 Butler, Wielsch and probably Tanabe were selling stolen items on Ebay.

Give me a break folks as this happened in 2011

• On June 23rd an Associate Attorney (Lisa) of a Danville Law Firm who is connected to the Danville Town Council was in my apartment at 140 Crosby Court  #1 Walnut Creek - the police were called which required an ambulance.  Sgt. Mike Chan and Gina (a fine officer) responded. 
• Within days I'm exiting as my roommate didn't get it - an unknown person was there painting the apartment.  
• I moved out with the help of Hillside Covenant Church Members to Motel 6 - the cop tornado starts up again. My sons and I notice a patrol car every few hours.  We're in the front being very visible.  
• On July 4th I'm talking Danville Councilman Newell Arnerich -witnessed by a Danville Police Officer clearly informing him that Chris Butler, Tanabe, Wielsch were the same people in my letters back in 2004
• I spoke with a member of Alamo 2st Ward who wasn't interested in seeing how much my sons have grown - he was more worried about the connections I'd pieced together. 
• On July 5th I was talking to Walnut Creek Police on how their former officer surfaced being connected to that law firm and Chris Butler
• After July 6th I was talking to the Chief who told me to call DA Investigator Daryl Jackson as he was handling the FBI investigation - yea it took ten calls to reach this asshole then three weeks later my car is totaled by a cop. Jackson is being sued in the Tanabe my former neigbhor in Danville. I am seriously concerned that Tanabe was behind my arson fire and my near fatal medical as the wife of one of deceased friends say's she was poisoned.  
• On July 7th I was arrested in Walnut Creek on my way up to Hillside Covenant Church
• On July 8th my laptop was breached with 200,000 pages of the entire PGE pipeline fire.  I believe the breach is a risk to National Security as they are friends with persons near the San Bruno Fire 
• On July 10th a homeless man was run over in Walnut Creek in front of Trader Joes was run over, my arrest occurred on on July 7th and Hillside members took my laptop and car.  Months later I'm reporting what they did to Facebook but they also hacked 200,000 pages of critical pipeline data from PGE worth millions.

• On July 17th a Hillside Covenant Church members informs me that my Facebook account was hacked and semed to be razor accurate about when and what happened.  
• On July 20th I'm heading the Round Up to sign Karaoke - See Blinded By The Cop but even though I've named suspects no investigation exists
• On August 5th I was asleep in front to the Walnut Creek Library when a city worker riding a lawn mower began encircling me - my blood sugar was high, dead tired from sleeping one last night in my car - I sold my car for $350 for scrap as due the damages was so severe the car was junked. The next thing that happens should be a concern for the library patrons - Walnut Creek Officers corralled me and began baseless accusations that I'd attacked a city worker.  A tactic used on me  
• Months later I discovered that the Keith Lynds who at the time was the Youth Director or Hillside Covenant Church was still communicating with my sons while refusing to communicate with me over my allegations that he something to do with car being totaled.  The claim with Hillside was rejected in October 2012, weeks later I discovered Tony Collins was the associate pastor, then weeks later Gary Collins who tried to kill me in 2004 was died from a fall on Dec 19th 2011, weeks after Loretta Hale and Roma Bhatia both local real estate agents in the same region that my former client Chris Spence died in 2007. 
• Per my notification Lynds Facebook accounts were terminated 
• For reference Hillside Covenant Church other youth director attempted to run me over in days before my June 2012 hearing in Butte County

Why so much detail - it's put them on notice that I've been keeping track of every little detail but the details are stored online that will surface if I don't check in which my words over swords model.  They are more afraid of my words than I'm afraid of their swords. If you're truck blew-up or if you're sons nearly careened into the median but you like me lacked resources - you'd probably narrow your options to a blog and wait for the next sunrise.  

I am pretty sure that my 2011 Hit and Run accident is connected to conversations with the Walnut Creek Police, Hillside Members and Criminalist Eric Collins who I'm going to talk about via the Scott Dyleksi case.  

There I was on Public Property facing Walnut Creek Officers who each had significant advantages over me, they were armed, they had radios, were cunning in nature, known for shooting and killing suspects.  Experts in the Apparatus and operators of the Chess Board where this one human pawn learned to much and was being targeted for extermination.  

When Captain Shultz asked me if I was supposed to be taking medication I asked him why?  He said that I appeared mentally unstable and suggested I was dangerous to myself and others.  I responded what does this alleged suspect look like that allegedly attacked a city worker riding a lawn mower - but also why the fuck does a Captain, Sergeant and Detective respond to allegations that a homeless man asleep in the warm summer who went to great lengths to avoid contact with anyone suddenly become a suspect? 

He said their suspect was wearing black cap, dark shirt, black pants and shoes. I said wow, that looks just like me - that's amazing but I said how come when I'm in San Francisco I appear on CNN or PBS discussing job losses to millions but I come to Walnut Creek and suddenly I'm 5150.  Perhaps you need glasses but perhaps check with HR as I'm walk in Walnut Creek as person who has civil rights and not to be falsely accused at random by rouge officers.  

My next comment was "That's total bullshit as that's what you said to Alicia K. when you shot her husband dead in 2000" then said to him "fuck off and leave me alone"  Personally I think the detective would have used his weapon on Schultz if he used his weapon on me. It was that dicey and totally unwarranted accusation but aligned with all the other CNET crap including when someone blew my truck up in 2004.  

This is how Contra Costa Law Enforcement uses your tax dollars.

Two Injured In Disabled Students Bus Accident Walnut Creek CA

This is a story about a Chad C. who was my neighbor in Danville CA.  He suffered from DOWNS but the nicest kid around.  This accident very near my arrest (Jurisdiction), near a pipeline explosion the 1988 murder of Tamara Moats (Clifton and Lancaster) and near the location where Adam Milford was found.

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. —

The driver of a bus carrying nine special need passengers may have been at fault for an accident that injured two in Walnut Creek this morning, police reported today.

 The small bus crashed into a highway support pillar on Lilac Drive, just west of South Main Street around 9 a.m., according to Walnut Creek police.

The driver and one passenger were seriously injured and taken to John Muir Hospital, where they are reportedly in stable condition, police said.

Other passengers suffered minor injuries and were treated and released from two other hospitals, police said.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation but preliminary findings indicate that driver error may have played a role, according to police.

Lilac Drive was shut down for about two hours while Caltrans inspected the highway support pillar and crews cleared the scene.

Walnut Creek CA: This school bus accident involved my next door neighbor Chad Cordon who is now an adult.  Based on what I've heard was for no apparent reason why the driver hit the wall or pillar. 

A quick overview of how I cataloged incidents near the scenes of many crimes. 

• First Lilac Drive at 680 is very wide - hitting a column not likely
• Bennett (me) was arrested about at Lilac and Lancaster (setup) 
• This event involves Hillside Covenant Church 
• Keith Lynds - Youth director hacked my laptop with PG&E data so sensitive it's good enough to commit the biggest terrorism act in the country.  
• Bob Britz: Listed on separate police reports 
• Members of Hillside Covenant Church
• Tamara Moats was murdered just down the road at Clifton and Lancaster
• I alleged I was setup by members of Hillside Covenant Church 
• Nearby two jumped to their death at Kaiser
• Five or more homeless have been hit by cars,  
• Anthony Banta was killed in Bizarre shooting on Creekside drive near the 2001 Malotov cocktail thrown most likely delivered from Iron Horse Trail
• It's near an Elementary School 
• Near the bizarre Youngstrom Shooting up on 680
• Near my 2004 Arson Fire where my truck was parked next to Mormon Family in Danville
• Near enough to the Hillgrade Valve Pipe Bomb
• My old neighborhood fire statistics is pathetic
• This accident is close the date I've alleged my sons and I were targeted on 680 at 580 - we watched the other driver careen over our bow then into the median at 90 mph - my sons were screaming as the drive was killed.  
• In 2007 the husband of a friend commits suicide on Vasco Road and he knew Tanabe, Wielsch, Butler, Lombardi, Craig Wilson, Eric Nunn, SF Officer Jason Nunn and Tanabe knows the Greenan's and Branagh's
• Many also know Butler who knows Benny Chetcuti Jr. (ChetcutiVille?) who grew near the San Bruno Fire and knows the officer convicted near my Danville Residence where Chris Butler appeared after the now deceased Building Inspector Attacked and Nearly killed next door to the Mormon who knows the Christiansen clan from Danville who knows the Schereers and knows the person holding a ceremonial sword who also is shown with pictures that he was also on Las Vegas NV - all of that is critical to Scherer Murder Timeline.

Just before Christmas 2010 after being homeless for many months, after fleeing the area after Lt. Oberhoffer targeted my business I am finally back in Walnut Creek.

I was told - "go to Civic Park" and get some free eats.

Six Months later my car is totaled in Lafayette within 60 minutes of communicating with Hillside Covenant Church's Youth Director Keith Lynds who is good friends with Pastor Reed.

Lynds was able convince my son to give up my password to my laptop and Facebook accounts.  Just a few days before that Lynds via Facebook messaged me about my accounts getting hacked.

The problem was they coerced a minor into compromising a laptop containing information belonging to PG&E who I was forced to inform about the breech and the car accident.

I can't win in Contra Costa County - there is little chance that CCSO will ever investigate anything as some of their officers are behind the many accidents I've endured.  One of them almost killed my sons - but does anyone care.  A small segment of CCSO cares.  As I write this email I'm waiting for the Butte County Coroner to about this arson murder case just north of where my sons live as in 4.3 miles.  Perhaps the church would call as I can't reach them - my phones were blocked last week.  Seems like Hillside told my ex and sons what they were going to do.  It was conspiracy to commit murder via accident where the Lafayette Police refused to investigate the facts.

I am about to send an email to Hillside but it on Monday they told me to leave the park.  Sorry folks I've tied the knot on your stalking game.  I keep asking for Lynds who  apparently spent 10 months communicating with my sons.  Now we've got Art Jacobson of Consolidated Fire District as one of my stalkers in Starbucks  and other locations plus his friend at DeMaggios Barber Shop on N. Main Street plus a few members from other churches.

I've compiled a list of fires at schools, structures and autos.  Since I've had arson murders near me more than once and I'm an arson victim from back in 2004.  It seemed perfectly sensible to develop a suspect list given that Consolidated Fire and San Ramon Fire, and other agencies didn't seem to think attempted murder was important.

Mr. Lynds I also found a connection that places you at Hunsacker Canyon Road where another Arson Murder Occurred.  in 2009 - I keep digging and keep coming up with the same people near the same crime scenes as Pamela Vitale lived on Hunsacker Canyon.

Hillside Covenant Church Homeless Outreach Lunch - Stop the Lunch

Please read my letter to Walnut Creek City Council about issues connected to this church.  I am concerned that someone within or near this church has been targeting homeless and the unfortunate.  

Below is a list of homeless persons in the area that have been harmed in a rash of hit and runs, sudden deaths and in my case deliberate attacks. 

I've filed a claim against Hillside Covenant Church about their involvement in my car accidents and my sons who their Youth Director managed to coerce my son into giving up my laptop passwords which caused me a $200,000 loss on this project.  

Everyone casually tells me to let this go but my losses are staggering forcing me to the street.

This page explains how my laptop that contained sensitive PG&E data that may have gotten into the wrong hands.  The endless cover-ups by agencies responsible for tracking arson have failed but more important have contributed exposing a major utility's databases.  I see it as a National Security Risk as I'm positive the Contra Costa Bar Association has gone out of their way to prevent me from retaining counsel.

Risk Based Event - Laptop breached by using coercing my son to reveal my passwords.  
July 7th 2011:  Bennett while traveling minor son Chase Bennett was pulled over by CHP Officer Peck at the intersection of Newell Ave and Lancaster Drive.  Bennett's destination was Hillside Covenant Church 2060 Magnolia Way Walnut Creek CA to their weekly youth meeting. 

When I stopped Officer Peck ran my license which returned that I lacked a license (Read the Golub Letter), I couldn't prove insurance but much to my surprise there was a warrant from Butte County in regards to PC-270 charge - failure to provide.  I got way behind on my Child Support but it wasn't intentional.  

CHP Officer Peck who is one of the finest officers I've had to pleasure to meet didn't cuff me like many officers will do as knowing my son would end up with CPS allowed to make several calls.  Since I was heading to Hillside Covenant Church Thursday night Edge meeting I called Keith Lynds  who was the same youth director that urged me to bring my sons to Hillside in the first place.  

My car and laptop were handed over Lynds and Bob Britz which was the biggest I ever made which contained PG&E sensitive pipeline data.  By using one of the many maps provided to me one could do a wide range of damage to PG&E Infrastructure.  The terrorist intelligence of this one page reveals the exact coordinates of a major pipeline segment.  

My goal is to point out to PG&E that they are more important than all the meter readers in the land and this data breach should be a wake up call.  This one tiny vendor who was allowed on PG&E Property without a background check, hired near blindly, allowed access to critical data and then run off the road in Lafayette CA weeks later where they can't produce a police report seems too ridiculous to believe it could happened which you can read in my Blinded by the Cop where I'm practically outlining conspiracy to commit murder but the dog ate their records. 

The arrest that day appears to be a complete setup which I'm suspecting leads to Walnut Creek Police Officers who in essence interupted my ability to conduct commerce.

I am sure a hit and run meets the test as the event was violent, planned and premeditated but more important it meets many definitions under RICO Statues which definitely leads over to my dispute with the Contra Costa Bar Association. as they can't find me counsel and since I can't afford counsel that equates to obstruction of Justice. They pulled this stunt in 2004 incident with Gary Collins see Bennett v. Collins a case died fast death when my attorney was beaten up but it didn't help they I was poisoned with bacteria that nearly killed me on 2005.

The Walnut Creek Police Department is well aware of my stalking reports, hit and runs, threats by their officers and when a member of Hillside Covenant Church (Youth Director).  

There is a police report on file that directly connects to the PG&E offices where I worked from several times that connects back to my former roommate and his girlfriend who works for Richard Grossman of Grossman Doyle and Golde Danville.  

What occurred in my apartment leads to events connected to Contra Costa Narcotics Taskforce, persons who have screwed with me for over 10 years who run the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad as Grossman once ran this same bomb squad. 

The incident on June 23rd 2011 required me calling 911 over events connected what Lisa did with my sons while I was at the PG&E meeting at this same location.  During another meeting Concord this PG&E Contractor plugged his external drive and placed PG&E sharepoint server containing the much of the PG&E hydrotesting project.  

The vendor has been endlessly unresponsive, PG&E San Bruno Fire Legal Counsel just as much and I'm the guy who's truck is blown up in 2004, his attorneys offices torched at 1776 Ygnacio Valley Road Walnut Creek in 2001, and I'm the guy whose car was totaled, his truck torched where he could have easily burned to death with a PG&E High Performance Engineer standing in my former offices just week after the San Bruno Fire standing next Lt. David Oberhoffer San Francisco Police (RET) who lives around the corner from the head of the Walnut Creek Bomb and within a few miles of numerous arson fires.  

I think the guy in the picture is one of the cops stalking me at Starbucks and Walnut Creek McDonalds where I told them they've inserted themselves in federal investigation that are connected to my former clients and CNET who I tried to sue ten years ago.  

This is the billing for WE 05/07/11 remains unpaid along with most of May and June.  
PG&E says they have a code of conduct for their vendors and consultants.  I have one comment - pay me as I cannot get the Contra Costa Bar Association to refer one attorney out of 1600 which in many ways would be obstruction of justice, unfair trade but more important by blantantly deflecting a litigants access to representation could be construed as violation of Interference with Commerce as defined in the following USC Code.

June 15th 2012 - Knowingly deflecting investigation of attempted hit and run on June 15th 2012 that said agency known as the Walnut Creek Police Department deliberately and intentionally failing to investigate attempted hit and run by Hillside Covenant Church member and youth director who was took my sons on July 7th 2011 that occurred for my first arrest for PC 270 (charges dismissed -investigation focused changed) and that was the last time I saw my sons and in fact that was the last time I've seen either son and three weeks later my car is totaled in Lafayette.  Filing police reports is a futile experience but feel free to read the Letters to Lafayette Police that were sent starting in 2011 but trust me the Lafayette City Council is fully informed on events.  

I'm fucking homeless living on the street in Walnut Creek CA and someone tries to run me over at 500 S Broadway Walnut Creek and it's not good enough and he's friends with others that ran me off the road on July 20th 2011 - do you really believe one could make up so much bullshit?

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. – Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) today announced a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individuals responsible for kidnapping a PG&E contract employee in a parking lot as she left work on November 7 in the Walnut Creek Shadelands area.

On November 7, 2012 at approximately 7:30 p.m., a 57 year old female was abducted as she was leaving work and walking to her vehicle in an isolated parking lot. As the victim unlocked her vehicle two suspects ran up to her, forced her into her vehicle, tied her up and blindfolded her. The victim was driven to various locations in an attempt to get money from her ATM accounts.

The victim was driven to an isolated area in the Oakland Hills where she was released. A vehicle with a loud muffler was heard leaving the area. The victim was able to free herself and called 911. Oakland PD responded and sought medical attention for the victim and obtained the initial information. The Walnut Creek Police Department was called to handle the primary investigation since the incident originated in Walnut Creek.

Suspect #1: Described as a white male adult, early to mid 20s, 5’11”, 185/190 lbs, broad shoulders, short dark hair, unknown facial hair. Last seen wearing light colored T shirt under a black zip up colored shirt, jeans, blue or black.

Suspect #2: Described as a white male adult, early to mid 20s, 5’9”, 150 lbs with a slight build. Last seen wearing a mask (form type to below the nose), black hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, dark jeans.

Suspect Vehicle: Vehicle with a loud muffler.

The Walnut Creek Police Department is actively investigating this crime. Anyone with information related to this crime is asked to contact the Walnut Creek Police Department Investigations Unit at(925) 943-5868 or (925) 943-5844.

Walnut Creek CA: 2:15 AM 

This blogger has had enough as last night (2:15 AM) while walking home from downtown Walnut Creek a car raced by at perhaps 70 mph or better where Walker Ave becomes Mt. Diablo Blvd about the Iron Horse Trail in the very new and very done Crosswalk where Walnut Creek Intermediate, Indian Valley and Los Lomas High School children/kids traverse everyday.  All three schools are part of Mt. Diablo School District and this intersection is under the jurisdiction of the Walnut Creek Police.  

This time I was on the phone with 911 at exactly in Safeway at 1:59 arguing with a drunk about his belligerent attitude toward my friend who was checking.  He's always been nice to me and has even purchased a soda on occasion.  

Just after leaving the store he came at me but knowing he was carrying 12oz cans I took a defensive posture, he took a swing at me full blown punch but i just ducked and he missed but fell over on his face when his weight and stupor took him down.  Rule of the day never fight with sober in-shape old man.  

From there I walked toward home when at the trailway paths I was about to cross when the phone rang back with WCPD asking if everything was OK as I called a second time.  By then it was about 2:25 AM

While on the phone I am sure that this was recorded when a late 90s chevy Cavalier raced by - but this time I had four witnesses who were also at Safeway - they were screaming as I was about to enter the crosswalk but I paused at the curb due so as to finish the 911 dispatch call from 925-935-6400 but the other number 925-642-4295 which CHP dispatch Martinez.  

I would have been killed if the persons standing in line behind me hadn't been on alert minutes later I would have been dead or damn close to it.  It was a combination of them getting my attention as I entered the Crosswalk.  I am sure their screams (witnesses) can be heard on 911 who were behind in line at Safeway.  There will be no glare in the security cameras like when the Petitioner was beaten up in 2009.

Over a year ago I filed a complaint with Hillside Covenant Church in Walnut Creek but the process of getting to their insurance company took six months.  I advised them repeatedly that deflecting the investigation when the allegations also include attempted murder charges.

When Contra Costa Narcotics Commander Wielsch was arrested with Chris Butler(PI) in the Dirty DUI Scandal the first clues surfaced about what I've endured. My CNET related litigation would have revealed CNET in 2004 but I couldn't get my attorney to bring suit. It dragged on until late 2005 until the attorney was beaten - case closed. The laptop was in the custody of Hillside Covenant Church members but just two days before the accident Keith Lynds (Youth Director) messaged me via Facebook with near clairvoyant accuracy as exactly where my Facebook account had been hacked.


How did know because he and other Hillside Covenant Church coerced my minor son who took over managing my social media. Then after the accident Captain Schultz attempts like Lt. Hill and Sgt. Burns attempt to arrest me with veiled allegations with hands on their guns or damn close to them. Officer Vesser ticketed me front plate Judge Golub turned that into an 1,800 fine. I remember that day where nearly five officers arrived, two from behind me with hands on their guns.


In 2008 Walnut Creek Police announced a break in a case using FBI voodoo science but they weren't expecting my information would surface to derail their charade. They're going to ruin former Mayor Newsome's political career and that of many others as thy are lying but the liars no longer have access to the files.

Walnut Creek CA:  On June 16th 2012 the Walnut Creek City Council was informed and updated via email.  It is coming on nearly sixty days and the only one to contact me is three cops with guns.  One ran from me but new ones don't, one that I know was fired decided it was time to watch me sing Karaoke at Round Up last month.  That same ex-cop who I ran into at Virginia Hills Shopping Center decided it was OK to tell he was going to drop me.  

Do nothing and expect whoever they are to strike again whether it be Arson, hit and run or poison - it's hard to ignore the numbers.

He wasn't when I told him that Butler was the same cop I was talking about a year earlier when I was driven from my office.  My theory on Walnut Creek Police is they have developed quite a strong network with capabilities of disruption any business in town, that they are bold enough approach me in front the Walnut Creek Library with accusations just a few weeks after another cop drove me into on-coming traffic and totaled my car ($5,000) loss or that they felt it's OK to ignore that a member of Hillside Covenant Church attempted to run me over or that they targeted a petitioner, beat him up and let the suspect go.  

It's how they do it as I've been beaten, threatened and endlessly harassed by a narrow set of officers but sadly are in the chain of command and given that I'm an arson victim perhaps they're gunning for me because whoever they hired to rig my truck for arson failed but they came damn close to BBQing this brand new and serious candidate for office.  

Remember threatening a candidate for office brings the misery teams with broad powers.  That's what I got when I complained about my other hit and run where my other car was totaled.  

It is truly a strange thought running office but when the State of California Threat Assessment unit arrived I was clear and have the letters to prove it that I was clear that Public Officials faced a myriad of threats and even clearer to Lafayette Police that someone blinded me. Our first meeting was September 2011 and it's been a joke.  I've lost a contract with PG&E worth $500,000 (est of 2.5 years of revenue), I've lost my car, my sons, my place to with the help of the ex head of the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad who works with the son of a councilman in Danville and they all know the other Hillside Covenant Church Youth Director connected to the hit and run.  

With that I've gone to the State Department Insurance as I've been defrauded as have others in the area as when Police Officer deliberately alter, destroy, change, withhold, deflect or outright shit down investigations that's actually two cases.  

I want to file a claim for medical with VCP but the Oroville PD won't help so I had to sue.  The claim has been denied and now I've got decide to feed my family or sue Oroville for being mugged at 1AM by five juveniles, two adults and others unknown to recover the $12,000 medical bill.  If I'd had a car I wouldn't be Oroville, nor would have been in jail but in 2007 they took my license and DCSS clerk deliberately stalled my license restoration.  I got behind from really, really simple shit - beatings, poisoning, hit and run, arson and on the other end of numerous attempted murders and good ole Captain was screaming at me why did I go to the FBI - simple asshole I've long suspected cops were behind incidents after all your buddies in Pittsburg Murdered my friend Cynthia Kempf in 1988.  

Do you really think I closed my eyes and went to Kansas?   I have 30 years of intel I've gathered, names, persons, business and relationship that you wouldn't think anyone would know and I'm a database programmer who's incredibly good at names, surnames and other neat correlations that allow me notice thing Benny Chetcuiti's sister was Butlers second wife or the name on the proof of service is one of the PI moms.  

Next time you need to fuck up somebody's life fuck your own.  

Insurance Fraud is a felony but you have to wonder why can't I get one police report through the system?  Isn't more than 50 incidents enough or should be expecting another set of bodies on the side of the road.

Pleasant Hill CA:  Shortly after the San Bruno Fire in 2011 a PGE high performance engineer was sitting a desk across from me at my web start-up located at 1923a Oak Park Blvd, Pleasant Hill CA requesting a nearly useless database project.  This person was nice enough but under extreme duress, lacked focus but also highly agitated when former Lt. David Oberhoffer appeared shortly after he arrived but he never seemed interested in his project.  

A deposit was presented to build a skeleton database for his ongoing litigation which sounded like extortion by a former employee who teamed up with an attorney.  What wasn't known then was he worked for PGE but the nearly impossible coincidence was the San Bruno Fire was 

Sept 2010 a few days after the San Bruno Fire  A PGE High Performance Engineer order a database solution for his litigation support needs.  My best guess was this was perhaps a few bankers boxes but in retrospect he didn't need the database and was there about former San Francisco Police Officer David Oberhoffer who retired in June 2010.  My problem with Oberhoffer is his connection to the Piedmont Lumber Fire and his connection to persons that I know have tried to run me off the road.  

he paid a deposit but never returned calls but that afternoon Oberhoffer arrived and this guy appeared to be scared to death of him.  

By February 2011 a company called Ravenelle Enterprises calls from Fresno saying they "found" my resume on Craigslist. They said they wanted to hire me but given I was homeless, broke, and barely surviving I said yes, sure, no problem, when do you want to start but knowing that I was sleeping in the rain it was going to be tough road.  

My problem was getting clothes and getting around.  Then my phone goes off but Ravenelle apparently undeflected by my problems makes contact again after the phone was off for three weeks.  We meet in Walnut Creek and this VP presents my resume that was posted back fall 2010.  

I get hired, Ravenelle sells me a car, gets me traveling to Newman, Modesto, Concord, and PGE Offices on Wiget Lane

I've spent several years piecing together job histories, other cases, arson fires, insurance fraud and other stoked up deflection stories.

While neighborhoods erupt in flames with huge pipeline explosions, staged and faked arrests underneath there are many good officers but in my case someone had plans for me. 

Looking motives on the San Bruno Fire using a disruption model one could surmise that disrupting gas lines could create a ripple effect throughout the system or region.  Gas transmission and power arrive at numerous entry points.  My past project once included mapping SBC Global's DSL system to orders.  Not complicated but an eye opener but SBC inadvertently bankrupted the agency responsible for paying me back in 2001.  So much for feeding your kids but Hicks Consulting sued and won so SBC retaliated by cutting off Hicks Consulting.

Giving Credit where it's due

• PG&E is moving in the right direction in regards to safety and placing citizens over the cantankerous PUC debates but working in unison instead of cross principles would help facilitate progress.  
• The neighborhood you're protecting could be yours, mine or your family. 
• The businesses that rely on consistent and reliable power that drive one of the largest economies in the world rely on an aging system with systemic problems from legacy that has left the room long ago.  

It would be nice for SBC to pony up as the Agency filed Bankruptcy and vanished.  The project broke down after working for months without payment. 

Mid September 2010 PG&E High Performance Engineer

Around early September 2010 right around the San Bruno Fire a person (Coded: H.S.) contacted me for software services.  He arrived either the first or second Saturday after the biggest pipeline fire in the country.  He placed an order for services, left a deposit and was instructed return with documents.  The problem was he never returned but the bigger problem was when Oberhoffer arrived on top of this appointment but today I'm highly suspect of Oberhoffer's timing and his connection to other suspect events, his job history, and suspiciously early pictures he took of the Piedmont Lumber Fire that was a Johnny on the Spot scoop or perhaps he knows more.

Months later I'm homeless, either fighting for survival or meeting some of the nicest down and outs around.  Stuck in San Francisco Tenderloin for four months but using by Singing To Survive I returned to Walnut Creek by Christmas where I connected with Hillside Covenant Church.

1. Anyone connected to PGE is not my normal client 
2. The High Performance Engineer would be an innocuous event except that this was days after the San Bruno Fire 
3. The other person in the room possessed images of the Piedmont Lumber Fire that in my opinion plus that of others was far too early in the fire. 
4. The day of the Piedmont fire I was attending State Senators Mark Desauliniers event at the Lafayette library more or less ranting about what would surface as CNET. 
5. That afternoon my engine threw a rod - oops the oil sensing light failed - thank god for Mormons who sell crappy cars. 

The vendor for PGE owes me about $10,000 but PGE's attorneys have ignored me saying that their vendors are responsible for paying their bills.  They took my time sheets and got paid but decided that paying me was not in their best interest.  Weeks later my car was totaled in Lafayette - search on accident in this blog.  

Senator DeSaulnier showed concern initially but my concerns are the San Bruno Fire is a critical infrastructure component required for the worlds 11th largest economy to function.  I didn't ask for this connection but my suspect is relentless but I've filed police reports in Walnut Creek, Lafayette and Pleasant Hill but since filing them I've had about three solid attempts on life - e.g. car accidents, someone from Hillside Covenant Church tried to run me over in Lafayette - Lt. Gorski told me to pound sand while he was busy driving Vice Ultra Lounge out of business, the Chief of Police of Lafayette, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Danville and Clayton have all announced their retirements since CNET became a household name. 

Wait until you read about the connection to my arson map and Peter Branagh where I was at event where CCSO detectives appeared.  A movie making event where they made me the star?  Not really but days later a young kid at the Walnut Creek McDonald's yelled Daddy it's Pete, get your gun! 

I get it - I get that the story is far from over.

Hillside Covenant Church Beware of the Youth Directors

On this very chilly evening I'm staying warm by the sheer generosity of Safeway Employees who are letting me lay my head on the table.  It's been very hard getting back to work as dealing with the constant followers (not your flock following you on Sunday), stalkers, tails and whoevers constantly near driving my friends away while struggling to find meaningfull work is simply overwhelming.  In the last 24 months there have been numerous deaths near me.  One longtime acquaintance died suddenly on Christmas - this was a person I've know since 1978 when I first arrived here. 

On July 20th 2011 my car was totaled but what I haven't spoken about is how I was targeted by certain members of this church.  Just a few days before this accident I emailed Jeff Reed - it took a year to for him to respond and even longer for Hillside to allow me to file a claim.  My opinion is that Hillside Members were actively stalking me along with others and that includes Walnut Creek Police Captain Schultz's accusations that I'd attacked a City Worker riding a lawn mower.  The groundsworker was played into the Sergeants, Captains and detectives little game that morning which I've written about called the 5150 Business Model or the perfect circle. 

The timing of the accident, the loss of my apartment and how Keith Lynds apparent connection to the Danville Town Council was disturbing since back in 2006 the plan was to sue the Town of Danville but they beat up my attorney - shazam! no more lawsuit. 

Last year I had contract with a PGE Subcontractor worth over $200,000 in revenues, long term client, solid requirements and months of high demand hours for a project tied to the biggest fire in the country. After the car accident and arrest Mr. Lynds apparently was still connected to my sons but I'd been cut off, my one son spent the night with another youth director and that was it. 

When the car accident occurred the Lafayette Police simply refused to investigate so I started calling my state senators.  They sent the state police which I have mixed feelings about as I also met with Cheif Bryden and City Manager Ken Nordoff after I was accosted by Kenny Brizendine who apparently lives accross the street from the retired San Francisco Police Officer who has pictures of the Piedmont Fire that appeared to me to be way to early in the fire process to a coincidence. 


As you can see I've filed a claim that took an amazing three months to get started.  I intend to file a claim as something happened but more important is Facebook cancelled Lynds account over activities e.g. extended communications between my sons and Mr. Lynds.

We're going on 10 months from when I realized Lynds was still connected to my sons but I was cut off - the boys managed to get a message out about these people as Tony Collins disconnected via Facebook as soon as replied back with the heavy "he nearly killed me".

I even stood on Magnolia with a sign designed to get their attention after the Sunday service.  I ran into a member yesterday who asked me how I was doing.  I said fine, they towed my truck away, spent Christmas in the rain, still waiting for Pastor Reed to call me, lost my place to live again, lost my contract but he said I just spent the weekend with Mr. Lynds so I said call him and get him to send me his insurance information.

Gary Collins also worked at Big O Lafayette which directly accross the street from Gregs Muffler who back in 2004 I took my truck in for repairs.  Gregs Mechanics stated he was right behind me on 680 then he said he witnessed my truck erupting in flames. 

I met with Cheif Christensen on July 20th 2012 one year to the date of the accident but unknown to me was that Charles Silvermans untimely crash. 

If you're a member of Hillside put yourself in my shoes, Gary Collins nearly beats me to death, eight years later he falls down an elevator shaft, weeks after two of my former real estate peers were killed and about sixty days after my Karoake DJ friend dies and months before another Hillside recipient of their benevolent lunches is murdered. 

There is shadow of death in the room that covers all the light that you could ever bring in those big windows up at Hillside. 

By the way several of my suspects live or work within walking distance of where the "device" was found on Pleasant Hill Elementary School grounds.
