Event: Arson Fire of F-250 Truck where mechanic said he was right behind me. The owner is a Mormon from Alamo 1st who repaired the truck. He's got Pete Amnesia, can't remember the fire, can't remember the name of the mechanic, can't remember anything and wasn't too interested in hearing about my sons or the fire. The sad part is my ex-wife who has custody knows about this fire and she knows everyone at the this ward.

Apparently Mr. Collins had dual jobs and worked across the street? At Greg's muffler, Greg is a Danville Mormon, he can't remember the mechanics name, nor can he say much about Gary Collins. I'm sure that Collins attended PHE, knows Lynds, knows the mechanic, knows Greg, and they all know the Danville Town Council, many live walking distance to Tanabe's house who knows officer Jason Nunn, who's brother was killed with BART Officer Craig Wilson who knows several other now deceased BART officers, who know me, and they seem to know people near the Piedmont Lumber Family, they know investigators on the Vitale case, who lived down the road from Wild Wood Acres where this Photographer person is as suspect in my July 20th 2011 hit and run who happens to be friends with members of the Danville Council whose peer died from a bacterial infection which nearly killed me in 2005.




We all know Tanabe, and Butler walked into my house days after the 2004 Danville assault connected to the Danville mom spent 100K fighting charges from Hayward that she had attempted to hire a hit man, whose husband won one of the few large jury awards but one of the deceased BART officers was about to come forward as a whistle blower in his new job at an important agency.

They said they didn't know anything about Gary Vinson Collins but the Collins name pops up everywhere and after all the events affecting my life there are no longer believable excluding Ms. Morgan.  One incident nearly flipped my truck and trailer but targeting driver couldn't see my sons.

It's pretty obvious now that there have been many attempts to kill me by persons connected to CNET but most agencies act like Ostriches while enjoying their take home pay.   The demise of Councilman Shimansky have strong links to other "victims" who've suffered untimely bacterial infections.

In June 2009 a police report was filed by me about several suspicious bacterial infections in the area.  This was a result of a chance April 2009 meeting with Supervisor Glover who I've known for decades.  Our candid conversation was mostly me sharing my personal events but when Federal said he was a bacterial infection victim it was simply too many.  I already was following Doc's Pharmacy as I've known Bob Horowitz since 1978 but I also knew an Alamo mom whose daughter died from meningitis, and my former coworker from a business in Walnut Creek that nearly died from it but when Mike died it was simply too many for infection rates that affect so few people per 100,000.  The perfect source for these bacterial agents is a hospital, coroner, morgue or funeral parlor. In many of these events there are adjacent real estate transactions which would force a sale to liquidate the property.

In a few days I'll be posting a complete story but this time sending emails to reporters all over the Bay Area as simply stated I'm tired of the blowback and I am positive my 2004 Truck Fire is

Seeing Keith Lynds connected to the Doyle's set off another internet search which is how I found yet another Collins which is a common surname.

So for many years I've emailed the Town Council stating emphatically that Collins was a problem and years later they're all smiling in a publicly posted picture with yet another Collins.

In June 2011, I was forced from my apartment over a truly bizarre event involving another local divorce attorney who lives and works for Attorney Richard Grossman of Doyle, Grossman and Golde.  Lisa Pizone was once a JFK law instructor and her primary practice was Divorce.  The correct spelling of her last name alludes me but perhaps someone Doyle, Grossman and Golde could call with the correct as courtesy call in the interest of Justice after I'm sleeping on the street, lost everything and have little chance of recovering my losses.

They've flooded the Farmer's field over and over right under his nose, never did he expect his Mormon friends were behind his Arson fire or the Hit and Run by a police officer that perhaps all the events collectively were part of larger conspiracy.

The other character is Grossman's legal associate who was my roommate's girlfriend who is connected to divorce attorneys everywhere as she taught at JFK University. What she pulled in late  June required police response then I was arrested on my way to Hillside Covenant Church where my laptop, car and my son went with Kieth Lynds and Bob Britz. That was last communication with my sons except for when my shared one little fact about events.

I stop to update Danville Town Councilman Newell Arnerich that CNET, Chris Butler, and others were the same cops that attacked me in 2004.  Then shortly later repeated the same information to David Christiansen who I know from Alamo 1st Ward.

Weeks later my car is totaled.  Perhaps Mr. Arenich is willing to come out publicly that as promised he went to the FBI.  He wanted me to call them to call him as I suspect he was busy.

The Council Members from 2004-2010 have one very one big problem to solve.  Can you explain to me and the rest of the universe the really truly coincidental occurrence that  my attorney was beaten up in Walnut Creek just in time to prevent my litigation from proceeding forward.

That litigation would have stopped CNET long ago but remember there is this parallel problem that myself, Federal Glover, Councilman Shimansky and now Gary Bell all endure bacterial but I am only one that survived in decent shape.  In 2008 I was supposed to meet Eric Nunn on July 2nd 2008 but he crashed on June 28th 2008 and of course we know the coincidental and tragic results but to the council ignorance (denial) that Former Danville Officer Tanabe personally knows John Kelly and Craig Wilson from Antioch who are both deceased?  You also don't know their history or that SRPD Jason Nunn happens to know Tanabe, Wielsch, Butler, and worked with Lombardi.  The Nunn family does't by the crash investigation but I called NTSB crash investigator to inform him the Eric Nunn and I were supposed to meet over the nearly identical story now known as CNET and Chris Butler wasn't a wire tap expert.

The interrogatories by the way would have revealed that Gary Collins also worked across the street from Gregg's Muffler at Big O Tires where I took my truck to get repaired after the fire that was big the rookie arsonists didn't expect me to race up over 90 mph.  Even with allegations that flames shooting back over 100 feet as per CHP Officer Johnson it wasn't arson.  The bigger problem is that Greg's mechanic blurted out he was right behind me, saw me catch on fire and never did I'd expect to be stating events.

A case than many feel has weak merits with very sketchy evidence, the lack of hair fibers matching Dyleski but untested DNA from an unidentified subject? What gives Criminalist Collins?

Rick Kovar: Apparently this is the son of former Walnut Creek Mayor Peg Kovar. It's a bit strange to me when reading about this .

Over the last eight years I've been subjected to numerous accidents, incidents and even an alleged poisoning but On February 11th 2012 - I attended a movie making event that I sensed was a setup >>> but this allowed a crucial connection to be made between Peter Branaghm, Eric Nunn, Craig Wilson, a bunch of realtors in the Poets Corners area, a retired SFPD Cop then finding houses lost to foreclosure in 2008/2009 which I believe leads to my 2011 car accident which leads to the same people at the same hole in the wall bar down the street from the Back Forty BBQ who lost a son.

During the summer of 2011 my car was totaled, my laptop breached weeks earlier but when I learned of Collins death via his Obituary in 2012 then long missing links surfaced.

The untested DNA and blond hairs likely match Gary Collins. The evidence collections techniques based on analysis by other writers suggests that a few untrained buddies collected evidence in the dark. Did CCSO deliberately alter evidence as they've deflected me many times and now they're linked Chris Butler, Tanabe, and Lombardi.

The last name Collins is synonymous with my story but connections to Poets Corners more significant but consider my position, truck fires, arson, beating, vandalized engines, damaged ABS System, clients targeted and offices affected.

During direct examination, Eric Collins testified that on October 17, 2005 while attending the autopsy, he collected numerous light hairs from the back torso of Vitale’s body and packaged these. Here is should be noted that Daniel Horowitz has dark brown hair, and Pamela Vitale had black hair and her husband Daniel Horowitz has dark brown hair.

On cross-examination, Collins testified that the hairs found on the back of the Vitale’s torso were blonde in color, and found at the junction where the T-shirt and skirt met, in the midsection of her back, and that the numerous blonde hairs were “loosely hanging on”. He collected these by placing them in an envelope.

Collins testified that when he photographed Dyleski following his arrest, his hair was black. He had no remarkable lacerations or bruises. The connective tissue in his mouth, which can tear during a violent struggle, was intact. His injuries were superficial in nature.

Reports indicate a debris field found in Sevier County about 30 miles Southeast of Salina UT.  According to published reports two occupants were killed.

Personal information: When Mr. Branagh first launched California Bank of Commerce I called in to pitch my services related Fi-Serve and other nitch projects I've done for banks.  Our conversations were brief and polite.

There was another plane crash on occurred on June 30th 2008 where Eric Nunn crashed into Mt. Charleston NV after taking off from North Las Vegas Airport which occurred three days after we spoke setting our first face to face meeting.  Sadly all parties were killed but I have a theory on how it happened with links to persons with potential agendas. 

I've been endured ongoing and near endless harassment completely defeated financially and it's clear the legal community knows something is up as they won't represent me.

When you read through my blog you're going wonder what's happened, car accidents, hit and runs, auto vandalism, arson, assaults, attorney beaten, attorney office torched, friends murdered and a slew of deaths near me. 

One group of stalkers emanates from Poets Corners where now I've got enough research based many incidents near this area that I'm going to push it out.  It took almost a year to connect the dots on several real estate transactions but this persons friends are behind my hit and run accident but after 18 months the State Police and Lafayette Police have produced nothing.  If I were the Branagh family I'd call Steve Falk and ask him about how his former Chiefs and officers have failed to investigate.  My prime suspect is a former SFPD Lt who once ran the SF Crime Lab, has extensive expertise in evidence and I believe he knows this property owner.

This one should be a lesson on a national scale as for over a decade I've sounding the alarm in regards to outsourcing data overseas and now we have a whodunit - we have a police force in charge of trying to figure out how 20 or so names fell into the wrong hands.  Ask any US based administrator about the stories of millions of rows of data being readily available anyplace in the world.

Although the suspects have been named and hardly fit the profile of computer experts the best link is the outsourcing Bay Area Newspaper Group infosystems.  The probable link is a local person knowing where the list was stored - Online.  Did you know that one of Contra Costa Times employees now deceased is from the Philippines - he was great guy that in a business along Oak Park Blvd where other suspicious events are going on, like the Piedmont Lumber Fire, the La Virage Fire, and a few arson fires dating back to 12 years plus a few bomb devices and no one can find my 2004 truck fire.  

About six months ago Lisa V replied days before the election that she'd "missed" my email and that she deletes emails as she gets so many.  When candidate Eric Nunn crashed in 2008 I forwarded her copies of those emails which detailed the planned meeting that never occurred scheduled days after Eric Nunn was killed.  Just another snippet on plane crashes, drownings and accidents that like suicides or murders disguised as plane crashes, or plane crashes that might actually be just an accidents.

"St. Anthony's Fire"  This may get the attention of some but this past December I recently encountered someone who was hallucinating, out of control, building  into a rage.  

This is beyond my expertise but a local anesthesiologist  suggested as "Ergot" as an alternative to a chemistry connected source such as bath salts which is present in every county in the country.   

The random pattern across the county suggests this could in the "food chain" or someone with an expertise of deception.  As as a diabetic person I know what happens when my blood sugar is out of whack.  


This malady has been known for centuries but after reading up I could so how limbs and extremities would be  affected but as a reminder fifty years diabetic related amputations were common site.  We may act immortal but we are not.  

Apparatus Tactic - Disrupting targets medically
This could be a source of what nearly killed me in 2005 but testing revealed nothing but my geographic re-location probably saved my life but that didn't stop the Apparatus 

Danville CA (via phone): In June 2009 I filed a police report with Officer Paul Murphy who laughed at my allegations.  My dinner with Supervisor Federal Glover in April 2009 who shared his medical challenges. What I didn't share back was that I was supposed to meet Eric Nunn - candidate for office the following Wednesday after his fatal crash in June 2008.  The Contra Costa Times has the only copies of emails exchanged as when my offices were targeted in 2010 I abandoned my equipment which was sold at Auction at Walnut Creek Storage sometime in December 2010.  Don't know when I left which again probably saved my life.  


I vetted my findings with an FBI Agent in parallel after concluding that it was possible that Supervisor Glover and I were deliberately given something that would slip by standard toxicological testing or perhaps someone with the right expertise such as a Criminalist or in my case the former head of the scandal laden SF Crime Lab.  But that was June 2009 and by August 2009 someone extremely well liked came down with a bacterial infection and passed but that's what happened to a former co-worker in Walnut Creek and to the daughter of a mom that once lived just off Stone Valley Road Alamo but I have another former Danville resident who was knocked out with GHB but noticed a puncture wound in her back.  Days later she was in the CCU at CCCRMC a record that Dr. Walker wants to and should review.  Mine was ingested her's was injected but the results are the same.  

So Murphy just in case the cat got your tongue I suspect the FBI has been monitoring your phones and cell phones for longer than you'd suspect. In 2001 I wrote for Contra Costa County the telephone billing system where I learned all the undercover numbers, how they were masked by AT&T.  Knowing I suspected I was an Arson Victim I started calling about the Eiko Sugihara arson/muder fire but I know this number leads to the  Coroners Office I've called enough times to know they aren't interested in solving that murder.  

This will help everyone understand how the state already knows more than the county knows they know - Oops!

In 2005 I nearly died from a bacterial infection but my allegations I'd suspected I was poisoned.  The how and why was suspicious.   The subsequent victims below closely fit my targeting profile I've developed.  When you understand the underlying motivations chances are you may try to argue or debate conclusions but the connotations suggest there a corundum is present.

Using a peer group modeling technique where we'll seeking comparative counties.  One critical is wealth and where it's concentrated weighs heavily within the Peer Group Study.  A core limitation is empirical data, medical reports and first person observations but perhaps this analysis will galvanize the Dr. Walker to first review my medical reports, interview ER Staff, review their Cell Phones records, emails and friends list.  The well used adage "the Turtle gets the worm" in my case "You can blow up my truck, beat me, poison me and try to run me over in the Walnut Creek Safeway Parking Lot but I'm going to use words over swords"

Why is my opinion so strong?  They rolled me over next to another person who was suffering with intestinal issues but they didn't know was I knew who she was and I've looking for her - she's gone.

Contra Costa Supervisors

My connection to Federal Glover leads to the Mid-Eighties when one of his family members worked for me but we also worked together on the first stages of the Pittsburg's Seafood Festival. Nothing remarkable but that the brother of that employee was murdered in 1984 or 85, they call it a justified shooting and use of force.  The how and why for another blog page.

We also share in my opinion was near identical bacterial infections-both near fatal, mine was in 2005, his 2007 which came up during our short conversation during a dinner because we shared a table at Sophie (now closed).  I never shared another conversation with Eric Nunn on June 26th 2008 just days before Mr. Nunn's fatal flight. 

As this blog evolves pages will surface regarding, strange medical, natural causes death, accidents and known events where the public can make their own assessment.  I am reporting events that are real but also often too close to me.

I reported my allegations to Officer Paul Murphy who more or less laughed his way through the report and Councilman Shimansky died within weeks of the that report from Spinal Meningitis which was one of my allegations as I know other victims.

The best Ms. Anderson could say to me on August 3rd at the Council of Mayors Orinda CA was "I'm sorry you've but I guess you've had a lot problems" but even when they are attempted murders no one follows through.  One core issue is my former Mormon friends are avoiding the victims especially the witness to the Arson Fire in 2004. 

Just so you know the person killed on 24 WB on the early morning hours was a friend from where I sing - just another coincidence just like the night in jail where former Danville Deputies nearly killed me with another inmate but few attorneys will represent me for the very obvious reasons.

In 2005 I nearly succumbed to a untimely death via bacterial intestinal infection.  A few years earlier a Danville/Alamo mom shared her story how she lost her daughter around 2002 to Meningitis.  That stuck with me but duirng a chance Dinner with Supervisor Glover during April 2009 was his startling revelation on how close our medical drama appeared to be. 

In June 2009 I filed a police report after researching if this wasn't some random coincidence and weeks later Councilman Shimansky died of spinal meningitis.  Councilman Elect Gary Bell as December 15th has been in CCU since Nov. 10th 2011.  Supervisor Glover suffered a near fatal infection in 2007, but in 2005 I nearly succumbed to near identical infection.

In 2009 I was already positive my infection was deliberate but after a brief chance dinner with Federal Glover where I learned of his near fatal infection I filed that police report that precedes Mr. Shimansky's death.  There are others that have been classified as natural causes throughout the county. My research is central and east county but today another one may have surfaced. 

The characteristics are churches, transients or politically sensitive persons.

Martinez CA: On November 26th 2005 at around 11:00 PM I drove myself to Contra Costa Regional Medical Center Martinez CA. I was suffering from severe intestinal cramps, vomiting and severe diarrhea. My fever was coming on strong while intestinal pain was intense but I was holding up we'll enough thinking this can't last much longer.




The pain was intense but another medical bill was something worth leaving over but at the time my medical g, returning and almost not leaving 48 hours later but the doctor said I almost didn't make it as he said we weren't sure if you had sepsis or septicemia but said it takes an autopsy - consider yourself lucky.










I've found similar cases or victims who are fall into divorcees, widows, widowers and business targeting.

The story as it was told to me: Her allegation is she was knocked out with a strong sedative (suspects GHB) after meeting someone. Awoke with a puncture wound (needle) suspects she her spine. She is unable to can't the medical help she needs but this mirrors my own experiences with the CCCRMC. For years I went my own medical endurance test but here I am a decade uncovering others.





This person encountered the same CNET officers that many of us have met. The above story sounds pretty diabolical but this was posted on December 12th 2012. The timeline is highly important as Tax Collector Bill Pollecek died from Spinal Meningitis in May 2013, and I posted this after learning that Gary Bell contracted a bacterial infection then died but Councilman Shimansky died from Spinal Meningitis in August 2009 about a month I filed a police report. Too bad for that Danville Officer the call was likely recorded by FBI but if they missed it I called the agent I've updated - too bad for this boys but way back in 2001 or 1988.

Man arrested in 2006 by Wielsch and Lombardi alleges they bought him a drink just after they arrested him but while in custody. His statements are that he was in the jail infirmary vomiting his guts out at Martinez detention facility for about three days.
Lombardi used a non-police vehicle to pull me over in Danville waiving his six shooter at me calling me a drug dealer. That pretty ended my career working at LLNL, GE, or Wells Fargo.

Over 48-hours of Intense Pain

My 48-hours was most intense vomiting ever with a fever with excruciating pain that later the Doctor stated I was lucky to survive. I asked what was it he said we can only tell after the autopsy.
