They said they didn't know anything about Gary Vinson Collins but the Collins name pops up everywhere and after all the events affecting my life there are no longer believable excluding Ms. Morgan.  One incident nearly flipped my truck and trailer but targeting driver couldn't see my sons.

It's pretty obvious now that there have been many attempts to kill me by persons connected to CNET but most agencies act like Ostriches while enjoying their take home pay.   The demise of Councilman Shimansky have strong links to other "victims" who've suffered untimely bacterial infections.

In June 2009 a police report was filed by me about several suspicious bacterial infections in the area.  This was a result of a chance April 2009 meeting with Supervisor Glover who I've known for decades.  Our candid conversation was mostly me sharing my personal events but when Federal said he was a bacterial infection victim it was simply too many.  I already was following Doc's Pharmacy as I've known Bob Horowitz since 1978 but I also knew an Alamo mom whose daughter died from meningitis, and my former coworker from a business in Walnut Creek that nearly died from it but when Mike died it was simply too many for infection rates that affect so few people per 100,000.  The perfect source for these bacterial agents is a hospital, coroner, morgue or funeral parlor. In many of these events there are adjacent real estate transactions which would force a sale to liquidate the property.

In a few days I'll be posting a complete story but this time sending emails to reporters all over the Bay Area as simply stated I'm tired of the blowback and I am positive my 2004 Truck Fire is

Seeing Keith Lynds connected to the Doyle's set off another internet search which is how I found yet another Collins which is a common surname.

So for many years I've emailed the Town Council stating emphatically that Collins was a problem and years later they're all smiling in a publicly posted picture with yet another Collins.

In June 2011, I was forced from my apartment over a truly bizarre event involving another local divorce attorney who lives and works for Attorney Richard Grossman of Doyle, Grossman and Golde.  Lisa Pizone was once a JFK law instructor and her primary practice was Divorce.  The correct spelling of her last name alludes me but perhaps someone Doyle, Grossman and Golde could call with the correct as courtesy call in the interest of Justice after I'm sleeping on the street, lost everything and have little chance of recovering my losses.

They've flooded the Farmer's field over and over right under his nose, never did he expect his Mormon friends were behind his Arson fire or the Hit and Run by a police officer that perhaps all the events collectively were part of larger conspiracy.

The other character is Grossman's legal associate who was my roommate's girlfriend who is connected to divorce attorneys everywhere as she taught at JFK University. What she pulled in late  June required police response then I was arrested on my way to Hillside Covenant Church where my laptop, car and my son went with Kieth Lynds and Bob Britz. That was last communication with my sons except for when my shared one little fact about events.

I stop to update Danville Town Councilman Newell Arnerich that CNET, Chris Butler, and others were the same cops that attacked me in 2004.  Then shortly later repeated the same information to David Christiansen who I know from Alamo 1st Ward.

Weeks later my car is totaled.  Perhaps Mr. Arenich is willing to come out publicly that as promised he went to the FBI.  He wanted me to call them to call him as I suspect he was busy.

The Council Members from 2004-2010 have one very one big problem to solve.  Can you explain to me and the rest of the universe the really truly coincidental occurrence that  my attorney was beaten up in Walnut Creek just in time to prevent my litigation from proceeding forward.

That litigation would have stopped CNET long ago but remember there is this parallel problem that myself, Federal Glover, Councilman Shimansky and now Gary Bell all endure bacterial but I am only one that survived in decent shape.  In 2008 I was supposed to meet Eric Nunn on July 2nd 2008 but he crashed on June 28th 2008 and of course we know the coincidental and tragic results but to the council ignorance (denial) that Former Danville Officer Tanabe personally knows John Kelly and Craig Wilson from Antioch who are both deceased?  You also don't know their history or that SRPD Jason Nunn happens to know Tanabe, Wielsch, Butler, and worked with Lombardi.  The Nunn family does't by the crash investigation but I called NTSB crash investigator to inform him the Eric Nunn and I were supposed to meet over the nearly identical story now known as CNET and Chris Butler wasn't a wire tap expert.

The interrogatories by the way would have revealed that Gary Collins also worked across the street from Gregg's Muffler at Big O Tires where I took my truck to get repaired after the fire that was big the rookie arsonists didn't expect me to race up over 90 mph.  Even with allegations that flames shooting back over 100 feet as per CHP Officer Johnson it wasn't arson.  The bigger problem is that Greg's mechanic blurted out he was right behind me, saw me catch on fire and never did I'd expect to be stating events.

Perhaps we should take pause as a bigger fish is coming up the ladder.  Albert has screwed over so many contractors, customers but his worst mistake was f__king me over, lets Delta Pacific Bank 1985, that contractor found floating in the delta in the early 80s who ripped out the foundations, or perhaps me your database programmer when Tanabe, Wielsch, Butler and others all managed to push me to the edge gave the database to the FBI.  That includes the bonding agency who seems to have most of the probate bonding business locked down.  
I suppose that's why the former Head of the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad back in 2011 was so interested in my PGE database on the San Bruno Fire, or that Walnut Creek PD officer Burns was dying to know what I told the FBI.  The genie has been out of the bottle for years as unknown to me my divorce Attorney Dax Craven was passing my confidential documents to his father in-law James Greenan who knows Supervisor Anderson.  Just in case you didn't know it Greenans firm defended Seeno for 30 years.  

SEENO and ALAMO 1st Mormons 
What you will begin to notice is there are no more Murder Suicides connected to Divorce - these disastrous Contra Costa County Divorces.  Gulob can longer pull in divorce cases into his court, the family Destruction center is now peaceful down to just 6 armed deputies protecting the peace instead ten.  The screwing and flogging your assets but now the Probate Court is next as it the Contra Costa Bar Association as you have to realize it's a club at the Bar, Churches and Courts. 

On November 1st 2011 I gave Chief Bryden documents linking CNET officers to WCPD, he said he was the FBI contact for CNET - he was not, he was lying and two weeks after our July 6th 2011 conversation my car was totaled by a retired SFPD Lieutenant who once showed me pictures of the Piedmont Fire when only 20 people were standing there.  Trust me First Alarm images are real  hard to get.  

The arsonist is still living among us, the killed of Vitale likely fell to his death as after all he was one of the few links connecting Butler to other crimes.  
I know, met, talked or worked with every person in the list.  The elected officials are one degree of separation between me and this story.  If I were an elected official in any city I'd head my warnings while this story unfold.  Watch your six as someone is taking out witnesses and public officials as Gary Bell, Mike Shimansky, Bill Pollecek, Federal Glover, myself plus my former co-worker cannot all have come down with near fatal or fatal bacterial infections.  The one other survivor I know of has vanished.  He was poisoned when he was arrested by Wielsch in 2006 and spent three days in the jail infirmary vomiting his guts up like I spent back in 2005.  

NO ONE BELIEVED BUT fatal Spinal Meningitis is 3 per 100,000.  I know of seven but if you add in Docs. Pharmacy it would 4 more fatal plus 16 near fatal.  There isn't a statistic like that anywhere in the world nor do you we have anything like Piedmont or San Bruno Fire which based on what I've gathered is a domestic terrorism for economic gain.  PG&E is clueless about how this may have occurred but if they want my theory they can pay me the money their vendor owes.

Someone once called the restraining order the All Mighty Motion anything goes motion.   I've used this in my responses several times recently. That's how I got my charges dismissed and change the course of one criminal case to dismissed.  

For those of considering legal action an additional element anyone faces in Qui Tam - government fraud, welfare fraud, crimes against the state and federal government.  By defrauding me and my family the net result is you put them and me on welfare.

The rest of us call attorneys tell them our story, we file claims, we go to the courtrooms, but attorneys with connections they just get paid - really, really easily - no fuss, no muss.  It's clear they slice and dice the deals but tell others that we're sorry you don't have a case - 

Example Todd Cambra run over by Trader Joes Walnut Creek and nearly killed (February 2012), he was baited with an attorney, he was expertly handled by persons connected to my hit and run, for 10 months he was told

Walnut Creek City Manager Meeting -

A Critical Event Connected to the CNET Story

I personally knew all three persons listed beleive but the critical milestone is what occurred on Nov 2nd 2011 with Chief of Police of Walnut Creek and City Manager Ken Nordoff where documents linking certain attorneys and persons to the larger CNET Scandal were copied off. This was the first time I ever allowed the Bennett vs. Collins police report to be copied other than my attorney.  They solved that by beating him up in 2006.

Loretta Hale (Divorcee), Real Estate Agent found dead on Mt Diablo – local parent from Green Valley Elementary School, a mom in Boy Scout Pack 36, had sons and lived in the area for over twenty years.  A few weeks later a curious event occured when Concord Detective Mike Rodriguiz walked into the O'Rielly Parts Store on Willow Pass Road Concord CA 94520 while I was at the counter.  It seems he was interested in the Hale incident.

In 2009 I was going to retain Wiesinger but the day of our first meeting his office called stating that their client was murdered over the weekend in Las Vegas NA.  Apparently what I gleaned later was the spouse (losing party) drove from San Ramon to Las Vegas and went up to the motel room and ... the rest is obvious.

07/20/2011 Pete Bennett suffers hit and run accident.  Lafayette Police refuse to investigate.  It was attempted murder just like the many other incidents over the last 20 years. 

The are at least 200 divorce cases impacted by CNET with so many divorcee cases leading back decades where one party erupts in violence.  One of the tactics destroys the other party but in my case when you have cops pulling guns on you chances are you'll end up being shot dead.  Read my 5150 Doctrine and you'll get it.

Many reading my blog will wonder why this litigant is upset, first take a look at my son here and see the near emaciated state in 2008 .  In 2007 my son melted down at the Pinewood Derby but what happened would be Violation of my Civil Rights Under 

Tanabe was present, as was Judge Joel Golub and unknown to me a slew of police officers who used the Boy Scouts of America event to cover their connections to CNET as they all knew that Butler knew Tanabe, they all knew that my I was beaten in my house, they all knew my truck was set ablaze, they all knew Gary Vinson Collins was the assailant, they also knew Loretta Hale, many would know attorneys at Greenan via his representation of Contra Costa County and Seeno Construction.  

I would surmise that many appear to be glaring light so bright it's hard not see that I told an officer of the court that a Danville Building Inspector nearly killed me and that someone rigged my truck for arson.  What gives Joel is it possible that you unfairly fined me over 12,000 for tickets when you gave out $75 fines to the guys here illegally working in the Gardens of Contra Costa County.  According to the Cannon of Ethics you screwed up. 

When a truck erupts in flames at 90 mph chances of survival are slim but I was lucky. Nearly ten years later the Alamo 1st Mormons suspected then are living large and apparently guilt free of a near attempted murder.

Walnut Creek CA: This american programmer is officially homeless in Walnut Creek even though PG&E's SubContractor stiffed him for well over $10,000 leaving my sons are on welfare even though was supposed to be a two year project.  The project ended when my laptop was breached first by persons associated with Hillside Covenant Church then by persons associated with the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad who are connected to the persons listed on one of my main blog page here Contra Costa Arson Suspects as identified by yours truly.  

In September 2013 my former neighbor gets convicted in Federal Court, in 2004 my truck fire was rigged for arson thus catching on fire with me in it, then one attorney is beaten up in Walnut Creek in one of those Walnut Creek Police go nowhere investigation or perhaps Don Moats who was burned out (2001) in a totally separate arson case connected to CNET.  

Yes it's true I'm homeless, I've been beaten up many times, hospitalised with strange medical maladies between 2000 and 2007, been rigged for arson and dealt with the State Police when Senator Mark DeSaulnier called the threat assessment team on me.  

Here we are ten years later it happens again so please read my article called the Walnut Creek Crosswalk Killers as nothing has changed even though I'm walking around with sensitive PG&E data that organization continues to ignore me.  

I first brought these issues up in 2010 where I clearly told Senator DeSaulnier that there was a problem with local law enforcement and ten months they arrested persons associated with CNET.

It should be noted that by the time the meeting was over that Piedmont Lumber had burned the ground that same morning.  I've openly declared suspects connected my story to that fire and I've developed connections between that group and Butlers operations. 

So this homeless programmer is trying the reach PG&E so he can get paid but since my calls to PG&E have gone for the most unanswered by Kate Dyer, PG&E supplier

Me too in fact I may have a solid link threading the San Bruno Fire to my undected 2004 arson fire that would have weighed in heavily with investigation of the Kinder Morgan Fire as the common theme is my truck probably had jet fuel in the engine and that went undetected for 10 years.  I actually have witnesses who stood back to watch me as I was nearly burned alive.  By the way you can call the Alamo 1st Ward and ask the Bishop for the correct addresses of that Mormon that saw me nearly burn alive that mid-day accident which might lead to other arson cases like the Kinder Morgan Fire and San Bruno Fire.  Think it through - the best accelerant is Jet Fuel or Fuel from an Airport.

From who I know and who I've met over thirty years this should hit home.  I know Matt Moody via Tiki Toms, I know Peter Branagh via Danville and Banking Software (FiServe), I know Eric Nunn who was going to help me back in 2008 and this lawsuit would have stopped CNET in 2004.

I have no food, no money and barely have place to live. I’ve attempted to get attorneys to sue Contra Costa County but apparently the Contra Costa County Bar is controlled by person bent on making sure my cases will never get filed.

• They won’t refer me counsel, they won’t allow me access to moderate means, and their posture is sorry but the services afforded others in Contra Costa County are not for you.
• In 2006 the attorney retained to sue Danville was beaten up in Walnut Creek –Litigation that would have exposed CNET long ago.
• The CNET players are Butler, Wielsch, Tanabe (my former neighbor), and Lombardi plus this guy named Gary Collins a former Danville Building Inspector just happened to fall to his death in 2011, normally a really big deal but on Nov 1st 2011 the only copies of that police report were handed to Chief Bryden.
• Months later WCPD arrest me for child support PC-270, I told officer Vesser ver clearly that they might try to kill me in the jail. When after days in lockup with a stable cellmate I get access to a phone, then former Danville Deputies recognized (yea sure, more they were waiting for me). said you’re Bennett you’re the one that wrote those letters. I said you’re fucked I went to the FBI back in 2005.
• By then the FBI was in my shop warning me to leave and to shut down my business. I lost 2 million in contracts with Wendys, Burger King and Fresh Choice. It’s a only a few million but I didn’t get killed.

Danville Mormons:

For months I’ve attempted to reach the Bishop and the Danville Stake in general. Seems like they have Pete Amnesia, I told them that I was sick, sleeping in the rain, likely had pneumonia but the Danville Stake which is where one of the Supervisor attends apparently is too busy for one of their former members.

Walnut Creek:

On December 26th 2012, the Walnut Creek PD shot a suspect to death. He was nice kid from Paradise CA that I just happened to know via Starbucks Walnut Creek where I once played music. The Walnut Creek police were so nice to me they gave me a ticket for making people smile and be happy while I was performing.

As it stand

You see Walnut Creek has won, they are well aware of the three deaths after my Nov 1st 2011 City Council meeting where I spoke specifically about persons connected to CNET, in short order Hale, Bhatia, and Collins all killed.

1. Defendant Gary Collins is an individual.  Plaintiff Pete Bennett is informed and believes that, at all times herein mentioned, defendant Gary Collins was a resident of Contra Costa County, California.

2. Defendants Doe 1 through Doe 20, inclusive, are sued herein under fictitious names. Their true names and capacities are unknown to plaintiff. When their true names and capacities are ascertained, plaintiff will amend this complaint by inserting their true names and capacities herein.  Plaintiff is informed and believes and thereon alleges that each of the fictitiously named defendants is responsible in some manner for the occurrences herein alleged, and that plaintiff's damages as herein alleged were proximately caused by those defendants. Each reference in this complaint to ''defendant,'' ''defendants,'' or a specifically named defendant refers also to all defendants sued under fictitious names.

3. Plaintiff is informed and believes and thereon alleges that at all times herein mentioned each of the defendants, including all defendants sued under fictitious names, was the agent and employee of each of the remaining defendants, and in doing the things hereinafter alleged, was acting within the course and scope of this agency and employment.

FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION

(Assault)

4. Plaintiff incorporates paragraphs 1 through 3 this Complaint as if the same were fully stated herein.

5. On or about September 21, 2004, defendant Gary Collins came to plaintiff Pete Bennett’s residence at 161 Valle Vista Drive in Danville, California.  Defendant Gary Collins menacingly approached and yelled threatening and offensive words at plaintiff, including threats of death and bodily harm.  Further, defendant Gary Collins attempted to strike and did, in fact, strike plaintiff, thereby inflicting bodily harm upon plaintiff.

6. In doing the acts as alleged above, defendant intended to cause plaintiff an apprehension of a harmful or an offensive contact with plaintiff's person.

7. As a result of defendant's acts as alleged above, plaintiff, in fact, was placed in great apprehension of a harmful contact with plaintiff's person.

8. At no time did plaintiff consent to any of the acts of defendant alleged above.

9. As a proximate result of the acts of defendant as alleged above, plaintiff suffered physical injuries to his elbow, shoulder, arm, knee, leg and chest.

10. As a proximate result of the acts of defendant as alleged above, plaintiff was hurt and injured in his health, strength, and activity, sustaining injury to his nervous system and person, all of which have caused, and continue to cause, plaintiff great mental, physical, and nervous pain and suffering.  As a result of these injuries, plaintiff has suffered general damages.

11. As a further proximate result of defendant's acts, plaintiff has been damaged in that he has been required to expend money and incur obligations for medical services and treatment reasonably required in the treatment and relief of the injuries herein alleged.

12. As a further proximate result of the acts of defendant, plaintiff has incurred medical and related expenses.

13. Plaintiff is informed and believes that, as a further proximate result of the acts of defendant, plaintiff will continue to incur medical and related expenses.

14. As a further proximate result of the acts of defendant, plaintiff was prevented from participating in his usual occupation and thereby lost earnings to his damage.

15. Plaintiff is informed and believes that, as a further proximate result of the acts of defendant, plaintiff's present and future earning capacity has been impaired.

16. The aforementioned conduct of defendant was willful and malicious and was intended to oppress and cause injury to plaintiff. Plaintiff is therefore entitled to an award of punitive damages.

SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION

(Battery)

17. Plaintiff incorporates paragraphs 1 through 3 and 8 through 16 of this Complaint as if the same were fully stated herein.

18. On or about September 21, 2004, defendant Gary Collins came to plaintiff Pete Bennett’s residence at 161 Valle Vista Drive in Danville, California.  Defendant Gary Collins struck plaintiff with his hands on multiple occasions and threw plaintiff to the ground.  Defendant Gary Collins pinned plaintiff to the ground by pressing his knees into plaintiff’s chest while plaintiff was on his back on the ground. 

19. In doing the acts as alleged above, defendant acted with the intent to make a contact with plaintiff's person.

THIRD CAUSE OF ACTION

(False Imprisonment)

20. Plaintiff incorporates paragraphs 1 through 3 and 9 through 16 of this Complaint as if the same were fully stated herein.

            21. On or about September 21, 2004, defendant Gary Collins used physical force and threats of violence, including death threats, to confine plaintiff for a period of time, against his will and without his consent.  Following this period of detention, defendant released plaintiff without charging him with any crime or taking him before a magistrate.

            22. Immediately prior to the acts of defendant herein alleged, plaintiff had been peacefully working in the study in his residence, located at 161 Valle Vista Drive in Danville, California.

            23. Plaintiff did not steal, nor was he in the process of stealing, any property belonging to defendant or anyone else, nor had he committed any crime against defendant or anyone else.

            24. In imprisoning plaintiff, defendant acted with deliberate malice and for the purpose of harassing plaintiff and causing plaintiff physical and emotional harm.

FOURTH CAUSE OF ACTION

(Trespass to Real Property)

25. Plaintiff incorporates paragraphs 1 through 3 and 9 through 16 of this Complaint as if the same were fully stated herein.

26. On or about September 21, 2004, defendant Gary Collins intentionally entered a residence located at 161 Valle Vista Drive in Danville, California of which plaintiff is the occupant and possessor.

27. Plaintiff did not give defendant permission for the entry and, in fact, defendant entered plaintiff’s residence despite plaintiff’s explicit demands for defendant to leave.

FIFTH CAUSE OF ACTION

(Trespass to Personal Property)

28. Plaintiff incorporates paragraphs 1 through 3 of this Complaint as if the same were fully stated herein.

29. On or about September 21, 2004, defendant Gary Collins, without plaintiff's consent, threw plaintiff into an antique table owned by plaintiff.

            30. In doing the acts above, defendant proximately caused damage to said table.  Plaintiff is informed and believes that the cost to replace or repair said table is approximately $400.00.

31. The aforementioned conduct of defendant was willful and malicious and was intended to oppress plaintiff. Plaintiff is therefore entitled to an award of punitive damages.

SIXTH CAUSE OF ACTION

(Conversion)

            32. Plaintiff incorporates paragraphs 1 through 3 of this Complaint as if the same were fully stated herein.

            33. At all times herein mentioned, and in particular on or about September 21, 2004, plaintiff was, and still is, the owner and was, and still is, entitled to the possession of the following personal property, namely: an antique table. 

34. Plaintiff is informed and believes that on or about September 21, 2004 and at 161 Valle Vista Drive in Danville, California, the property described above had an approximate value of $400.00.

            35. On or about September 21, 2004, defendant Gary Collins, without plaintiff’s consent, intentionally damaged said antique table by throwing plaintiff into it, all to plaintiff’s detriment.

            36. The aforementioned conduct of defendant was willful and malicious and was intended to oppress plaintiff. Plaintiff is therefore entitled to an award of punitive damages.

SEVENTH CAUSE OF ACTION

(Intentional Infliction Emotional Distress)

37. Plaintiff incorporates paragraphs 1 through 36 of this Complaint as if the same were fully stated herein.

38.  Defendant’s actions of physically attacking plaintiff, verbally intimidating plaintiff, damaging plaintiff’s personal property and trespassing on plaintiff’s real property, as alleged in this Complaint, were knowing, intentional, and willful, and done with a reckless disregard of the probability of causing plaintiff emotional distress.

39.  As a proximate result of defendant’s conduct, as alleged in this complaint, plaintiff suffered severe mental anguish and emotional and physical distress, all to his general damages.

            40. In acting in the manner described in this Complaint, defendant’s conduct was malicious and oppressive, and was carried out in willful and conscious disregard of plaintiff’s rights and safety and subjected plaintiff to cruel and unjust hardship.

PRAYER FOR RELIEF

            WHEREFORE, plaintiff Pete Bennett demands against defendants, and each of them, as follows:

1. For general damages according to proof;

2. For medical and related expenses according to proof;

3. For lost earnings, past and future, according to proof;

4. For punitive damages;

5. For interest as allowed by law;

6. For costs of suit herein incurred; and

7. For such other and further relief as the court may deem proper.

Contra Costa Bar: The Letter

To Whom it May Concern:

This letter is a general complaint about the legal community in Contra Costa County and the general feeling that I’m red-lined but i guess I'm lucky as James Greenan son was sacrificed to protect Seeno.  This is not some joke as in 2004 these same people are behind the 2004 Truck Fire that is just like other arson fires.  

Back September 2004 I was nearly beaten to death by Gary Collins who is now deceased weeks after he was linked to the CNET scandal with documents directly linking him to Danville Officers.

On July 20th 2011 my car was pushed into oncoming traffic by a retired San Francisco Police Officer which was a direct attempt on my life. After that accident I was forced to review numerous events where I’ve concluded I'm targeted by police officers, CNET, CCSO and others because I went to the FBI.

Last year deputies tried to make sure I didn't live through the jail event but when I got out of jail I discovered someone near me was murdered and my brakes were sabotaged.  Then there are several real estate agents now deceased under suspicious circumstances. 

I have potential claims against nearly every city that managed or supplied police officers to CNET. In the coming weeks you will learn what happened with more than officer from Walnut Creek connected to my story and the reason Chief Bryden suddenly retired is connected to my story. I’m waiting for the next hand to fall on Seeno as well as I know better than most how deep it goes.

Is possible for me to find an attorney that won’t waste my time by gleaning information about the case then telling me he cannot handle my case. When I tell them that my attorney was beaten up and left the area, that my other attorney Don Moats offices were torched which I cannot confirm but know it happened.

I’ve been poisoned, my businesses attacked, been beaten numerous times, threatened, had a $40,000 coin collection stolen by officer Lombardi in 2004 which is why the US Attorney put that amount in the plea deal.

I need an attorney that is not afraid to sue to the county or cities. The state police are investigating several recent incidents.

If you cannot help me then I’m suspecting with good cause that your attorneys have all been warned off – that means I will send a letter to the US Attorney’s office detailing that victims cases are being derailed deliberately by a mysterious secretive council that operates in the back ground.

I've lost my family, my truck was blown up on 2004, poisoned in 2005, my clients have been threatened and the continuous abuse rolls on.  The reason I turned to the SF trial lawyers in 2004 was the Contra Costa Bar and attorneys in the area would not sue Danville or Collins.   

I am owed at least 50K by PGE and believe that they defrauded me in their attempt ti undercover their attempt to find an arsonist.  I know who the arsonist is for the Piedmont Lumber Fire as he’s connected to the same people that torched my truck.

Additionally these same people likely are behind more than one murder and more than one accident.

You either have attorneys or you don’t. I’ve lost millions going back 25 years and the players behind those losses are obviously unwilling to give up.

Dear Mr. Wenter, 

I am sure you're fully aware of my plight and the pages on my blog.  Last week I was detained and questioned at the N. Main Starbucks.  The accusations were baseless like so many other but it was another attempt to dissuade this witness.  

The recent coroners inquest results on Banta match very closely to my blog just a few weeks before that incident.  My concerns are for my safety and it's clear something is going on near me, the city and how they are derailing police reports and obstructing justice.  

In a few weeks I'll sending in dozens of ethics letters to the State Bar with an intense focus on City Attorneys.  In Danville they settled the Katz matter saying they had no prior knowledge but in fact they are well aware. 

The accusations against the bar will be RiCO level as few know about the insurance fraud part of the CNET story.  You might which is why you exited but I got wind of it years ago.  

Your police department operates with more than one agenda but more than officer has thrown me out of City Hall.  

The other issue is you should be very careful and seek protection from the State Police, Bell, Polllecek and Shimansky plus the 20 from 2001 at Doc's pharmacy are no accident.  I doubt you knew the younger business partner committed suicide so just like the 1776 Ygnacio Arson Case, or that Stuart Safine died days after his case against Contra Costa County was gutted by the Judge, or that an attorneys near the Seeno stories are turning on dead in Nevada but the para glider death night be more than an accident but I've heard via attorneys that a case against Seeno opposing counsel was killed in a accident.  I can't confirm it but Contra Costa County has a far higher rate of death of public officials than anywhere in the country.  

At the end of the day the database programmer gives you the answers that looked fishy but you couldn't or didn't have time.  

I started with them in September 2011 and I've only know ten persons to be killed.  You bet I am blunt now and when my Database goes online few will disagree.  

Enjoy your new path but I'd prefer that you'd send letters as a concerned citizen about any event that seems fishy.  Your job is balance ethics between client privilege. In my matters I've lost millions but once I discovered Butler, Wielsch and Tanabe were connected to Benny Chetcuti then i realized that my near fatal incidents were not so accidental.  I am now positive that CNET was employed to take me down and that my life insurance policy was the $900,000 target.

One last thing - this company plays heavily into this story as my attorney's (former) father in-law represents them and it just happens overlay the same agencies that have harassed me, found me via my EBT card or payroll and would have the ability track my credit cards.  

It was used on me here in Walnut Creek so don't think that Bryden and others were deaf dumb and blind about CNET - they've taken houses, stolen property, planted false evidence and driven people out of business - why do you think the bartender at Havana is dead?  read about Chuck Silverman accidents on Pleasant Hill road.  There are five cases between 680 and the tunnel. 


If you need a little nudge - its pretty obvious the Walnut Creek Police operate in a callous and dangerous manner, leading a young man into a dangerous scenario that nearly killed him.  This little game has been a played on me in front Safeway, Starbucks and I've had officers and undercover taunting me in MacDonalds and the Walnut Creek Library with the use of informants leading me astray.   

That means ladies and gentleman they are willing to create unexpected scenarios with your children in the crossfire when they could easily wait for a better day.
