Oroville CA: The Oroville welcoming committee is this dangerous bunch of kids with an even more dangerous set of parents who probably don't even know their sons participated in a near attempted murder.  

When you beat, kick and knock 56 year old man with prior head traumas in the head and knock him out seven or eight times.  Trust me I can knocked out easily due to my prior injuries. 

The deputies had just released me from jail at just before 11:00 PM so that I didn't meet the criteria of patient dumping or inmate dumping.  Anyways I was beat real good, left with some boot prints, a concussion, cuts and bruises.  In Oroville as per the officer it's OK to beat someone who appears to be a trespasser on a dark street at night. 

Eventually the parents of these kids will find get a cause of action from me.  They will need attorneys and I won't stop until I've been reimbursed as the correct procedure was to pick up the phone and call 911 - I couldn't because I didn't have a phone nor a car which leads to the bigger story on this blog. 

The deputy had the balls to say I was acting unstable at the jail.  When I came out of the holding cell (solo) I was met with applause from the deputies and inmates.  Why? I was singing opera as the holding was perfect resonance for my vocals.

Walnut Creek CA: When the San Mateo Bridge Limo fire occurred I was in Chico CA in a quiet place laying low but when I learned of the fires I did starting digging.  

The first reports of their jobs and careers gave my biggest clue as they were all H1b visa which is an expertise I've appeared on National TV.  This accident was just a few weeks after the Boston Marathon bombings which could make this a immigrant targeting case.  

For me this personal as I'm arson victim that wants answers.

I posted all the events near me with that court - every DDA, Attorney and Judge was worried as within 24 hours of my June 11th 2013 hearing this arson/murder occurred that thankfully was not my sons but given events down here and that I cannot get representation from the Contra Costa Bars Pro Bono or in fact I can't any attorney to work with me.  They tell me the truth - we already know about your story and know it's true.  Some are phishing for details some represent Seeno.

Dear Mr. Craven, 

It has come to my attention that your brother in-law was killed on WB24 on April 18th 2012 in a tragic accident just like my near tragic arson accident.  I am sorry for your loss - the strange coincidence I think this was the same Nate that drummed for me at Vinnies but was nice guy.  

Of more concern was your father in-law who is James Steven Greenan who is head of the Contra Costa Bar Association which I've shared my concerns that this same Bar Association is deliberately refusing me access to the basic services available to other residents. 

It is also disturbing to learn that you submitted a withdrawal letter to the court but also were actively representing me.  With that I lost a critical Butte County Matter in September 2009 where you failed to appear thus losing the TRO Trial that I would have won.  Those temporary orders were used up at Paradise High School to prevent me from accessing my sons.  Apparently in Paradise they like to alter paperwork.  William had major surgery but I was never informed.  I guess you call that legal representation. 

It also is very much a concern that you had strong ties to members in the Alamo 1st Ward but failed to tell me you personally knew many members of that ward.  During a church meeting a member blurted out something that suggested our communications were breached.  

Over that last 24 months I've asked for the emails between us but specifically letters about Seeno which I shared which years later discover your father in-law firm or its members have represented Seeno on past matters.  I guess that explains why so many people have tried to kill me over the last ten years, they got Eric Nunn, Peter Branagh and a few others.  

You see Mr. Craven I've had so many attempts on my life that I simply don't care what nose I snub.

In June 2012 I met a petitioner at the Chico CA Safeway who apparently once petitioned on the Walnut Creek Against Nieman-Marcus campaign.  He said he was attacked and beaten at the Walnut Creek Safeway on Broadway.  But in a unique special legal circumstances scenario is instantly declared mentally ill and immediately released to return back to streets or better termed "the get out of jail free card" 

And the potentially effective Anti-Nieman-Marcus Coalition wins which is how they beat my case against Danville - they just beat the attorney up in 2006 like they beat me up in 2004, like they set my truck on fire but the CHP and San Ramon can't find a record of the fire?  

In 2001 my attorney offices at 1776 Ygnacio Valley Road were targeted and torched.  For six months I've called ConFire who said I don't know what fire, where? We can't find it.  

Nieman-Marcus wins and the hot chicks get to flutter in Walnut Creek but there is no such thing as Free Elections in Contra Costa County.  I suspect the petition drive stood a good chance of winning just like my litigation in 2006.

Brett had the gift of making everyone around him feel unique and special and that they were part of something bigger. Each of his friends felt like they were not only his friend, but that they were his best friend. He was a bright light in our lives and will be forever loved and greatly missed. Brett graduated from Acalanes High School in 2010. He was at Theater Arts major at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a loyal member of Pi Kappa Alpha (Pike) Fraternity.
