Walnut Creek CA: A portion of my software career was in banking, finances and loans.  I'd love to return to that field but my battle with public corruption comes with financial devastation along with friends, business associates, co-workers and family ending up murdered.  

As bold as it sounds the numbers are staggering but lead to my former employers and customers.  This page is again another placeholder slated for deeper coverage. 

On Feb 19th 2014 an article on Bankers dying was published.  We're talking about high stress jobs but over 20 jumpers is over the top.  In Walnut Creek CA we've had five fatal jumpers and one serious injury plus a spate of murder suicides that puts Smallville on the map. 

The City of Walnut Creek was trying build a Rodeo Drive North and may end up on 48 Hours as Mayhem Corners under burning fires of Mt. Diablo as there is an arsonist around town and the Contra Costa Times could care less that buildings everywhere are being torched. 

In my story it's become nothing but tombstones.  

Some of the dead bankers live right here in Contra Costa County - the only reason the Coroner missed these cases is they lack a good database program to keep track of cases.  The job history is as important as the liver temperature, ligature marks as is the cause of death e.g. bacterial, perfectly timed heart attacks and suicides.

Walnut Creek CA:  They say at the end of they day statistics prove out the facts.  I'm taking a new approach by developing PowerPoint  presentations, videos, and continuing to write with new emphasis on how the political machine has sat back practically waiting for me to be killed.  It's gotten better but I've got bills, debts and my sons live in a shit-shack while my elected politicians cozy up with the Visa Machine.  

You'd be pissed if you have a cop run you off the road and six months later your sons half brother was murdered and you suspect that the Father of the son given up for adoption attempted to kill you via a hit and run but that his relative is the Chief of Police.  

Meningitis as a Murder Weapon

Getting back the Meningitis cases.  The first fatal near me was that of mom like me going through a divorce in Alamo CA.  I remember how the same Alamo 1st members tried to postulating her take that Magic Mormon Baptorama dip at the Great Big Temple in Oakland.  I think these guys carry little Baptorama scorecards on their I-phones (upgraded from paper in 2010).  

When this mom shared her story I'd already been concerned about the Doc's Pharmacy Case in Walnut Creek (2001) connected to many deaths in Contra Costa County with my long-time friend Bob Horowitz who was quoted that he felt "railroaded" by the Pharmacy Board and after you read to the other cases you'll probably wonder if perhaps this was a murder scene all along and by no means does Mr. Horowitz should anyone consider him a suspect.  If anyone is a suspect it's Jamie Sheets but he's dead after committing suicide in Pleasant Hill but few know this he once worked as Pharmacist at 500 South Broadway Walnut Creek which is 500 feet from where my friend Tim Hogan plunged to his death down the same creek/channel where my other friends son and his friend drowned from Los Lomas High School.  

Back the other fatal and near fatal bacterial infections - if anyone even considers this normal I have several Walnut Creek Police officers that will gladly mark you with 5150 Papers.

Walnut Creek CA:  In 2004 my truck burst into flames, in 2005 someone tried to kill me and my sons on 680, in 2005 I nearly died from bacterial non-specific infection.

In April 2004 my wife filed for divorce by August my truck was on fire (Arson) by September I was beaten up by a Danville Building Inspector, by October Chris Butler appeared at 161 Valle Vista Danville, then Lombardi, Danville Officers Tierney, Murphy and Sunderland were pulling  me over.

Today we know that was Abuse of Authority Under Color of Law which is why Chris Butler was arrested, why my former neighbor was convicted in Federal Court in September 2013.

Connection the San Bruno Fire and the death of John Kelly former BART police officer and his friend Craig Wilson who along with Eric Nunn perished in June 2008 just 48 hours after we spoke on the phone.  The phone records were taken along with my servers when I was forced to flee SFPD Lt. David Oberhoffer who is well known to Walnut Creek Police officers both current and former Officers.  Right after I tried to get help from WCPD Officers Jay Hill and Lt. Sinkcovich used veiled threats of arrests outside McDonalds.

Somewhere in the 90s Benny Chetcuti Jr. And Associates began operation at 1204 Alpine Road Walnut Creek, he's married to Kim Power who is related the owner of Regional Parking towed my Ford Explorer off and pretty much fucked me over.  A few months ago someone torched B & D Towing the fucking tow yard that fucked me over.  Hmm, 12 months later I traced fucking Chetcuti to Rose Marie Chetcuti as in Married to Chris Butler (Federal Fucking Prison) to one of his decoys being Ashlely who know Chuck Silverman (Dead), and Tanabe who knows Loretta Hale (Dead) and the all know my ex-wife and between Walnut Creek, Alamo, B &D Towing, and San Bruno there have some really big fucking fires.

I am the only one alive .....  fuck Walnut Creek Police as their officers could have shut down Benny Chetcuti ten years ago or more.
Has anybody noticed that these fucking idiots also knew Craig Wilson who was killed with Eric Nunn candidate office who knows another deceased BART officer who committed suicide in 2007 and that these killing clowns knew Officer Lombardi in San Ramon where Roma Bhatia was found dead on 680 weeks after I gave documents to Chief Bryden on Nov. 1st 2011 then Gary Collins who definitely knows Tanabe, that leads to Nate Greenan killed in Orinda which leads to attorneys representing Contra Costa Va.

Eustacio Torres Jr. Former Martinez Resident Eustacio Torres Jr., born in Orange County and raised in Martinez, California, passed on Sunday, July 19th 2009 at the age of 41. Eustacio was a loving and kind man dedicated to his family and community. Eustacio was a graduate of Alhambra High School and an alumnus of San Francisco State University where he majored in Science and Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Always a passionate athlete, Eustacio achieved the designation of "All American" in wrestling while attending SFSU. At the impressive age of 18 Eustacio became a license contractor in the State of California as a way to finance his education. When Eustacio saw a need, he would try to fill it. Whether it was coaching Alhambra High School's wrestling team, helping his parents, family, or friends, he always took great pride in sharing with others. In 1998, he relocated to Southern California to pursue graduate school studies. Thereafter, a career change led him to continue honing his craft as a General Contractor. Surely and steadily he became the sole proprietor of Sharp Construction, a development and remodeling firm located in San Diego, California. With numerous successful projects completed under his tenure, Eustacio will leave long standing examples of his dedication and commitment to the building industry. He also built pride and love in his family and friends through his compassionate heart and we will be a long standing example of his everlasting love. Eustacio lovingly known as "Stash" or "Tacho" is survived by his Mother Rafaela Ruvalcaba Torres; Father Eustacio Torres Sr.; siblings Guillermo, Silvia, Patricia, Noe; brothers-in-law Alberto and Alfonso; his nieces and nephews he loved as his own, Rafael, Nicolas, Victoria, Luis, Moises, Isabella, AJ and great-nephew Andrew. He was preceded in death by his beloved sister Catalina Torres. NOTE: In 2010 I met with Senator DeSaulnier about events that eventually became CNET but soon after the February arrests my car totaled by a police officer in July 2011.  Instead of assisting this constituent he decides to call the Legislative Security Services who met with me in Sept 2011 - since then many near this scandal have been killed but on Sept 28th I was nearly taken out by a hit and run driver in Walnut Creek.  

Dear Senator DeSaulnier,

I am homeless, I have no food, my roommate was attacked on Walker Ave sent to the ER with head trauma, last week near the same spot I was nearly hit in the crosswalk by a speeding driver who was traveling 60 MPH or better.  The Walnut Creek Police really don't know what to do these endless attacks.  I travel in area less than a 1/2 square mile - but endure events with persons associated with the same Unions you clearly are connected to. 

These attacks are nothing short of attempted murders - conspiracy, extortion and witness intimidation.  

The Panera incident was bad enough, the next day I'm dealing with Walnut Creek Cop that I know is associated with CNET, SWAT and others.  He knows Butler and likely is close enough to my attorney being beaten up in 2006 which ended the lawsuit that would have ended CNET ten years ago.

Last month my long time musician from the area recently performed at a high security event that should have been vetted with the Secret Service.  The victims listed on my blog know the performer like I do but when you break down the relationships you'll find we're connected via music. I am connected to several spinal meningitis or bacterial cases.  This year two politicians died of spinal or bacterial meningitis but that's two in Contra Costa and they both knew the third one.  

I am sure the Secret Service will question events as it's their job to vet incidents no matter how seemingly disconnected they especially when you've got the largest pipeline fire in the country one degree away from this same group. 


Walnut Creek Events
Last month I had a harrowing encounter with an Officer that is connected Wielsch, Butler, Tanabe and Lombardi  

Pick a problem, no license, homeless, forgery, attempted murder, arson, assault, Police misconduct, civil rights violation, poison and police misconduct ala Carte.  I can't get counsel as no one in the Bar Association will even talk to me.  The net result of those activities fall into the conspiracy realm but I can't blame because they all know my 2004 litigation would have uncovered CNET in 2005 not 2011 and there is no way CNET operated in secret.  

So since you sent in the State Police my truck was towed off, my guitar stolen, my roommate beaten, there is the crosswalk incident, then I've been in several fist fights defending myself, been detained, interrogated while hundreds strolled by and many I know.  The intentional act was designed to cast fear on residents who know me.  

I've been attacked in Panera Bread, Starbucks, nearly run over in Safeway more than once and my car has been totaled by a cop - the best answer to date is its unfortunate.  

If you can't help then I'll start calling every senator in the state to find someone who can help. 

I've got GovBuddy and will begin polling every Senator for help while sharing my story.

Last month a PG&E surveillance crashed killing two employees is another connection to the San Bruno Fire, a fire that could easily be arson or better suited to be reclassified as Domestic Terrorism.

2. Same lines likely taken from my laptop - that contained over 200,000 pages of PG&E data
3. PG&E worker kidnapped from same Gas Transmission Group

Perhaps we should take pause as a bigger fish is coming up the ladder.  Albert has screwed over so many contractors, customers but his worst mistake was f__king me over, lets Delta Pacific Bank 1985, that contractor found floating in the delta in the early 80s who ripped out the foundations, or perhaps me your database programmer when Tanabe, Wielsch, Butler and others all managed to push me to the edge gave the database to the FBI.  That includes the bonding agency who seems to have most of the probate bonding business locked down.  
I suppose that's why the former Head of the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad back in 2011 was so interested in my PGE database on the San Bruno Fire, or that Walnut Creek PD officer Burns was dying to know what I told the FBI.  The genie has been out of the bottle for years as unknown to me my divorce Attorney Dax Craven was passing my confidential documents to his father in-law James Greenan who knows Supervisor Anderson.  Just in case you didn't know it Greenans firm defended Seeno for 30 years.  

SEENO and ALAMO 1st Mormons 
What you will begin to notice is there are no more Murder Suicides connected to Divorce - these disastrous Contra Costa County Divorces.  Gulob can longer pull in divorce cases into his court, the family Destruction center is now peaceful down to just 6 armed deputies protecting the peace instead ten.  The screwing and flogging your assets but now the Probate Court is next as it the Contra Costa Bar Association as you have to realize it's a club at the Bar, Churches and Courts. 

On November 1st 2011 I gave Chief Bryden documents linking CNET officers to WCPD, he said he was the FBI contact for CNET - he was not, he was lying and two weeks after our July 6th 2011 conversation my car was totaled by a retired SFPD Lieutenant who once showed me pictures of the Piedmont Fire when only 20 people were standing there.  Trust me First Alarm images are real  hard to get.  

The arsonist is still living among us, the killed of Vitale likely fell to his death as after all he was one of the few links connecting Butler to other crimes.  
I know, met, talked or worked with every person in the list.  The elected officials are one degree of separation between me and this story.  If I were an elected official in any city I'd head my warnings while this story unfold.  Watch your six as someone is taking out witnesses and public officials as Gary Bell, Mike Shimansky, Bill Pollecek, Federal Glover, myself plus my former co-worker cannot all have come down with near fatal or fatal bacterial infections.  The one other survivor I know of has vanished.  He was poisoned when he was arrested by Wielsch in 2006 and spent three days in the jail infirmary vomiting his guts up like I spent back in 2005.  

NO ONE BELIEVED BUT fatal Spinal Meningitis is 3 per 100,000.  I know of seven but if you add in Docs. Pharmacy it would 4 more fatal plus 16 near fatal.  There isn't a statistic like that anywhere in the world nor do you we have anything like Piedmont or San Bruno Fire which based on what I've gathered is a domestic terrorism for economic gain.  PG&E is clueless about how this may have occurred but if they want my theory they can pay me the money their vendor owes.

On this blog you will learn how Contra Costa Law Enforcement defeats your actuarial efforts.  My comments clearly demonstrate that there have been far too many incidents near me and even though my losses are in the millions - nothing happens.  

I've reached the end of my years as programmer but my past has taught me some hard lessons but that last car incident was enough, several attempted or actual hit and runs back to back weeks apart then being accused of attacking a city worker on a lawn mower in Walnut Creek it's clear someone has something to hide.  

The detective doesn't know it but I sent his plate numbers to the FBI and another agency who's become quite suspicious about what I've learned.  

In a few weeks I'll have a loss analysis on numerous structures fires, accidents and deaths where I believe the industry has been hoodwinked. I'm collection and building my own database from news reports and other reliable sources.  

Then since I can't get a police report I'm going to emailing every business in town to explain to them why their rates will skyrocket which I encourage those efforts. This will force the residents to finally rally about the wages of Fire Chiefs pulling down 300K per year and then I've found a fire in the same development where four Chiefs live with a fatality.  

Failure is not an option as Failure equates to Fatalities.  

There is no question that this candidate of office requires extra protection is truly concerned that they will focus on his sons as one of my long held and well documented allegations are that bacteria, undetectable drugs, an expert with bio-weapons, bio-toxins and/or Pharmacology delivered my near fatal nightmare on the ER. I have long lasting effects from that and fully expect this will play strongly when my day comes.  Over ten years ago I was on steroids for asthma now I sing Bocelli - it was an advice nurse at CCCMRC who said I've heard your calls for years now are you sure your not being poisoned.  I answered I've suspected it and a former cop near me happens to be other unexpected deaths.  

I think you've got a network of operators with badges, law licenses and co-conspirators.  

Just ask me but remember I'm sleeping under adverse conditions and I'd like to see remedy so I can get my sons out of harms way.   My ex and I mutually know two crash victims and each are suspicious in nature but I know more than ten.  


Get em Tonto we need billions for the department of insurance to function and you pay billions far too often.  

By the way I need a job but I'd need some clothes, dental work, license, car, about $250,000 to pay off the medical, child support but that doesn't include the roughly Two Million I would have made doing what I once was very good at which is developing databases. My adversaries have badges with guns, radios, convicted for illegal wiretaps, known for extortion, arson and in my case in 1988 murdered a friend execution by one of Pittsburg CA finest Officer Eric Bergen.  

Good luck and yes I've been screwed but I tried very hard to take of my family but keep in mind that I know where one likely arsonist works, know his name and know how he did it and there are three witnesses to his statement but I'm sure that you'll concur that Danville has an arsonist.

Coroners Inquiry: Anthony Banta Jr. - Analysis of the testimony.

In 2005 while living in Danville I endured about six hours of what I suspected that my medication had been laced with something. Years later when they arrested Chris Butler I started digging up details on top of the many I already had. There is one very important email that Lisa Voderbruggen has that I want sent to the FBI.


who was in my house in 2004 but in 2012 I met a CNET arrestee named Hulu who reported that Wielsch and Lombardi gave him a tainted drink during an arrest in Walnut Creek which was vetted during the Walnut Creek City Manager Meeting.


An acquaintance from then Community Presbyterian Church was Peter Mantas who like me was using their job connection program. We all know what happened to his wife but Peter and I were respectively being ground up by the Family Law Court where Butler and his corrupt attorneys.

The problem here with what happened is whether or not Banta was acting of his own free will or whether he was under the influence of something undetectable.

In 2005 I nearly died from a bacterial infection that from day one I said was deliberate and that others in the area bear similar characteristics which is why I wrote the Murder by Bacteria article.




The other glaring issue is I knew Anthony Banta jr. from where he worked at Starbucks at Duncan and Main Street but I also know the roommates and they were all normal people. The Banta story for doesn't end here either as for years I've been saying that someone who is an expert in bio-weapons, bacterias or bio-toxins and/or expertise in Pharmacology with possible access to cadavers that might posses viable bacteria was in play.


That is in a Police Report filed with the Danville Police in June 2009 which I filed after my chance meeting with Supervisor Glover. Our stories are nearly identical in terms of how sick each of got - I had near kidney failure and the county ER department wouldn't believe my allegations.


Well folks councilman Shimansky died within weeks of my near clairvoyant but well timed report but so Officer Murphy understands the situation - that report was vetted with an FBI agent prior to me calling down there and Officer Murphy just in case you haven't head the Danville Building Inspector in that Police Report from 2004 - he fell down an elevator shaft in Palo Alto then died weeks later. The bigger problem is the meeting in Ken Nordoff and Chief Bryden where the 2004 police report was handed over on Nov. 1st 2011.

A Former Danville mom died in Cotati from unexplained death at 56 - I ran into the daughter in Chico -

Nate Greenan who was this great drummer that backed me up at Vinnies in Concord - one of the best ever behind me. He crashed in Orinda on April 18th 2012 and David Schafer on August 3rd 2012 WB 24 nearly on top of Nate's crash.


Nate is the son of James Greenan who's son in-law represented me in divorce court - he never once said that hey Pete - did you know your ex-wife babysat Nate Greenan or that my father in-law represented Contra Costa County, or Seeno and that perhaps we've got a conflict of interest?


I once worked for another Mormon at this same Ward where my coworker nearly died of Spinal Meningitis which occurred before I filed my 2009 police report.


Now we have Gary Bell and Bill Pollecek dying from bacteria infections then we have Doc's Pharmacy with over 20 severe bacteria cases with four fatal.


By the way I tried to sue Contra Costa County and shared many details with my attorney about my plans. The Contra Costa County Bar won't help and it's clear that there is a HUGE problem as my attorney was beat up, my other attorney offices were burned down which links to Butler, Wielsch, Tanabe and others where a local developer lost 2.5 million in cold hard cash as did a slew of retirees - around 50 victims or better losing over 25 million - the big story never told.

MARTINEZ -- A public memorial service is being arranged for former Contra Costa County treasurer Bill Pollacek, who died Friday after a three-week bout with spinal meningitis, a county official said.

"It is with sadness that I announce the passing of our friend and colleague Bill J. Pollaceck," wrote County Treasurer-Tax Collector Russell V. Watts in a news release.

Arne Simonsen, Antioch's city clerk, said Pollacek had been a close friend for more than 15 years and that his death was a "loss to all of us."

Pollacek was "friendly as hell," Simonsen said, and was known for his great sense of humor and for looking out for the county that had elected him to serve as both their treasurer and their tax collector.

Pollacek retired in January 2011 and had moved to the Napa area before his death, according to Simonsen.

Before serving as the county treasurer, Pollacek served on the board for the Center for Human Development, based in Pleasant Hill, and was a city councilmember in Martinez.

He was elected as the county treasurer in 1998.

"He always looked great in a tuxedo, and he always had a smile on," Simonsen said. "He had real dedication, stayed solvent. You just don't see too many people in politics who look out for the tax payers the way he did."

Pollacek is survived by his wife Nancy, who is arranging a memorial service for Thursday, May 16, at 1 p.m. at Tulocay in Napa.

"She wants to make this a big  event for Bill to let him know how much we'll miss him," Watts said. "Indeed, I will."

Risk Based Event - Laptop breached by using coercing my son to reveal my passwords.  
July 7th 2011:  Bennett while traveling minor son Chase Bennett was pulled over by CHP Officer Peck at the intersection of Newell Ave and Lancaster Drive.  Bennett's destination was Hillside Covenant Church 2060 Magnolia Way Walnut Creek CA to their weekly youth meeting. 

When I stopped Officer Peck ran my license which returned that I lacked a license (Read the Golub Letter), I couldn't prove insurance but much to my surprise there was a warrant from Butte County in regards to PC-270 charge - failure to provide.  I got way behind on my Child Support but it wasn't intentional.  

CHP Officer Peck who is one of the finest officers I've had to pleasure to meet didn't cuff me like many officers will do as knowing my son would end up with CPS allowed to make several calls.  Since I was heading to Hillside Covenant Church Thursday night Edge meeting I called Keith Lynds  who was the same youth director that urged me to bring my sons to Hillside in the first place.  

My car and laptop were handed over Lynds and Bob Britz which was the biggest I ever made which contained PG&E sensitive pipeline data.  By using one of the many maps provided to me one could do a wide range of damage to PG&E Infrastructure.  The terrorist intelligence of this one page reveals the exact coordinates of a major pipeline segment.  

My goal is to point out to PG&E that they are more important than all the meter readers in the land and this data breach should be a wake up call.  This one tiny vendor who was allowed on PG&E Property without a background check, hired near blindly, allowed access to critical data and then run off the road in Lafayette CA weeks later where they can't produce a police report seems too ridiculous to believe it could happened which you can read in my Blinded by the Cop where I'm practically outlining conspiracy to commit murder but the dog ate their records. 

The arrest that day appears to be a complete setup which I'm suspecting leads to Walnut Creek Police Officers who in essence interupted my ability to conduct commerce.

I am sure a hit and run meets the test as the event was violent, planned and premeditated but more important it meets many definitions under RICO Statues which definitely leads over to my dispute with the Contra Costa Bar Association. as they can't find me counsel and since I can't afford counsel that equates to obstruction of Justice. They pulled this stunt in 2004 incident with Gary Collins see Bennett v. Collins a case died fast death when my attorney was beaten up but it didn't help they I was poisoned with bacteria that nearly killed me on 2005.

Two PHS students infected with viral meningitis, precautions taken

Two students at Paradise High School became infected with viral meningitis, Butte County Public Health announced Monday, but no new cases have been reported and the infected students are OK.

The school notified parents of the two sick students Monday, said Co-Principal Michelle John. While the students aren’t back in school yet, they did not require hospitalization and should be healthy soon. It’s currently unknown how they caught the virus.

“It’s limited to those two cases, and there’s no further cause for concern,” John said.

Viral meningitis is related to but not as dangerous as bacterial meningitis, according to Monday’s release from Butte County Public Health. While the bacterial form requires specialized treatment, sufferers of viral meningitis generally recover without medical treatment.

Proper precautions to prevent any further spread of the virus have been taken at the school, John said.

“We have hand-cleaning signs up everywhere, and the custodians are well aware and are taking extra precaution to wipe down hard areas,” she said.

Viral meningitis is generally spread through sharing food, drinks, eating utensils, lip gloss, or by other means that allow contact with saliva or secretions of the nose and throat. Those near sufferers of viral meningitis may become infected with the virus that made that sufferer ill, but the chances of developing viral meningitis as a result of that illness are low.

Parents should be on watch for symptoms of viral meningitis, which include sudden fever, stiffness of the neck, and severe headaches, according to the release. More severe cases may display symptoms of confusion, sensitivity to bright light, disorientation and lack of hunger.
