Information regarding Hit and Run

Date: July 20^th 2011

Time: 9:15 PM

Weather/Conditions: Just past dusk, low light, clear

City: Lafayette CA

Intersection: EB Deer Valley Road at Central Road (SB)

On July 20^th 2011 the vehicle that I was traveling in was pushed off the road at Deer Valley Road and Central. The attached picture outlines the lead vehicle (the one pushed off the road) the trailing vehicle or suspect vehicle.   While stopped at the intersection waiting for the controlled left hand turn, the vehicle directly Vehicle One pulls up on along Vehicle 1 Drivers Door, with Extremely bright lights, possibly a police spot light or equivalent, proceeds to execute a maneuver that is best described as a police pursuit high speed chase where the lead car is spun out. 

Vehicle was forced into the traffic island where the suspension system suffered over $3,500 in damage which was enough damage that Vehicle One was sold for salvage due the repair to value ratio.  Vehicle One was forced to take curb as another vehicle was rounding the curved exit from WB 24 to central Road.  A head on collision at 25-30 mph would have occurred if Vehicle One that was crowded from turn lane. 

The suspect vehicle sped off SB on central – making a quick return to WB 24.  Suspect vehicle was a late model SUV Ford Expedition (2000-2004 body style).  In review of the intersection in August 2010 (with camera and pictures) the likely of driver error is very slim and it is very clear that Vehicle One was deliberately forced off the road. 

Vehicle Two likely belongs to Retired San Francisco Police Officer Lt. David Oberhoffer (retired June2010), who resides in Pleasant Hill CA, who was also former Chief of Police McFarland CA recently abruptly fired on July 15^th 2011 which was approximately 7 days after Mr. Pete Bennett’s conversation on July 6^th 2010 with Walnut Creek Chief Of Police Bryden.  The details of that conversation boiled down to how Lt. Oberhoffer’s business (disastrous) relationship between July 2010 and November 2010 forced Mr. Bennett to flee Contra Costa County and close his business.   

The other part of the Bennett/Bryden conversation was in regards to retired Police Officer from another local agency was connected to Mr. Bennett via another party.   The main reason for the vagueness is the mutual parties in Mr. Bennett’s opinion are extremely close to a Cold-Case in the County.   Mr. Bennett has ample reasons for being concerned due the fact Mr. Bennett was targeted by Chris Butler, Norman Weilsch, and other parties near the corruption probe.  These two retired officers are close in age and likely know each other via Law Enforcement Circles.   Their personal actions or through their associates managed to derail Mr. Bennett’s business in June 2011 and 2010 forcing Mr. Bennett to flee the area for his safety. 

Mr. Bennett’s for his safety are supported by numerous suspicious incidents.  One being when Mr. Bennett’s truck exploded in flames back in 2004 and then three short weeks later Chris Butler appears just days after an assailant broke into Mr. Bennett’s house and attempted to kill Mr. Bennett during a fight in Mr. Bennett’s house by a town building inspector. 

In July 2010, Mr. Oberhoffer entered Mr. Bennett’s software business located at 1925A Oak Park Blvd under the guise of becoming photographer in his retirement years.  By September 2010 it was apparent that Mr. Oberhoffer was running a disruption campaign on Mr. Bennett’s business Events surrounding that event will be filed in a separate police report in Pleasant Hill CA. 

There is strong possibility there is a connection to Oberhoffer, Weilsch and Butler plus other officers who have at various times interfered with Mr. Bennett’s business. 

The main this report is being filed late as Mr. Bennett was directly threatened by Police Officers in Walnut Creek and Danville in October 2010 where Mr. Bennett realized that his safety was in question and was advised to leave the area by another agency.  With the Federal Grand Jury Indictment’s pending Mr. Bennett perception is a real investigation will occur where somebody actually files a timely report. 

I am not in the area and will only meet with Agents with the FBI or State Police present.   Keep in mind that Mr. Bennett knows a great deal about the Corruption Probe Investigation, has uncovered dozens of other victims related to Butler and has been a victim of violent crime that was premeditated. 

There are far too many coincidences involving Mr. Bennett e.g. Trucks exploding in flames, tampered oil plugs, Mr. Bennett attorney has been assaulted in 2006 who was hired to sue the Town of Danville, threats to my counsel last year forced a sudden resignation, being forced off the road and the list goes, stolen equipment with no recovery, friends murdered with no investigation, customers murdered, and persons near me murdered.  This goes back over 20 years all the back to corrupt Pittsburg cops, some of which are work for CCSO.   I’ve done my research and it is extensive.

There is a real possibility that were under attack but the attacks normally found with guns, ammo, troops, planes trains and mobilization teams is the old way but we perhaps have a more unknown method of economic targeting.  There are a number of suspicious events in Contra Costa County that are uncharacteristic of the persons or victims.   When chatting with other avid news readers you'll quickly get that synonymous ah ha - yes I'm noticing the same thing but some events are affecting life, limb and property.


Viewing the larger socioeconomic picture transformation from coincidence to a cyber-based Facebook Driven battlefield where friends or foes are integral on how any tactician could ply their techniques on unsuspecting residents.  During seventies we had the "Tylenol Killing" required intervention of the FBI who eventually solved the problem but the byproduct of those events forced the packaging industry into new territory.  The Tylenol suspect (from memory for now) lacking tactical knowledge made critical mistake as he was looking to solve his divorce but took the lives of others by lacing Tylenol Capsules with Cyanide.

Possible Sources
Random: The persons, groups or teams are working with a targeting methods, have developed tactical resources, have mobility, developed an agenda, have created a loose plan that leads to totally random selection using perhaps points, racial criteria's, immigrants, or sheer competitive motivations.

The Federation of American Scientists listed it as viable but lacking physical evidence of working device but reasonable thinkers and that Popular Science also wrote about a similar device used in Museums.  It was patented by Seattle Inventor where the broadcasting device allowed patrons to hear exhibit specific narrations within a zone.

The question at hand is this device in use within Contra Costa County?  My personal experience is that someone has it as I've dealt with enough bizarre events over 10 years.  I believe it used to target bars, business, real estate developers and property owners over the mental edge.

Imagine using this device in a business meeting to distract someone during a contract or preparation of a Will - think Obi Wan Kenobi waiving his hand.

What an incredibly simple way to rip off an estate as most elderly are challenged.

Pleasant Hill: Family escapes fast-moving house fire

PLEASANT HILL -- Ryan Mooney crouched next to his kitchen door around 1:10 a.m. Wednesday, seeing through the bottom crack what appeared to be flickering lights in the garage.

His wife had awakened him moments earlier after hearing loud noises from the garage, wondering if a stranger was in their Dove Court home.

"So," he said, "I slowly open the door, thinking I'm getting ready to startle a burglar."

Instead, a cloud of black smoke rushed into the home and forced Mooney, his wife and his 11-year-old daughter to flee. The one-alarm fire partly damaged the home and destroyed the garage, along with two cars parked in the driveway, causing small explosions that awakened neighbors.

Mooney, 32, and his family escaped out a back door and climbed a back fence to safety. A power line near the house exploded and fell near the driveway as the family was evacuating. PG&E crews were needed to shut down the power.

"I don't think it's hit me yet," Mooney said. "I'm thankful that everyone's OK. When you think about it, a house is just a house. Everyone's OK, so we'll handle it."

Mooney said that he had spent part of Tuesday staining his decks and that he left four to six oily rags in his garage. The odor of the rags eventually became too difficult to ignore, he said, and he moved the rags outside about 9:30 p.m. About four hours later, his wife heard loud bangs.

She wasn't the only one.

"Woke us up," said Joe O'Neal, a neighbor who lives around the corner and about six houses away. "Loud pops. Like mini-explosions. Actually, I thought they were gun shots when I first heard them."

The explosions, Contra Costa Fire Protection District officials said, came from the two cars -- a Mercedes and a Land Rover -- that were destroyed, fire inspector Lisa Martinez said. Investigators believe parts of the car tires may have exploded and that the other explosions may have been caused by magnesium in the car batteries, Martinez said.

Investigators have not said what caused the fire, but Mooney said the oily rags may have combusted. Mooney said that the house likely will be salvaged but that the family will live at a residential hotel for an indefinite period. Fire crews did not put a monetary estimate on the damage to the home.

The family also had several pets, he said, including a Macaw bird and some rabbits. Mooney grabbed the bird, and all but one of the rabbits were found in the aftermath.

Martinez CA: On November 26th 2005 at around 11:00 PM I drove myself to Contra Costa Regional Medical Center Martinez CA. I was suffering from severe intestinal cramps, vomiting and severe diarrhea. My fever was coming on strong while intestinal pain was intense but I was holding up we'll enough thinking this can't last much longer.




The pain was intense but another medical bill was something worth leaving over but at the time my medical g, returning and almost not leaving 48 hours later but the doctor said I almost didn't make it as he said we weren't sure if you had sepsis or septicemia but said it takes an autopsy - consider yourself lucky.










I've found similar cases or victims who are fall into divorcees, widows, widowers and business targeting.

The story as it was told to me: Her allegation is she was knocked out with a strong sedative (suspects GHB) after meeting someone. Awoke with a puncture wound (needle) suspects she her spine. About three days later arrives at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center CCU with Spinal Meningitis where they also find parasites. She is unable to can't the medical help she needs but this mirrors my own experiences with the CCCRMC. For years I went my own medical endurance test but here I am a decade uncovering others.





This person encountered the same CNET officers that many of us have met. The above story sounds pretty diabolical but this was posted on December 12th 2012. The timeline is highly important as Tax Collector Bill Pollecek died from Spinal Meningitis in May 2013, and I posted this after learning that Gary Bell contracted a bacterial infection then died but Councilman Shimansky died from Spinal Meningitis in August 2009 about a month I filed a police report. Too bad for that Danville Officer the call was likely recorded by FBI but if they missed it I called the agent I've updated - too bad for this boys but way back in 2001 or 1988.

Man arrested in 2006 by Wielsch and Lombardi alleges they bought him a drink just after they arrested him but while in custody. His statements are that he was in the jail infirmary vomiting his guts out at Martinez detention facility for about three days.
Lombardi used a non-police vehicle to pull me over in Danville waiving his six shooter at me calling me a drug dealer. That pretty ended my career working at LLNL, GE, or Wells Fargo.

Over 48-hours of Intense Pain

My 48-hours was most intense vomiting ever with a fever with excruciating pain that later the Doctor stated I was lucky to survive. I asked what was it he said we can only tell after the autopsy.

That was the intestinal lite! - I'm planning on a deeper analysis with a little expert help as medicine is somewhat far afield from programming plus I don't have the time to develop comprehensive skills in bio-terrorism, bio-warfare, forensics, and fire technology.

Coroners Inquiry: Anthony Banta Jr. - Analysis of the testimony.

In 2005 while living in Danville I endured about six hours of what I suspected that my medication had been laced with something. Years later when they arrested Chris Butler I started digging up details on top of the many I already had. There is one very important email that Lisa Voderbruggen has that I want sent to the FBI.


who was in my house in 2004 but in 2012 I met a CNET arrestee named Hulu who reported that Wielsch and Lombardi gave him a tainted drink during an arrest in Walnut Creek which was vetted during the Walnut Creek City Manager Meeting.


An acquaintance from then Community Presbyterian Church was Peter Mantas who like me was using their job connection program. We all know what happened to his wife but Peter and I were respectively being ground up by the Family Law Court where Butler and his corrupt attorneys.

The problem here with what happened is whether or not Banta was acting of his own free will or whether he was under the influence of something undetectable.

In 2005 I nearly died from a bacterial infection that from day one I said was deliberate and that others in the area bear similar characteristics which is why I wrote the Murder by Bacteria article.




The other glaring issue is I knew Anthony Banta jr. from where he worked at Starbucks at Duncan and Main Street but I also know the roommates and they were all normal people. The Banta story for doesn't end here either as for years I've been saying that someone who is an expert in bio-weapons, bacterias or bio-toxins and/or expertise in Pharmacology with possible access to cadavers that might posses viable bacteria was in play.


That is in a Police Report filed with the Danville Police in June 2009 which I filed after my chance meeting with Supervisor Glover. Our stories are nearly identical in terms of how sick each of got - I had near kidney failure and the county ER department wouldn't believe my allegations.


Well folks councilman Shimansky died within weeks of my near clairvoyant but well timed report but so Officer Murphy understands the situation - that report was vetted with an FBI agent prior to me calling down there and Officer Murphy just in case you haven't head the Danville Building Inspector in that Police Report from 2004 - he fell down an elevator shaft in Palo Alto then died weeks later. The bigger problem is the meeting in Ken Nordoff and Chief Bryden where the 2004 police report was handed over on Nov. 1st 2011.

A Former Danville mom died in Cotati from unexplained death at 56 - I ran into the daughter in Chico -

Nate Greenan who was this great drummer that backed me up at Vinnies in Concord - one of the best ever behind me. He crashed in Orinda on April 18th 2012 and David Schafer on August 3rd 2012 WB 24 nearly on top of Nate's crash.


Nate is the son of James Greenan who's son in-law represented me in divorce court - he never once said that hey Pete - did you know your ex-wife babysat Nate Greenan or that my father in-law represented Contra Costa County, or Seeno and that perhaps we've got a conflict of interest?


I once worked for another Mormon at this same Ward where my coworker nearly died of Spinal Meningitis which occurred before I filed my 2009 police report.


Now we have Gary Bell and Bill Pollecek dying from bacteria infections then we have Doc's Pharmacy with over 20 severe bacteria cases with four fatal.


By the way I tried to sue Contra Costa County and shared many details with my attorney about my plans. The Contra Costa County Bar won't help and it's clear that there is a HUGE problem as my attorney was beat up, my other attorney offices were burned down which links to Butler, Wielsch, Tanabe and others where a local developer lost 2.5 million in cold hard cash as did a slew of retirees - around 50 victims or better losing over 25 million - the big story never told.

Open Letter: 

For about ten years I've emailed many reporters with the Contra Costa Times and I'm positive you've received the letters especially the ones between Eric Nunn and myself.  The Tanabe Trial completed it's evident a much larger conspiracy case is under way.  There is little chance that I'll ever recover my losses but the letters to Nunn are now critical to the larger conspiracy.  

Now that the Banta Inquest is complete I have support for my theory that persons in the area have been poisoned.  

You all the victims, Nunn, Bell, Shimansky, Glover, and Pollecek but you also all the others or know of them but a few come to light, Lesher, Ian Lotta Scott (Worked at CC Times for years), but definitely knew Taugher.  

I am going to write you one last time as these well positioned operatives managed to turn my business upside down forcing me to storage and because Chris Butler was wiretapping me this is how they were able to scare off my customers.  

I've lost millions and was almost killed more than once but your pre-election response was pathetic and inaccurate.  It's my material but due to circumstance should be handed over the FBI.

 The parents of 29-year-old Ernest Frances Scherer III (defendant) were found murdered in their home, bludgeoned and stabbed, their throats slit. After a 55-day jury trial in which more than 90 witnesses testified, defendant was convicted of two special circumstance murders with personal use of a sharp instrument: murder for financial gain and multiple murders. (Pen. Code, §§ 187, 190.2, subd. (a)(1) & (a)(3).) He was sentenced to two life terms without possibility of parole.

On March 18, the detectives did a walk-through of the house with Catherine and a family friend to determine whether anything was missing. Scherer had kept four ceremonial swords in the hall closet, and one of them was gone. Other missing items were a silver napkin ring holder, two statues from the basement office,  and Scherer’s and Abendroth’s cell phones. Beyond those few items, nothing appeared to be missing. Open Letter; CEO Anthony Early

Dear Mr. Early, 


We share a common suite of events - we are both arson victims.  The difference between our situations vastly different as my story leads to Police Officers, Attorneys, Private Investigators, a long unchecked investment scandal plus a slew of verifiable fires, kidnappings, arson cases, and sadly a few murders connected to your employees or vendors that are also connected to my world.  

During the PG&E Engagement I had several attempts to take my life via accidents, beatings, muggings and while around town. I've been homeless off and on since 2010 which started right after I met a PG&E High Performance Engineer.  A retired San Francisco Police Lt. who was at the Piedmont Lumber (Fire/Arson) in 2010 was standing next to your Engineer.  I believe his job would be calculating little things like Pipeline Pressures.  

I've filed police reports but none have gone anywhere but the FBI, State and perhaps a few from Contra Costa County are actually doing something. 

While the Attorneys toss the workers away like pawns on a Chessboard one of the worlds largest utilities is clearly under attack but worse while the attorneys jostle PG&E faces a paradoxical issues.  The recent announcement by Jon Wellinghoff former Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and retired FBI Rick Smith but based on their statements I've been emailing ATF, FBI, State Investigators and PG&E Attorneys about what happened to my laptop that was breached several times.  

Your vendor placed thousands of sensitive PG&E documents on my laptop which was stolen in 2012 but recovered by the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad but lacking a decent explanation of where it was for 10 hours.  

On April 4th 2012 a pipe bomb found on the Iron Horse Trail is another dangerous incident.  This is the same mission critical location where Kinder Morgan Gate Valve is located which was shut down the 2004 Kinder Morgan 

There are several problems with the 2004 Kinder-Morgan Fire

1. First Person Witness Deceased 
2. Please see At Risk Los Lomas and Murwood Students deceased several unusual deaths 
3. Students now adults interviewed separately consistently state they heard two explosions

NOTE: In 2010 I met with Senator DeSaulnier about events that eventually became CNET but soon after the February arrests my car totaled by a police officer in July 2011.  Instead of assisting this constituent he decides to call the Legislative Security Services who met with me in Sept 2011 - since then many near this scandal have been killed but on Sept 28th I was nearly taken out by a hit and run driver in Walnut Creek.  

Dear Senator DeSaulnier,

I am homeless, I have no food, my roommate was attacked on Walker Ave sent to the ER with head trauma, last week near the same spot I was nearly hit in the crosswalk by a speeding driver who was traveling 60 MPH or better.  The Walnut Creek Police really don't know what to do these endless attacks.  I travel in area less than a 1/2 square mile - but endure events with persons associated with the same Unions you clearly are connected to. 

These attacks are nothing short of attempted murders - conspiracy, extortion and witness intimidation.  

The Panera incident was bad enough, the next day I'm dealing with Walnut Creek Cop that I know is associated with CNET, SWAT and others.  He knows Butler and likely is close enough to my attorney being beaten up in 2006 which ended the lawsuit that would have ended CNET ten years ago.

Last month my long time musician from the area recently performed at a high security event that should have been vetted with the Secret Service.  The victims listed on my blog know the performer like I do but when you break down the relationships you'll find we're connected via music. I am connected to several spinal meningitis or bacterial cases.  This year two politicians died of spinal or bacterial meningitis but that's two in Contra Costa and they both knew the third one.  

I am sure the Secret Service will question events as it's their job to vet incidents no matter how seemingly disconnected they especially when you've got the largest pipeline fire in the country one degree away from this same group. 


Walnut Creek Events
Last month I had a harrowing encounter with an Officer that is connected Wielsch, Butler, Tanabe and Lombardi  

Pick a problem, no license, homeless, forgery, attempted murder, arson, assault, Police misconduct, civil rights violation, poison and police misconduct ala Carte.  I can't get counsel as no one in the Bar Association will even talk to me.  The net result of those activities fall into the conspiracy realm but I can't blame because they all know my 2004 litigation would have uncovered CNET in 2005 not 2011 and there is no way CNET operated in secret.  

So since you sent in the State Police my truck was towed off, my guitar stolen, my roommate beaten, there is the crosswalk incident, then I've been in several fist fights defending myself, been detained, interrogated while hundreds strolled by and many I know.  The intentional act was designed to cast fear on residents who know me.  

I've been attacked in Panera Bread, Starbucks, nearly run over in Safeway more than once and my car has been totaled by a cop - the best answer to date is its unfortunate.  

If you can't help then I'll start calling every senator in the state to find someone who can help.

Last month a PG&E surveillance crashed killing two employees is another connection to the San Bruno Fire, a fire that could easily be arson or better suited to be reclassified as Domestic Terrorism.

2. Same lines likely taken from my laptop - that contained over 200,000 pages of PG&E data
3. PG&E worker kidnapped from same Gas Transmission Group

PG&E has stonewalled me about getting paid but all these setbacks hit me continuously and I am really tired of rebuilding offices, finances and clients.

Walnut Creek CA: On October 23rd, the NTSB conducted their accident reconstruction as part of the investigation on how the BART Engineers were hit by a train on October 19th which was on the heels of the Asiana Flight 2014 Crash last summer.  The NTSB has flown out for the PG&E Fire, the Asiana and now a BART Engineer incident?  They're already working on the Branagh Crash, now the PG&E Plane Butte County I'm connected to three plane crashes on their plate as I know victims in crash, I knew BART officer killed, and I know that my attorney's brother in-law was killed on WB 24 in what I'm suspecting is a murder case as it's open like many others.

I've also known Supervisor Glover since 1983 when the Bynum (Tiny) Shooting tragic event connected us together and we were both young men.  His cousin was employed by cabinet shop and Tiny was his brother.  It was a bad day at the shop but we all knew it was a racially driven shooting.

Contra Costa Bar: The Letter

To Whom it May Concern:

This letter is a general complaint about the legal community in Contra Costa County and the general feeling that I’m red-lined but i guess I'm lucky as James Greenan son was sacrificed to protect Seeno.  This is not some joke as in 2004 these same people are behind the 2004 Truck Fire that is just like other arson fires.  

Back September 2004 I was nearly beaten to death by Gary Collins who is now deceased weeks after he was linked to the CNET scandal with documents directly linking him to Danville Officers.

On July 20th 2011 my car was pushed into oncoming traffic by a retired San Francisco Police Officer which was a direct attempt on my life. After that accident I was forced to review numerous events where I’ve concluded I'm targeted by police officers, CNET, CCSO and others because I went to the FBI.

Last year deputies tried to make sure I didn't live through the jail event but when I got out of jail I discovered someone near me was murdered and my brakes were sabotaged.  Then there are several real estate agents now deceased under suspicious circumstances. 

I have potential claims against nearly every city that managed or supplied police officers to CNET. In the coming weeks you will learn what happened with more than officer from Walnut Creek connected to my story and the reason Chief Bryden suddenly retired is connected to my story. I’m waiting for the next hand to fall on Seeno as well as I know better than most how deep it goes.

Is possible for me to find an attorney that won’t waste my time by gleaning information about the case then telling me he cannot handle my case. When I tell them that my attorney was beaten up and left the area, that my other attorney Don Moats offices were torched which I cannot confirm but know it happened.

I’ve been poisoned, my businesses attacked, been beaten numerous times, threatened, had a $40,000 coin collection stolen by officer Lombardi in 2004 which is why the US Attorney put that amount in the plea deal.

I need an attorney that is not afraid to sue to the county or cities. The state police are investigating several recent incidents.

If you cannot help me then I’m suspecting with good cause that your attorneys have all been warned off – that means I will send a letter to the US Attorney’s office detailing that victims cases are being derailed deliberately by a mysterious secretive council that operates in the back ground.

I've lost my family, my truck was blown up on 2004, poisoned in 2005, my clients have been threatened and the continuous abuse rolls on.  The reason I turned to the SF trial lawyers in 2004 was the Contra Costa Bar and attorneys in the area would not sue Danville or Collins.   

I am owed at least 50K by PGE and believe that they defrauded me in their attempt ti undercover their attempt to find an arsonist.  I know who the arsonist is for the Piedmont Lumber Fire as he’s connected to the same people that torched my truck.

Additionally these same people likely are behind more than one murder and more than one accident.

You either have attorneys or you don’t. I’ve lost millions going back 25 years and the players behind those losses are obviously unwilling to give up.

The Witness Murders

They are all dead except the bottom three on the left.  I knew almost every victim and this was in 2013 but my first Dead Witness story started in 1982 with of my employee.

During November 2013 I intend to post a concise list of persons near elected officials or public office killed, endured untimely fates or have been murdered 

This list is good and I have no reason to retract anything as my arguments of a problem with the recent crash of the PG&E Surveillance Plane was enough for me, 1) I knew the Matt Moody via a local club, 2) It's connected to the Gas Transmission Group, 3) it missed my sons and ex-wife by three miles and the person in Row 2 First Image from left is most likely my sons half brother but was my attorneys Dax Craven's half brother son of a attorney that works for PG&E, Contra Costa County, Seeno, Safeway and Several other firms all of which have been litigation quagmires for me.  

Victims: 

• Five are Public Officials, Servants or Elected 
• Three are police officers (arrested and Convicted) - I know all of them some since 1988
• One was a cop murdered who was photographed by my stalkers 
• Three are relatives of Public Officials  
• Three of the Public Officials have died of Spinal Meningitis- there are more cases 
• One is my attorneys brother in-law his father represents Seeno who is going to be finally indicted. 
• One was my neighbor
• My long time karaoke DJ friend, his mother formerly with Solano County DA

• Another was a Starbucks Barista, 
• One was a bartender whose high school friend was Butlers Decoy in the 48 hours special.  She's still around gained some weight and went Blonde - she no longer shows her cleavage. 
• The other was murdered and key suspect is a cop, has always been a cop.  

There are many more names but you can take this FBI where they'll they know already.. 

Every victim except one was killed in the last two years.

The Untold Story that has never been told 

Walnut Creek CA: In March of 2011 the Vice President of Ravenell

Enterprizes hired me to work for PG&E's highly sensitive Gas Transmission Group Hydrotesting project.  There is something wrong with how I was hired, what occurred while working for PG&E, the critical pipeline data, the memorial day high speed swoop, the the 4th of July Parade Danville, the loss of my son, the Walnut Creek Police handling of events with my former roommate, the arrest on July 7th 2011, the unknown warrants, the lack of a license, the back support, the fact that I was recently homeless and how Ravenelle arrives with a job, a car and money then my car gets totaled by a police officer connected to an arson fire who is friends with cops now in Federal Prison? 


You be the judge and perhaps think this through when you watch the video I found with a man walking away from the San Bruno fire with what looks like two gas cans. 

I've been analyzing the video while cross correlating other videos taken after the neighborhood was on fire as it appears a news crew got close enough to the same intersection and what is missing is just as important as what's there. 

The Power Struggle with PG&E 
As for PG&E I've personally been battered many times since this fire occurred, my car has been totaled, accidents, punches, muggings and High Performance Engineers in my office about a week after this fire with a San Francisco Police Lieutenant who knows Mayor Newsome who knows that damn well that his former employee was a problem for me as I went up to Newsome in November 2010 with information about the SFPD.  

Somewhere someone is fibbing and the rest are running for the hills while my sons rot in a trailer, living on Welfare, while I battle Walnut Creek Police officers in a verbal campaign of words.   

The Endless Battles with Attorneys - you've won! 

In summer 2011 I spoke to PG&E Attorney Kate Dyer in length about my missing laptop, the accidents, hit and run plus my 2004 arson fire where I'm now positive a CHP officer intercepted the investigation by being first on the scene thereby preventing an attempted murder investigation.  Just a hunch but I called around outside of Contra Costa County asking other fire agencies about this event - they all said "you mean with flames shooting back over 100 feet no investigation?"  Yep that's what happened. 


The next problem facing Contra Costa County investigators is how would the Kinder Morgan Fire be perceived if my Mid-August Fire been determined to be Jet Fuel? 

My destination that day was Walnut Creek with possibly exiting onto to the Broadway extension which would have brought me past the same location.  I call CHP in Martinez, their answer is what do you want us to do?  Perhaps you could investigate, I've dealt with the FBI since 1988 on numerous cases, in 2001 the Arson Fire at 1776 Ygnacio Valley Road is linked to my former attorneys offices.  

If my 2004 fire was investigated then if the Kinder Morgan Fire occurred as it did then would this change how the NTSB would have investigated the PG&E Pipeline fire given the truly odd coincidences? 

I think we're going to see dual murder investigations arise from what I'm saying.   

PG&E owes me over $10,000, the Contra Costa Bar Association won't help, it's clear that my legal events have been tainted and I'm the only person in the United States that can, my attorney was beaten, that a Danville Building Inspector beat me, that my truck blew up on the Freeway, that there are no police reports about the incident, that ConFire couldn't find records for the 1776 fire, that my attorney's brother in-law was murdered, that I know three persons killed in three separate plane crashes, that five houses in my old neighborhood could have been arson fires, that two murders occurred next to my house in 1979 and the Chemical shed was hit by an arsonist but when I ask questions 30 years later? 

The pile of Bulls--- so thick it's pretty clear we've got a conspiracy but on 10/28/2013 I connected the attorneys connected me were once PG&E attorneys.  

I've had incidents at Safeway Walnut Creek, Oak Park Center, four offices in Walnut Creek, I've been beaten up, nearly run over and killed in Walnut Creek, I've posted videos of homeless men that say the same thing, I know murder victims spanning 30 years plus personally know politicians who've died from Spinal Meningitis, Contracted bacterial meningitis but I know they all know each other.  

It's time extract who doesn't have an illness, car accident or murder as this is a story of the last man standing.

PARADISE -- Two people died in a plane crash Tuesday morning south of Neal Road that triggered a vegetation fire.

PG&E spokeswoman Jan Morris said Tuesday evening that the aircraft was an AA Aerial Services and Frontine Energy scout plane doing contract work for PG&E.

The plane was doing routine patrol from the air on a natural gas transmission pipeline located in the area.

The crash about 11:30 a.m. was in Hamlin Canyon, about six miles southwest of Paradise, according to Cal Fire-Butte County.

Cal Fire Battalion Chief Chris Haile said the plane was completely gone due to the fire by the time his crew got down to it.

"The pilot was killed and we have no idea who he was; what the airplane was, we have no information on that," Haile said.

Morris said PG&E's prayers are with the families of the victims.

The plane was identified as possibly a "small two-seater aircraft" by Cal Fire Deputy Fire Marshal Matt Damon.

The FAA did not have any identification on the crashed plane or the occupants inside as of deadline Tuesday.

The circumstances of the crash are unknown as well, FAA public affairs manager Ian Gregor said.

"Firefighters were going in to the crash site on ATVs earlier in the afternoon to try to get a data tag or N-number off the plane," he wrote in an email.

The fire burned up the canyon toward Neal Road, sending smoke billowing up into the air. Neal Road was closed for a while.

By 3 p.m. the fire was contained at 21 acres. It did not threaten any homes. Six engines, four water trucks, a bulldozer and four hand crews fought the fire on the ground. Two air tankers, a helicopter and a spotter plane assisted from above.

Bob Smalley, 50, of Paradise, witnessed the plane crash, and was the first to call 9-1-1 and report it, he said.

"I was coming north on 99 and saw a plane kind of circling around off to the right," Smalley said. "Then I saw it do just a spiral straight down and I was shocked because planes don't do that. No more than a minute or so after I saw the smoke."

He did not recognize the plane. He said it was red or orange and white and was a smaller plane.

Officials do not have any lead on whose plane it was, Haile said. The Chico, Paradise and Oroville airports have confirmed the plane was not based at those sites.
