School bus carrying students catches fire in Concord

Friday, June 14, 2013
A Mount Diablo Unified School District bus carrying students caught fire Friday afternoon in Concord, fire and school district officials said.

Crews from the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District responded to a report of a smoking school bus on Willow Pass Road near the Interstate Highway 680 on-ramp at 2:39 p.m., a fire dispatcher said.
Once they arrived, an apparent fire had been put out and everyone on board had been able to get off the bus safely, the dispatcher said.

A school district employee said there were students on board but nobody, including the bus driver, was injured.

Restaurant fire prompts downtown Walnut Creek street closures

Restaurant fire prompts downtown Walnut Creek street closures
Sauced BBQ & Spirits on Locust Street forced to evacuate after single-alarm fire Saturday evening

PUBLISHED:  | UPDATED:
WALNUT CREEK — A barbecue restaurant in downtown Walnut Creek tasted the wrong kind of smokiness Saturday evening when a fire forced an evacuation of staff and patrons, authorities said.
Crews from the Contra Costa Fire Protection District were called at 6:10 p.m. to Sauced BBQ & Spirits, on Locust Street between Bonanza and Cypress streets, for reports of heavy smoke emanating from the two-story building, fire Capt. Steve Aubert said.
All of the restaurant’s occupants were able to evacuate safely, and the fire was brought under control within 20 minutes, Aubert said. The fire made its way through both the first and second story, the latter of which houses offices, but an origin and cause were still under investigation.
There were no reported injuries to either patrons, staff, or firefighters, Aubert said.
Walnut Creek police sent out an alert around 6:45 p.m. telling motorists and pedestrians to avoid the area while fire crews and personnel tend to the fire site. Police announced about 30 minutes later that roads were re-opened.

Removal Instructions: and Response to Restraining Orders - what to expect

Removal Instructions:

If you want your information removed please put in writing what is incorrect. The goal of the blog is to prevent more deaths, arson cases, deaths by suspicious accidents and murder suicides.  I've reached the conclusion that some pipelines require regular patrols until a comprehensive safety plan is developed.  The pipelines are too close to the schools planned over 40 years ago long before Domestic Terrorism was a household word.

Restraining Orders:

In response I intend to raise many complex issues as follows:

  1. Prior representation and events
    1. Civil Attorney: Donald Gene Moats - Offices burned down during case in 2001 - Arson.
    2. Attorney Intimidation:  Attorneys Wife: Tamara Moats - murdered in Walnut Creek 1989
    3. Dax Craven who is the son in-law of James Greenan former leadership role at Contra Costa Bar Association who has blocked access to over 1,600 attorneys.  The attorneys not connected to the Bar get targeted.
    4. Murder or Accident:  The relationship between Nate Greenan who was killed on April 18th 2012 a week after the Pipe Bomb found on the trail and Seeno who obviously knows Greenan
    5. Attorney Intimidation: Sage Sehapi - beaten in Walnut Creek 2005 - case that would exposed CNET defeated
    6. Safeway Petitioner beaten to defeat public referendum
    7. 1987 Litigation: Dr. Fang - murdered in 2000
    8. 2004 TRO Gary Collins Murder or Accident
    9. 2006 Bennett v. Collins Murder or Accident
    10. Bennett v. Collins attorney retained to sue Contra Costa County, Danville and LP2a (firm)
    11. Contra Costa Bar Association:  What effect have they played on Contra Costa Litigation and Cases
  2. Adjacent Cases
    1. Michael McNulty - Nephew of Sherriff/Senator/Former FBI Agent - Suicide or cover-up
    2. Catherine Perata - does business with Seeno  - open case
    3. Dino Ghilotto - does business with Seeno  - open case
    4. Roma Bhatia - 12/12/11 Murder by Accident - Real Estate Agent
    5. Loretta Hale - 12/11/11 Murder by Accident labeled a suicide - Real Estate Agent
    6. Gary Vinson Collins - CNET Witness falls and then dies.  12/19/11
  3. Domestic Terrorism
    1. PG&E Fire - the Benny Chetcuti Jr. connection
      1. What happened to my PG&E laptop loaded with critical pipeline data end up in the hands of the Walnut Creek Bombs Squad
      2. How come WCPD Captain Schultz, Sgt. Mike Chan, and a detective end up cornering me in front of the Walnut Creek Library with hands placed on guns?  Fuck you Tim as you wanted to shoot me dead - I know that clearly.
      3. Does anyone in this department know Wielsch, Butler, Tanabe, or Marina Evans the divorcee mugging victim that was beaten just as bad as the 49r fan was.  She lost her house, opposing counsel shared offices with my attorney Don Moats.
    2. Kinder Morgan Pipeline Fire 2004
      1. How did the first person witness Ellen Sabaduquia, 54, of Walnut Creek die?
        1. Fire: Nov 09/2004 - DOD: 12/25/2005
        2. Did she even testify or was she deposed?
        3. Witness: How did a person connected to a Federal Investigator who a fire witness who was never interviewed nearly get T-boned in a deliberate hit and run?
        4. How did another witness end up in jail?
    3. Doc's Pharmacy 2001
      1. Are the facts accurate?
      2. Witness: How and why did the witness in the Doc's Pharmacy Jamies Sheet's commit suicide the following year.
    4. My 2004 Arson fire known to Attorney's Craven, Golub (former judge), Greenan, Contra Costa Times Editor Steve Proctor, Loretta Hale (deceased), Patricia Noel (deceased), Kristie Ferraro (deceased),
    5. The Hillgrade Ave Pipe Bomb Event that could have killed hundreds but with Terrorist Event extrapolations could have been students at more than 10 schools.  The event timing was during school on a windy day.  The same agencies that can't find my 2004 Fire investigated that.
      1. That places nearly ten years of investigation in tainted bucket.
    6. Raise whether the Plaintiff's attorneys are deliberately creating accidents to generate revenue on public and private entities for fee generation.
      1. Specifically:
        1. San Bruno Gas Explosion 2010
        2. TWA Flight 800 1996
        3. Kinder Morgan 2004 fire 2004
        4. Caldecott Tunnel Fire 1985
        5. BART Tunnel Fire
        6. Asiana Crash 2013
        7. Chevron Refinery Fire
        8. School Bus Incident on Lilac Drive Dec 2004 - connected to the plaintiffs attorneys
        9. The 1979 Arson/ Arson/Murder and Murder next to my property - another cold but conveniently forgotten case.  But the property was sold just like the Geary Road Property that I used to live in from 78-79.
    7. Then last but not least I'd love to ask about Michael McNulty, Chuck Silverman, David Schafer, Jamie Sheets, Catherine Perata, Dino Ghilloti, Michael Taugher, or perhaps if you any of you know SVP Special Investigator that knows CNET or perhaps three people over ten years with

  4. DOD Believe it or not there are several persons connected to my story that have DOD clearances.  I once had Low Level DOD and DOE (GE Nuclear).
    1. TOP SECRET CLEARANCE that are operatives working for CNET, or we can chat about the Spinal Meningitis Deaths of three public officials.
Someone once called the restraining order the All Mighty Motion anything goes motion.   I've used this in my responses several times recently. That's how I got my charges dismissed and change the course of one criminal case to dismissed.

For those of considering legal action an additional element anyone faces in Qui Tam - government fraud, welfare fraud, crimes against the state and federal government.  By defrauding me and my family the net result is you put them and me on welfare.
Contra Costa Attorney Go Round -
The rest of us call attorneys tell them our story, we file claims, we go to the courtrooms, but attorneys with connections they just get paid - really, really easily - no fuss, no muss.  It's clear they slice and dice the deals but tell others that we're sorry you don't have a case -

Example Todd Cambra run over by Trader Joes Walnut Creek and nearly killed (February 2012), he was baited with an attorney, he was expertly handled by persons connected to my hit and run, for 10 months he was told

that's why this number leading to the Contra Costa Sherriff's department is not a murder tip line.

Dead letter box for murder investigations.  I should know I developed the application that is connected to this story but was fired over nothing even though I completed it in three weeks.

NTSB, PG&E, BART, Plane Crashes, and Accidents where my friends are dead

Reposted to Protect My Sons

Walnut Creek CA: I am growing endlessly tired of trying to raise my sunken ship that riddled with holes where Police Officers arrest me, accuse me, sue their weapons in a show of force all too often.

In 2011 I was working for PG&E Software SubContractor and during this engagement I had two events to harm me.  On my return trip from Modesto Operations someone attempted to flip my car near Tracy Blvd on the 405 and then successfully totaled my car in Lafayette CA.

When I contacted PG&E I discovered the usual wall but their corporate counsel suggested I contact the Labor Board and I said how did I get hired in the first place?

This posting is a starting point for what I've discovered since that July 2011 accident - that accident was planned and the Lafayette Police were well informed about events.  You won't see a police report for that accident but I can tell you with a high level of confidence that it's linked to the following fatal accidents: Charles Silverman, Roma Bhatia, David Schafer, Loretta Hale, Carol Davis, two motorcyclists on Hwy 4 East Bound at Alhambra, and the following plane crashes of Eric Nunn (candidate) & Craig Wilson (BART), Peter Branagh (Know him), Matt Moody (know him), and my stint developing databases for PG&E Hydrotest operation leads to one core conclusion - my PG&E stint was a setup.

Alternate Explosion Theory Contra Costa Fire Timeline (or view this sheet)
view this sheet)

Since the 2011 Accident I've attempted to resolve events

  • Reaching PG&E,
  • Called the ATF,
  • Checked Commander Wielsch's history,
    • Learned he likely possesed C-4 explosives (published news)
    • 02-2011~Attempted with Chris Butler to sell C-4 (Recorded By UC CAL-DOJ)

In July 1995 - TWA Flight 800 crashed - there has endless missile debates with the phoney CIA "NOT A MISSILE" produced in 1998 then in 2012 former NTSB investigators put their reputation on the line while resurrecting the missile theory.

The timeline fits nicely 89 theft, 96 Air accident, 2004 Kinder Morgan jet Fuel Explosion, PG&E Pipeline Explosion, and in the middle is me with a undetected Arson case where my truck was on fire with flames shooting back over 100 feet (According to CHP Motorcycle) but even with all my protests about Arson no one wanted to listen.

For many years I asked fireman, officers and others how my truck fire was NOT arson.  The general feeling what do you mean they let you drive away - i said whatever was in the engine blew out but the oil plug was down over 2 1/2 turns.

The unlikely answer came from a tow truck driver who aptly says - they replace the oil Kerosene or Jet Fuel then reseat the plug with a Wax Seal and wait.  That's why the mechanic from Greg's muffler was right behind me that morning.  I drove the damaged fire damaged truck to Gregs shop where his mechanic blurted out what he witnessed my truck on fire and therefore we have a witness.

Nearly ten years later I'm building a concise timeline of fires covering pipelines, gas, fuels, house, commercial building, and autos which happens to include Limos.  Then I'm reading up on the Kinder Morgan Fire - I was there that day at the courthouse getting fined by Judge Golub (you suck Joel)

It was clear to me a weeks ago (Oct. 2013) that my undetected arson fire with a likely fuel source of Jet Fuel would have weighed considerably in the investigation.  The Kinder Morgan Fire was referred to as "Pillar of Fire" and mine was best described as a fireball.

Well way back in 1979 I lived on Santa Monica Drive Pleasant Hill CA which was next to the Cabbage Patch where the there two murders about 1000 feet from my house.  One was murder the other was arson murder and the farmer was under a lot of pressure to sell.  Well they got him to sell when his chemical shed blew up.

During these events there were thefts and a 1918 Muni Railway Model T type flatbed truck complete with the old railway emblems on the door was stolen and went right by my house.

It was being towed out by Charlie (amazing but it was my former neighbor from Geary Road) with a tow truck belonging to North Main Tow (AAA Services).

Find that truck build a timeline of where it's been since 1979 or 1980 and I suspect it will lead to some rich folk in Contra Costa County.  The truck will lead to Murder Cover Up at the Cabbage Patch as the Pleasant Hill Police Department like Pittsburg won't talk about certain cases and all of these agencies are incredibly good at ignoring so many attempts at taking my life.

I no longer believe the PG&E fire was an accident and after building up numerous conceptual motives, methods and tactics I've concluded the recent BART accident is connected to the 2008 accident.  There are several common elements to the Asiana Crash, PG&E, ConFire, and BART - they operate on unsecure channels.

I went to the NTSB accident reconstruction scene for the Fatal BART Engineer accident

An early morning one-alarm fire Friday damaged a San Ramon Starbucks and filled a neighboring bank full of smoke, authorities said.
The blaze was reported at 4:07 a.m. at the Starbucks located at 3110 Crow Canyon Place.
Firefighters arrived, saw flames on the exterior walls of the coffee shop and were able to extinguish the fire at 5:14 a.m., San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District spokeswoman Kim French said.
The Starbucks sustained damage that will keep it closed today, she said.
Two adjacent businesses, a cheesecake shop and a Comerica Bank, sustained smoke damage but crews hope to have the businesses open today, French said.
No one was injured in the fire. The cause of the fire remains under investigation, she said.

PARADISE -- Two people died in a plane crash Tuesday morning south of Neal Road that triggered a vegetation fire.
PG&E spokeswoman Jan Morris said Tuesday evening that the aircraft was an AA Aerial Services and Frontine Energy scout plane doing contract work for PG&E.
The plane was doing routine patrol from the air on a natural gas transmission pipeline located in the area.
The crash about 11:30 a.m. was in Hamlin Canyon, about six miles southwest of Paradise, according to Cal Fire-Butte County.
Cal Fire Battalion Chief Chris Haile said the plane was completely gone due to the fire by the time his crew got down to it.
"The pilot was killed and we have no idea who he was; what the airplane was, we have no information on that," Haile said.
Morris said PG&E's prayers are with the families of the victims.
The plane was identified as possibly a "small two-seater aircraft" by Cal Fire Deputy Fire Marshal Matt Damon.
The FAA did not have any identification on the crashed plane or the occupants inside as of deadline Tuesday.
The circumstances of the crash are unknown as well, FAA public affairs manager Ian Gregor said.
"Firefighters were going in to the crash site on ATVs earlier in the afternoon to try to get a data tag or N-number off the plane," he wrote in an email.
The fire burned up the canyon toward Neal Road, sending smoke billowing up into the air. Neal Road was closed for a while.
By 3 p.m. the fire was contained at 21 acres. It did not threaten any homes. Six engines, four water trucks, a bulldozer and four hand crews fought the fire on the ground. Two air tankers, a helicopter and a spotter plane assisted from above.
Bob Smalley, 50, of Paradise, witnessed the plane crash, and was the first to call 9-1-1 and report it, he said.
"I was coming north on 99 and saw a plane kind of circling around off to the right," Smalley said. "Then I saw it do just a spiral straight down and I was shocked because planes don't do that. No more than a minute or so after I saw the smoke."
He did not recognize the plane. He said it was red or orange and white and was a smaller plane.
Officials do not have any lead on whose plane it was, Haile said. The Chico, Paradise and Oroville airports have confirmed the plane was not based at those sites.

Arson/Murder Victim: Eiko Sugihara

The Sad Story of the Richmond Woman
Eiko Sugihara

Published on 12/13/12 5:39 PM

Lafayette CA -- A few months ago I revisited The 680-Candlestick to determine if my fire was arson or accidental plus I began requesting public documents from various agencies which is when the wagons were drawn.

It's very clear that improbable occurred when my F-250 Truck erupted in flames back in 2004 but the story doesn't stop there as on July 2oth 2011 my car was pushed into oncoming traffic by a retired San Francisco Police Lieutenant that lives in Pleasant Hill CA.  We have an arsonist in the mist as I've encountered him more than once over the last few years but I suspect he's behind many fire incidents in Contra Costa County and beyond.

-Please read Martha's blog more ...
call this number and ask them why they don't want to hear about my arson case where I nearly burned up in 2004?  This is how Contra Costa County buries cases.
Investigators are asking anyone with information about Sugihara on that day to contact them at (925) 313-2632.

Take a good look around as you'll see a behavioral profile of brazen, immigrant targeting, small businesses targets, sheds, garages, porches and car ports.   A common theme is persons with limited resources, that will not likely rebound from an economic setback, he hits easy store front targets in strip malls, small centers but tends to pan for targets near the Contra Costa County Trail system.  These are a mix of crimes of opportunity but they tend to be real estate, insurance work, fire jobs and the big Kahuna - really big gas pipeline fires.

On November 2nd 2011 critical information was passed to a local agency with specific, razors accurate information regarding a law firm, a Danville Building Inspector and officers connected to CNET (Contra Costa County Narcotics Enforcement Taskforce) which connects even more officers regarding dirty the DUIs, the setups but this particular Danville Building Inspector who nearly killed me in 2004 was specifically mentioned.  The almost surreal occurred as just over month later he fell down an elevator shaft (just in time) then died weeks later at Stanford Medical Hospital on Dec. 19th 2011.

Discovering this accident was delayed by over a year as the City of Palo Alto withdrew the memo before it circulated to the media.  A snooping reporter got the scoop out on April 28th but my discovery was late October.  That discovery milestone comes after a July 6th milestone, and a June 28th milestone, a March, December milestones but there are actually more before that.

Days after the July 20th 2011 accident a Walnut Creek detective was following me around in a late model 1990s White Ford Taurus.

http://www.ktvu.com/news/news/family-suspect-foul-play-in-death-of-richmond-woma/nK3gm/
So in 2004 my truck was racing north on 680 flames blazing back 100 feet, smoke everywhere and to any professional looks like arson.  I'm sorry Officer you mean oil plug wiggle down two and one half turns with oil flowing like honey?

My arson case was deliberately misinterpreted by the CHP officer and so this arson fire just another an engine fire right?  My attempts to get San Ramon Fire to find the records were met on deaf ears.

  • Yep we can't find it,
  • Sorry there are no log files,
  • There are no records trucks rolled
  • No 911 calls - we delete all potential arson calls with great dispatch!

Big credibility problem.

  • The pencil was broken?
  • The backup tapes can't be found
  • The engine hours log has no mention of two engines rolling north and south?
  • San Ramon Fire has more than 20 people with amnesia - yep I get it.

Next month its beat the fuck out of the resident but why this derailed investigation means so much to this Richmond woman would have died in such a horrific manner but what occurred in September mirrors the fire cover-up.

I am sorry but Eiko Suguhari fire in December 2009 leads a direction that will surprise many as uit surprised me.  The difference is I lived to tell the story but that wasn't the first attempt on my life as many more attempts occurred after that.

The Eiko Sugihara murder could be solved but investigators have to ask the right questions to the right people and group.  Please read how to Kill The Case Ever So Slowly and Quietly

For five painstaking days I waited for word from the Butte County Coroner on whether or not this was my sons who live 4.3 miles from this murder scene.  No one would return my calls, not the school board members, not Rick Silva, not my sons as they've been cut off from me.

DeSABLA — Fire crews discovered three dead bodies in a stolen, burned car on Skyway early today, the Butte County Sheriff's Office said. Two of the bodies were found in the trunk and a third body was found in the back seat, according to Undersheriff Kory Honea.
The burned vehicle was a stolen green 2000 Acura TL, reported stolen by the Sacramento Police Department. Honea wasn't sure when it had been stolen.

Just after 12:15 a.m., fire units were dispatched to a vehicle fire just above Powellton Road between DeSabla and Stirling City, threatening the vegetation on the Skyway at Hupp Coutolenc Road, according to Capt. Scott McLean, Cal Fire-Butte County spokesman. On arrival the firefighters discovered a car engulfed in flames. The fire had extended a short way into the surrounding vegetation.  The fire was quickly extinguished and in the process of finishing the job the firefighters "popped the trunk," explained McLean. On opening the trunk they discovered the bodies, according to the Sheriff's Office, which is investigating. Rhonda Maehl and her husband, David, who live nearby, were getting ready to go to bed around midnight when they heard a "big boom."  They began to investigate to make sure it wasn't around their home. Rhonda Maehl said her husband then looked out the back door and heard a car horn blaring.
They both assumed it was no car accident.

Maehl said her husband arrived at the burning car first, called 9-1-1 and tried making
his way to the car, a four-door sedan."He couldn't see anybody in the car, couldn't see anything in it," she said this morning. "But there wasn't much of anything we could do."

They heard no screaming and saw no movement, so called 9-1-1. She said she did not hear any other vehicles at the time of the accident.
Example - screw these people

Maehl said the sedan's driver-side tires were still in the roadway.
"It was like they just pulled over to just sit," she said. "It was just parked and burning."
Maehl said the fire seemed to emanate from the back seat to the front.

"The rear tire on the passenger side was already melted to the rim on the ground when we got here," she said. "We watched and listened to the other tires explode later on."

Sleeping in the cold on 12/31/2012

Again I got stuck in the cold - my resources thin last night was pretty cold.  A few weeks ago I tried calling the Alamo 1st Ward Bishop, the Danville Stake President and even attempted to reach locals in Walnut Creek.

Seems like perhaps my truck fire, car accidents, really strange events are a bit much for many.  I do have brothers who more or less ripped off my inheritance.  A few weeks ago I attempted to get help from the Contra Costa Bar but was told they didn't have attorneys for me.

What was truly strange was that I recently found some of my adversaries more or less manage the Contra Costa Bar which explains why I can't get an attorney.  Perhaps this goes deeper than the deepsix.  I've long been concerned that my ligation has been derailed - I don't have the big bucks like others in the county.

They (Mysterious Beings Residing In Contra Costa County) beat up my attorney, poisoned me and blew my truck up but Gary Collins who nearly killed me in 2004 suffers a timely fall down an elevator shaft was timely as it gets.  My story at times is like the movie called "The Watchers" but living my story is a Twilight Zone episode.

So last night while my so called friends slept comfortably the temperature fell to less than 30 degrees.  My good friend who's been kind beyond belief was busy with his cancer stricken friend of 20 years.  Last night I would have slept in a coffin but given the treatment by the Danville Town Council and others they'd prefer my death would come in some invisible way.

I've emailed the Contra Costa Council of Mayors, I've appeared to speak but they met me with a show of force by having the Orinda Police "question me" as they walked to their dinner.  It's been an amazing journey, my business destroyed in the 80s, my world re-targeted again in the 2000's, forced out of five offices, had my clients targeted and been thrown out of Dalimontes Bar when I realized they had connections to the complaints connected to my eviction.  Things got testy one night where Ron threw a couple of punches at me.

My arson includes my old office location at 1923a Oak Park Blvd but yesterday I ran into a member from the church on the hill in Walnut Creek where someone who asked me how my Christmas went.  I was simply honest - I slept in the rain and it was nice to hear that he spent with two fine Youth Directors each who've been named in separate police reports.

One Lieutenant told me I'd never get a police report through but he hung up before I could tell him that there is pretty good chance all my calls are being monitored as persons near me just happened to be near the Piedmont Lumber Fire plus another ominous pipeline fire.  Given that my truck was rigged for Arson in 2004, that San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District "deleted my records" and that for some bizarre PGE hired a broke homeless programmer to work on a billion dollar project that relates to one of the most critical infrastructure fires to have ever occurred.

In the seventies the San Francisco Bay Area was a manufacturing hub but today we live in one of the most economically critical economies in the world so going from a 1987 F-250 Arson Fire to a pipeline fire only requires knowing one thing - where are the gas leaks this week and are they big enough to blow up - versus blowing out which is a characteristic gleaned from a seasoned Gas Transmission Group.  If the CEO of PGE just happens to read this you'll be surprised to learn that events near me that would have cost less than $10,000 to solve but instead forced in homelessness where my laptop was breached the night I was arrested.  I was told that all my billings were pass through then your vendor changed the rules.

The hit and run accident by the psycho former San Francisco Lieutenant Fire Starter also has pictures of the Piedmont Lumber fire.   Should that be of concern to your infrastructure you bet it should be but your larger resposiblity is the framework underneath one of the worlds largest economies. You really should implement armed patrols to protect the national asset called "critical infrastructure"

I am sorry but your vendor burned me and when you call the FBI to ask questions I'm going to redirect them to this web site.  I truly don't like big powerful lawyers to not return my calls as my position is your data is a national asset and should be protected.

Outsource this and outsource that but leave me out in frigid weather without a hat now that really bothers me.

I'm in the freezing cold!
I'm still protecting your data!
how about that for loyalty for ones country?

PG&E Fire and the Gas Can Man

The original video can be found on Youtube but posterity purposes I grabbed a copy.  This video in my book matches persons I know live in the SF East Bay.  Depicted on this page are several "other" explosions.  The 2004 Walnut Creek fire was several months after my truck fire on 680.  The fire that San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District, CHP, Danville Police and  Walnut Creek Police refused to investigate.

This was in Walnut Creek in 2004.
This woman was a probable witness
She is dead

300x200

The Gas Can Man

The Mysterious Gas Can when I discovered the clip on Youtube had received around 10,000 clicks. After careful study several conclusions emerged, the rocks behind the Truck were likely from the blast. Those rocks could be used to calculate the strength of the explosion.
Frame by Frame Reconstruction: Using composite overlays one could construct enough of image to possibly identify what he's carrying e.g. Gas Can or Red Tool Box. The cameraman is yelling about the heat but the suspect doesn't appear to be in a hurry.

Photo by Gina Gayle/The SF Chronicle. A natural gas explosion ripped through a section of a Walnut Creek apartment complex yesterday afternoon, but nobody was seriously hurt or killed. The second-floor unit where the blast occurred was vacant and most neighbors -- perhaps because of the nice weather -- were out of the Park Regency Apartments when the explosion happened at 12:15 p.m. "It sounded like an airplane hit it," said Beverly Batton, who was in a first-floor garage at the time of the blast, having just returned from the grocery store. A Contra Costa Fire Department dispatcher said a man and woman, both 29, were taken from the scene to John Muir Medical Center. They were treated for abrasions to their face and extremities and released.

Walnut Creek Explosion Nov 2014

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. (KGO) -- Contra Costa County Fire Captain Kent Kirby says Friday morning's explosion in Walnut Creek has turned into a criminal investigation after police say this was not a gas explosion, but from a drug lab making hash oil - a concentrated form of pot. Around 10 a.m., fire crews responded to a two-alarm explosion at a six-unit structure at 1564 Sunnyvale Avenue in Walnut Creek, close to the Pleasant Hill BART station.
