Sure this isn't possible as one person said there is a system in place - only if you've got help from the anointed ones. 

The sheer number of event incidents collectively spread across many of my blog pages should be enough.

In 2004 several accidents were pretty clear attempted murders but my life was under siege from all points, the intestinal problems now very suspicious, the lack of the county hospital truly listening resulting in my near fatal medical event in November 2005.

After turning to the Contra Costa Bar for an attorney I was practically rebuffed over and over, everyone said we're not going to sue the Town of Danville or the county.  So I reached out to San Francisco Trial Lawyers where Attorney Sage Sepahi stepped up to the plate.   He agreed to represent me which would have ultimately uncovered CNET, and my personal belief that the  Danville Town Council was behind events.

In 2006 Sage suddenly needed a "Geographic Relocation" but  called me one day to say that his "Attorney Withdrawal Letters" were being returned.  He fled Northern California to Southern California.  I knew had a decent case against Collins but more important is that lawsuit would have brought down CNET long ago.  I've left a trail of letters that are available via a public request.  Just ask for letters with the words "attempted murder" or "Building Inspector".

The medical challenges started late 1990's but medically nothing was suspicious via tests or exams.  Over the years I was practically living on Tums - too busy to get the doctor but when I was sick enough I'd make an appointment then I'd cancel as I'd get better.

Interesting cycle that I missed, sick, better, sick, better but  then nearly died which occurred about two weeks after the 800K policy lapsed - guess I wasn't of value any longer.  That's the cycle of the perfect circle of Fraud, Murder and Mayhem alcarte

When the boys relocated far away every weekend they'd come down sick then be fine once CPS saw them.  So if you don't test for drugs, containment's, bacteria, food poising, drugs or perhaps rat poison which are very close to the symptoms I suffered from and former Officer Tanabe lived down the road?

Numerous doctors The Contra Costa County Regional Medical Center would simply tell me to go away - once you get past the ER you get great treatment.

The reality is you were kidnapped 

Dear William,


I am sorry that you've had to go through all this, that you've living a trailer, that you've had to watch another driver who tried to kill us hit the wall at High Speed ultimately kill himself, or that your father almost burned to death on 680 but like magic there is no record of that arson fire.


There is little chance that I can help you as I've been decimated financially, spent in total about 14 days in jail, lost seven cars via accidents, arson, hit and runs, and expert vandalism that the State Department of Insurance should really investigate.

A few months ago I made a desperate plea for help with the Walnut Creek City Council but apparently Officer Burns decided on July 27th that Pete Bennett needed a talking too and once again labeled a mentally ill assailant and denied my requests to call an attorney. Officers Burns all I'm trying to do is get access to my sons. Seems like you guys want to kill me for some reason and no officer Burns you don't know what I told the FBI 25 years but you appeared quite nervous. By the way whenever have a hearing, file a claim or file a lawsuit the Contra Costa County Litigant Adjustment Bureau finds me before I can appear.

The Walnut Creek Police are about as close to Uber Ops Domestic Terrorism Operation you'd ever find as when I called 911 back in June 2011 from 140 Crosby Court #1 Walnut Creek less than a month later after conversations with Chief Bryden and DA Investigator Darryl Jackson my car was totaled. I know it's just a coincidence but perhaps there is connection. Would you guys like to consider that my phones have been under surveillance for about ten years by Chris Butler plus others - so I am sure my calls are recorded.


By the way I was driven from Apartment by the legal associate of Former Walnut Creek Bomb Squad member Richard Grossman who is probably friends with Lt. David Oberhoffer (SFPD - retired) (Cops the same ages around here know each other) who showed me pictures in June 2010 of the Piedmont Lumber Fire? The same fire I'd mentioned in the November 1st 2011 meeting with Bryden and Nordoff. This meeting is so critical as I'm going to say out loud "over the course of 2011/12 numerous persons near me were killed" and it's not some coincidence to be ignored.


In between a now former Walnut Creek Officer who first name is Greg with possible full name of Greg Fish was a regular at Dallimontes which is in the same shopping center. I had the pleasure of nice short fist fight with Ron who threw me out of his pathetic Italian Joint but if it happens again I won't be so cordial.

The sad reality is many officers are clearly connected to totaling my car but LPD Chief Christensen who's name bears a very strong resemblance to David Christensen which is very common spelling of Local Mormons. Even though former Bishop Clark said he would call he has not, even Pastor Reed of Hillside Church whose friend.

It seems that Hillside Covenant Church doesn't want to acknowledge my concerns, that it took six months for them to turn over their insurance company, that the Walnut Creek Police let go home when I was trying to get you the court order IME which was scheduled on July 6th 2011 but your mother drove all the way down to intercept my attempts to get to a medical professional.

You may not know this but I attempted on May 23rd 2013 by coming to Paradise High School to take you to a doctor. The principal Ms Johns called the Paradise Police when I discovered your school records were altered. When I took your to court in Family Law.


I know that you were deathly afraid of Officer Tanabe at the Pack 36 Meeting on February 4th 2007 the same day your mom vanished. At that meeting were meeting were police officers from Contra Costa Sheriff, Concord Police Department and Judge Golub who I told many, many times that someone tried to kill us on the 680 back in winter 2004/05 in months after the same F-250 truck was rigged for arson. I am sure that Alamo 1st Mormons are connected to this arson fire but they've got Pete Amnesia but one important fact they also sue the Airlines when planes crash. Even though I called NTSB with simple fact I know two pilots killed in rather coincidental accidents they don't believe a connection exists. I tried getting legal help from the Contra Costa Bar Association but ... that association is under a legal spell called "don't assist Bennett" but do what you can to kill him.

Of course my crazy story happens to include far too many deaths from far too many accidents that they call coincidences that I call far too coincidental. I know it's just a coincidence that the it's coincidental that it's a coincidence that many are connected to my mail servers taken in Dec 2010 when I was coincidentally running from a San Francisco Cop who coincidentally once show me pictures of the Piedmont Lumber fire that all Central Costa County Residents know was not some coincidence but they said it was accidental. My one opinion is the owners are taking the unfair brunt of the allegations.

The Seeno's take but give so others can think they are givers but they are takers and in the 80s a whole lot of people near these givers in the 80s turned up dead. Brian Schewling: Alamo 1st Member He died right after services at Alamo 1st and quite frankly looked very bad that day but coming a survivoir of poisoning he looked as bad as me. I would have died that night in 2005 from a heart attack today as I doubt at 56 I could last through a 105 fever, vomiting blood requiring 3.5 liters of fluid.

He spent many years helping his father Don Collins build their family businesses Lafayette Big O Tires and Oakdale Big O Tires. He later moved on to a successful career as a city building inspector. He was well known for his enthusiasm for life with his family and generosity as a loving caring friend. Last June dealing with another court hearing that forced me to be bounced around between Butte County and Contra Costa while having my cars totaled.  Perhaps my car accident was serindipty as I went to the Chico Safeway to get copies - this Petitioner was out in front. No I didn't want to vote as I've lost faith in voting especially in Contra Costa County after learning this petitioners story. 

Back when there was this contentious debate about having whether or not the Neiman Marcus Building would go in he was standing on the perfect location at the Walnut Creek Safeway. 

While doing his job he was attacked from behind by an unknown and still unknown assailant who attempted to beat him up.  Then the incredible investigative powers of the Walnut Creek Police said his attacker was mentally ill and there was nothing you could do about it. 

I was simply astonished as that's an all too familiar story. 

In 2006 officers playing basketball beat up my attorney and said the same thing but this now deadbeat dad gets arrested for being unable to pay support, his friends are dying far too often, this deadbeat dad survived a near fatal poisoning and has been driven out of 5 offices in Walnut Creek.

The car accidents last summer was the turning point.  By the way I spoke with DA Investigator Jackson who said he was the FBI Liaison between the DA and FBI, spoke with Dave Christensen and Mayor Newell Arnerich and Cheif Bryden about events in my apartment in Walnut Creek where the legal associate of Dick Grossman was in my residence where she created a scene that required an ambulance.  The next an event similar to this one three persons near CNET were killed but there is a forth from Oak Park Blvd.

Fired Deputy Howard Fights Back or maybe his truck will blow up like mine did

Walnut Creek CA:  The bowels of CNET once again will flush our tax dollars down the drain.  We, us and the Tax Payer gets the financial enema that could have been avoided with Bennett v. Collins filed on Sept 26th 2011.  

The Danville Town Council prefers to escape litigation with brute force, extortion, witness intimidation and extortion by beating residents (me), arresting them (me), accusing them of being a drug dealer (me, falsely), stealing tools (me) then systematically targeting resident into financial ruin (me) but while they were at person no longer close me arranged a series of accidents, a little bacteria and some high speed police tactics.  

So Mr. Howard we've spoken before and I'm sure you remember all the chaos with divorcees in Danville, I'm sure you like many how a kid could flip and kill his mom, how perfectly normal families would come apart at the seems, how the owner of the Dry Cleaners on Diablo decides to commit suicide over business problems, how a mom that once lived on La Questa Drive could get arrested for hiring a hit man that vanishes after dropping 100K on a local fleecing attorney, or better a Mom with children would end up 680 without car when she makes a tidy six figure sum. 

Perhaps Mr. Howard you might want to drive up Valle Vista turn right on Plaza Circle where two houses burned the foundation or drive over the BlackHawk where that Doctor lost his son in that attic fire (newspaper quote) that looks just like another attic fires on Donegal Way near that drive by shooting but also near a local business in Walnut Creek whose Piano Player died recently which sounds just like Tyler the former Meenar's bartender who stroked out ten years back at 36, or perhaps Arturo Cruz the San Pablo Councilman who also at 36 stroked.  which Then if you really want ponder look at Cigarettes Cheaper five time award winning fire bomber victim.   

We need to start a prize system for the best arsonist award in Contra Costa County.  When you're an arson victim like I am where sworn police officers and highly paid Fire Personnel who are listen the dispatch calls where I was told over 10 callers stated flames were shooting back behind my truck.  I called the State Fire Marshall and sort of got somewhere, but I called other departments outside of Contra Costa County who kinda what you are saying, your truck was blazing with flames and the oil plug was down 2 1/2 turns and they let you go?  

I get it burn baby burn but I've also got a Contra Costa County Fireman stalking me from Hillside Covenant Church who took my sons two years and have run interference which is a violation of my civil rights but try getting an attorney from the Contra Costa Bar Association to take your case.  All they've said for years is sorry - well perhaps you guys might have connected your Bar Association to a murder/arson conspiracy case?  

Sorry for the strong opinions but it's been two years since my car was totaled that was uninsured so Lafayette Police told me it was unfortunate.  

Mr. Howard here are a couple of pointers for you to you survive a lawsuit against Contra Costa County.  

1. Look over your shoulder daily. 
2. If you've got a CCWP then bring the equalizer tool along.
3. Learn the facts about Bennett v. Collins they beat up my counsel] 
4. Check your brakes I have police report on file with WCPD 
5. Check your oil plug for temperature sensitive wax and accelerant (fuel for your tail pipes) 
6. Make sure you inform your family that in 2004 a high speed driver (deliberately accident) nearly killed me and my sons on SB 680
7. Be careful where and what you eat - for almost ten years I kept saying I was poisoned but CCCMRC doesn't get it that all these homeless and downtrodden are being hit with bacteria.  They die at night or they foam at the mouth on the Contra Costa Trail. 
8. If you see have valuables lock them up as someone within CCSO or SRVFPD will steal them - my article about my stolen Krugerrands matches another former Danville Real Estate Agents said about her 4 carat ring.  I bet its another one of those special Danville Fires - funny Chris Spence, Loretta Hale, Roma Bhatia, Brian Schewling, Glen Langstrom, Peter Branagh and John Kelly were real estate agents and this other guy Billion have all died.
   The reason Glen is in here is like Brian he carried a huge debt load, the reason is here is he was friends with Craig Wilson who died with Eric Nunn who potentially would be a of great influence on the Concord Naval Weapons Station planning plus he was a planning Commissioner.  
9. Please don't fly as I knew Peter Branagh and Eric Nunn - sorry can't prove it because I was blindsided in 2010 and once again forced to shut down my operations.  The Walnut Creek Police made sure that even though I was attacked in the Farmers Market that nothing would happen to the assailant must the Neiman Marcus Petitioner.  

So remember if they can't get you they will get to your family unless you think Catherine Perata, Dino Ghilloti, Nathaniel Greenan, or former Sheriff Richard Rainey nephew Michael McNulty was just "Uncle Fester" the fun guy at some of my open mics.  

The 2011 car accident where I was blinded appears to have damaged my eyesight.  I can't explain the light source other than it's brighter, a warm light that was more like a pulse which became plausible when I read the comments about Asiana.  

Perhaps the Department of Homeland Security might want to read my well documented letters send to the Chief and Several Sergeants - they are in really deep now - I mean really deep as.the Banta Shooting Inquest is out.  Seems like we've got a problem enveloping our towns and cities where the best solution is commandeer a toe clipper chasers over at the TSA.  

My accident particulars might explain why so many cars are just running off the road and killing the occupants where their cars just catch on fire (Cherry Lane at Treat), 680 at Hwy 4 (Grayson Creek) or that nice kid that was killed on Stone Valley Road or Nate Greenan.  

By the way Mr. Howard, James Greenan is this super lawyer who is a member of Alamo 1st on Stone Valley, who knows the Lafayette repair shop whose mechanic by some divine intervention just happened be right behind me and actually saw me, who knows my former Mormon employer whose employee Phil nearly died of Spinal Meningitis, just Shimansky, just like Pollecek, and most likely is what killed Gary Bell.  

My police report filed in 2009 stands which paints a chilling scenario of the perfected murder.  That is why I wrote Murder By Bacteria as a warning to residents that someone with Great Expertise in Bio-Weapons, Bio-Toxins or Pharmacology that is able to create undetectable designer drug.  My hallucination article precedes the Anthony Banta Jr. fatal police shooting by weeks.  

By the way there are more deaths in the Music Community that bear a resemblance to profiling model.

► Donate Anything or Hire Me

I've watched this blog grow rather quickly so I'm deciding how to reorganize content as the original plan was developing a database connected to the content.  Things got away from me as life is huge struggle.

The net effect of all these events has left me begging for money, food and medicine.  The Banta Shooting was extremely personal as it's not the first fatal police shooting near me but Banta graduated from where my sons currently attend school - again on top of car accidents, beatings and arrests your cup can overflow.

The Walnut Creek Police officers via their friends have pretty much made misery out of my life.  Hillside Covenant Church plays a bog role but won't come to the table until forced but the name Collins is critical to my position.

Legal Bills
I've sunk good money after bad into legal bills over 30 years.  In the beginning I had a solid attorney but had a falling out.  What happened about ten years back was abuse of process but who could fight them when you're in the ER fighting for survival - yes someone managed to make me sick and that's what happens when you have a near million in Life Policies but those around you seem to control investigations, medical and closing cases as in the perfect circle.

There is a mountain to climb of debt, medical bills, no reimbursement from Victims Compensation Fund, no supporting police reports and no support from Law Enforcement.  They beat my attorney plus may have torched one belonging to an attorney that represented me.  It's been beyond frustrating getting slammed over and over but several never made it to the courtroom.  That was Seeno Construction who ordered services and then "changed" their minds then used their legal staff to rebuff our collection attempts.  Their day is coming but my construction days suggest they've got big problems coming in their next indictment.

In the meantime you're going to see me asking for work - i am well versed in Microsoft Programming, very strong in many areas but I've been offline so rebuilding my software development operation is proving challenging.  In 2010 I was poised to launch years of programming that would have my 500 domains into a weekly cash machine worth about 10K per week.  The domains are gone, the code lost when I fled the area but when I returned this former SFPD Lt who is connected to the Walnut Creek PD ran me into oncoming traffic.

The CNET scandal for many is over but officers know my status and some I suspect want me dead. When I file my claims they're not going to be happy.

Why blog about events

Decades ago I experienced first hand events connected to the Pittsburg Police Department - when Anthony Banta Jr.  was killed in Walnut Creek - that was fatal police shooting number four near me over 25 years.

In summer 2011 my car was pushed into oncoming traffic by a retired San Francisco Police Officer (Lt.), he just happens to live near where many fires occurred for more than a decade.

The general feeling about the Piedmont Lumber is it was arson - I agree but the person who took these pictures below is probably the same person that ran me off the road.

In 2006, my attorney was beaten up, in 2004 I was beaten up which is how I met Chris Butler, then later met Tanabe, Lombardi and others but in 2004 my truck was rigged to explode in flames but the amazing part I've got several persons connected to Mormons in Danville that witnessed the fire.

People often say whats happened to you and sorry to hear that, and it will get better.  It has gotten worse since encountering the person that showed me these pictures.  The Walnut Creek Police department knows this same San Francisco Police Officer.  If you've got your radar up you'll know about another important shooting in Walnut Creek.

While the Walnut Creek and ConFire toil away doing their thing this 2004 arson victim gets his car blown up, run off the road and vehicles wrecked but San Ramon Fire doesn't know what happened.  I know what happened - it was a setup and attempted murder plus the arsonist is busy burning down lumber yards, making restaurants into mirages, and hurling a web Molotov cocktails.

I've lived on the street, lost everything dealing with their failures and quite frankly expect someone to come along to finish the job. I am now nearly a senior citizen where I get mugged in Oroville, attacked at the Farmers Market, pushed off the road and told that no one would investigate the endless accidents.  So next time you walk through the Safeway Parking at 600 S. Broadway Walnut Creek be prepared for a person connected to Hillside Covenant Church to try to run you over.   I tried getting WCPD to do something but they were too busy driving Vice Ultra Lounge into Bankruptcy.  The same Lt. in both cases.

I've lost well over a million dollars due to CNET, Chris Butler and Pittsburg Police back in the eighties.

Earlier this year I found myself without gear, food or transportation.  In December the Walnut Creek Police towed my truck off and my gear including my amps and guitars.  That was my basic home where I parked behind my friends house.  

That same week officers killed a person I personally knew and should have never been shot but worse is the last fatal shooting is related to Supervisor Glover who has another cousin shot and killed by Pittsburg Police.  

I know residents and businesses of Walnut Creek who donate food to Trinity think their donations are going to the greater good but many that need these services are being refused, they take food from Loaves and Fishes which is part of the Contra Costa Food Bank, they all receive donations and federal funds to run their operations but have been known to cut homeless and need out.  Trust me I know as they did this to me.  They simply don't like me making noise about how some local homeless that talk to me.  It's not just about Nordstroms or Nieman Marcus or Tiffany's it's about equity.  You need a lesson just ask a few past Presidents. 

In 2011 when my world fell apart I returned to Fresh Start (now Trinity) as a client not as helper.  I've donated food, clothing and even gave Loaves and Fishes restaurant equipment way back in the 80s.  

Today I can't get services because I've been banned as a trouble maker.  They are not too happy with what I've found that's being covered up in Walnut Creek and surrounding areas.  

Over in front of Traders Joes the homeless are being hit by cars and nearly killed, we have persons found floating the creek, we have homeless being hit by cars all around the county.

It seems that the only place in town is a club but my complaints about Hillside Covenant Church are well know which is why I stood up at Walnut Creek Council Meeting.

During the late afternon Gary Collins arrived at my residence with the intent of collecting a paintbrush I'd allegedly stolen earlier that day.  The problem was these were tools were mine and they were worth over $5,000 but Collins with Kovacs attemtped to steal them. 

The altercation lasted about 10 minutes.  Collins weighed in at over 275 / 6'2 or better to my 160 / 5'8" plus he was ten years younger.  The police report was no where close to events but when you read about other divorcees in the area at least I'm alive.

The painting project that created this nightmare was accross town at 252 Remington Loop Danville and the crew there helped me get my tools around 3PM. 

The other parties in this case are Stephanie Kovacs, Todd Ratfield and my former neighbors.  What happened earlier in the week is part of the endless attacks from all points.  From before this accident there are a dozen incidents but this incident was nearly ended my life over a paintbrush. 

Three days later Chris Butler walks in the door with all the facts about an altercation connected to an incident that no one knew about.  Eight years later he's arrested which allowed me to connect my accidents as one long attempted murder run.  The Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Danville and Pleasant Hill police are not interested at all but I've been told that even though Bob Britz attempted to run me over they were not going to investigate. 

Apparently I've got friends in low places and he's got friends up at Hillside Covenant Church but I'm talking with attorneys and sooner enough someone will pick it up or I'll file it myself.  I can already prove they intimidate attorneys as the one was going to sue Danville and Gary Collins was beaten but now Collins is gone - so what more do I need to say.  Beat the attorney and kill the witness leaves me with no witnesses.

A few years ago someone blew up my truck on 680.  I've tried to solve this on my own but the events along the way were constant big setback, e.g. near fatal medical, beatings, fights and assualts, car accidents, truck fires and a host of events connected to my software services that after the Lafayette accident it was apparent I've been targeted. 

In 2004 someone lifted my collection but that event was near identical to Pittsburg events in 1989 which was right after someone murdered several acquaintances starting in 85 which means this has been going on for decades. 

In Danville this truck thing appears to be very important as there are many arson fires around the county that appear to have escalated to fire bombings.  My frustration with San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District is the we can't find the record you're talking about. 

So while they tried they stopped short and after digging a little more I remembered my attorney office burned down, then I put my thinking cap on and realized it wasn't Kansas anymore it would real.

My truck was towed last week and my gear is gone.  My friends at Hillside Covenant Church really came through as one of my accidents was tied to their Youth Director who is involved.

So much for God as my Mormon friends they will settle into their happy homes and won't visit for the holidays.  You see one of their own is connected to my arson fire and that arson fire has strong enough ties to my fire that leads to fires elsewhere. 

Anyways they have won as in Walnut Creek they file false police reports on business owners, arrest them for having events,  In Lafayette they frame suspects and send them away for life, in Danville they do what they want. 

There are civil rights and the judges fine the citizens till they from exposure.  The legislature just pounds the citizens in pauperdum. 

I'll take a ride if I can get one but I lost all my gear, houses, property, food, clothing and most of all my sons but in Walnut Creek they'll beat your attorney in order to win cases.  That should help his case "your honor sir we have proof that Walnut Creek cops beat up Mr. Bennett's attorney in 2006 and they burned down office of another Attorney"  We call the equal justice for all - all special people that is.

Upon learning of the bodies being found on upper ridge I started making calls and started sending emails to the Paradise Town Council and Paradise Unified School district.  

Last week they told me that three murders near my sons didn't meet the test.  So for three days I called asking for help and couldn't verify anything as I don't know anyone in the area and the teachers are non-responsive.  

I am sending links about what is going on to these addresses as I've had enough BS from local law enforcement.  The State Police arrived when State Senator Mark DeSaulnier called them over my July 20th, 2011 car accident. When I get the mapping part done you will see what I already know. 

The Paradise Police Department deliberately misinterpreted court orders from Contra Costa County.  My attempts to reach my sons circumvented. During July 2011 my laptop was breached and hacked by members of Hillside Covenant Church.  On that laptop was the entire PG&E infrastructure, GPS, and map coordinates of the Gas Transmission System. 

You be the judge - do you want persons hacking programmers laptops that could essentially disable critical infrastructure - The Limo Fire in San Mateo was a perfect example of targeting you can get.

Clients and friends dying► I'm next ► thank you ►Walnut Creek Police you fucking rock!

In Early July 2010 an attorney appeared via a source that was in transition from the Contra Costa County Public Defenders Office to private practice.  The rate was extremely good for this was the work of the master manipulators emanating from San Francisco Police Department.  This was the work of former Lt. David Oberhoffer, then former Chief of Police of McFarland Ca where he was fired days before he ran me off the road.  All of this may seem crazy but Oberhoffer has been a constant problem for many years.

The Pleasant Hill Police Department and Town Council were so good, worked so hard, spent so much effort that this same retired cop who lives just up the street from Pleasant Hill Elementary School where another "device" was found and apparently where another arson fire occurred 15 years ago.

I'm highly impressed with these public officials who've done nothing but stand by while persons connected to their agencies are allowed to freely target my business, run me of the road and probably burn down Piedmont Lumber.

The attorney was Ms. Johanna Kwasniewski's took my entire divorce file, all the medical records on my sons, their doctors and all of the correspondence between prior attorneys. She has since refused to return calls or provide copies of the file as required by the State Bar.

In 2010 Johanna Kwasniewski's arrived at my office at 1923a Oak Park Blvd. Pleasant Hill CA, just down from where my former Karaoke DJ and friend Ian Lota Scott the beloved Karaoke DJ once worked until his passing.  His family would show every Friday at local dive bar with tasteless food that we swaggered down with tasteless beer.

That dive bar also contained a now terminated Walnut Creek Police Officer who told me "Shut the fuck up P___ or I'll drop you now" which occurred in Virginia Hills Shopping Center during summer 2012.  It's quite common that former officers like my former Danville Neighbor Stephen Tanabe to threaten me.    

What's sort of amazing is Ian died suddenly in Las Vegas of an asthma attack but before I was forced out of my offices - Ian's mother Izetta a former Solano County formerly employed in the Solano County's DA's office each weekly on my extremely bizarre legal issues but she was very concerned why my attorney was beat up in Walnut Creek back in 2006. 

My concerns then was getting custody of my sons who were once targeted when someone tried to run us into the median back 04/05 down in Dublin but given the size of the Apparatus I stand little chance of getting the Fire Department or CHP to peel the covers on an accident that almost killed my young sons.

I've come to accept my fate that I'll be killed as over at the Walnut Creek Safeway according Lt. Gorski it's OK for Hillside Covenant Church members to be allowed to attempt to run me over residents at Safeway's 500 S. Broadway Walnut Creek CA.

Given what's happened to the homeless men near Traders Joes at S. California Blvd. Walnut Creek who live under the bridge are being run over but it's even more OK for Lt. Schutlz to immediately label me 5150 so he could use the hand on his gun for more than a resting place.

The City Attorney's office for Walnut Creek has known about my plight for many years.  I just leave there and within weeks something happens again.  Come on folks I appeared in front of the city council on November 1st 2011 and within five weeks my Loretta Hale a mom who's son went to school with mine rolled down Mt. Diablo, then a mom who had kids in Pack 26 Danville, then we have Roma Bhatia who was found deceased on 680 whose husband is represented by the same attorney whose name was discussed in a meeting with City Manager Ken Nordoff and Chief Bryden then Gary Collins who's police report for the first time ever released to anyone but my counsel - Sage Sepahi who was beaten up in Walnut Creek in a basketball game where other police officers were present (off duty) but no arrest.

Perhaps this resident has seen enough and perhaps I've asked too many questions and perhaps someone or group or something I'm now the calling "The Apparatus" - a large blobulous thing with tentacles attached to the Golden Hand Of Contra Costa - buck it and you're dead.

Walnut Creek CA: This american programmer is officially homeless in Walnut Creek even though PG&E's SubContractor stiffed him for well over $10,000 leaving my sons are on welfare even though was supposed to be a two year project.  The project ended when my laptop was breached first by persons associated with Hillside Covenant Church then by persons associated with the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad who are connected to the persons listed on one of my main blog page here Contra Costa Arson Suspects as identified by yours truly.  

In September 2013 my former neighbor gets convicted in Federal Court, in 2004 my truck fire was rigged for arson thus catching on fire with me in it, then one attorney is beaten up in Walnut Creek in one of those Walnut Creek Police go nowhere investigation or perhaps Don Moats who was burned out (2001) in a totally separate arson case connected to CNET.  

Yes it's true I'm homeless, I've been beaten up many times, hospitalised with strange medical maladies between 2000 and 2007, been rigged for arson and dealt with the State Police when Senator Mark DeSaulnier called the threat assessment team on me.  

Here we are ten years later it happens again so please read my article called the Walnut Creek Crosswalk Killers as nothing has changed even though I'm walking around with sensitive PG&E data that organization continues to ignore me.  

I first brought these issues up in 2010 where I clearly told Senator DeSaulnier that there was a problem with local law enforcement and ten months they arrested persons associated with CNET.

It should be noted that by the time the meeting was over that Piedmont Lumber had burned the ground that same morning.  I've openly declared suspects connected my story to that fire and I've developed connections between that group and Butlers operations. 

So this homeless programmer is trying the reach PG&E so he can get paid but since my calls to PG&E have gone for the most unanswered by Kate Dyer, PG&E supplier

Me too in fact I may have a solid link threading the San Bruno Fire to my undected 2004 arson fire that would have weighed in heavily with investigation of the Kinder Morgan Fire as the common theme is my truck probably had jet fuel in the engine and that went undetected for 10 years.  I actually have witnesses who stood back to watch me as I was nearly burned alive.  By the way you can call the Alamo 1st Ward and ask the Bishop for the correct addresses of that Mormon that saw me nearly burn alive that mid-day accident which might lead to other arson cases like the Kinder Morgan Fire and San Bruno Fire.  Think it through - the best accelerant is Jet Fuel or Fuel from an Airport.

From who I know and who I've met over thirty years this should hit home.  I know Matt Moody via Tiki Toms, I know Peter Branagh via Danville and Banking Software (FiServe), I know Eric Nunn who was going to help me back in 2008 and this lawsuit would have stopped CNET in 2004.

WALNUT CREEK, CA:  I'll reserve judgement on this shooting but there are Fatal Officer Shootings in Walnut Creek that may not hold up but for me these extend back thirty years so this hit home.  

Last summer my car was totaled by a retired San Francisco Police Officer in Lafayette.  I've left a  trail of letters to Public Officials regarding events near me that have kept coming until I started posting.  The bizarre events on my end pretty much unbelievable, accidents, shootings and others endless events reflect on this event as the same Captain Schultz was working pretty hard to goad into a shooting in front of the Walnut Creek Library.  Don't worry Captain, word in the legal circles is no attorney in Contra Costa will represent me but when they learn my attorney was beaten in Walnut Creek - they hang up. 

Also while Lt. Gorski harasses Vice Ultra Lounge into near bankruptcy residents are getting the shim rod deal - save Neiman-Marcus by beating the petitioner against building a   into leaving Walnut Creek CA or allow a member of Hillside Covenant Church who attempted to run me over summer of 2012 in the Walnut Creek Safeway Parking Lot.

Perhaps bold at face value but put yourself in my shoes as I've had enough car accident beatings and attempted murders that sum of all the events has finally weighed in?

PGE ►: San Bruno Fire - Arson or Accident

A retired SFPD Lt who appeared about 20 minutes into the meeting and once showed me pictures of the Piedmont Lumber Fire.  Interesting fact was the PGE never revealed he worked for PGE.  Then about eight months later I'm recruited to work on the PGE Hydrotest project.  When I was arrested in Walnut Creek for a child support charge my laptop was taken by several members of Hillside Covenant Church which was my destination that evening, I get our of jail, return to Motel six as I moved out of my apartment because of events created by a divorce attorney thats work for a former Walnut Creek Police Officer who once ran the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad and is friends with the Doyles one of which is Councilman Mike Doyle.  

In the coming weeks I will be talking about this fire and my connection to a person I believe is an arsonist.  The blog has grown quickly and admittedly at times disorganized but I can only do so much while in my opinion stay alive.  Read through the blog and you'll quickly get it.

There are several core incidents that have led to my conclusion that will force this into a fresh debate. We have way too many fires near a core area that I've tracked.

This case should be fully vetted including the dismissal of court personnel, disbarment plus removal of any parties connected to this case. 

For eight years I've battled for visitation rights to be honored, access to my sons and even school information is paltry but my story is interwoven with Chris Butler, former Officers Tanabe, Wielsch and Lombardu.  I'll doubt never see my sons again as it would be a waste of money to even file as they are 16 and 14.  All my future earnings to Butte County to pay the child suppport leaving me in complete poverty until my death.  My truck was blown up, my life targeted and now left with no place to live, no license, and little chance of getting work I've decided to vet the stories I've been finding around the county and parts of the state. 

I'm now positive that with help from Contra Costa Sheriff's Department, Butler, Tanabe (Former Neighbor) Lombardi and other deputies that I'm hoping will be indicted soon all played a hand in destroying many families. 

My earnings have dropped to near zero while enduring endless events and court battles.  I love my sons dearly but when read how Hillside Covenant Church targeted me last year plus how my sons were nearly killed here you have to wonder. 

A few years ago (2009) several divorce attorneys stated you can't win in Family Law but one clearly stated the system is corrupt.  Her additional frustration was complaining only made it worse - retaliation made it worse.

The CNET operatives are in cleanup mode as some divorcees suffer untimely deaths and some never reach the divorce court as they have the perfect circle - the perfect police report, the perfect investigation, in my case the doctors rolling me into the corner to die back in 2005, and then like all the Sherriff Coroner Fatal Officer Shootings - the officers are never at fault.

It took over three years to glean details, she is definetely mentally shattered, denigrated and mentally destroyed but my hope is an attorney will file motions armed with new information I've developed to reverse events. 

I've known opposing counsel for decades but after declined to take my case I was rather ticked but that was in years before I learned he represented my friends husband.  If he's reading this he'll know which case but more important is his Law License is on the line.

Once Butler was arrested she began to conclude that my tactical campaign allegations made sense as she knows one morning she walking her daughter school then spensds 65 days in jail plus looses full custody to the father.

M.E. was held in the "Family Law Holding Area" while her husband and possibly her attorney argued she'd abandoned here children so the court issued orders in her absence.  When you read the court docket it clearly states mail was returned undeliverable.  Of course that's going to happen she's now homeless and in jail.

What happened next is truly appalling as this petite mom starting chasing cheap housing leads on Craigslist so one day she went to Oakland and couldn't find the apartment then all of sudden she's attacked - using the usual Oakland Suspect Model - four black males but after several conversations with her she doesn't much until she woke up at Kaiser Oakland as she was beaten and left with a head trauma. 

The husbands counsel knows all too well that was targeted as I was beaten, poisoned and my truck torched - all with the help of Contra Costa Law Enforcement and agencies.

On May 24th I attempted to take my sons to get medical care that was court ordered on Dec 6th 2007, orders that were put in place to protect my sons in regards to haphazard medical care.  In June 2011 my sons arrived after 24 month gap in visitation and one son requested medical care for Acid Reflux.  Those are the same court orders in the altered CUME Files which I'm sure other parents don't have to endure.  

Even more upsetting was learning my son was in the Hospital then recovering from major surgery that your staff deliberately concealed.  

The long overdue Independent Medical Exam (IME) was scheduled on July 6th 2011, on July 5th the mother raced down to Walnut Creek and intercepted that exam.  One son left and the other stayed then on July 7th 2011 I was arrested.  My laptop was breached while I was in custody and I've filed claims with Hillside Covenant Church about activities related to my sons.  I have two separate incidents and that resulted in a total wreck.  It was an attempted murder and my sons know parts of what happened.  

The net effect of that accident cost me a software contract worth $200,000 with PG&E.  

On June 13th 2013 a Arson Murder occurred on Skyway but near me and my story which you can find on this blog are other Arson Murders.  No one quite gets the risk and I'm here to tell you it's real.  When my letter reaches another agency you will find out the facts, the risks and the issues.  The PG&E Gas Transmission System was compromised - why is so important - think of the terrorist value of this date in the wrong hands and most US programmers fear the impact of the Tech Visas have on National Security.  

In 2002 I began researching a Visa known as the H1b or Tech Visa which was derived from litigation (Charter v Authentic Technologies) I appeared on PBS and on CNN/Lou Dobbs Tonight many times beginning in 2002.  In 2009 Lou Dobbs was forced off the air when bullets hit his home.

Last month there was a Limo Fire on the San Mateo Bridge - horrific event but few know of my research on Visas - I built a database of companies using the Visas - all of these nurses were here on the H1b Visa.  There was another Limo Fire in Walnut Creek on June 2nd, but there are several more in the area.  Arson is one of the tactics used. 

While your teachers interfere with my parental rights and clearly have taken control of my sons they are in danger from events near me.  I won't mince words - they almost killed my sons in 2004 with a hit and run accident where we watched the other plow into the wall at 70 or better. We don't think he survived.  

If you're willing to ignore events then so be it but my sons are at risk while this larger story unfolds and that risk means other students are at risk.  Personally I think you're being extremely errant as this blog contains enough information with cross references to real cases.  

Think it over - I am just trying to spend time with my sons and take them to a doctor which my legal right.  Instead you call the Paradise Police who told me on Thursday June 11th that three bodies of a clear arson murder doesn't warrant a welfare check.
