PEOPLE VS BENNETT, PETER CARVER Count 1, 2 and 3 DISMISSED

Update March 2018
All I wanted was to run my business, have fun with my family and sons.  Instead I kept getting beaten, burned, poisoned, arrested, jailed and run off the road.

My sons are gone, my cars taken, my license taken, my computers, systems, domains and health then they killed my relatives.  Why I still do not know but I am sure it has something to with 9/11, AT&T, FBI Agent Frank Doyle Jr.

Walnut Creek Library Incidents - Fall 2010 to Present

By PETE BENNETT - Contra Costa Watch

Posted: 06/27/2013

June 27th 2013

Walnut Creek CA: Back on August 5th 2011 I was approached by several members of the Walnut Creek Police Department. Just prior to that I was asleep from being dead tired from sleeping outside in the weather. The reason for that threads to the CNET Scandal involving police officers now in Federal Prison but those officers back in 2004 were either in my house in Danville or had pulled me over accusing me things like stealing my own tools. Now the cards are turned the other as my letter to the US Attorneys office outlined in detail how my Kruggerand Collection was stolen in 2004. I wrote that letter December 31st 2011 after learning the same officer Lombardi was accused of stealing cash from suspects which is what the Pittsburg Police did to me in 1988 - that time I lost around 25 to 30K in tools, computers and property.

Moving back to events at the North Entrance of the Walnut Creek Public Library several officers called me over to begin their one-up suspect interrogation where they hurl unfounded accusations that one has deflect without becoming agitated or visceral. The morning in question I was out cold - not from boozing but I'm diabetic and was living in an adverse conditions known as homeless even though I once lived at 140 Crosby Court, that house was lost when attorneys associated with Doyle. Golde and Grossman, (Lisa) were in my apartment between April 2010 and June 2010 when I fled for my safety in late June over events that required police officers. Lisa was once a law professor at JFK University and Greg my roommate was connected to her as her boyfriend. She's on the lease and what happened correlates directly to my PG&E project connected to the PG&E San Bruno Fire which based on persons and events near me was likely arson.

These officers were Captain Schultz, Sergeant Mike Chan (Crosby Court WCPD responder) and officer Gina Straddler who is a fine officer. Schultz began his interrogation with think you've attacked a city worker riding a lawn mower then stated the suspect looked just like me as he rattled off my homeless man attire, black cap designed to hide my uncut hair, blue shirt to keep me warm, black pants to hide the dirt and black shoes as that's all I had to wear.

Within minutes I was declared mentally ill that I was supposed to be on medication to which i responded how come I've appeared on CNN and PBS around the world but when I'm Walnut Creek I'm mentally ill? Fuck you Schultz - yes you can fuck yourself if you're reading this.

I wrote one of many letters to the FBI.

Hillside Covenant Church Homeless Outreach Lunch - Stop the Lunch

Please read my letter to Walnut Creek City Council about issues connected to this church.  I am concerned that someone within or near this church has been targeting homeless and the unfortunate.

Below is a list of homeless persons in the area that have been harmed in a rash of hit and runs, sudden deaths and in my case deliberate attacks.

I've filed a claim against Hillside Covenant Church about their involvement in my car accidents and my sons who their Youth Director managed to coerce my son into giving up my laptop passwords which caused me a $200,000 loss on this project.

Everyone casually tells me to let this go but my losses are staggering forcing me to the street.

The reason this blogger is concerned is he's alleged for over ten years someone has
attempted to kill him many times, their connections to Seeno Construction, that I know them personally from Alamo 1st Ward where I used to attend where my truck once erupted in flames, where I was nearly beaten to death and they control the same Contra Costa Bar Associwillination who seemly are super unwillng to provide me access to legal services that others have access to.

In 2006 my Attorney Sage Sepahi was beaten in Walnut Creek, that my other counsel Donald Gene Moats offices were burned down in 2001, that Contra Costa Consolidated Fire can't find any record of that fire at 1776 Ygnacio Valley Road Walnut Creek.

======================================================
HOW IMPORTANT IS ALL THIS?

This was my divorce attorney's brother-in-law and my ex-wife has known James Greenan via Alamo 1st Ward since 1976, She also knows former Sheriff Richard Rainey anld Sue McNulty Rainey whose nephew committed suicide last year or so they say.

Obituary: Nathaniel James Greenan - Mormon from Alamo 1st

My divorce attorney was Dax Craven who never said through all my hearings that his father in-law has known my ex-wife since 1980 or earlier.  They all attended Alamo 1st Ward Alamo CA and I wouldn't be surprised that she once Babysat Greenan's children as he lives on Blemer Road just around the corner from former Valle Vista Vista residence.

It took me several years to piece this together but my plans were to sue Contra Costa Sheriff  Town of Danville, Contra Costa County and LP2a (defunct) but at my 07/24/2013 hearing to find my kids have left the state.

Strong Law Firm Emerges in Tri-Valley Area.,
Legal Editors

SAN RAMON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)

Jan. 25, 2001 - Reflecting the dramatic growth of the Tri-Valley area, four lawyers from Cooper White & Cooper are joining with lawyers from the firm of Smith, Lally & Peffer to launch a new law firm in San Ramon. The new firm, Greenan, Peffer, Sallander & Lally LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , will offer a level of commercial and technology experience that has not until now been available in the Tri-Valley area. They will also focus on emerging companies they feel are currently under represented.

"There's a tremendous opportunity in the Tri-Valley area for professional service firms because of the expansion of the high tech industry," says James S. Greenan, a top rainmaker Rainmaker

and 28 year veteran of Cooper White. "Our primary emphasis will be on providing legal services legal services n. the work performed by a lawyer for a client. to companies, old and new, that are doing business in this area."

Greenan, along with former Cooper White lawyers Robert Sallander Jr., David M. Ostrander and John P. Makin, are joining forces with partners David Smith, Kevin Lally, Ray Peffer and Jon Ishibashi of Smith, Lally & Peffer to start the new firm in offices in San Ramon. The firm has 10 lawyers, but plans to increase that number to 16 in the next several months.

Greenan and Sallander together bring a $3 million book of business, that includes such clients as St. Paul Insurance, and The Beasley Syndicate, a subgroup of Lloyds of London Lloyds of London

A marketplace in London for underwriting syndicates.
. The Beasley Syndicate will call on the new firm to serve as national technology counsel. Both insurance companies are in the business of providing insurance to companies who encounter claims relating to technology issues such as violation of privacy, security, technology product defects and anti-trust. Greenan, Sallander, and Lally, who have amassed over 90 trials between them during their careers, also represent a variety of local companies such as Seeno Construction, Quintus Corporation and USS-POSCO and public agencies such as the County of Contra Costa. In addition to its technology and business litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right. practice, the firm will boast among the most sophisticated real property, eminent domain eminent domain, the right of a government to force the owner of private property sell it if it is needed for a public use. The right is based on the doctrine that a sovereign state has dominion over all lands and buildings within its borders, which has its origins in and condemnation practices in the state.

The lawyers at Smith, Lally & Peffer add a sophisticated corporate and transactional dimension that complements and builds on the existing business base of Greenan and Sallander. The firm is one of the few in the East Bay whose attorneys have substantial experience in securities, mergers, acquisitions and franchising law. For example, the firm has handled numerous public and private placements of securities, including, most recently, the Initial Public Offering and Secondary Public Offering for Sepragen Corporation of Hayward, California, a bio-pharmaceutical industry company.

The Tri-Valley area, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Dublin and Livermore, is being heralded as Silicon Valley East. Attracted by reasonable housing prices and lower commercial rents, companies are flocking to the area. The area is already populated by big high tech companies -- Sybase, Commerce One, Inc., and PeopleSoft. Five large office projects are planned for the Dublin area, including Cisco Systems, Oracle, and a new headquarters for Sybase. Venture capitalists are also heading to the area.

"We will be one of the first firms with sophisticated business and litigation abilities to focus on the growing companies in this area," says Sallander, "It is very exciting to be at the leading edge of this type of expansion."

FIRM-PROFILE: Greenan, Peffer, Sallander & Lally is a law firm providing a comprehensive spectrum of quality legal services to businesses and individuals. The firm serves a diverse range of clients throughout California and the world, as well as a number of national, multinational and publicly held companies.
