On August 5th 2011 I was sleeping on the ground just north of the library where several Walnut Creek Police Officers approached with allegations that I'd attacked a city worker riding a 100 hp mower.
The timing of these allegations correlates to my suspicions that Walnut Creek Police from patrol to the chief participated in my the July 20th 2011 hit and run. I've added the letters to the Lafayette Police who are clearly guilty of conspiracy and obstruction of Justice. I've also included copies of emails sent to the Senator Mark Desaulineir whose office called the California State Police Threat Assesment Unit. Since meeting with those investigators there have many I've known killed. Some incidents I suspect are clever accidents, suicides and medical incidents.
