In 2004 my truck was an arson target, less than a month later a Danville Building Inspector nearly takes my life, then Chris Butler arrives just days later but wait ten years I learn that Tanabe was once my Danville  CA neighbor.  It gets better, I learn that via this litigation that they once were connected to 1776 Ygnacio Valley Road, Walnut Creek CA.    TJust over the hill from Rossmoor on Hunsacker Road Eiko Sugihara was found burned to death in 2009, just like another arson murder on the farm next my house in 1979 now called Ellenwood in PH.  I learn my attorneys wife was murdered on Clifton Court in 1989 then learn Tanabe was connected to that attorney whose offices were burned down in 2001.  

For two years I've gone round and round with Consolidated Fire.  Sorry Pete we can't find what you're looking for - look at your house and compare it to mine. You've got a front door, a key, a car license and your family.  I've got medical bills, I'm homeless, seeking work, and been on the other end of five or more attempts on my life.  You can do a better job than or perhaps these high paid officials be fired? Sounds good to me!

1776 Ygnacio Valley Road - the missing arson files?,

San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District:  You don't have a and can't find a fire record, so then I called CHP asking about their officer who reappeared last year was probing me at the WC Starbucks trying to trick me into thinking my fire wasn't so unusual.  Take a fucking hike officer - you fucked up showing up.  

A few weeks ago I matched up a fireman from Station One to my long held allegations that I've been stalked in Walnut Creek.  He lives down the road from Murder Scene, worked in the same station that that would have responded to the following fires.  Piedmont Lumber, La Virage, 1776 Ygnacio and any combination of the fires found at the schools over the last 20 years.

I knew Peter Branagh, Eric Nunn, Councilman Shimansky, Supervisor Glover, David Schafer, Ian Scott, Peter Haas, Anthony Banta Jr. plus a few persons committing suicide, a few suspect heart attacks, my client was bleeding to death of gun accident, a person sharing his last name jumped from Kaiser, a few homeless that were murdered, and the list goes

PACHECO (BCN) — A homeless woman who was arrested in connection with a pipe bomb incident in Pacheco earlier this month has been charged with 10 felonies for allegedly possessing explosive devices.

Debra Cole, 40, has been charged with five counts of wrongful possession of an explosive device with the intent to injure someone or destroy property and five counts of possessing an explosive device near a public place, according to court records.

If convicted of all the charges, Cole could face a maximum sentence of 65 years in prison.

Cole was arrested Jan. 11 at a public storage facility in Pacheco after the Central Contra Costa County Narcotic Enforcement Team received a tip from a citizen, enforcement team Cmdr. Norm Wielsch said.

Officers from the team called a Contra Costa County sheriff’s patrol deputy who works in the area. The deputy found Cole at a storage facility at 95 First Avenue North in Pacheco.

When agents from the enforcement team arrived, they searched Cole’s locker and allegedly found five pipe bombs along with evidence they said linked Cole to the devices, Wielsch said.

Agents evacuated the area and called in the Walnut Creek bomb squad, which used a remote-controlled robot to detonate the bombs.

Air traffic at Buchanan Field Airport was restricted and the California Highway Patrol stopped southbound traffic on Interstate 680 while the devices were detonated, Wielsch said.

Investigators later determined that at least one of the bombs contained shards of broken glass, which agents believe indicates that they were intended to be used to hurt people, Wielsch said.

Agents were still trying to determine the purpose of the pipe bombs Tuesday. Wielsch said he couldn’t comment further on the case because it is still under investigation.

Cole was arraigned in Contra Costa County Superior Court on Friday, but did not enter a plea. She is scheduled to return to court Jan. 31 to be assigned an attorney and enter a plea.

In the meantime, she is being held at the West County Detention Facility in Richmond on $5 million bail.

The narcotic enforcement team is managed by the California Department of Justice, Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement and is made up of agents from the Pleasant Hill, Martinez, San Ramon, Danville, Walnut Creek, Pittsburg and Clayton police departments as well as the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office, the CHP, the FBI and the Contra Costa County Probation Department.

This one should be a lesson on a national scale as for over a decade I've sounding the alarm in regards to outsourcing data overseas and now we have a whodunit - we have a police force in charge of trying to figure out how 20 or so names fell into the wrong hands.  Ask any US based administrator about the stories of millions of rows of data being readily available anyplace in the world.

Although the suspects have been named and hardly fit the profile of computer experts the best link is the outsourcing Bay Area Newspaper Group infosystems.  The probable link is a local person knowing where the list was stored - Online.  Did you know that one of Contra Costa Times employees now deceased is from the Philippines - he was great guy that in a business along Oak Park Blvd where other suspicious events are going on, like the Piedmont Lumber Fire, the La Virage Fire, and a few arson fires dating back to 12 years plus a few bomb devices and no one can find my 2004 truck fire.  

About six months ago Lisa V replied days before the election that she'd "missed" my email and that she deletes emails as she gets so many.  When candidate Eric Nunn crashed in 2008 I forwarded her copies of those emails which detailed the planned meeting that never occurred scheduled days after Eric Nunn was killed.  Just another snippet on plane crashes, drownings and accidents that like suicides or murders disguised as plane crashes, or plane crashes that might actually be just an accidents.

We share a common suite of events - we are both arson victims.  The difference between our situations vastly different as my story leads to Police Officers, Attorneys, Private Investigators, a long unchecked investment scandal plus a slew of verifiable fires, kidnappings, arson cases, and sadly a few murders connected to your employees or vendors that are also connected to my world.  

During the PG&E Engagement I had several attempts to take my life via accidents, beatings, muggings and while around town. I've been homeless off and on since 2010 which started right after I met a PG&E High Performance Engineer.  A retired San Francisco Police Lt. who was at the Piedmont Lumber (Fire/Arson) in 2010 was standing next to your Engineer.  I believe his job would be calculating little things like Pipeline Pressures.  

I've filed police reports but none have gone anywhere but the FBI, State and perhaps a few from Contra Costa County are actually doing something. 

While the Attorneys toss the workers away like pawns on a Chessboard one of the worlds largest utilities is clearly under attack but worse while the attorneys jostle PG&E faces a paradoxical issues.  The recent announcement by Jon Wellinghoff former Chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and retired FBI Rick Smith but based on their statements I've been emailing ATF, FBI, State Investigators and PG&E Attorneys about what happened to my laptop that was breached several times.  

Your vendor placed thousands of sensitive PG&E documents on my laptop which was stolen in 2012 but recovered by the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad but lacking a decent explanation of where it was for 10 hours.  

On April 4th 2012 a pipe bomb found on the Iron Horse Trail is another dangerous incident.  This is the same mission critical location where Kinder Morgan Gate Valve is located which was shut down the 2004 Kinder Morgan 

There are several problems with the 2004 Kinder-Morgan Fire

1. First Person Witness Deceased 
2. Please see At Risk Los Lomas and Murwood Students deceased several unusual deaths 
3. Students now adults interviewed separately consistently state they heard two explosions
4. One of those students is the son of a friend - No one ever gave him a completed report on his sons drowning -  Williams, Mary Alicia Driscoll,
5. The other witness is a Federal Agent / and partner whose first person pictures were stolen.  The person who stole the camera was arrested and sent to prison for a dubious murder case.

Clients and friends dying► I'm next ► thank you ►Walnut Creek Police you fucking rock!

In Early July 2010 an attorney appeared via a source that was in transition from the Contra Costa County Public Defenders Office to private practice.  The rate was extremely good for this was the work of the master manipulators emanating from San Francisco Police Department.  This was the work of former Lt. David Oberhoffer, then former Chief of Police of McFarland Ca where he was fired days before he ran me off the road.  All of this may seem crazy but Oberhoffer has been a constant problem for many years.

The Pleasant Hill Police Department and Town Council were so good, worked so hard, spent so much effort that this same retired cop who lives just up the street from Pleasant Hill Elementary School where another "device" was found and apparently where another arson fire occurred 15 years ago.

I'm highly impressed with these public officials who've done nothing but stand by while persons connected to their agencies are allowed to freely target my business, run me of the road and probably burn down Piedmont Lumber.

The attorney was Ms. Johanna Kwasniewski's took my entire divorce file, all the medical records on my sons, their doctors and all of the correspondence between prior attorneys. She has since refused to return calls or provide copies of the file as required by the State Bar.

In 2010 Johanna Kwasniewski's arrived at my office at 1923a Oak Park Blvd. Pleasant Hill CA, just down from where my former Karaoke DJ and friend Ian Lota Scott the beloved Karaoke DJ once worked until his passing.  His family would show every Friday at local dive bar with tasteless food that we swaggered down with tasteless beer.

That dive bar also contained a now terminated Walnut Creek Police Officer who told me "Shut the fuck up P___ or I'll drop you now" which occurred in Virginia Hills Shopping Center during summer 2012.  It's quite common that former officers like my former Danville Neighbor Stephen Tanabe to threaten me.    

What's sort of amazing is Ian died suddenly in Las Vegas of an asthma attack but before I was forced out of my offices - Ian's mother Izetta a former Solano County formerly employed in the Solano County's DA's office each weekly on my extremely bizarre legal issues but she was very concerned why my attorney was beat up in Walnut Creek back in 2006. 

My concerns then was getting custody of my sons who were once targeted when someone tried to run us into the median back 04/05 down in Dublin but given the size of the Apparatus I stand little chance of getting the Fire Department or CHP to peel the covers on an accident that almost killed my young sons.

I've come to accept my fate that I'll be killed as over at the Walnut Creek Safeway according Lt. Gorski it's OK for Hillside Covenant Church members to be allowed to attempt to run me over residents at Safeway's 500 S. Broadway Walnut Creek CA.

Given what's happened to the homeless men near Traders Joes at S. California Blvd. Walnut Creek who live under the bridge are being run over but it's even more OK for Lt. Schutlz to immediately label me 5150 so he could use the hand on his gun for more than a resting place.

The City Attorney's office for Walnut Creek has known about my plight for many years.  I just leave there and within weeks something happens again.  Come on folks I appeared in front of the city council on November 1st 2011 and within five weeks my Loretta Hale a mom who's son went to school with mine rolled down Mt. Diablo, then a mom who had kids in Pack 26 Danville, then we have Roma Bhatia who was found deceased on 680 whose husband is represented by the same attorney whose name was discussed in a meeting with City Manager Ken Nordoff and Chief Bryden then Gary Collins who's police report for the first time ever released to anyone but my counsel - Sage Sepahi who was beaten up in Walnut Creek in a basketball game where other police officers were present (off duty) but no arrest.

Perhaps this resident has seen enough and perhaps I've asked too many questions and perhaps someone or group or something I'm now the calling "The Apparatus" - a large blobulous thing with tentacles attached to the Golden Hand Of Contra Costa - buck it and you're dead.

Walnut Creek CA: This american programmer is officially homeless in Walnut Creek even though PG&E's SubContractor stiffed him for well over $10,000 leaving my sons are on welfare even though was supposed to be a two year project.  The project ended when my laptop was breached first by persons associated with Hillside Covenant Church then by persons associated with the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad who are connected to the persons listed on one of my main blog page here Contra Costa Arson Suspects as identified by yours truly.  

In September 2013 my former neighbor gets convicted in Federal Court, in 2004 my truck fire was rigged for arson thus catching on fire with me in it, then one attorney is beaten up in Walnut Creek in one of those Walnut Creek Police go nowhere investigation or perhaps Don Moats who was burned out (2001) in a totally separate arson case connected to CNET.  

Yes it's true I'm homeless, I've been beaten up many times, hospitalised with strange medical maladies between 2000 and 2007, been rigged for arson and dealt with the State Police when Senator Mark DeSaulnier called the threat assessment team on me.  

Here we are ten years later it happens again so please read my article called the Walnut Creek Crosswalk Killers as nothing has changed even though I'm walking around with sensitive PG&E data that organization continues to ignore me.  

I first brought these issues up in 2010 where I clearly told Senator DeSaulnier that there was a problem with local law enforcement and ten months they arrested persons associated with CNET.

It should be noted that by the time the meeting was over that Piedmont Lumber had burned the ground that same morning.  I've openly declared suspects connected my story to that fire and I've developed connections between that group and Butlers operations. 

So this homeless programmer is trying the reach PG&E so he can get paid but since my calls to PG&E have gone for the most unanswered by Kate Dyer, PG&E supplier

Me too in fact I may have a solid link threading the San Bruno Fire to my undected 2004 arson fire that would have weighed in heavily with investigation of the Kinder Morgan Fire as the common theme is my truck probably had jet fuel in the engine and that went undetected for 10 years.  I actually have witnesses who stood back to watch me as I was nearly burned alive.  By the way you can call the Alamo 1st Ward and ask the Bishop for the correct addresses of that Mormon that saw me nearly burn alive that mid-day accident which might lead to other arson cases like the Kinder Morgan Fire and San Bruno Fire.  Think it through - the best accelerant is Jet Fuel or Fuel from an Airport.

From who I know and who I've met over thirty years this should hit home.  I know Matt Moody via Tiki Toms, I know Peter Branagh via Danville and Banking Software (FiServe), I know Eric Nunn who was going to help me back in 2008 and this lawsuit would have stopped CNET in 2004.

Purpose: Review document management project connecting documents to litigation simple project
Date: First or Second Saturday after the San Bruno fire

Parties present: A PGE Employee that was a pipeline specialist

A retired SFPD Lt who appeared about 20 minutes into the meeting and once showed me pictures of the Piedmont Lumber Fire.  Interesting fact was the PGE never revealed he worked for PGE.  Then about eight months later I'm recruited to work on the PGE Hydrotest project.  When I was arrested in Walnut Creek for a child support charge my laptop was taken by several members of Hillside Covenant Church which was my destination that evening, I get our of jail, return to Motel six as I moved out of my apartment because of events created by a divorce attorney thats work for a former Walnut Creek Police Officer who once ran the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad and is friends with the Doyles one of which is Councilman Mike Doyle.  

In the coming weeks I will be talking about this fire and my connection to a person I believe is an arsonist.  The blog has grown quickly and admittedly at times disorganized but I can only do so much while in my opinion stay alive.  Read through the blog and you'll quickly get it.

There are several core incidents that have led to my conclusion that will force this into a fresh debate. We have way too many fires near a core area that I've tracked.

Contra Costa Bar: The Letter

To Whom it May Concern:

This letter is a general complaint about the legal community in Contra Costa County and the general feeling that I’m red-lined but i guess I'm lucky as James Greenan son was sacrificed to protect Seeno.  This is not some joke as in 2004 these same people are behind the 2004 Truck Fire that is just like other arson fires.  

Back September 2004 I was nearly beaten to death by Gary Collins who is now deceased weeks after he was linked to the CNET scandal with documents directly linking him to Danville Officers.

On July 20th 2011 my car was pushed into oncoming traffic by a retired San Francisco Police Officer which was a direct attempt on my life. After that accident I was forced to review numerous events where I’ve concluded I'm targeted by police officers, CNET, CCSO and others because I went to the FBI.

Last year deputies tried to make sure I didn't live through the jail event but when I got out of jail I discovered someone near me was murdered and my brakes were sabotaged.  Then there are several real estate agents now deceased under suspicious circumstances. 

I have potential claims against nearly every city that managed or supplied police officers to CNET. In the coming weeks you will learn what happened with more than officer from Walnut Creek connected to my story and the reason Chief Bryden suddenly retired is connected to my story. I’m waiting for the next hand to fall on Seeno as well as I know better than most how deep it goes.

Is possible for me to find an attorney that won’t waste my time by gleaning information about the case then telling me he cannot handle my case. When I tell them that my attorney was beaten up and left the area, that my other attorney Don Moats offices were torched which I cannot confirm but know it happened.

I’ve been poisoned, my businesses attacked, been beaten numerous times, threatened, had a $40,000 coin collection stolen by officer Lombardi in 2004 which is why the US Attorney put that amount in the plea deal.

I need an attorney that is not afraid to sue to the county or cities. The state police are investigating several recent incidents.

If you cannot help me then I’m suspecting with good cause that your attorneys have all been warned off – that means I will send a letter to the US Attorney’s office detailing that victims cases are being derailed deliberately by a mysterious secretive council that operates in the back ground.

I've lost my family, my truck was blown up on 2004, poisoned in 2005, my clients have been threatened and the continuous abuse rolls on.  The reason I turned to the SF trial lawyers in 2004 was the Contra Costa Bar and attorneys in the area would not sue Danville or Collins.   

I am owed at least 50K by PGE and believe that they defrauded me in their attempt ti undercover their attempt to find an arsonist.  I know who the arsonist is for the Piedmont Lumber Fire as he’s connected to the same people that torched my truck.

Additionally these same people likely are behind more than one murder and more than one accident.

You either have attorneys or you don’t. I’ve lost millions going back 25 years and the players behind those losses are obviously unwilling to give up.

I will not leave and you cannot find an attorney then I suggest you explain why a county full of attorneys cannot represent one citizen.

I am sorry that approach may sit well but this Contra Costa Resident who is an arson victim himself has concluded there is concerted effort to cover-up my 2004 truck fire.  My earnest search for information began after my car was targeted by a retired San Francisco Police Lieutenant in Lafayette CA as noted in my previous article Blinded By who once showed me pictures of the Piedmont Lumber Fire from March 2010.

You want to protect your jurisdiction than talking to me could very well connect the dots between fires.  I spoke with the State Fire Marshalls office about a connection between Butte Fires and Contra Costa County.  One fire nearly raced over the hill in Paradise CA to where my sons live.  They are former Danville residents who were in a truck with me in 2005 when we endured a hit and run that killed the other driver.  We were targeted.  

I've got names, dates, persons, a suspect profile and I suspect this former SF Cop as noted on this map is a key suspect.

Arrest Explained

The Family Law Network - take the money and run

In 2006 I started to get behind in my child support but at the time I was also going through the early stages of this scandal. My attorney dropped me suddenly after he was assaulted in Walnut Creek on Oak Park Road but of course you never read about it either nor did you read about my hit and run case in July 2011 nor did you read about that Walnut Creek officers were poised to use their weapons on me weeks after my car was totaled.  

At this point I'm nearly positive Walnut Creek Officers are deeply involved in my hit and run, that they know more about the Piedmont Lumber fire but worse is when I was in Chico one of the local homeless I knew from Walnut Creek came up to me to say he was in La Virage on the roof when it caught on fire.  

Like all suspicious fires they blame it on homeless persons illegally squatting in these buildings but I've explored a few of them and it seems harder the hell to really start a fire that would consume the whole building.  I loathe the words "arson is not suspected" as one of the persons near me that is a member of Hillside Covenant Church is a fireman once stationed so well he would be logistically centered between most of these fires.  

During my stalking events at Starbucks he was there at the same time Chief Bryden strolled or trolled in.  Personally each one of my interactions with Bryden resulted in small shit like my car being totaled weeks later.  

The arrests are over and the child support case dismissed by Butte County District attorney who's known the details of what I've gone through since 2009 when i used to Marsden Hearing to clear the courtroom.  I used that hearing in the most unorthodox way - I used it to let the judge know someone blew up my truck just like I'm using this blog to let Chief Becher of CHP Golden Gate division that my arson case likely leads to the same pool of suspect.  In fact most research points to the same group.  

My arrests are over and now I'm left with nothing, broke, and limited options for work due as last week Walnut Creek Officers cited me for being 5150 again for the fifth time.  Sorry guys I guessed you missed my 5150 article weeks before Anthony Banta Jr. was killed in Walnut Creek.

SRVFPD San Ramon Valley Letters

In a different post I discussed how my F-250 Truck erupted in flames on 680 NB.  If you're wondering why I'm blogging this eight years later then please read Lafayette Attempted Murder which forced me to review the endless property incidents

In June 2010 I leased office space at 1923a Oak Park Blvd. Pleasant Hill CA.  The deal was practically free with zero rent for six months, then $500 increments over 3 years.  In June 2010 a retired SF Police Officer arrived saying he would be attending to my Meetup seeking to draw together Musicians, creatives, artists and Engineers with refreshments e.g. some good beer.  During that meeting he revealed his SF Badge and stated he was retiring at the end of the month.

We then discussed his pending plans to develop a photography business.  He then showed me pictures of the Piedmont Lumber Fire from April 2011. 

   

So Chief Price my problem is I've got a stack of accidents going back years.  This accident leads to a repair shop in Lafayette where the mechanic said he witnessed (a person who saw my truck on fire) me stating clearly that he was right behind me on 680 - what a fucking coincidence Chief - I bet if that fire was under the ass of some powerful or Danville Princess we'd be stopping every person of color on 680 - saying did you do it.

In the meantime perhaps you might consider manually searching for snippets of this accident scene but for the safety of the students in another school district do something as my suspect lives near other incidents in the area.

I am trying to help and you're stonewalling but I suspect there are other fires with deaths that are connected to persons near my 2004 fire.

As for San Ramon Valley - they simply have no record of my fire but the letter I recieved on December 11th 2011 stated this. 



Blow back bullshit.  The problem now is getting a response from anyone

The page will evolve into an index of fires, arson, suspicious fires and fires that should be listed as arson including mine in 2004.

I am particularly irked with the Mormons Danville Stake located in Danville as they have vested interest in coming clean about one of their members who obviously set my truck to blow up back in 2004.  

It took eight years and one car accident in 2011 for me finally conclude that seven destroyed or damaged cars, assaults and deaths nearby were far from being another coincidences.  A deliberate hit and run is attempted murder but when the Chief Lafayette Police Department calls it unfortunate you gotta wonder how deep events go.   

Time will tell whether my 2004 arson fire is connected to the Piedmont Lumber Fire and possibly the San Bruno Fire but there are enough out there near me and me persons I suspect - it's a matter of time before they strike again.

I am frustrated as I'm taking the brunt of the financial losses and worse is the arsonists seem to be experts in what they do.  My truck fire was real but the 2011 accident forced me to revisit accidents, medical and business incidents.  That accident is closely aligned with requests for help from various agencies - instead of help I find myself debating with WCPD Captain Tim Welsh in front of the Walnut Creek Public Library where he poised his hand on his weapon.  We had some sharp words over sanity where I firmly reminded him that I met the widow of another fatal police shooting victim from 2000 - that happened to be the same person the press is mentioning today relevant to the Anthony Banta Jr. shooting.

The goal of this will be to draw parallels to my incidents to the San Bruno Pipeline Case, my 2004 arson case and my attorney who's was an arson victim in 2004 then over to how a retired San Francisco Police Lieutenant fits into the Piedmont Lumber Fire that appear to fit other fires in the east county.  

The July 20th 2011 hit and run was the final straw as that's when another coincident became targeting.

Dear Contra Costa Times Readers: 

In 2004 I sued Danville Building Inspector Gary Vinson Collins who nearly killed me in my house.  I was being beaten, I was outsized, and outmatched but managed to push Collins off of me.  The assault was covered up and years later Butler surfaces in the Divorce Scandal.  

Over the last 30 years I've paid close attention to divorces in the County.  In the 80s I built kitchens who'd on occasion be caught in a family battle.  Long ago I noticed that spouse were killing spouses but I also noticed it was concentrated in East County.  

When my divorce broke out in 2004 it had been well planned.  The net result is my sons now live in a trash trailer, my inheritance forged away, my lawsuit against Contra Costa County thwarted when cops in Walnut Creek connected to CNET (A known Domestic Terrorism Cell) that were out to fleece everyone in sight. 

On my blog I've found local retirees (Elderly Targets) that collectively lost about 25 millions.  Someone please call APS as these persons were ripped off of over 25 million via an investment scheme that should have been detected by Walnut Creek Police over ten years ago (proper jurisdiction) but just like my inheritance investigations thwarted.  

On July 20th 2011 my car was totaled by a cop who once showed me pictures of the Piedmont Lumber Fire in Walnut Creek that were clearly within the first alarm fire.  I also tried to get copies of the Arson Fire on 1776 Ygancia Valley Road (WC) from 2001 which happened to a different attorney's offices, the one day I discovered that his wife was the likely murder victim in Walnut Creek.  

Last month in front of the Duncan Street Starbucks at N. Main (B of A) an officer Burns appeared and was quite pissed at me asking me questions with accusations I'd attacked someone on the street, that was just identical to when Captain Shultz, Sergeant

A series of events began to merge summer of 2011 as the hit and run accident was clearly an attempted murder.  My letters to the Lafayette City Council and City Attorney were very clear that someone tried to kill me on July 20th 2011.  Then in October 2011 I was attacked in the Walnut Creek Farmers Market with over 100 witnesses but Officer Rabonowitz didn't feel there was a crime. 

Back around November 2010 Rabonowitz refused to even consider that former San Francisco Police Officer Lt. David Obefhoffer activities deliberately collapsed my software operation in 2010. 

My suspect map just happens to match a few other connections in the area.  I've also seen pictures of the Piedmont Lumber Fire that clearly were too early in the fire to be a scoop.
