Danville CA:  In review of my old neighborhood a disturbing suite of fires was occurring all around me, my sons and my life but right under my nose.  In 2004 my truck was rigged to burn me alive but when I started fact checking fires near me I discovered that this LITTLE neighborhood suffered quite a large number of fires. If there is an arsonist he lives in this neighborhood.

You're welcome to search for yourself but this one lead started me thinking on whether or not they were arsons vs. random fires.  The fire at 161 Plaza Circle had children roughly the same ages as my sons.  The family appears to have come unraveled and divorced which means they didn't attend church.

The unique part here is the structire to west burned in 2003 and I was living there when that one occurred but there was another one in 1980s that killed a father, another across the street, and apparently a few more but a conversation with a former Danville Real Estate agents suggested that San Ramon Fireman were stealing property as she alleged they stole a 25K diamond ring, and I alleged they stole my coin collection in 2004 during one of their tactical maneuvers that Chris Butler ran on me.  

 In 2010 when I fled the area from retired SFPD Lt. David Oberhoffer leaving behind over 50,000 in software licenses, over $500,000 in losses related to development, and 50K in systems.  

The CNET incidents play heavily on what I've gone through but they are in Federal Prison - their big mistake selling Crack Back To The Streets - The Business Model

CNET Domestic Terrorism Unit - Walnut Creek Police Division

CNET Domestic Terrorism Unit 

On or about July 27th 2013 I was while theoretically minding my own business when three Walnut Creek Officers arrived at Walnut Creek Starbucks (See Link) with allegations that I was disturbing the peace, acting strangely and had attacked a passerby.  I spent 20 minutes on the street being interrogated by Officer Burns for the garden variety of allegations.  Officers Burns like many in Law Enforcement are of my involvement the CNET Scandal which I've aptly renamed the as CNET Domestic Terrorism Unit as there are officers from this department with direct links to CNET which is an agency disbanded when CNET Commander Wielsch was arrested in February 2011.  What Officer Burns and others in the department might been involved with was the attack on my attorney Sage Sepahi who was going to sue CNET in 2004.


I can't sue anyone because the legal community e.g. Contra Costa Bar Association has red-lined me and whoever is left is simply afraid to get involved.

What officer Burns is not aware of what was on my laptop and my evolving theory on several fires in the area including that really big one over in San Bruno that perhaps under the guise of a well paying job with PG&E my skills were used to penetrate a utility that has Nuclear Power Plants, A Gas Transmission Unit, and Electrical Unit that supports the economic fabric of one the 11th largest economy in the world.

My concern as a software developer are obvious internal weaknesses of PG&E and their subcontracting firm Ravenelle Enterprises.  Back in March 2011, I was homeless, living in total fear, enduring threats from all points, my life was upside down but a key element surfaced when Chris Butler and Norman Wielsch were first arrested in 2011 which occurred after Lt. Oberhoffer SFPD (retired) deliberately drove me from my offices in Pleasant Hill.

I write to deflect as I'm tired of being a target plus I have two sons that were nearly killed in one of these attempts.  The Walnut Creek Police drove from five offices, the Pleasant Hill Police failed to respond and the Danville Police, CHP and San Ramon Fire Protection District are likely guilty of conspiracy to commit murder, extortion and racketeering.  It's come to the point I've got to call a spade a spade before someone takes me down.

Hillside Covenant Church

I filed claims in summer in 2012 but by someone used the PG&E Maps on my laptop breached by Hillside to commit attack on a PG&E Sub Station.

Just before Christmas 2010 after being homeless for many months, after fleeing the area after Lt. Oberhoffer targeted my business I am finally back in Walnut Creek.

I was told - "go to Civic Park" and get some free eats.

Six Months later my car is totaled in Lafayette within 60 minutes of communicating with Hillside Covenant Church's Youth Director Keith Lynds who is good friends with Pastor Reed.

Lynds was able convince my son to give up my password to my laptop and Facebook accounts.  Just a few days before that Lynds via Facebook messaged me about my accounts getting hacked.

The problem was they coerced a minor into compromising a laptop containing information belonging to PG&E who I was forced to inform about the breech and the car accident.

I can't win in Contra Costa County - there is little chance that CCSO will ever investigate anything as some of their officers are behind the many accidents I've endured.  One of them almost killed my sons - but does anyone care.  A small segment of CCSO cares.  As I write this email I'm waiting for the Butte County Coroner to about this arson murder case just north of where my sons live as in 4.3 miles.  Perhaps the church would call as I can't reach them - my phones were blocked last week.  Seems like Hillside told my ex and sons what they were going to do.  It was conspiracy to commit murder via accident where the Lafayette Police refused to investigate the facts.

I am about to send an email to Hillside but it on Monday they told me to leave the park.  Sorry folks I've tied the knot on your stalking game.  I keep asking for Lynds who  apparently spent 10 months communicating with my sons.  Now we've got Art Jacobson of Consolidated Fire District as one of my stalkers in Starbucks  and other locations plus his friend at DeMaggios Barber Shop on N. Main Street plus a few members from other churches.

I've compiled a list of fires at schools, structures and autos.  Since I've had arson murders near me more than once and I'm an arson victim from back in 2004.  It seemed perfectly sensible to develop a suspect list given that Consolidated Fire and San Ramon Fire, and other agencies didn't seem to think attempted murder was important.

Mr. Lynds I also found a connection that places you at Hunsacker Canyon Road where another Arson Murder Occurred.  in 2009 - I keep digging and keep coming up with the same people near the same crime scenes as Pamela Vitale lived on Hunsacker Canyon.
