Walnut Creek Homeless Trinity Center is Biased

======================================================================

Earlier this year I found myself without gear, food or transportation.  In December the Walnut Creek Police towed my truck off and my gear including my amps and guitars.  That was my basic home where I parked behind my friends house.

That same week officers killed a person I personally knew and should have never been shot but worse is the last fatal shooting is related to Supervisor Glover who has another cousin shot and killed by Pittsburg Police.

I know residents and businesses of Walnut Creek who donate food to Trinity think their donations are going to the greater good but many that need these services are being refused, they take food from Loaves and Fishes which is part of the Contra Costa Food Bank, they all receive donations and federal funds to run their operations but have been known to cut homeless and need out.  Trust me I know as they did this to me.  They simply don't like me making noise about how some local homeless that talk to me.  It's not just about Nordstroms or Nieman Marcus or Tiffany's it's about equity.  You need a lesson just ask a few past Presidents.

In 2011 when my world fell apart I returned to Fresh Start (now Trinity) as a client not as helper.  I've donated food, clothing and even gave Loaves and Fishes restaurant equipment way back in the 80s.

Today I can't get services because I've been banned as a trouble maker.  They are not too happy with what I've found that's being covered up in Walnut Creek and surrounding areas.

Over in front of Traders Joes the homeless are being hit by cars and nearly killed, we have persons found floating the creek, we have homeless being hit by cars all around the county.

When I wrote this article I'd spent months asking questions about these accidents near Traders Joes Walnut Creek CA as I was really taken aback learning about g
Homeless Targets

It seems that the only place in town is a club but my complaints about Hillside Covenant Church are well know which is why I stood up at Walnut Creek Council Meeting.

Watch me speak about my desperate situation coupled with the numerous incidents clearly point to I'm being targeted and that others based on their situation end up with the same deal or dead or so severely injured they end up in long term care with permanent brain damage which is why I wrote this article.

The Murders

The Loretta Hale Murder

Nov 11 2011

The Bhatia case should be murder investigation, the Hale case was conveniently closed but should be reopened as on or about March/April 2014 an Alamo mom was found on the trails above Alamo with single gunshot wound to the temple which to me sound just like the SFPD Lester Garnier shooting from back in 1988 and my arson case in 2004 sounds like the bombing of the IRS Agents car in 1988 sent the investigators round file leaving them enough to run over and kill homeless for life insurance just like the LA Grandma's story.

THe Official Meeting

Nov 1 2011
Bennett/Nordoff/Bryden

During the Chief Bryden held in the office of Walnut Creek City Manager Ken Nordoff who heard my allegations that I'd been attacked again. This critical meeting set a benchmark linking The Danville Building Inspector Incident to CNET Arrests, but other incidents were raised that link to least one murder in San Ramon CA.

Within weeks Gary Vinson Collins was dead, along with two Danville Area Moms Roma Bhatia and Loretta Hale of Boy Scout PACK 36 who each died untimely deaths. I personally knew all three victims but Danville Police Officer Steven Tanabe and former Judge Golub were each members of PACK 36 Danville part of the Meridian Council.

Bennett's Attorney Attacked, Threatened and Beaten

The Danville Building Inspector Incident

One day I got a call from my counsel Sage Sepapi with news that he too had been beaten under nearly identical circumstances of ligation about to be brought against the Town of Danville. Within months my counsel went out of his way to get out of representation.

When Chris Butler's testimony against Stephen Tanabe oozed about insurance fraud, arson and other events it was clear as day that Police Officers and DA investigators had been lying to me for years and my collection of over 100 police reports were part of larger criminal operation coming within Contra Costa County.

The arrests of officers began nearly seven years later in early 2011 when the California Department of Justice arrested Chris Butler and Commander Norman Wielsch, when thier faces appeared it was clear I'd been setup but the setup extends to the Bar Association, Contra Costa Superior Court, The Contra Costa District Attorneys offices and further to the municipal pooling authority where claims die with witnesses.

Microbes of the Night - Delivering Us Unto Random Misery

Delivering Me Unto Misery

December 31st 2012 - 5:00

My Former Mormon Friends:  Those fine folks from Danville who know about my truck fire.
Christian Friends: The Perched Church - Their member helped with targeting and totaling my car in Lafayette

Editing in Progress 01/01/2012 - Happy New Year? Not really but I'll do my best

Walnut Creek CA
Being out last night in the cold was the last thing I'd expect but years of events have taken a toll on me but Words Over Swords Anyday.  My normal crash spot is with long term friend where I couch surf spent was out of the area - little warning leaving me few choice.  The thread between warmth and cold is a few hundred bucks.  My brothers "The executors" forged trust documents but getting counsel challenging when the learn your documents were forged, and that your other attorney was beat up in Walnut Creek

The night was bitter cold but posting to Facebook produced little help.  During early 2011 far too many "new" friends appear to be fake and worthless and lead to officers in Walnut Creek, Contra Costa Sherriff's deputies and several DA Investigators.

Some may wonder what is going on, why so much angst about all these accidents, setbacks and apparent endless legal problems well if your life was turned upside down as often as mine has been then you'd be unstable or more unstable as most couldn't survive a night in the cold at less than 30 degrees.

The final straw was when Walnut Creek Officers staged a scene in front of the Walnut Creek Library that endangered patrons, residents and employees as Walnut Creek Officers were poised to shoot.  nother defining moment was my attempts in seeking counsel where the attorney at the end of the conversation said "are you getting bumps in the night?", I said yes and far too many - he laughed and knew he's one of them.  But part of my call was reconnaissance - gotcha you targeteer (profiteer)

Reconnaissance - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ReconnaissanceShare
Reconnaissance is a mission to obtain information by visual observation or other detection methods, about the activities and resources of an enemy or potential

Since the eighties I've endured incident after incident but over time a pattern emerged.  I've been building a victim profile for years based on reading local news.  I always pondered how seemingly normal people suddenly vanish, crash, die sudden deaths or commit suicide especially when knowing them.  When you personally know a Father whose son kills the mom but knowing he's getting bumps in the night that perhaps rash out of character events are not so random.

Online comments provide insight rarely heard outside of law enforcement.  The recent accident involved Charles Silverman occurred in Lafayette CA October 7th 2012.  The driver dies in high speed crash into a telephone pole but comments nested under patch from other drivers was traveling at well over 100 mph.   One distinct observation point was at Withers/Talyor Blvd a few miles preceding that accident was "The driver had look of terror in his eyes" but I called this person as I recognised her name I've known for many years.  Our conversation was poignant that she feels something is going on but she also called investigators to relay her statements to investigators.  Like many investigators they need a customer relationship tool like sales force.

Mr. Silverman is not the only accident victim in Lafayette but in my case they're not interested in seeking out suspects in my July10, 2011 "hit and run" accident but Lafayette Cheif of Police Eric Christesen paltry response was my accident was unfortunate but perhaps that my letters resonate with Steve Falk City Manager as Mr. Falk my accident was an attempted murder but there are other events, I'm an arson victim, an assault victim, and I'm now positive that perhaps the incident on August 5th 2011 was attempt to allow an officer to use deadly force.

Contra Costa County has a series of attacks, fire bombings and arson "dressed as fires" spanning decades but this observer takes a different approach knowing these fires are close enough to the perfect conduit which is the East Bay Parks Trail Network that weaves around the county.  Something that's good for residents provides numerous undected pathways.  This could be the entry and escape conduit for many fires.

A witness to my 2004 Truck Fire works in Lafayette on Mt. Diablo Blvd.  The building inspector that nearly killed me weeks later but as fact that took over eight years to surface was he worked across the street.  He cannot respond as current horizontal location prevents him from speaking up.  A sidebar is he was father that left a wife and children behind.

We have real "pipe bombs" or "pipe bombs fakes" but these are found "just in time" by important people but they are "disarmed" which brings a constant bright light on a certain agency. I could be wrong but none have gone off but searches in other demographic areas fail to produce similar incidents.

About two years ago a local musician was found foaming at the mouth on trail - no one stopped, Silverman races about 4 miles at speed good enough to blow the engine, one of the biggest privately held lumber company burns to the ground that's just down the street from a former restaurant blamed on transients.

A homeless transient squatting in a vacant Pittsburg house dies of "natural causes", a hairdresser suddenly becomes someone else, a normal man jumps from the 680 overpass, a janitor with 30 years of tenure jumps to his death,, a homeless man walks in front Amtrak, a senior vice president bicycles directly into a CalTrain, and a homeless man is crushed in Walnut Creek plus bicyclists everywhere getting hit or the pedestrian in Antioch run over by two separate cars.

On August 3rd a bouncer from a local bar was found on WB 24 but like all my coincidences he was killed about 20 minutes after our conversation at the end of night.

The list goes on and on.  A man is found dead in the creek behind Barnes and Noble, then several years later a nearby business is fire-bombed but the programmer that flipped on 680 just like the Contra Costa resident found in Idaho, they are found alone, they call it suicide which to my observations seems to be an overused convenient untruth.
"If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all "

The Microbes of the night could explain why the musician was foaming at the mouth, why the transients being found dying alone, why are the homeless women was found on the freeway, why was the mom was found on 680 at Bollinger Canyon Road.

Many have threads leading to local businesses, real estate, mortgage, banking or locally but many also have clubcards, live near trails, eat food, some have EBT cards but I'm suspecting they are some type of financial, estate, or matrimonial obstacle.

For me I've become hyper careful about food while super cautious on where I get my food.

The Microbes Model is tasteless, invisible but near impossible to intercept but grocers would be forced to withdraw products and again like the Tylenol Scare suggests we've got a huge problem and Contra Costa County is ground zero.

On another level a threat exists that's on a threat level of it's own where your medical records are used against you.

Seeking Weakness through medical records:  Knowing the targets medical weaknesses would be the logical first move by the tactician -

The Drama of the Kill?  Depend on which side of the deal you're sitting on

Asthma or Anaphylaxis.  A bee sting can bring down a target in seconds but knowing the targets weakness would is found in their medical records.  If you knew the person well-enough that information would be common knowledge but the medical records in the wrong hands are simply dangerous.

One could surmise that a coveted advantage would be food allergies where perhaps a peanut laced lunch coupled with a scenario where investigators conclude perhaps that the victim made a fatal mistake.  Using my Perfect Circle Model - anything is possible.

Anaphylaxis is a life-threatening type of allergic reaction. Symptoms develop quickly, often within seconds or minutes. They may include the following: Abdominal pain; Abnormal (high-pitched) breathing sounds; Anxiety; Chest ... There is a death locally that fits this model.

Corporate Weaknesses - The Achilles Heel - Outsourcing your data.

In the late nineties there was all this effort on Year 2000 code, nuclear plants, social security, hospitals and your personal computer but in the end no planes dropped out the Sky.  Fixing the problem required years of effort but today we have more systems, applications and programmers working around the world. To watch every second of a programmer's activities near impossible so in the end the programming community is about trust - trusting them with your data.

The banking industry were the early adopters of computerization but one core problem was programming departments are run by managers and programmers are good at double-speaking their way out of every question.

One malicious code tactic was using rounding errors where excess change landed accounts controlled by the programmer.  I've heard everything from millions on down but I'm sure plenty slid through and were never caught.

During my research I found this WikiPedia link that is reasonable to assume matches my arguments.

Danville Building Inspector Gary Vinson Collins

    :Truck Arson
Name
Truck Arson
Date:August 2004
Address:
NB 680 at El Cerros
 s

Association:   San Ramon Fire, CHP, Danville Police (CCSO)

After meeting Stephanie Kovacs at her garage sale in Danville on La Questa off Diablo Road I was reluctant to take on this project as I was already busy.  This customer was a new friend who was in a contentious divorce battle with another ex-husband.

A Contra Costa knock-down, drag-down winner take all battles where they leave the kids in the wreckage.   This would be a Danville style battle where you have opposition from you ex who has police officers (CNET and Butler) on their side. As the week progressed things just didn't go well where the freebie requests grew to unreasonable.  The quick painting morphed into painting Mt. Rushmore with an artist brush.  The night the dinner plate came flying down the hall was enough and packed up my gear.

The following Tuesday I returned to recover my tools that had been hidden but luckly crew knew me so together we found the most of the big stuff but lost over $1,000 in equipment vanished.  Officer Paul Murphy refused to allow me to file a police report but the report on the incident took over 75 days to get released but only when they got wind of the internal affairs investigation as what happened next was Gary Collins appears at my door a few hours later screaming I'd stoled his $15 paintbrush.

I went flying through the air and came down popping my shoulder suffering a number of injuries.  The way Danville protects its liabilities is to pass events to Contra Costa County so the rest of the county has paid my $50,000 in medical with at least another $50,000 in medical pending.

This un-reimbursed medical honestly is why Mitt Romney calls us "System Lepers" and so at the moment I'm indigent while I attempt to weave through the legal nightmare which by the way my litigation would have exposed CNET years ago but when they learned I was about to file they found my attorney who was then beat up in Walnut Creek CA.

Buy now save $180 for RocketLawyer

By the way that police report created by Officer Murphy took forever but suddenly appeared the moment I called internal affairs. The Danville Building Inspector was Gary Collins who died withing weeks of his name being connected to Chris Butler.  They used allegations I'd stolen a paint brush to justify his reasons for coming over even though I'd spent the better part of five minutes screaming for him to leave.

Upon reading Mr. Collins obituary then another event became even more important as in August 2004 my truck erupted in flames ( CANDLESTICK F-250 80 mph fireball - oops.) where my F-250 is blazing flames over 100' back and they don't call it arson.

The Building inspector's death under investigation article is about Danville Building Inspector Gary Collins fall.  I'm nearly positive I saw him in 2011 with black hair - poorly dyed at best.  There is another prominent case in the area where blond hair and DNA was found but never tested.

So I'm not sure how a building inspector tumbles down an elevator shaft and dies.  The last person to make such a critical error would be the inspector.

Palo Alto Investigation - Key Points that don't make much sense to me
  • OSHA Fatality investigation result in fines
  • No press annoucement
  • It was a public works project
  • No visible litigation in Contra Costa
The Lafayette Big "O" Tire connection between Collins and Greggs Muffler

The truck arson was bad enough but the reason I drove from Danville to Greggs Muffler in Lafayette because I knew Gregg.  His mechanic stated he actually witnessed the fireball.  Imagine that a Mormon who also attends Alamo 1st with Gregg Coons knew about the attempted murder.

Post Truck Arson Repairs
The truck was barely damaged likely due to me throttling up to 90 mph for sole reason linked to carburetor/engine choking. That is what is saved my life.  The damage was repaired.

I get it there is no possible connection and it's just a coincidence.

No question that the Mormons at the Alamo 1st Ward knew about the truck fire and Greg Coons of Greggs Muffler's and his mechanic who witnessed the fire on 680 all knew Collins.  Eight years later through an obituary learn Collins worked across the street at Big O Tires.  Wow, Arson and Assault about four weeks apart that took eight years to discover this little snippet.  I told Joel Gullub who is a Superior Court Judge who as an officer of the court that when they learn of little things like attempted murder or what looks like arson should have reported the crimes.

Eight years later we've got divorcees connected to attorneys connected to truly untimely divorce deaths being found dead in truly strange locations

No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

Exhibit (a) murders and deaths near Bennett
The best part is Collins grew up in Pleasant Hill area, went to Acalanes High School and has plenty of contacts throughout the county.  The truck fire and subsequent beating weeks later now suggest that someone has sponsored my death which is also know as a "hit" on the east coast.  When I attended Alamo 1st Alamo where I often chatted with the local powerful but just about everyone in that Ward was well aware of my near fatal events.

Greg's Muffler repaired my fire damaged truck and everyone knew I was nearly beaten to death at 161 Valle Vista Danville CA by Gary Collins who died weeks after I met with Chief Bryden and City Manager Ken Nordoff but during that meeting several key events occurred

  • Copies of the Bennett Collins Police Report were handed over to Chief Bryden witnessed by City Manager Ken Nordoff who's executive assistant copied that police report and handed it to Chief Bryden.
  • Specific conversations about several divorce cases with highly specific information detailing how Custody Evaluations were being sold.  In 2009 I was told to have $7,500 for the attorney and $10,000 for the evaluator for the exam but the day I was supposed to meet with this attorney they called to say their client had been murdered that weekend by one very pissed off ex-wife.
  • The other story was how a mom in Walnut Creek was arrested for Jay-walking and jailed for 62 days but they screwed over good at the jail and by court personal who knew better.

Attorneys Beaten

Reporters Attacked

It's the way it's done around Contra Costa as when you're able to intimidate witnesses, attorneys or poison litigants you can control the vertical and horizontal you can control the courts and best of all control case outcomes.  Think back when a local reporter had a meltdown on-air or this reporter

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chauncey_Bailey

which is why I wrote the perfect circle of fraud.  Between 2004 and 2006, I was hospitalized, poisoned, beaten, run off the road, my truck erupts in flames at 90 ph with flames shooting back over 100 feet, where the mechanic at Gregs Muffler in Lafayette says he was right behind me but didn't do anything such as honk - he just stayed back to watch.  By the way you guys really suck at rigging F-250 to explode and suck at swoop and squats (insurance term)  so you move to the next closest target so after all that bullshit where you nearly kill him and his sons you move to his attorney.

Why the hell would an attorney represent with so many attempts on my life?  You might to ask Daniel Horowitz how his practice has changed or perhaps you might want to call this number

Poets Corners area participated in another Hit and Run on July 20th 2011 but like Goodness Gracious Great Balls of fire Lafayette just like Danville doesn't investigate attempted murders.

Three days later Chris Butler arrives with all the facts about the assault stating he represent Kovacs ex-husband Todd Ratfield in Ratfield vs. Kovacs, which is another Chris Butler henchman job as she landed in jail after being arrested for attempting to hire a hit man.  The charges were dropped after the so called hit man vanished but she spent over $50,000 on attorney fees unraveling those charges that were likely a fabrication from the beginning which takes the CNET Story to officers in Hayward, Union City and San Leandro.

What I never realized is the history of some Danville Officers that came from Pittsburg where officers there stole my tools - about $50,000 was lifted between 1986 and 1990 but one set of officers murdered Cynthia Kempf a Safeway Manager back in 1988. There have been many murders just like that near me over thirty years.

Watch This: This almost happened to me on 680

ALAMO CA:

Date: Mid-August 2004

Location: Northbound 680

Responding Agencies: San Ramon Fire and California Highway Patrol

Event: Arson Fire of F-250 Truck where mechanic said he was right behind me. The owner is a Mormon from Alamo 1st who repaired the truck. He's got Pete Amnesia, can't remember the fire, can't remember the name of the mechanic, can't remember anything and wasn't too interested in hearing about my sons or the fire. The sad part is my ex-wife who has custody knows about this fire and she knows everyone at the this ward.

Suspect: Mechanic

Gregs Muffler

Address: 3329 Mt Diablo Blvd, Lafayette, CA 94549

Phone:(925) 283-0323

This mechanic stated he was behind my truck and witnessed flames shooting back over 100 feet, he watched firetrucks arrive, he saw CHP who didn't think it was arson - even though flames were shooting back over 100's feet it wasn't good enough, then I thought I was lucky, now I'm screaming foul as weeks later

Danville Building Inspector Attacks and nearly kills resident - you didn't know about it did you

Apparently Mr. Collins had dual jobs and worked across the street? At Greg's muffler, Greg is a Danville Mormon, he can't remember the mechanics name, nor can he say much about Gary Collins. I'm sure that Collins attended PHE, knows Lynds, knows the mechanic, knows Greg, and they all know the Danville Town Council, many live walking distance to Tanabe's house who knows officer Jason Nunn, who's brother was killed with BART Officer Craig Wilson who knows several other now deceased BART officers, who know me, and they seem to know people near the Piedmont Lumber Family, they know investigators on the Vitale case, who lived down the road from Wild Wood Acres where this Photographer person is as suspect in my July 20th 2011 hit and run who happens to be friends with members of the Danville Council whose peer died from a bacterial infection which nearly killed me in 2005.

We all know Tanabe, and Butler walked into my house days after the 2004 Danville assault connected to the Danville mom spent 100K fighting charges from Hayward that she had attempted to hire a hit man, whose husband won one of the few large jury awards but one of the deceased BART officers was about to come forward as a whistle blower in his new job at an important agency.

RICO - the best part about operating alone - is it only takes two to make a RICO Conspiracy

Also, violations of state law which constitute “racketeering activity” under the federal RICO Act must be punishable by imprisonment for more than one year.  The offenses falling under this category include murder, kidnapping, gambling, arson, robbery, bribery, extortion, dealing in obscene matter, and dealing in narcotic or other dangerous drugs[ii].  Courts have held that the list of state law crimes that can constitute “racketeering activity” under RICO is exclusive[iii].

The H1b Visa and the CHP Officer Youngstrom Fatal Shooting

By petecbennett@outlook.com PETE BENNETT
Posted July 31st 2013

======================================================================

This page and others will detail my position on how the H1b visa resulted in the shooting death of Officer Kenyon Youngstrom.  I was once afforded the pleasure of meeting him at the Walnut Creek Starbucks at in early 2012 when he and his partner sat down next to me more than once.  We had a chance to talk just once when they took the table next to me.

During that brief meeting we casually chatted about life and Youngstrom was rather funny, very likable and was down to earth.  What they did not know was my research on Contra Costa County events which has become the framework of this blog.  There were three separate visits where we crossed paths but my personal situation because this former well paid american programmer was homeless and living his Ford Explorer that was towed away days after another tragedy, the Anthony Banta Jr. shooting.

Most programmers when reading this article by Matthias Gafni might ponder why he was traveling between jobs daily.  Programmers interview a few times, get hired, go to work where they often spend weeks reading code, documentation and have meetings about objectives before touching the code.

The quote from Mindsource was he was a fantastic programmer is flawed as it reeks that Lacey was another Fake Interview Victim.  I know as I've been contacted by Mindsource but also don't believe a word from their recruiters.  I've also got Chris Lacey's linked-in profile and from my experience can see his is skills appear solid and I would be the papers in his backpack were bills or the letter from Mindsource woudl he burned his precious cash driving from Corning CA to San Jose CA.

Please take a moment to read my comments on being stalked in Walnut Creek CA where I was followed near relentlessly for two years.  In one of those events the stalkers took pictures of Youngstrom but I reported the stalking to Walnut Creek Police but read this posting about how they handle attempted murders which is why I stood up in front of the city council which is probably why

The hidden message here: They found Lacey from the internet but they state they have a rich source professionals.

"We found him on a job board through a mailing list," Meza said of Lacy's hiring. "It's just very strange. This can happen to anybody."

Additionally when you read their self-fulfilling comments about how they source it's obvious to me that Mindsource was seeking someone to interview for an H1B Visa re-certification interview.   Please read the The H1B Fake Interview  to learn more about this process.  The H1b visa constitutes about 3 million positions taken by foreign tech workers at a 20% discount or better.

MOUNTAIN VIEW -- Christopher Lacy, just days into his new job as a senior software engineer, was on his way to a Sunnyvale client on Sept. 4, the day he shot and killed a California Highway Patrol officer without warning, investigators and a company official said Wednesday.
The 36-year-old programmer had long worked remotely for various Silicon Valley companies but was hired at Mountain View-based Mindsource Inc. a week and two days before the shooting, said Gabriel Meza, Mindsource's vice president of human resources. As a senior software engineer, Lacy was tasked with the development of Java, a computer programming language.
"In the seven days he worked for us, the only feedback was he was doing an amazing job," Meza said. "He was top level. Very senior."

The new job required that Lacy visit various Silicon Valley clients at their sites to provide consulting, Meza said, meaning Lacy would have to either commute 430 miles round-trip from his home to isolated and rural Rancho Tehama, outside of Corning, or stay somewhere in the Bay Area during the week. Neighbors said Lacy moved north a year ago because he despised the hustle and bustle of the Bay Area.

On Sept. 4, Lacy was scheduled to provide consulting for Hewlett-Packard at their Sunnyvale office, Meza said. After a likely four-hour drive from his trailer in Rancho Tehama, Lacy was pulled over on Interstate 680 in Alamo for having an obstructed license plate. After a 10-second interaction with CHP officer Kenyon Youngstrom, Lacy shot him without warning. A second officer then shot Lacy to death. Youngstrom died the following evening.

His neighbor speculated that Lacy had been spending his weekdays in the Bay Area because his Jeep Wrangler was gone the week before the shooting.

"He told me he didn't ever want to go back down there," neighbor Jim Bowron said. "But you have to go where the money is, and Silicon Valley just happens to be that."

An email from a Mindsource recruiter was found in his Jeep by investigators, according to a search warrant filed in Contra Costa Superior Court this week. "We found him on a job board through a mailing list," Meza said of Lacy's hiring. "It's just very strange. This can happen to anybody."
Detectives seized a handgun safety certificate, ammunition, a gun-carrying case, three shooting targets and large amount of computer equipment, among other items, from his Tehama County trailer, according to court documents.
While searching the Jeep, investigators also found "a backpack containing (mail) belonging to Lacy, pistol ammunition, four loaded pistol magazines, a knit cap and a pistol shoulder holster," according to the warrant.
Youngstrom, 37, of Cordelia -- who donated his organs, saving the lives of four people -- will have a memorial service Thursday morning at a Vacaville church.
