Chico CA: In response to yet another tactical motion filed in Butte County I went to the Safeway on Esplanade to make copies.  Just like all good political movements this slightly pushy petitioner did his job "hey do you want to sign my ..... "  Having done petitioning said I was Walnut Creek and homeless dealing with Butte County Court Motion.  Once I placed the CNET story in my motion was the last time my ex appeared and thanks to this mess  

I made copies then remember I don't know anyone here for "Proof of Service by Mail", so I went back out and asked the petitioner.     

Attack on the process  When he looked at my address on Sierra he immediately told me about his experience where he attacked in front of the Walnut Creek Safeway at 500 S. Broadway Walnut Creek where Walnut Creek Police arrived who said it was just mentally disturbed (5150) person who they just let go home.

So excuse me but why do you need the police when I was just standing there talking with a council member.  The last time that happened my friend David Schafer turned up dead on WB24 on August 3rd 2012 the same day as the Conference of Mayors.  Here is a sample of the ones killed on 2012.  Chuck Silverman, Michael McNultly,Peter Branagh, John Newman, Nate Greenan and David Schafer.   There isn't a single explanation that fits why I know all these people near me were killed. There are more.

WALNUT CREEK, CA (KGO) -- Two million dollars has been spent on the campaign around a November 3 ballot measure that would bring a new Nieman Marcus store to downtown Walnut Creek. The money is coming from two competing mall developers.

With a flurry of phone calls and flyers, the final push is on over Measure I, which would bring a new Nieman Marcus store to Walnut Creek's Broadway Plaza.
The estimated annual tax revenue to the city would be $400,000.
"This sales tax revenue is really, really important to revitalize our local economy," supporter Carole Wynstra said.

But opponents doubt the tax revenue and dispute the measure's claim that it will add 175 new parking spaces.

"The main problem I have is the lack of new parking," opponent Selma King said. "They want to put in mechanical lifts and valet parking and I'm opposed."
Pouring $600,000 into the "No" campaign is Taubman Centers, which had hoped to lure Nieman Marcus to their planned mall in San Ramon.
Macerich, owner of Broadway Plaza, has spent $1.3 million on the "Yes" campaign.
"Nieman Marcus is extremely committed to this community, they have a signed lease with us, a very long term lease and they're ready to come in," Broadway Plaza spokesperson Shelly Dress said.
But Taubman claims Walnut Creek gave unfair advantage to Macerich by waiving longstanding parking requirements.
Taubman's Al Abrams told ABC7 ""We've always strived to have a level playing field. When our interests align with those of local citizens, it makes sense to work together."
"I see that this outside developer has galvanized our community and we're going to use this as a stepping stone to become a stronger community," Walnut Creek Mayor Gary Skrel said.
The original plan for the Nieman Marcus store called for 107,000 square feet of retail space. That has since been scaled down to 92,000.
That is still too big for some people.
"We live here and we have to put up with the problems that occur as a result," opponent Ed Dimmick said.
If voters approve Measure I, Neiman Marcus could open in the spring of 2012.

Walnut Creek CA: During summer 2012 my business/personal laptop was stolen in front of Walnut Creek Safeway and returned via the Walnut Creek Police.  Getting a laptop back is rare enough and Kudos' to Officer Kholmeister.  

The laptop was returned broken and more or less parked for nearly eight months.  In June I moved that hard drive over to my current system.  I started digging through the PG&E data as by June 2013 I'd concluded that something important was on my laptop.  

It wasn't until August I realized that PG&E Sub Contractor Ravenel had placed far too much data on my laptop.

Officials Find Body of Man Swept Away in Walnut Creek Canal Created by Kimberlee Sakamoto on 4/15/2010 12:07:00 PM CONCORD (BCN) -- The Contra Costa County Sheriff's Office found the body of  79-year-old James Hogan Wednesday evening in the creek east of Buchanan Field  Airport in Concord, sheriff's spokesman Jimmy Lee said Thursday. Hogan was in a car in the city of Walnut Creek on Sunday evening  with his wife Janet Hogan, 75, and their son Tim Hogan, 40, when their 2000  Honda Accord crashed near Mount Diablo Boulevard and San Miguel Drive and  plunged into the rain-swollen creek, police said. Tim Hogan, a San Diego resident, was trapped inside the car and  died at the scene, police said. Janet and James Hogan, both Walnut Creek residents, were able to  escape, but were quickly swept away in the current. A California Highway Patrol helicopter was able to lower a rescue  swimmer from the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District into the water  and pull Janet Hogan to safety. James Hogan, however, disappeared after being seen floating face  down in the water near Bancroft Road. The sheriff's office conducted an extensive search Monday with  more than 50 members of its search-and-rescue team, K-9 units, helicopters  and boats. Crews scoured the 11.3-mile length of Walnut Creek between  Bancroft Road and the Sacramento San Joaquin-Delta, but found no sign of  James Hogan's body. The ground search was called off Monday evening. On Tuesday, the  sheriff's office searched the area again by helicopter, but again found no  sign of Hogan. During a helicopter search Wednesday, two members of the sheriff's  office dive team aboard the helicopter spotted Hogan's body shortly after 6  p.m. An autopsy today confirmed that he drowned. James Hogan had volunteered with the sheriff's department for  almost 16 years at the Alamo station, where he coordinated other volunteers,  Lee said.

I lived in Danville for 10 years, shopped at Safeway in Alamo, Roller Bladed down the trail over 100 times.  Every fireman will tell you - the west side Alamo/Danville is a tinder-box of fuels from overgrowth, housing and cars that hasn't experienced a fire in 50 years.  

My truck fire was 680 3/4 miles north of El Cerro Blvd.   

I am  pointing out what has become obvious - bigger that Oakland Hills Fire but .... the Arsonist Clock is ready strike again.

The Witness Murders

They are all dead except the bottom three on the left.  I knew almost every victim and this was in 2013 but my first Dead Witness story started in 1982 with of my employee.

During November 2013 I intend to post a concise list of persons near elected officials or public office killed, endured untimely fates or have been murdered 

This list is good and I have no reason to retract anything as my arguments of a problem with the recent crash of the PG&E Surveillance Plane was enough for me, 1) I knew the Matt Moody via a local club, 2) It's connected to the Gas Transmission Group, 3) it missed my sons and ex-wife by three miles and the person in Row 2 First Image from left is most likely my sons half brother but was my attorneys Dax Craven's half brother son of a attorney that works for PG&E, Contra Costa County, Seeno, Safeway and Several other firms all of which have been litigation quagmires for me.  

Victims: 

• Five are Public Officials, Servants or Elected 
• Three are police officers (arrested and Convicted) - I know all of them some since 1988
• One was a cop murdered who was photographed by my stalkers 
• Three are relatives of Public Officials  
• Three of the Public Officials have died of Spinal Meningitis- there are more cases 
• One is my attorneys brother in-law his father represents Seeno who is going to be finally indicted. 
• One was my neighbor
• My long time karaoke DJ friend, his mother formerly with Solano County DA

• Another was a Starbucks Barista, 
• One was a bartender whose high school friend was Butlers Decoy in the 48 hours special.  She's still around gained some weight and went Blonde - she no longer shows her cleavage. 
• The other was murdered and key suspect is a cop, has always been a cop.  

There are many more names but you can take this FBI where they'll they know already.. 

Every victim except one was killed in the last two years.

To Whom It May Concern

A few months ago my former neighbor Stephen Tanabe was convicted in Federal Court for his role in connection with the schemes connected to Chris Butler and Commander Norman Wielsch.  That is Contra Costa County Scandal involving police officers setting up divorcees so the spouse would get the upper hand.  My personal experience with these officers predates known events by nearly thirty years.  

In September 2010 just a few days after the PG&E San Bruno Fire that never revealed he was a PG&E high Performance Engineer was in my office.


The PG&E Senior High Performance Engineer:  The SFPD Arsonist and the Engineers

This Engineer (The Calculator) found and Chris Butler with cronies targeted me via Craigslist.com an admission revealed many times including testimony during the Federal Trial of former Danville Officer Stephen Tanabe but my long held opinion that persons associated with law enforcement are connected to the Pittsburg CA murders

My opinion based on my first hand experience is the The Calculator had been expertly extorted with a connection to the Walnut Creek Police Department and San Francisco Police Department with a connection to another case that I'm positive leads to another Walnut Creek PD cover-up.

San Francisco Police Department Arson Network 
In was back June 2010 where S.F.P.D. Lt. David Oberhoffer arrived at my offices where he shows on his Nikon Camera pictures of the Piedmont Fire Walnut Creek CA from March 2010.  At the time it appeared to be just a coincidence but now my opinion that this former San Francisco Lieutenant is a arsonist and a clever one.  Oberhoffer got his walking papers in June 2010 he told me he was leaving willingly but he was forced out - sorry Dave you're a fucking psycho who needs to be behind bars.  

I've posted numerous articles in regards to these events and others.  I am growing extremely frustrated with PG&E who apparently posts wonderful stories on Vendor Ethics, Code of Conduct and all those nice things like see our progress while blatantly ignoring this former vendor who is under attack nearly monthly since encountering the The Calculator and the Cop.

2004 Arson Victim: I am an arson victim (Truck Arson) where CHP and San Ramon Fire arrived but flames shooting back over 100 feet with accelerant in the engine (Jet Fuel), and obvious arson no investigation?  Read my allegations on the Contra Costa Arsonist posted in early 2012.   

September 2013 Near Fatal Hit and Run 
Last month someone nearly killed me in a crosswalk in Walnut Creek near the Safeway , they managed to nearly kill my roommate in an assault, the month prior I am facing Sgt. Burns who is looking for any reason to arrest me just after I stepped of Starbucks.  On July 20th my car was totaled in a Hit and Run then weeks later after dumping my car for scrap I'm facing more police officers looking for any way to arrest me or goad me into a response that in my opinion was designed to shoot me dead. I've been through the drill more than once.

During summer 2012 my laptop was stolen at the same Safeway where I was nearly mowed down last month.  The laptop contained documents from the PG&E San Bruno Fire, the Hydrotesting project and internal maps containing GPS, KMZ and Shape files placed on my laptop by Ravenelle Enterprises.

On one of my returns trips from PG&E I was nearly taken out by a high speed maneuver near Tracy CA.  A few weeks later they whoever they are totaled my car.

Since my July 2011 Hit and Run I've been searching for information that often leads to the same point of origin (CNET, SWAT and the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad)

When I discovered Gary Vinson Collins whose links to Danville PD and Walnut Creek PD fell to his death in December 2011 but in June 2013 was when I learned that Nate Greenan was killed in Orinda CA in April 2012 from there I realized he was my attorneys brother in-law in one of those suspicious crashes.

It didn't take to realize my sons would eventually be targeted as it's happened before so from there I decided almost any incident was on the table which is why I know former Senator Rainey's nephew suicide is a cover story.

My contract with PG&E based my extensive research and efforts was setup to get at the PG&E data placed on my laptop.  That information has landed in the hands of Walnut Creek Police who operate the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad who "found" my "stolen" laptop but never gave me an accurate answer on how it ended up in their department.  The officer who owned the incident is gone but is one of the few officers to be trusted within that organization.

In the attached images throughout this blog you'll see I've tried in vain for several years to get resolution with the Walnut Creek Police.  If my cases are not being investigated than anything connected to PG&E cases should be considered suspect in nature.  That includes the really bizarre kidnapping of the PG&E Employee at the same offices where I attended the very dubious GTG Wiget Lane Meeting in June 2011.

The reason they don't investigate is my investigation leads back to the 1776 Ygnacio Valley Road in 2001 which is my attorney, then it leads to the attack on Attorney Sage Sepahi Walnut Creek who represented in the Bennett v Collins matter which leads to my 2011 accident of a police officer who knows Lt. Oberhoffer SFPD (Ret.) who is the main suspect in my accident plus managed to drive me out of business in 2010 but worse was the pictures he took of the Piedmont Lumber fire in March 2010 then with near precision timing appears when the PG&E High Performance engineer was sitting with me in a meeting.

During the Tanabe Trial (Sept 2013) it was revealed Butler had wiretapped hundreds but I know I'm definitely one of those wiretaps perhaps ten years in the making.  When they failed to burn me alive they kept trying.

When the Donald Gene Moats office burned down in 2001 the FBI investigated events which the Walnut Creek Police was never told which sadly means all they've been caught lying to investigators in what I'm calling a Domestic Terrorism Cases. e.g. Kinder Morgan and PG&E San Bruno Fire

PG&E has a kidnap victim and in a letter to the City my comments were specific that it was a cop in the Kidnappers image.

Based on my crazy story it's a given that investigations by the Walnut Creek Police prior to the new Chief should be suspect but no has tried to make the connection between my events and my roommate.

I am homeless, sleeping on concrete and no one will hire me.  I wouldn't hire me, I'm being sued, I owe back support, my cars get totaled, people near me get murdered or crash in Airplanes into mountains or simply fall from the sky - I have nothing left but my laptop and some clothes yet they still try to mow me down and still not a single investigator has asked me a single question about my theory that these events are connected.

The September 19th 2013 accidents that killed two BART Engineers was not just an accident as events near my allegations overlay with these allegations in this letter.  What are the chances that I'd post to this blog my concerns about a stalker that once worked at the Concord Maintenance Yard who would know BART procedures just by being around the lingo.

The NTSB advisory is a good start but I'm suggesting asking the Navajo CodeTalkers for advice as your radio communications function on a open spectrum.  In my research I'd discovered that the PG&E fire, Asiana (SFO), BART plus other disasters share a common technology - they operate on open radio frequencies but recently made changes at SFO - details coming.

A year later, sabotage of key fiber optic cables remains a mystery

As Silicon Valley slept a year ago tonight, the wireless wonderland in which it existed — a dream world where mobile devices made instant communication not only possible, but almost unavoidable — disappeared suddenly, like Alice, down a hole.

In this case, it was a manhole in South San Jose, which someone breached in the middle of the night and cut fiber-optic cables critical to a vast communications network. When residents of Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and San Benito counties awoke the morning of April 9, it was to a world completely remade with the stroke of a chain saw.

Despite a reward of a quarter-million dollars and investigations by San Jose police, the Santa Clara County sheriff and the FBI, no one was arrested for cutting the lines, which belonged to AT&T. It now seems unlikely anyone ever will be prosecuted, an outcome Jennifer Ponce, coordinator of emergency services for Morgan Hill, called “depressing.”

Equally troubling is the likelihood that it will happen again, unless Silicon Valley tech giants, which rely on the underground network of cables and wires to go on reinventing the future, make a large capital investment in upgrading the grid.

“I don’t think you can ever prevent something like that from happening without a major infrastructure investment from the private sector,” said Dave Snow, Santa Clara County logistics section chief.

to assure that all the grids — electric, transportation and communications — aren’t knocked out for days during such natural disasters as earthquakes. Cash-strapped city and county governments would like to shift the burden to companies that profit from those systems.

“The one thing you can’t do in government nowadays,” Snow said, “is buy things just in case. A large part of our effort is going toward pre-disaster contracting. The first day or two you’re on your own, but you know that support is on its way.”

One company that has made a significant investment in keeping the communications network running smoothly is Cisco, which dispatched its Darth Vader-like NERV (Network Emergency Response Vehicle) to Morgan Hill last year, allowing that city to quickly restore its 911 service. “It’s got cameras, satellite reconnections, and devices that allow you to cross-connect radio frequencies,” said Bert Hildebrand, Santa Clara County director of communications. “They can restore telephone and Internet, which is a capability we don’t have. It’s very cool.”

Having learned its lesson the hard way, AT&T has already begun making one improvement to the system. The company actually had backup fiber-optic lines, right next to the bundle that got cut. “We had the protection, but it was in the same manhole,” said AT&T spokesman John Britton. Since then, the company has devised a “different geography” for its backup lines expected to be ready by midsummer.

Though the sabotaged wires belonged to AT&T, the incident also knocked out a bundle of lines the company leased to Verizon, sole provider of landline service in South County. Additional cuts were later discovered to wires at two locations in San Carlos, and at Hayes Avenue and Cottle Road in San Jose. Verizon lost service to more than 52,000 households, including disruptions to cellular and Internet service.

Verizon has
beefed up its fleet COWs (cell on wheels) and COLTs (cell on light truck) to handle such emergencies in the future. And other companies have made similar investments.

Wireless communication had become like the air we breathe — all around us and always available — and then it was gone. Landlines went dead, cell phones didn’t work and the Internet flickered off in Morgan Hill, Gilroy and San Jose. It took more than 24 hours to fully restore service, a disconcertingly dark day during which the entire communications grid’s vulnerability to a single point of failure was exposed.

“Wireless calls or data connections are only wireless between the device and the nearest antenna,” explained Heidi Flato, spokeswoman for Verizon Wireless. “From there, they travel over fiber optic systems, through switches and other facilities. Basically, your cell phone is only as good as the network it’s riding on.”

Sabotage was immediately suspected because AT&T’s contract with the Communications ers of America had expired only four days before the lines were cut. After the incident, AT&T spokesman John Britton noted that opening the manhole cover where the fiber optic lines were buried required a special tool.

To pull off such a caper, said Dave Snow, the county’s logistics section chief, “You kind of have to know what you’re doing. Nobody would stand in water and operate a chain saw on electrical lines unless they knew exactly what they were doing.”

Investigation ends

AT&T offered a reward of $100,000 for information leading to arrest and conviction, and the next day raised it to $250,000, one of the largest bounties for an act of vandalism in the company’s history. “That is a huge, huge sum of money,” Britton said, “so we obviously were hoping that would be sufficient motivation to generate a lot of positive leads for the police.”

When the FBI joined the investigation, authorities even considered a legal provision — enacted after the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001 — which made vandalism against a telecommunications network “an act of terrorism,” according to Britton.

He said AT&T’s asset protection division worked closely with police. “We definitely wanted to see whoever committed these terrible acts prosecuted and convicted,” Britton said. “It went far beyond an attack on the network. It was an attack on the people who live in the communities served by the network.”

And then, on Sept. 1, the criminal investigation by San Jose police ended almost as suddenly as it began.

That was the same day the Communications Workers of America approved a new contract with AT&T. “I’m not going to speculate about the incident,” CWA communications director Candice Johnson said in an e-mail. She denied any culpability by union members.

The communications giant’s spokesman refused to speculate on a connection between the simultaneous ending of union strife and the criminal investigation. “All those labor things are in the rearview mirror,” Britton said simply. “From what I know, we cooperated 100 percent with the police department.”

AT&T has bolstered its security, attempting to limit the damage that any future attack could cause, but not even a company of its scope can post a guard over every manhole. “Customers today are demanding connectivity everywhere,” Britton said. “Not just in homes and businesses, not just to make a phone call, or get an e-mail, or send a text message. It’s a tweet, or they want to check in on Facebook, and you now have millions of people who are conditioned to do that. When it’s taken away, it affects them in a big way. And we don’t like it when that happens.”

NOTE: In 2010 I met with Senator DeSaulnier about events that eventually became CNET but soon after the February arrests my car totaled by a police officer in July 2011.  Instead of assisting this constituent he decides to call the Legislative Security Services who met with me in Sept 2011 - since then many near this scandal have been killed but on Sept 28th I was nearly taken out by a hit and run driver in Walnut Creek.  

Dear Senator DeSaulnier,

I am homeless, I have no food, my roommate was attacked on Walker Ave sent to the ER with head trauma, last week near the same spot I was nearly hit in the crosswalk by a speeding driver who was traveling 60 MPH or better.  The Walnut Creek Police really don't know what to do these endless attacks.  I travel in area less than a 1/2 square mile - but endure events with persons associated with the same Unions you clearly are connected to. 

These attacks are nothing short of attempted murders - conspiracy, extortion and witness intimidation.  

The Panera incident was bad enough, the next day I'm dealing with Walnut Creek Cop that I know is associated with CNET, SWAT and others.  He knows Butler and likely is close enough to my attorney being beaten up in 2006 which ended the lawsuit that would have ended CNET ten years ago.

President Obama and Secret Service Letter

Last month my long time musician from the area recently performed at a high security event that should have been vetted with the Secret Service.  The victims listed on my blog know the performer like I do but when you break down the relationships you'll find we're connected via music. I am connected to several spinal meningitis or bacterial cases.  This year two politicians died of spinal or bacterial meningitis but that's two in Contra Costa and they both knew the third one.  

I am sure the Secret Service will question events as it's their job to vet incidents no matter how seemingly disconnected they especially when you've got the largest pipeline fire in the country one degree away from this same group. 


Walnut Creek Events
Last month I had a harrowing encounter with an Officer that is connected Wielsch, Butler, Tanabe and Lombardi  

Pick a problem, no license, homeless, forgery, attempted murder, arson, assault, Police misconduct, civil rights violation, poison and police misconduct ala Carte.  I can't get counsel as no one in the Bar Association will even talk to me.  The net result of those activities fall into the conspiracy realm but I can't blame because they all know my 2004 litigation would have uncovered CNET in 2005 not 2011 and there is no way CNET operated in secret.  

So since you sent in the State Police my truck was towed off, my guitar stolen, my roommate beaten, there is the crosswalk incident, then I've been in several fist fights defending myself, been detained, interrogated while hundreds strolled by and many I know.  The intentional act was designed to cast fear on residents who know me.  

I've been attacked in Panera Bread, Starbucks, nearly run over in Safeway more than once and my car has been totaled by a cop - the best answer to date is its unfortunate.  

If you can't help then I'll start calling every senator in the state to find someone who can help.

Last month a PG&E surveillance crashed killing two employees is another connection to the San Bruno Fire, a fire that could easily be arson or better suited to be reclassified as Domestic Terrorism.

2. Same lines likely taken from my laptop - that contained over 200,000 pages of PG&E data
3. PG&E worker kidnapped from same Gas Transmission Group

Walnut Creek Litigant Kill Team - Don't you dare sue us!

Dear Council Members:

On June 16th 2013 I appeared at city hall in regards to my ongoing problem with the Walnut Creek Police and other agencies connected to CNET.

I believe my plea was pretty desperate where I'm reflecting the endless mayhem near me. Mostly little things like a 25 million dollar investment scheme loss where it's becoming obvious as this is bigger than me but clearly leads to your police department and attorneys near that same scandal.

In 2004 I was nearly killed by Gary Collins but early that year my truck was on fire, then just prior to that my ABS system was tampered with nearly causing me to flip over on 680 near my former cabinet shop in Fairfield CA.

When I learned years later that Collins father owned Big O Tires in Lafayette CA which was directly across from Gregg's Muffler on Mt. Diablo Blvd. Of course the chief of Lafayette police didn't want to take that into consideration when he investigated my 2011 car accident but the fact is they never investigated that accident.

I am going to move part of this blog my site (see insert below)where I've implemented a database system that is a hybrid CMS, CRM and ECM application. Never mind thanks to Lt. Jay Hill's friend retired San Francisco Police Department Lt. David Oberhoffer turning my business efforts into a business nightmare.

On September 28th 2013 someone once again tried to run me over in Walnut Creek. This time it was different I had four witnesses who are also on camera with me at Safeway at 500 S. Broadway,

No one is helping me financially, my food stamps cut off, I've lost my housing again and getting a job with this much bullshit going on well that doesn't work well for long if I even get to the door. No one hires a homeless programmers who's been arrested with back child support that doesn't have clean clothes or access to a regular bath.

Perhaps I should apply for a job with the Contra Costa Bar Association - I'd like to see how far that goes - the pro-bono attorneys have been really helpful or that great bar referral system where they pre determine which cases reach the county. At this point with my story alone this Association should be investigated by the State Bar, SAG, US Grand Jury and the Contra Costa Grand Jury because my suspicions are my attorney was beaten and hospitalized in 2005 to prevent CNET from being discovered then that means members of the bar are all suspect

My day in court will never happen because the Contra Costa Bar Association is a culpable participant which leads to what is known as Conspiracy which leads to RICO charges and maybe a Qui Tam case as the attorneys representing and defending the cities counties and public agencies are connected to "The Club" and if the club won't help me sue these agencies then "the club' has conspired to obstruct justice.

I wanted to post this map so that Walnut Creek City Council, The San Francisco FBI, The State Investigators and Walnut Creek Police might perhaps wonder how a person who walks everywhere, keeps to himself could possibly have his roommate attacked, beaten, a friend killed by police, had his truck towed, brakes vandalized, friend murdered (John Newman) the night he was in jail, had his attorney beaten in Walnut Creek, his other attorney offices burned down (FBI SA Ken K investigated in 2001), knows numerous homeless run over by cars, suspect his attorneys brother in-law (Nate Greenan), or his bouncer @ Round Up killed 20 minutes after they spoke, only to be killed right on top of Nate, or that his car was totaled in Lafayette in 2011.  

In fact it was Lt. Hill of the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad that knows the CNET Squad, the Bomb Squad, Chances are he knows Eric Bergen who was the Pittsburg Cop that murdered Cynthia Kempf in 1998 and there is another cold-case in Walnut Creek, actually there are two but they named suspects who are likely dead.  Just a hunch. 

You got my family but you're not going to kill my sons - 

The PG&E San Bruno Fire was not just an accident - it was hit with explosives or it was arson of opportunity, there is a thrill kill team that I suspect is connected to Hunsacker Canyon Road, and Castlewood and there is an image of sword online in the hands of someone that is now dead that knows the people stalking me.  

Stolen Laptop ~ Last summer someone took my laptop from Safeway at 9:00AM, trust me I was upset and left the area I was quite mad, then I get a call from Officer Kolhmiester who says it's been recovered! Wow I never got a police report, and never got a good idea where it was.

I know where they work, their schools and their families (the suspects).  When someone gets close to their game they simply kill them.  They've hacked security cameras where needed specifically Walnut Creek McDonalds and Safeway. 

Perfect Example:  On 09/28/2013 I made purchases at Safeway with my last $2 of cash at 2:00 AM, then got in a minor scuffle with a drunk at Safeway who was being belligerent with the clerk which then spilled outside.  This time I called 911 who heard a car fly by me at 60 through the intersection (oops-Crosswalk) but like many incidents about 30 minutes of arriving at Safeway someone tries to run me over as I walk home.  

And you want me to believe after last years Safeway Parking Lot incident that there is not a connection between using my Safeway Stalking Card as this month I decided to let my EBT card go regardless and just find food.  

I informed Safeway Via Email - from my experience as a database programmer that its theoretically possible that one of several scenarios exist, A) The cards have been breached and the system is being used to steal from unsuspecting customers, B) Given the recent announcement of a potential takeover could be in play requiring the deadly deal killing poison pill tactic of deluding the stock by printing some paper (Poke at the U.S. Treasury) or this is good ole harrassment by persons from within the Walnut Creek Police Department that have something big to hide like Benny Chetcuti Teflon Investments - as in give to me (25 M) but don't expect the money to stick around.  

1. Plans to disrupt the success of their card program by making a card carrying members like myself a Targeted Persons Social Networking fiasco.   
2. The number of suicides, murders, or shootings within a tight statistical pattern similar to stalking me is far too near their stores to be a coincidence is alarming  
3. The Banta, Nordstroms, Treat Blvd, Kaiser WC (2) and there are the fires e.g. Piedmont, La Virage, Happy Nails, Cigarettes Cheaper, believe it not the many fires in Danville near my old neighborhood in Danville known as Cameo Acres but two perfectly timed is hard to ignore.  When you have two total (or near total) losses side by side the begs for asking.  Did anyone notice these other fires and perhaps recategorizing my 2004 fire as arson that originated in Cameo Acres but more important why didn't my fire appear on the books.

Attempted Hit and Run 1200 Block Walker Ave East Bay Parks Trail Crossing

Walnut Creek CA: 2:15 AM 

This blogger has had enough as last night (2:15 AM) while walking home from downtown Walnut Creek a car raced by at perhaps 70 mph or better where Walker Ave becomes Mt. Diablo Blvd about the Iron Horse Trail in the very new and very done Crosswalk where Walnut Creek Intermediate, Indian Valley and Los Lomas High School children/kids traverse everyday.  All three schools are part of Mt. Diablo School District and this intersection is under the jurisdiction of the Walnut Creek Police.  

This time I was on the phone with 911 at exactly in Safeway at 1:59 arguing with a drunk about his belligerent attitude toward my friend who was checking.  He's always been nice to me and has even purchased a soda on occasion.  

Just after leaving the store he came at me but knowing he was carrying 12oz cans I took a defensive posture, he took a swing at me full blown punch but i just ducked and he missed but fell over on his face when his weight and stupor took him down.  Rule of the day never fight with sober in-shape old man.  

From there I walked toward home when at the trailway paths I was about to cross when the phone rang back with WCPD asking if everything was OK as I called a second time.  By then it was about 2:25 AM

While on the phone I am sure that this was recorded when a late 90s chevy Cavalier raced by - but this time I had four witnesses who were also at Safeway - they were screaming as I was about to enter the crosswalk but I paused at the curb due so as to finish the 911 dispatch call from 925-935-6400 but the other number 925-642-4295 which CHP dispatch Martinez.  

I would have been killed if the persons standing in line behind me hadn't been on alert minutes later I would have been dead or damn close to it.  It was a combination of them getting my attention as I entered the Crosswalk.  I am sure their screams (witnesses) can be heard on 911 who were behind in line at Safeway.  There will be no glare in the security cameras like when the Petitioner was beaten up in 2009.

Over a year ago I filed a complaint with Hillside Covenant Church in Walnut Creek but the process of getting to their insurance company took six months.  I advised them repeatedly that deflecting the investigation when the allegations also include attempted murder charges.  

Nope just keep on fucking praying - read up.

Dear Mr. Wenter, 

I am sure you're fully aware of my plight and the pages on my blog.  Last week I was detained and questioned at the N. Main Starbucks.  The accusations were baseless like so many other but it was another attempt to dissuade this witness.  

The recent coroners inquest results on Banta match very closely to my blog just a few weeks before that incident.  My concerns are for my safety and it's clear something is going on near me, the city and how they are derailing police reports and obstructing justice.  

In a few weeks I'll sending in dozens of ethics letters to the State Bar with an intense focus on City Attorneys.  In Danville they settled the Katz matter saying they had no prior knowledge but in fact they are well aware. 

The accusations against the bar will be RiCO level as few know about the insurance fraud part of the CNET story.  You might which is why you exited but I got wind of it years ago.  

Your police department operates with more than one agenda but more than officer has thrown me out of City Hall.  

The other issue is you should be very careful and seek protection from the State Police, Bell, Polllecek and Shimansky plus the 20 from 2001 at Doc's pharmacy are no accident.  I doubt you knew the younger business partner committed suicide so just like the 1776 Ygnacio Arson Case, or that Stuart Safine died days after his case against Contra Costa County was gutted by the Judge, or that an attorneys near the Seeno stories are turning on dead in Nevada but the para glider death night be more than an accident but I've heard via attorneys that a case against Seeno opposing counsel was killed in a accident.  I can't confirm it but Contra Costa County has a far higher rate of death of public officials than anywhere in the country.  

At the end of the day the database programmer gives you the answers that looked fishy but you couldn't or didn't have time.  

I started with them in September 2011 and I've only know ten persons to be killed.  You bet I am blunt now and when my Database goes online few will disagree.  

Enjoy your new path but I'd prefer that you'd send letters as a concerned citizen about any event that seems fishy.  Your job is balance ethics between client privilege. In my matters I've lost millions but once I discovered Butler, Wielsch and Tanabe were connected to Benny Chetcuti then i realized that my near fatal incidents were not so accidental.  I am now positive that CNET was employed to take me down and that my life insurance policy was the $900,000 target.

One last thing - this company plays heavily into this story as my attorney's (former) father in-law represents them and it just happens overlay the same agencies that have harassed me, found me via my EBT card or payroll and would have the ability track my credit cards.  

It was used on me here in Walnut Creek so don't think that Bryden and others were deaf dumb and blind about CNET - they've taken houses, stolen property, planted false evidence and driven people out of business - why do you think the bartender at Havana is dead?  read about Chuck Silverman accidents on Pleasant Hill road.  There are five cases between 680 and the tunnel. 


If you need a little nudge - its pretty obvious the Walnut Creek Police operate in a callous and dangerous manner, leading a young man into a dangerous scenario that nearly killed him.  This little game has been a played on me in front Safeway, Starbucks and I've had officers and undercover taunting me in MacDonalds and the Walnut Creek Library with the use of informants leading me astray.   

That means ladies and gentleman they are willing to create unexpected scenarios with your children in the crossfire when they could easily wait for a better day.
