PG&E: San Bruno Fire - An Alternate Theory Leading To Another Fire
Date: January 22nd 2013 Author: Pete Bennett
Reference Link: Suspected and Known Arson Fires
Pleasant Hill CA: Shortly after the San Bruno Fire in 2011 a PGE high performance engineer was sitting a desk across from me at my web start-up located at 1923a Oak Park Blvd, Pleasant Hill CA requesting a nearly useless database project. This person was nice enough but under extreme duress, lacked focus but also highly agitated when former Lt. David Oberhoffer appeared shortly after he arrived but he never seemed interested in his project.
A deposit was presented to build a skeleton database for his ongoing litigation which sounded like extortion by a former employee who teamed up with an attorney. What wasn't known then was he worked for PGE but the nearly impossible coincidence was the San Bruno Fire was
Sept 2010 a few days after the San Bruno Fire A PGE High Performance Engineer order a database solution for his litigation support needs. My best guess was this was perhaps a few bankers boxes but in retrospect he didn't need the database and was there about former San Francisco Police Officer David Oberhoffer who retired in June 2010. My problem with Oberhoffer is his connection to the Piedmont Lumber Fire and his connection to persons that I know have tried to run me off the road.
he paid a deposit but never returned calls but that afternoon Oberhoffer arrived and this guy appeared to be scared to death of him.
By February 2011 a company called Ravenelle Enterprises calls from Fresno saying they "found" my resume on Craigslist. They said they wanted to hire me but given I was homeless, broke, and barely surviving I said yes, sure, no problem, when do you want to start but knowing that I was sleeping in the rain it was going to be tough road.
My problem was getting clothes and getting around. Then my phone goes off but Ravenelle apparently undeflected by my problems makes contact again after the phone was off for three weeks. We meet in Walnut Creek and this VP presents my resume that was posted back fall 2010.
I get hired, Ravenelle sells me a car, gets me traveling to Newman, Modesto, Concord, and PGE Offices on Wiget Lane
I've spent several years piecing together job histories, other cases, arson fires, insurance fraud and other stoked up deflection stories.

Looking motives on the San Bruno Fire using a disruption model one could surmise that disrupting gas lines could create a ripple effect throughout the system or region. Gas transmission and power arrive at numerous entry points. My past project once included mapping SBC Global's DSL system to orders. Not complicated but an eye opener but SBC inadvertently bankrupted the agency responsible for paying me back in 2001. So much for feeding your kids but Hicks Consulting sued and won so SBC retaliated by cutting off Hicks Consulting.
Please see Case CIVMSC02-00313 - HICKS VS SBC SERVICES or CC-courts.org
Giving Credit where it's due
- PG&E is moving in the right direction in regards to safety and placing citizens over the cantankerous PUC debates but working in unison instead of cross principles would help facilitate progress.
- The neighborhood you're protecting could be yours, mine or your family.
- The businesses that rely on consistent and reliable power that drive one of the largest economies in the world rely on an aging system with systemic problems from legacy that has left the room long ago.
It would be nice for SBC to pony up as the Agency filed Bankruptcy and vanished. The project broke down after working for months without payment.
Mid September 2010 PG&E High Performance Engineer
Around early September 2010 right around the San Bruno Fire a person (Coded: H.S.) contacted me for software services. He arrived either the first or second Saturday after the biggest pipeline fire in the country. He placed an order for services, left a deposit and was instructed return with documents. The problem was he never returned but the bigger problem was when Oberhoffer arrived on top of this appointment but today I'm highly suspect of Oberhoffer's timing and his connection to other suspect events, his job history, and suspiciously early pictures he took of the Piedmont Lumber Fire that was a Johnny on the Spot scoop or perhaps he knows more.
Months later I'm homeless, either fighting for survival or meeting some of the nicest down and outs around. Stuck in San Francisco Tenderloin for four months but using by Singing To Survive I returned to Walnut Creek by Christmas where I connected with Hillside Covenant Church.
- Anyone connected to PGE is not my normal client
- The High Performance Engineer would be an innocuous event except that this was days after the San Bruno Fire
- The other person in the room possessed images of the Piedmont Lumber Fire that in my opinion plus that of others was far too early in the fire.
- The day of the Piedmont fire I was attending State Senators Mark Desauliniers event at the Lafayette library more or less ranting about what would surface as CNET.
- That afternoon my engine threw a rod - oops the oil sensing light failed - thank god for Mormons who sell crappy cars.
The vendor for PGE owes me about $10,000 but PGE's attorneys have ignored me saying that their vendors are responsible for paying their bills. They took my time sheets and got paid but decided that paying me was not in their best interest. Weeks later my car was totaled in Lafayette - search on accident in this blog.
Senator DeSaulnier showed concern initially but my concerns are the San Bruno Fire is a critical infrastructure component required for the worlds 11th largest economy to function. I didn't ask for this connection but my suspect is relentless but I've filed police reports in Walnut Creek, Lafayette and Pleasant Hill but since filing them I've had about three solid attempts on life - e.g. car accidents, someone from Hillside Covenant Church tried to run me over in Lafayette - Lt. Gorski told me to pound sand while he was busy driving Vice Ultra Lounge out of business, the Chief of Police of Lafayette, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Danville and Clayton have all announced their retirements since CNET became a household name.
Wait until you read about the connection to my arson map and Peter Branagh where I was at event where CCSO detectives appeared. A movie making event where they made me the star? Not really but days later a young kid at the Walnut Creek McDonald's yelled Daddy it's Pete, get your gun!
I get it - I get that the story is far from over.

Dear Mr. Early,
We share a common suite of events - we are both arson victims. The difference between our situations vastly different as my story leads to Police Officers, Attorneys, Private Investigators, a long unchecked investment scandal plus a slew of verifiable fires, kidnappings, arson cases, and sadly a few murders connected to your employees or vendors that are also connected to my world.
During the PG&E Engagement I had several attempts to take my life via accidents, beatings, muggings and while around town. I've been homeless off and on since 2010 which started right after I met a PG&E High Performance Engineer. A retired San Francisco Police Lt. who was at the Piedmont Lumber (Fire/Arson) in 2010 was standing next to your Engineer. I believe his job would be calculating little things like Pipeline Pressures.
I've filed police reports but none have gone anywhere but the FBI, State and perhaps a few from Contra Costa County are actually doing something.
While the Attorneys toss the workers away like pawns on a Chessboard one of the worlds largest utilities is clearly under attack but worse while the attorneys jostle PG&E faces a paradoxical issues. The recent announcement by Jon Wellinghoff former Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and retired FBI Rick Smith but based on their statements I've been emailing ATF, FBI, State Investigators and PG&E Attorneys about what happened to my laptop that was breached several times.
Your vendor placed thousands of sensitive PG&E documents on my laptop which was stolen in 2012 but recovered by the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad but lacking a decent explanation of where it was for 10 hours.
On April 4th 2012 a pipe bomb found on the Iron Horse Trail is another dangerous incident. This is the same mission critical location where Kinder Morgan Gate Valve is located which was shut down the 2004 Kinder Morgan
There are several problems with the 2004 Kinder-Morgan Fire

WALNUT CREEK, CA: I'll reserve judgement on this shooting but there are Fatal Officer Shootings in Walnut Creek that may not hold up but for me these extend back thirty years so this hit home.
Last summer my car was totaled by a retired San Francisco Police Officer in Lafayette. I've left a trail of letters to Public Officials regarding events near me that have kept coming until I started posting. The bizarre events on my end pretty much unbelievable, accidents, shootings and others endless events reflect on this event as the same Captain Schultz was working pretty hard to goad into a shooting in front of the Walnut Creek Library. Don't worry Captain, word in the legal circles is no attorney in Contra Costa will represent me but when they learn my attorney was beaten in Walnut Creek - they hang up.
Also while Lt. Gorski harasses Vice Ultra Lounge into near bankruptcy residents are getting the shim rod deal - save Neiman-Marcus by beating the petitioner against building a into leaving Walnut Creek CA or allow a member of Hillside Covenant Church who attempted to run me over summer of 2012 in the Walnut Creek Safeway Parking Lot.
Perhaps bold at face value but put yourself in my shoes as I've had enough car accident beatings and attempted murders that sum of all the events has finally weighed in?
An early story on the shooting. I know a lot more but the Walnut Creek Residents I've spoken cannot understand this shooting.

WCPD ►Homeless Assault Victim
Walnut Creek CA:
February 5th 2013
Mathew Chase is this nice guy floating around your cities. He usually walks between Walnut Creek to Concord, Pleasant Hill and Pacheco.
I've helped him with rides, food, coffee, and friendship. He was beaten up by Kyle Miller many times who seems to be some type of proxy operative of the Walnut Creek Police as the homeless in the area are totally afraid of Miller.
I went by Kyle Millers shed and he's gone, there is an eviction posted on the door and no sign of him for about a month. I suspect he's in jail. (he's out talking to himself)
Once I started asking questions about accidents near the homeless near Kaiser and Trader Joes then I discovered others in the downtown area who've been beaten by Miller. The other homeless man is Danny who is the harmless homeless man who just gets by day to day. He's a regular at Peet's where some patrons buy him coffee and meals.
There is the Safeway Petitioner who was attacked when a guy came out of the store and clobbered the man in front who was gathering signatures for the Anti-Nieman Marcus campaign. Imagine the possibilities - beat the key man petitioner and change the outcome of a referendum.
One last thing - they said the attacker was mentally disturbed so it was OK and he wouldn't be arrested even though it was recorded on Camera.
Are getting the concept - going, going, gone and sold to best payoff.

Building Inspector Gary Vinson Collins appears screaming about his paintbrush read the assault story >>>
The Investigators
CCSO Criminalist Eric Collins
The man who apparently delivered the majority of the incriminating evidence that put Scott Dyleski in jail for life. A case than many feel has weak merits with very sketchy evidence, the lack of hair fibers matching Dyleski but untested DNA from an unidentified subject? What gives Criminalist Collins?
Read the Scott Dyleski Analysis that revealed a coincidence as nearly positive that Gary Collins was inspecting a house on Waverly Drive Martinez CA where his hair appeared to be dyed black.
Rick Kovar: Apparently this is the son of former Walnut Creek Mayor Peg Kovar. It's a bit strange to me when reading about this .
Over the last eight years I've been subjected to numerous accidents, incidents and even an alleged poisoning but On February 11th 2012 - I attended a movie making event that I sensed was a setup >>> but this allowed a crucial connection to be made between Peter Branaghm, Eric Nunn, Craig Wilson, a bunch of realtors in the Poets Corners area, a retired SFPD Cop then finding houses lost to foreclosure in 2008/2009 which I believe leads to my 2011 car accident which leads to the same people at the same hole in the wall bar down the street from the Back Forty BBQ who lost a son.
During the summer of 2011 my car was totaled, my laptop breached weeks earlier but when I learned of Collins death via his Obituary in 2012 then long missing links surfaced.
The untested DNA and blond hairs likely match Gary Collins. The evidence collections techniques based on analysis by other writers suggests that a few untrained buddies collected evidence in the dark. Did CCSO deliberately alter evidence as they've deflected me many times and now they're linked Chris Butler, Tanabe, and Lombardi.
The last name Collins is synonymous with my story but connections to Poets Corners more significant but consider my position, truck fires, arson, beating, vandalized engines, damaged ABS System, clients targeted and offices affected.
The Blonde Hairs ? (source) >>>
During direct examination, Eric Collins testified that on October 17, 2005 while attending the autopsy, he collected numerous light hairs from the back torso of Vitale’s body and packaged these. Here is should be noted that Daniel Horowitz has dark brown hair, and Pamela Vitale had black hair and her husband Daniel Horowitz has dark brown hair.
On cross-examination, Collins testified that the hairs found on the back of the Vitale’s torso were blonde in color, and found at the junction where the T-shirt and skirt met, in the midsection of her back, and that the numerous blonde hairs were “loosely hanging on”. He collected these by placing them in an envelope.
Collins testified that when he photographed Dyleski following his arrest, his hair was black. He had no remarkable lacerations or bruises. The connective tissue in his mouth, which can tear during a violent struggle, was intact. His injuries were superficial in nature.
Statements from friends of Scott Dyleski
Scott Dyleski is a young man unjustly imprisoned in California for the murder of Pamela Vitale. Pamela Vitale was brutally murdered in her home in Lafayette, California on October 15, 2005. Scott was 16 at the time and lived in a planned community about a mile away in the same Hunsaker Canyon area of Lafayette.

Update: I keep hearing conflicting stories about Keith but I've asked him many times the same questions - got the same answer over and over again. This pattern can be found in many stories but when the data e.g. facts are managed by others there is little you can do but speculate. There is truth somewhere in the story.

Walnut Creek CA - The Homeless Targeting Interview from Feb 2012 that from the moment Keith Richards explained he'd been hit on July 1th 2011 our stories were connected as my Blinded By The Cop blog occured on July 20th 2011 but events preceding the accident shed light on participants can be found on the master list.
Keith and Larry in their own words on how Larry dragged his friend down to Kaiser Hospital where he spent about five weeks recuperating but his last accident was July 10th 2011 and that time his release date was mid-February 2012 or about nine months. The reason I sought him out was Todd Cambra had been run over a few days earlier but the February interview also revealed that Marcus Berger had been hit sometime mid summer and now he's part of the 40% (mitt), he's living on the dole with brain trauma at the assisted living facility on Geary Road Walnut Creek CA.
In between these accidents I was arrested for child support but while I was in custody John Newman was murdered in Concord CA. It was murder one until I told Concord Police that was the same night former Danville Deputies Jimenez placed a pyschotic inmate in my cell. That was one hellofuva evening where I read to him until he conked out. My solid real friend Kitty Maffie bailed me out of jail but here's where it gets interesting. John Newman's mail goes to Kitty's house but we all know eachother via the Walnut Creek Homeless Community.
The homeless in Walnut Creek are slowly disappearing, fading into the woodwork or perhaps they are floating in the delta like Clint Eul was found in 2002.
What a coincidence - duh!

Arson vs. Accident or perhaps a well planned domestic terrorism attack.
What you learn via my blog is that the son of PG&E Attorney was murdered but for this blogger it's very personal - I know the victim and he's not the only one.
If you're a public employee working for a utility, a public agency or infrastructure organization or business person then learn about my story that covers covers fires, arson cases, kidnappings, murders, murder/suicides and lynchings of blacks in the 1980s.
In my attempt to solve my own incidents the research would return other Kidnappings, accidents, and fires. As the database expanded it started looking like an investigative case management tool but one thing is clear - the cases have many common characteristics such as pipeline fires near schools.

Open Letter: Bryan Wenter former Walnut Creek City attorney

Bryan Wenter,
Walnut Creek CA
Open Letter
Dear Mr. Wenter,
I am sure you're fully aware of my plight and the pages on my blog. Last week I was detained and questioned at the N. Main Starbucks. The accusations were baseless like so many other but it was another attempt to dissuade this witness.
The recent coroners inquest results on Banta match very closely to my blog just a few weeks before that incident. My concerns are for my safety and it's clear something is going on near me, the city and how they are derailing police reports and obstructing justice.
In a few weeks I'll sending in dozens of ethics letters to the State Bar with an intense focus on City Attorneys. In Danville they settled the Katz matter saying they had no prior knowledge but in fact they are well aware.
The accusations against the bar will be RiCO level as few know about the insurance fraud part of the CNET story. You might which is why you exited but I got wind of it years ago.
Your police department operates with more than one agenda but more than officer has thrown me out of City Hall.
The other issue is you should be very careful and seek protection from the State Police, Bell, Polllecek and Shimansky plus the 20 from 2001 at Doc's pharmacy are no accident. I doubt you knew the younger business partner committed suicide so just like the 1776 Ygnacio Arson Case, or that Stuart Safine died days after his case against Contra Costa County was gutted by the Judge, or that an attorneys near the Seeno stories are turning on dead in Nevada but the para glider death night be more than an accident but I've heard via attorneys that a case against Seeno opposing counsel was killed in a accident. I can't confirm it but Contra Costa County has a far higher rate of death of public officials than anywhere in the country.
At the end of the day the database programmer gives you the answers that looked fishy but you couldn't or didn't have time.
I started with them in September 2011 and I've only know ten persons to be killed. You bet I am blunt now and when my Database goes online few will disagree.
Enjoy your new path but I'd prefer that you'd send letters as a concerned citizen about any event that seems fishy. Your job is balance ethics between client privilege. In my matters I've lost millions but once I discovered Butler, Wielsch and Tanabe were connected to Benny Chetcuti then i realized that my near fatal incidents were not so accidental. I am now positive that CNET was employed to take me down and that my life insurance policy was the $900,000 target.
There are more in Danville that match my allegations.
http://www.law.cornell.edu/ethics/ca/narr/CA_NARR_4.HTM
One last thing - this company plays heavily into this story as my attorney's (former) father in-law represents them and it just happens overlay the same agencies that have harassed me, found me via my EBT card or payroll and would have the ability track my credit cards.
It was used on me here in Walnut Creek so don't think that Bryden and others were deaf dumb and blind about CNET - they've taken houses, stolen property, planted false evidence and driven people out of business - why do you think the bartender at Havana is dead? read about Chuck Silverman accidents on Pleasant Hill road. There are five cases between 680 and the tunnel.
If you need a little nudge - its pretty obvious the Walnut Creek Police operate in a callous and dangerous manner, leading a young man into a dangerous scenario that nearly killed him. This little game has been a played on me in front Safeway, Starbucks and I've had officers and undercover taunting me in MacDonalds and the Walnut Creek Library with the use of informants leading me astray.
That means ladies and gentleman they are willing to create unexpected scenarios with your children in the crossfire when they could easily wait for a better day.

WALNUT CREEK / Fatal blast bringing tight new rules / Lawmaker says buried utility lines need better marking
Demian Bulwa, Chronicle Staff Writer
Published 4:00 am, Saturday, June 11, 2005
After a Senate committee hearing Friday into November's fuel-line blast in Walnut Creek that killed five workers, state Sen. Tom Torlakson said he will push for tighter laws regulating how hazardous underground utilities are marked and how construction crews can avoid them.
Current methods of protecting utilities are "very ad hoc, and that's not right. That's not safe," Torlakson, D-Antioch, said after the two-hour meeting at Walnut Creek City Hall.
Workers who mark utilities may require special certification and should employ more advanced technology than they currently use, Torlakson said, echoing suggestions made by some speakers. He also suggested that fines levied for accidents may need to be heftier.
It was the first public hearing since the Nov. 9 blast, in which a backhoe operator installing an East Bay Municipal Utility District water main hit a buried fuel line, releasing a stream of gas ignited by nearby welders.
The catastrophe has prompted several investigations, a raft of lawsuits and calls for new laws. Officials from workplace safety regulator Cal/OSHA appearing at Friday's hearing said they would consider new laws and regulations after consulting a panel of state and industry experts next month.
"The thing that stands out about this incident is its disturbing simplicity," said Len Welsh, acting director of Cal/OSHA. "We need a system that is resilient to human performance errors."
Cal/OSHA last month blamed Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, saying it failed to mark a bend in its fuel line. It issued the firm two "willful" violations -- the stiffest possible penalty -- and fined it $140,000, while the utility district, the contractor and a mapping firm received "serious" citations.
Kinder Morgan officials, who say they properly marked the line and provided maps showing the bend that was struck, are appealing the ruling. Company officials did not attend the hearing, but sent a letter saying the firm -- which operates 10,000 miles of pipelines in 21 states -- is "retaining additional third-party expertise concerning line marking practices, " providing more training and education and buying "state of the art line locating equipment."
Currently, state law requires Bay Area excavators, before digging, to call a nonprofit service that in turn contacts the owners of any nearby underground pipelines and utilities. Those owners must locate and mark their lines or advise workers of their location. Should those workers approach the line, they must dig by hand to expose it and protect it.
But Torlakson, EBMUD General Manager Dennis Diemer and others asked why there are no rules specifying exactly when utility owners should, for example, use paint to mark the path of a line or dig "potholes" that expose the line from the surface.
Mark Breslin, executive director of the Engineering and Utility Contractors Association, which represents about 400 companies, said the Walnut Creek explosion was "only a symptom of a recurring and pervasive problem in marking utilities in the state."
Also at the meeting, state Fire Marshal Ruben Grijalva said his pipeline safety division was within two weeks of issuing its report on the Walnut Creek blast. He said his investigators also believe it was caused by "the line not being properly marked" and could seek fines up to $500,000.
"There was enough regulation and legislation in place so that this should not have happened," Grijalva said. "It just wasn't followed."

The Witness Murders
They are all dead except the bottom three on the left. I knew almost every victim and this was in 2013 but my first Dead Witness story started in 1982 with of my employee.
During November 2013 I intend to post a concise list of persons near elected officials or public office killed, endured untimely fates or have been murdered
This list is good and I have no reason to retract anything as my arguments of a problem with the recent crash of the PG&E Surveillance Plane was enough for me, 1) I knew the Matt Moody via a local club, 2) It's connected to the Gas Transmission Group, 3) it missed my sons and ex-wife by three miles and the person in Row 2 First Image from left is most likely my sons half brother but was my attorneys Dax Craven's half brother son of a attorney that works for PG&E, Contra Costa County, Seeno, Safeway and Several other firms all of which have been litigation quagmires for me.
Victims:
- Five are Public Officials, Servants or Elected
- Three are police officers (arrested and Convicted) - I know all of them some since 1988
- One was a cop murdered who was photographed by my stalkers
- Three are relatives of Public Officials
- Three of the Public Officials have died of Spinal Meningitis- there are more cases
- One is my attorneys brother in-law his father represents Seeno who is going to be finally indicted.
- One was my neighbor
- My long time karaoke DJ friend, his mother formerly with Solano County DA
- Another was a Starbucks Barista,
- One was a bartender whose high school friend was Butlers Decoy in the 48 hours special. She's still around gained some weight and went Blonde - she no longer shows her cleavage.
- The other was murdered and key suspect is a cop, has always been a cop.
There are many more names but you can take this FBI where they'll they know already..
Every victim except one was killed in the last two years.

Blinded by the Cop
Lafayette CA: In my article "Blinded by the cop" I outline the July 20th 2011, hit and run accident that today lacks a police report. The two year anniversary has arrived with no recovery, only losses and more deaths in my article "The Dead Seeno List" where I've chronicled accidents, murders and incidents spanning 30 years.
Below is the first of several letters sent to Lafayette Police which should serve as adequate notice that someone tried to take my life but the response never arrived.
I informed a police agency that a recent hit and run accident occurred at the intersection Deer Valley Road and First Ave via the email titled "Hit and Run Accident Report Linked to Corruption Probe"
Please note that Hubbard is gone but dude - the county IT department can prove you're lying and you're obstructing justice, committing perjury, deflecting an attempted murder case and unfortunately have inserted yourself into a much bigger story.
The PG&E Gas Pipeline Explosion in San Bruno
This accident which was a close call forced me to dig up data leading me to Alamo Mormons which is connected to the death of one very good drummer that showed up and played for me. He's the son of a powerful attorney representing Contra Costa County, a prick named Al, and sues Chevron but his brother in-law represented me in my divorce court but failed to reveal ex-wife has been part of the Greenan Family for since the early 80s.
James Greenan's law firm obviously curry's favor with County Counsel, the DA and the Greenan influence is evident with the Contra Costa Narcotics Enforcement Taskforce (CNET)
Rule 3-310 Avoiding the Representation of Adverse Interests
This accident was intended to eliminate me which someone tried to do on my return trip from PG&E offices in Modesto. PG&E doesn't seem to get the bigger picture but their pipeline data was breached on my laptop when I was arrested in what I call the perfectly choreographed fall guy.
Dax, when you get a chance please read these pages:

This would include Judge Golub who saddled me with 12,000 in fines.

Below is the first of several letters sent to Lafayette Police which should serve as adequate notice that someone tried to take my life but the response never arrived.
It's your tax dollars not mine.
Lafayette Letter Number One
Lafayette Letter Number One

To Risk Managers and Insurance Underwriters:
On this blog you will learn how Contra Costa Law Enforcement defeats your actuarial efforts. My comments clearly demonstrate that there have been far too many incidents near me and even though my losses are in the millions - nothing happens.
I've reached the end of my years as programmer but my past has taught me some hard lessons but that last car incident was enough, several attempted or actual hit and runs back to back weeks apart then being accused of attacking a city worker on a lawn mower in Walnut Creek it's clear someone has something to hide.
The detective doesn't know it but I sent his plate numbers to the FBI and another agency who's become quite suspicious about what I've learned.
In a few weeks I'll have a loss analysis on numerous structures fires, accidents and deaths where I believe the industry has been hoodwinked. I'm collection and building my own database from news reports and other reliable sources.
Then since I can't get a police report I'm going to emailing every business in town to explain to them why their rates will skyrocket which I encourage those efforts. This will force the residents to finally rally about the wages of Fire Chiefs pulling down 300K per year and then I've found a fire in the same development where four Chiefs live with a fatality.
Failure is not an option as Failure equates to Fatalities.
There is no question that this candidate of office requires extra protection is truly concerned that they will focus on his sons as one of my long held and well documented allegations are that bacteria, undetectable drugs, an expert with bio-weapons, bio-toxins and/or Pharmacology delivered my near fatal nightmare on the ER. I have long lasting effects from that and fully expect this will play strongly when my day comes. Over ten years ago I was on steroids for asthma now I sing Bocelli - it was an advice nurse at CCCMRC who said I've heard your calls for years now are you sure your not being poisoned. I answered I've suspected it and a former cop near me happens to be other unexpected deaths.
I think you've got a network of operators with badges, law licenses and co-conspirators.
Just ask me but remember I'm sleeping under adverse conditions and I'd like to see remedy so I can get my sons out of harms way. My ex and I mutually know two crash victims and each are suspicious in nature but I know more than ten.
Get em Tonto we need billions for the department of insurance to function and you pay billions far too often.
By the way I need a job but I'd need some clothes, dental work, license, car, about $250,000 to pay off the medical, child support but that doesn't include the roughly Two Million I would have made doing what I once was very good at which is developing databases. My adversaries have badges with guns, radios, convicted for illegal wiretaps, known for extortion, arson and in my case in 1988 murdered a friend execution by one of Pittsburg CA finest Officer Eric Bergen.
Good luck and yes I've been screwed but I tried very hard to take of my family but keep in mind that I know where one likely arsonist works, know his name and know how he did it and there are three witnesses to his statement but I'm sure that you'll concur that Danville has an arsonist.

The Alamo 1st Ward members are somewhat pathetic bunch - Amnesiacs
Tough questions for the current Bishop .....
There is a member named Kim. I've asked several times about her welfare but no one can produce information on her whereabouts. She was a convert and I would think that a simple answer would be sufficient but like all the other questions that have surfaced no one wants to talk.
During my experience with the Alamo 1st I went through many events e.g. car fires, accidents and illnesses. All I can say is I'm suspect as the Ward has clammed up and that leaves me wondering.

There is a mom who's daughter died of spinal meningitis around 2002 - my coworker came down with it in 2009 how weird - but that mom and coworker have just one degree of separation between me and other serious bacterial infections affecting numerous people. I called it in a police report in 2009 - they just around doing little about it.
And I suffered near fatal infection

Some may think, wow another accident but what you're not reading in the Contra Costa Times is what they should be writing about. Few knew Ian Lota Scott who was the Karaoke DJ at Dallimonti's for many years until his passing on September 13th 2011, few know that I was supposed to meet Candidate for Office Eric Nunn who crashed a few days after we spoke, few know that I can link Tanabe to several BART officers who are also deceased just like my former Attorney's brother in-law son of a local Super lawyer who just happened know my ex-wife for thirty. They kept a good secret for nearly five years until Nate turned up dead on WB 24 last year.
My offices were once in the same center as Dallimonti's but over the summer of 2010 Ian's mom Izetta was helping me sort through all the strange events around me, she once worked for the Solano County District Attorney's office. Ian is another death just a handshake away from yet another current or former state worker. It doesn't make sense that so many so close to government are dying in accidents, drownings or plane crashes.
That legal "stuff" surfaced six months later as the CNET Scandal but persons near Dallimonti's including current and former officers have ties to the many incidents near me and others. This blog is a better defense than retaining an attorney as most Contra Costa Bar Association members are well aware that my attorney Sage Sepahi was beaten in Walnut Creek and now they know that Donald Moats offices were torched in 2001 forcing me into an adverse settlement but please feel free to read my other article on how cases are settled here in Contra Costa County.
Ian Scott R.I.P I plan to write more about this former Contra Costa Times CSR and I am sure that Mr. Taugher knew Ian who I am sure knew Margaret Lesher. I hope you can count 1, 2, 3 or ....

Police: Former Contra Costa Times reporter dies while snorkeling in Hawaii

BENICIA -- A former Contra Costa Times newspaper reporter who became a spokesman for the California Department of Fish and Wildlife died while snorkeling on vacation in Hawaii, according to the state agency and police.
Michael Taugher, 50, of Benicia was found unresponsive in the water off Black Rock in Kaanapali Saturday morning. He had been snorkeling with family members when he went missing. Lifeguard, firefighters and paramedics tried to revive Taugher but were unsuccessful. A police spokesman in Hawaii said no foul play is suspected.
A longtime environmental and investigative reporter, Taugher was known for his blend of meticulous research and dogged reporting in covering the biggest issues of the day,
said his former editor and Bay Area News Group East Bay Metro Editor Kat Rowlands.
In his 12 years at the Times, Taugher was the newspaper's go-to reporter on environmental issues, covering everything from state water politics, to endangered species, to forestry and the state's energy crisis. His reporting earned him numerous awards and praise from inside and outside the Walnut Creek newsroom.
"Mike was unquestionably fair, knowledgeable, and deeply insightful about the issues he covered," U.S. Rep. George Miller, D-Contra Costa, said in a statement. "He helped to broaden people's understanding of the environmental issues we face in California and I hope that his family will take some solace in knowing that many of us will remember Mike as a solid professional and very decent person."
In May 2012, Gov. Jerry Brown appointed Taugher as the assistant deputy director of communications, education and outreach at the California Department of Fish and Wildlife.
Before working for the Contra Costa Times from 2000 to 2012, he was an environmental reporter for the Albuquerque Journal from 1995 to 2000, a Greeley Tribune reporter from 1992 to 1995 and a reporter for the Tahoe Daily Tribune and North Lake Tahoe Bonanza from 1989 to 1992.
"He was also a genuinely decent, nice guy," said Paul Rogers, environment writer for the San Jose Mercury News who worked with Taugher. "He'd be patiently explaining some complex California water issue to me and then just suddenly blurt out 'hey, did I tell you my son, Zac hit a home run in Little League this weekend?'"
