut down a bore in the middle of the night for training.
About 11 a.m., the middle bore of the Caldecott Tunnel was switched to accommodate eastbound traffic, CHP Officer Ron Simmons said, and all lanes of traffic in both eastbound bores were open by noon. Officials said a hanging electrical wire that briefly closed one lane of the right bore was caused by the incident itself, and it was ruled out as the cause of the fire.

An arson fire (see evidence above) damaged a Pleasant Hill strip mall on the Pacheco border early Monday morning.
The blaze, which started around midnight, mainly burned a Nail Salon and a Day Massage Parlor at 548 Contra Costa Boulevard, according to television news cameraman Craig Cannon. Other businesses suffered smoke damage.
No injuries were reported.

PG&E Fire and the Gas Can Man

The original video can be found on Youtube but posterity purposes I grabbed a copy.  This video in my book matches persons I know live in the SF East Bay.  Depicted on this page are several "other" explosions.  The 2004 Walnut Creek fire was several months after my truck fire on 680.  The fire that San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District, CHP, Danville Police and  Walnut Creek Police refused to investigate.

This was in Walnut Creek in 2004.
This woman was a probable witness
She is dead

The Gas Can Man

The Mysterious Gas Can when I discovered the clip on Youtube had received around 10,000 clicks. After careful study several conclusions emerged, the rocks behind the Truck were likely from the blast. Those rocks could be used to calculate the strength of the explosion.
Frame by Frame Reconstruction: Using composite overlays one could construct enough of image to possibly identify what he's carrying e.g. Gas Can or Red Tool Box. The cameraman is yelling about the heat but the suspect doesn't appear to be in a hurry.

Photo by Gina Gayle/The SF Chronicle. A natural gas explosion ripped through a section of a Walnut Creek apartment complex yesterday afternoon, but nobody was seriously hurt or killed. The second-floor unit where the blast occurred was vacant and most neighbors -- perhaps because of the nice weather -- were out of the Park Regency Apartments when the explosion happened at 12:15 p.m. "It sounded like an airplane hit it," said Beverly Batton, who was in a first-floor garage at the time of the blast, having just returned from the grocery store. A Contra Costa Fire Department dispatcher said a man and woman, both 29, were taken from the scene to John Muir Medical Center. They were treated for abrasions to their face and extremities and released.

Walnut Creek Explosion Nov 2014

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. (KGO) -- Contra Costa County Fire Captain Kent Kirby says Friday morning's explosion in Walnut Creek has turned into a criminal investigation after police say this was not a gas explosion, but from a drug lab making hash oil - a concentrated form of pot. Around 10 a.m., fire crews responded to a two-alarm explosion at a six-unit structure at 1564 Sunnyvale Avenue in Walnut Creek, close to the Pleasant Hill BART station.
