To Whom It May Concern

A few months ago my former neighbor Stephen Tanabe was convicted in Federal Court for his role in connection with the schemes connected to Chris Butler and Commander Norman Wielsch.  That is Contra Costa County Scandal involving police officers setting up divorcees so the spouse would get the upper hand.  My personal experience with these officers predates known events by nearly thirty years.  

In September 2010 just a few days after the PG&E San Bruno Fire that never revealed he was a PG&E high Performance Engineer was in my office.

This Engineer (The Calculator) found and Chris Butler with cronies targeted me via Craigslist.com an admission revealed many times including testimony during the Federal Trial of former Danville Officer Stephen Tanabe but my long held opinion that persons associated with law enforcement are connected to the Pittsburg CA murders

My opinion based on my first hand experience is the The Calculator had been expertly extorted with a connection to the Walnut Creek Police Department and San Francisco Police Department with a connection to another case that I'm positive leads to another Walnut Creek PD cover-up.

San Francisco Police Department Arson Network 
In was back June 2010 where S.F.P.D. Lt. David Oberhoffer arrived at my offices where he shows on his Nikon Camera pictures of the Piedmont Fire Walnut Creek CA from March 2010.  At the time it appeared to be just a coincidence but now my opinion that this former San Francisco Lieutenant is a arsonist and a clever one.  Oberhoffer got his walking papers in June 2010 he told me he was leaving willingly but he was forced out - sorry Dave you're a fucking psycho who needs to be behind bars.  

I've posted numerous articles in regards to these events and others.  I am growing extremely frustrated with PG&E who apparently posts wonderful stories on Vendor Ethics, Code of Conduct and all those nice things like see our progress while blatantly ignoring this former vendor who is under attack nearly monthly since encountering the The Calculator and the Cop.

2004 Arson Victim: I am an arson victim (Truck Arson) where CHP and San Ramon Fire arrived but flames shooting back over 100 feet with accelerant in the engine (Jet Fuel), and obvious arson no investigation?  Read my allegations on the Contra Costa Arsonist posted in early 2012.   

September 2013 Near Fatal Hit and Run 
Last month someone nearly killed me in a crosswalk in Walnut Creek near the Safeway , they managed to nearly kill my roommate in an assault, the month prior I am facing Sgt. Burns who is looking for any reason to arrest me just after I stepped of Starbucks.  On July 20th my car was totaled in a Hit and Run then weeks later after dumping my car for scrap I'm facing more police officers looking for any way to arrest me or goad me into a response that in my opinion was designed to shoot me dead. I've been through the drill more than once.

During summer 2012 my laptop was stolen at the same Safeway where I was nearly mowed down last month.  The laptop contained documents from the PG&E San Bruno Fire, the Hydrotesting project and internal maps containing GPS, KMZ and Shape files placed on my laptop by Ravenelle Enterprises.

On one of my returns trips from PG&E I was nearly taken out by a high speed maneuver near Tracy CA.  A few weeks later they whoever they are totaled my car.

Since my July 2011 Hit and Run I've been searching for information that often leads to the same point of origin (CNET, SWAT and the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad)

When I discovered Gary Vinson Collins whose links to Danville PD and Walnut Creek PD fell to his death in December 2011 but in June 2013 was when I learned that Nate Greenan was killed in Orinda CA in April 2012 from there I realized he was my attorneys brother in-law in one of those suspicious crashes.

It didn't take to realize my sons would eventually be targeted as it's happened before so from there I decided almost any incident was on the table which is why I know former Senator Rainey's nephew suicide is a cover story.

My contract with PG&E based my extensive research and efforts was setup to get at the PG&E data placed on my laptop.  That information has landed in the hands of Walnut Creek Police who operate the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad who "found" my "stolen" laptop but never gave me an accurate answer on how it ended up in their department.  The officer who owned the incident is gone but is one of the few officers to be trusted within that organization.

In the attached images throughout this blog you'll see I've tried in vain for several years to get resolution with the Walnut Creek Police.  If my cases are not being investigated than anything connected to PG&E cases should be considered suspect in nature.  That includes the really bizarre kidnapping of the PG&E Employee at the same offices where I attended the very dubious GTG Wiget Lane Meeting in June 2011.

The reason they don't investigate is my investigation leads back to the 1776 Ygnacio Valley Road in 2001 which is my attorney, then it leads to the attack on Attorney Sage Sepahi Walnut Creek who represented in the Bennett v Collins matter which leads to my 2011 accident of a police officer who knows Lt. Oberhoffer SFPD (Ret.) who is the main suspect in my accident plus managed to drive me out of business in 2010 but worse was the pictures he took of the Piedmont Lumber fire in March 2010 then with near precision timing appears when the PG&E High Performance engineer was sitting with me in a meeting.

During the Tanabe Trial (Sept 2013) it was revealed Butler had wiretapped hundreds but I know I'm definitely one of those wiretaps perhaps ten years in the making.  When they failed to burn me alive they kept trying.

When the Donald Gene Moats office burned down in 2001 the FBI investigated events which the Walnut Creek Police was never told which sadly means all they've been caught lying to investigators in what I'm calling a Domestic Terrorism Cases. e.g. Kinder Morgan and PG&E San Bruno Fire

PG&E has a kidnap victim and in a letter to the City my comments were specific that it was a cop in the Kidnappers image.

Based on my crazy story it's a given that investigations by the Walnut Creek Police prior to the new Chief should be suspect but no has tried to make the connection between my events and my roommate.

I am homeless, sleeping on concrete and no one will hire me.  I wouldn't hire me, I'm being sued, I owe back support, my cars get totaled, people near me get murdered or crash in Airplanes into mountains or simply fall from the sky - I have nothing left but my laptop and some clothes yet they still try to mow me down and still not a single investigator has asked me a single question about my theory that these events are connected.

The September 19th 2013 accidents that killed two BART Engineers was not just an accident as events near my allegations overlay with these allegations in this letter.  What are the chances that I'd post to this blog my concerns about a stalker that once worked at the Concord Maintenance Yard who would know BART procedures just by being around the lingo.

The NTSB advisory is a good start but I'm suggesting asking the Navajo CodeTalkers for advice as your radio communications function on a open spectrum.  In my research I'd discovered that the PG&E fire, Asiana (SFO), BART plus other disasters share a common technology - they operate on open radio frequencies but recently made changes at SFO - details coming.

The Untold Story that has never been told 

Walnut Creek CA: In March of 2011 the Vice President of Ravenell

Enterprizes hired me to work for PG&E's highly sensitive Gas Transmission Group Hydrotesting project.  There is something wrong with how I was hired, what occurred while working for PG&E, the critical pipeline data, the memorial day high speed swoop, the the 4th of July Parade Danville, the loss of my son, the Walnut Creek Police handling of events with my former roommate, the arrest on July 7th 2011, the unknown warrants, the lack of a license, the back support, the fact that I was recently homeless and how Ravenelle arrives with a job, a car and money then my car gets totaled by a police officer connected to an arson fire who is friends with cops now in Federal Prison? 


You be the judge and perhaps think this through when you watch the video I found with a man walking away from the San Bruno fire with what looks like two gas cans. 

I've been analyzing the video while cross correlating other videos taken after the neighborhood was on fire as it appears a news crew got close enough to the same intersection and what is missing is just as important as what's there. 

The Power Struggle with PG&E 
As for PG&E I've personally been battered many times since this fire occurred, my car has been totaled, accidents, punches, muggings and High Performance Engineers in my office about a week after this fire with a San Francisco Police Lieutenant who knows Mayor Newsome who knows that damn well that his former employee was a problem for me as I went up to Newsome in November 2010 with information about the SFPD.  

Somewhere someone is fibbing and the rest are running for the hills while my sons rot in a trailer, living on Welfare, while I battle Walnut Creek Police officers in a verbal campaign of words.   

The Endless Battles with Attorneys - you've won! 

In summer 2011 I spoke to PG&E Attorney Kate Dyer in length about my missing laptop, the accidents, hit and run plus my 2004 arson fire where I'm now positive a CHP officer intercepted the investigation by being first on the scene thereby preventing an attempted murder investigation.  Just a hunch but I called around outside of Contra Costa County asking other fire agencies about this event - they all said "you mean with flames shooting back over 100 feet no investigation?"  Yep that's what happened. 


The next problem facing Contra Costa County investigators is how would the Kinder Morgan Fire be perceived if my Mid-August Fire been determined to be Jet Fuel? 

My destination that day was Walnut Creek with possibly exiting onto to the Broadway extension which would have brought me past the same location.  I call CHP in Martinez, their answer is what do you want us to do?  Perhaps you could investigate, I've dealt with the FBI since 1988 on numerous cases, in 2001 the Arson Fire at 1776 Ygnacio Valley Road is linked to my former attorneys offices.  

If my 2004 fire was investigated then if the Kinder Morgan Fire occurred as it did then would this change how the NTSB would have investigated the PG&E Pipeline fire given the truly odd coincidences? 

I think we're going to see dual murder investigations arise from what I'm saying.   

PG&E owes me over $10,000, the Contra Costa Bar Association won't help, it's clear that my legal events have been tainted and I'm the only person in the United States that can, my attorney was beaten, that a Danville Building Inspector beat me, that my truck blew up on the Freeway, that there are no police reports about the incident, that ConFire couldn't find records for the 1776 fire, that my attorney's brother in-law was murdered, that I know three persons killed in three separate plane crashes, that five houses in my old neighborhood could have been arson fires, that two murders occurred next to my house in 1979 and the Chemical shed was hit by an arsonist but when I ask questions 30 years later? 

The pile of Bulls--- so thick it's pretty clear we've got a conspiracy but on 10/28/2013 I connected the attorneys connected me were once PG&E attorneys.  

I've had incidents at Safeway Walnut Creek, Oak Park Center, four offices in Walnut Creek, I've been beaten up, nearly run over and killed in Walnut Creek, I've posted videos of homeless men that say the same thing, I know murder victims spanning 30 years plus personally know politicians who've died from Spinal Meningitis, Contracted bacterial meningitis but I know they all know each other.  

It's time extract who doesn't have an illness, car accident or murder as this is a story of the last man standing.

Why blog about events

Decades ago I experienced first hand events connected to the Pittsburg Police Department - when Anthony Banta Jr.  was killed in Walnut Creek - that was fatal police shooting number four near me over 25 years.

In summer 2011 my car was pushed into oncoming traffic by a retired San Francisco Police Officer (Lt.), he just happens to live near where many fires occurred for more than a decade.

The general feeling about the Piedmont Lumber is it was arson - I agree but the person who took these pictures below is probably the same person that ran me off the road.

In 2006, my attorney was beaten up, in 2004 I was beaten up which is how I met Chris Butler, then later met Tanabe, Lombardi and others but in 2004 my truck was rigged to explode in flames but the amazing part I've got several persons connected to Mormons in Danville that witnessed the fire.

People often say whats happened to you and sorry to hear that, and it will get better.  It has gotten worse since encountering the person that showed me these pictures.  The Walnut Creek Police department knows this same San Francisco Police Officer.  If you've got your radar up you'll know about another important shooting in Walnut Creek.

While the Walnut Creek and ConFire toil away doing their thing this 2004 arson victim gets his car blown up, run off the road and vehicles wrecked but San Ramon Fire doesn't know what happened.  I know what happened - it was a setup and attempted murder plus the arsonist is busy burning down lumber yards, making restaurants into mirages, and hurling a web Molotov cocktails.

I've lived on the street, lost everything dealing with their failures and quite frankly expect someone to come along to finish the job. I am now nearly a senior citizen where I get mugged in Oroville, attacked at the Farmers Market, pushed off the road and told that no one would investigate the endless accidents.  So next time you walk through the Safeway Parking at 600 S. Broadway Walnut Creek be prepared for a person connected to Hillside Covenant Church to try to run you over.   I tried getting WCPD to do something but they were too busy driving Vice Ultra Lounge into Bankruptcy.  The same Lt. in both cases.

I've lost well over a million dollars due to CNET, Chris Butler and Pittsburg Police back in the eighties.

Last night the nice folks at Walnut Creek Safeway let me lay my head on the table.  The truck was towed to B and D Tow last month from the downtown garage.  Many wonder why perhaps I lack the strength to fight.  Last year the Cheif of Police of Lafayette told me my hit and run accident was "Unfortunate", the Cheif of Walnut Creek allowed events to occur at 140 Crosby Court to unfold, the Cheif of Danville has my allegations and even though my truck was an arson target - simply astonishing on top of losing a contract at PGE, that no one seems to care that the entire PGE Pipeline maps were probably taken during a laptop breeched not once but twice. 

My brothers forged my family trust documents so that I'd lose my inheritance but now I've got my trust documents but Walnut Creek Police have told me I'd never get a police report through - so that guy that attacked me in the Farmers Market has come after me again with his Iron Worker friends.  Nice job defending the city. 

You see I can't file a police report without the help of the police department but the attorney that prepared the trust documents says he does business with the City so he's afraid to get involved.  Don Moats was my attorney in 2000 but around 2002 his office was burned down.  The attorney retained to sue Danville over the Gary Collins Danville Building Inspector who was killed five weeks after I handed documents over on Nov. 2nd 2011 but wait there are other divorcees. 

I get it very clearly as reading The Matt Dilema Letter posted on Claycord.com it became clear that retaliation from the state can be totaltarian.  It matched up to why I lost five offices since 2004 when even after I was recorded without my consent for more than six months - sorry, so sorry. When I jailed for child support that was another setup for "Murder" nothing more than another attempt.

Last night I was able to sleep at a friends - even with her kids, her mom - they showed enough compassion to squeeze me into to their couch.

The Danville Arsonist - this person is an important link to the other arson fires.  I am not to accept Chief Prices answer - The students of Mt. Diablo are at risk with could be the "The Diablo Arsonist with a Badge" one link leads to another but in this case I have a strong argument that the firebomber is the same person in my office in 2010.

Went to St Paul's and Trinity Center Christmas Dinner - food was very good - the people were rock solid except for the guy that banned me from Trinity - called me a trouble maker. 

Yep it's true - homeless get run over, maimed for life and murdered.  The truly sad part they talk like they are leaders but in reality they are Michael Savage's well coined phrase "They're Sheeples"

There is no outrage in Contra Costa County.  In Chico it's much different - there is a co-existence

PGE ►: San Bruno Fire - Arson or Accident

Event: Meeting at 1923a Oak Park Blvd. Pleasant Hill CA
Purpose: Review document management project connecting documents to litigation simple project
Date: First or Second Saturday after the San Bruno fire

Parties present: A PGE Employee that was a pipeline specialist

A retired SFPD Lt who appeared about 20 minutes into the meeting and once showed me pictures of the Piedmont Lumber Fire.  Interesting fact was the PGE never revealed he worked for PGE.  Then about eight months later I'm recruited to work on the PGE Hydrotest project.  When I was arrested in Walnut Creek for a child support charge my laptop was taken by several members of Hillside Covenant Church which was my destination that evening, I get our of jail, return to Motel six as I moved out of my apartment because of events created by a divorce attorney thats work for a former Walnut Creek Police Officer who once ran the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad and is friends with the Doyles one of which is Councilman Mike Doyle.  

In the coming weeks I will be talking about this fire and my connection to a person I believe is an arsonist.  The blog has grown quickly and admittedly at times disorganized but I can only do so much while in my opinion stay alive.  Read through the blog and you'll quickly get it.

There are several core incidents that have led to my conclusion that will force this into a fresh debate. We have way too many fires near a core area that I've tracked.

In 2004 my truck was rigged by an arsonist to clearly was trying was trying to burn me alive.  The only witness worked for Gregs Muffler in Lafayette CA who is member of Alamo 1st Alamo CA.  A church I would never go back to.  The Mormon Alamo Ward families have been connected for 40 years - it's a stable Ward with little change.  

A disabled students bus crashed in Walnut Creek in 2002 and severely were severely hurt.  That's my next door neighbor Chad, his father a plaintiff attorney for TWA Flight 800 and those attorneys represented defendants in many cases such as the Magnate Fund #2 LLC where one victim expressed his ten year court battle that's gone nowhere.  He doesn't know Chetcuti's connection to Chris Butler

Domestic Terrorism 

Arson is a tactic and we all know about the deadly PG&E fire which in my book is a mix of arson combined with this Benny Chetcuti Jr.  and so when you review the deadly Kinder Morgan Fire you'll see it's about a 1000' from the Banta Jr. 2012 shooting and around the corner from the 2004 disabled school Bus accident.  

Just about everyone knows about my 2004, have known Nate Greenan killed on April 18th 2012 but don't forget the Mormons meet for General Conference as the Danville Stake Center on Orchard Road Danville CA.  

Nate also is close in age to Ernie Scherer III who is in prison for murdering his parents in 2009 but my problem with this is that Nate's father is James Greenan Attorney, who also represents the Seeno's whose legacy is well known to subs like me (former 1978 to 1989) who won't do business with them.  My other challenge is my clients are their clients which includes this very bizarre PG&E contract where I'm run off the road.  My suspect list includes David Christiansen of Alamo as he's one of several persons I spoke with just before my car was totaled.  If Dave turns out to be the father of Nate with my ex-wife then call the Bishop as we need some head oil where tap your head and you've been anointed.  

On this blog is a fraud case where I'm suspecting is 100 million has vanished via dubious transactions where Benny Chetcuti Jr., in part connected to Broadway Pointe, in connected to Plaza Escaula, and the Alma Apartments.

There is another fraud case in South San Francisco at a Nearon Property on Hickey where I realized it was my former Danville friends.  

In this posting is the public list of donors against Prop 8 and that leads to a Hedge Fund Owner.  I traced the Hedge Fund Counsel to persons one degree of separation from my 2004 Arson case which is by all means attempted murder besides suffering a horrific death like the San Mateo Bridge Limo Fire in 2013.   

Burning them alive is moniker of the arsonist as PG&E, Caldecott (1985), Oakland Fire and the Kinder Morgan 2004 Fire in Walnut Creek that with better conditions incinerated two schools.  It's doesn't help when San Ramon Fire Protection District can't find a report of my fire

The Former Leaders of LIBORia - Dead Bankers Not Walking

Walnut Creek CA: A portion of my software career was in banking, finances and loans.  I'd love to return to that field but my battle with public corruption comes with financial devastation along with friends, business associates, co-workers and family ending up murdered.  

As bold as it sounds the numbers are staggering but lead to my former employers and customers.  This page is again another placeholder slated for deeper coverage. 

On Feb 19th 2014 an article on Bankers dying was published.  We're talking about high stress jobs but over 20 jumpers is over the top.  In Walnut Creek CA we've had five fatal jumpers and one serious injury plus a spate of murder suicides that puts Smallville on the map. 

The City of Walnut Creek was trying build a Rodeo Drive North and may end up on 48 Hours as Mayhem Corners under burning fires of Mt. Diablo as there is an arsonist around town and the Contra Costa Times could care less that buildings everywhere are being torched. 

In my story it's become nothing but tombstones.  

Some of the dead bankers live right here in Contra Costa County - the only reason the Coroner missed these cases is they lack a good database program to keep track of cases.  The job history is as important as the liver temperature, ligature marks as is the cause of death e.g. bacterial, perfectly timed heart attacks and suicides.

Two Murder Suicides One Block Apart?

In Nov 2004 a pipeline explodes in Walnut Creek CA, then there is a Murder/Suicide of a nearby mom/daughter, then years later down the road, two Los Lomas High School Students drown, then 1990's Alumni drowns in the very same channel, then ten years later this researcher discovers that main witness is dead while copiously missing from the investigation process then after a CalFire Pipeline Engineer slams the phone down this researchers keeps digging. The Murder/Suicide victim are related to the heavy equipment operator.


This researcher has a long forgotten connection as there is litigation connecting Bennett to Dr. Kim Fang whose offices overlooked this same channel. In the middle is the Walnut Creek Police Department and the City of Walnut Creek CA.


Fang v. Bennett 1987) once had offices overlooking channel, 14 years later Kellie Reed a cook and bartender from Tiki Toms cook is killed on Ygnacio on same channel, but five men were burned alive above channel, a woman jumps to her death near the Channel, a man drowns in tributary to channel, and two jump from Kaiser


On Sept. 28th 2013 Bennett was nearly killed on this very same channel, still no police report, still wondering and asking for a police report which prevents him from getting VCP or Victims Compensation so he can begin to rebuild his life, take care of his sons.

Sooner or later this serial arsonist-murder operation will attempt to kill sons alive in the shit shack where they live.

Fired Deputy Howard Fights Back or maybe his truck will blow up like mine did

Walnut Creek CA:  The bowels of CNET once again will flush our tax dollars down the drain.  We, us and the Tax Payer gets the financial enema that could have been avoided with Bennett v. Collins filed on Sept 26th 2011.  

The Danville Town Council prefers to escape litigation with brute force, extortion, witness intimidation and extortion by beating residents (me), arresting them (me), accusing them of being a drug dealer (me, falsely), stealing tools (me) then systematically targeting resident into financial ruin (me) but while they were at person no longer close me arranged a series of accidents, a little bacteria and some high speed police tactics.  

So Mr. Howard we've spoken before and I'm sure you remember all the chaos with divorcees in Danville, I'm sure you like many how a kid could flip and kill his mom, how perfectly normal families would come apart at the seems, how the owner of the Dry Cleaners on Diablo decides to commit suicide over business problems, how a mom that once lived on La Questa Drive could get arrested for hiring a hit man that vanishes after dropping 100K on a local fleecing attorney, or better a Mom with children would end up 680 without car when she makes a tidy six figure sum. 

Perhaps Mr. Howard you might want to drive up Valle Vista turn right on Plaza Circle where two houses burned the foundation or drive over the BlackHawk where that Doctor lost his son in that attic fire (newspaper quote) that looks just like another attic fires on Donegal Way near that drive by shooting but also near a local business in Walnut Creek whose Piano Player died recently which sounds just like Tyler the former Meenar's bartender who stroked out ten years back at 36, or perhaps Arturo Cruz the San Pablo Councilman who also at 36 stroked.  which Then if you really want ponder look at Cigarettes Cheaper five time award winning fire bomber victim.   

We need to start a prize system for the best arsonist award in Contra Costa County.  When you're an arson victim like I am where sworn police officers and highly paid Fire Personnel who are listen the dispatch calls where I was told over 10 callers stated flames were shooting back behind my truck.  I called the State Fire Marshall and sort of got somewhere, but I called other departments outside of Contra Costa County who kinda what you are saying, your truck was blazing with flames and the oil plug was down 2 1/2 turns and they let you go?  

I get it burn baby burn but I've also got a Contra Costa County Fireman stalking me from Hillside Covenant Church who took my sons two years and have run interference which is a violation of my civil rights but try getting an attorney from the Contra Costa Bar Association to take your case.  All they've said for years is sorry - well perhaps you guys might have connected your Bar Association to a murder/arson conspiracy case?  

Sorry for the strong opinions but it's been two years since my car was totaled that was uninsured so Lafayette Police told me it was unfortunate.  

Mr. Howard here are a couple of pointers for you to you survive a lawsuit against Contra Costa County.  

1. Look over your shoulder daily. 
2. If you've got a CCWP then bring the equalizer tool along.
3. Learn the facts about Bennett v. Collins they beat up my counsel] 
4. Check your brakes I have police report on file with WCPD 
5. Check your oil plug for temperature sensitive wax and accelerant (fuel for your tail pipes) 
6. Make sure you inform your family that in 2004 a high speed driver (deliberately accident) nearly killed me and my sons on SB 680
7. Be careful where and what you eat - for almost ten years I kept saying I was poisoned but CCCMRC doesn't get it that all these homeless and downtrodden are being hit with bacteria.  They die at night or they foam at the mouth on the Contra Costa Trail. 
8. If you see have valuables lock them up as someone within CCSO or SRVFPD will steal them - my article about my stolen Krugerrands matches another former Danville Real Estate Agents said about her 4 carat ring.  I bet its another one of those special Danville Fires - funny Chris Spence, Loretta Hale, Roma Bhatia, Brian Schewling, Glen Langstrom, Peter Branagh and John Kelly were real estate agents and this other guy Billion have all died.
   The reason Glen is in here is like Brian he carried a huge debt load, the reason is here is he was friends with Craig Wilson who died with Eric Nunn who potentially would be a of great influence on the Concord Naval Weapons Station planning plus he was a planning Commissioner.  
9. Please don't fly as I knew Peter Branagh and Eric Nunn - sorry can't prove it because I was blindsided in 2010 and once again forced to shut down my operations.  The Walnut Creek Police made sure that even though I was attacked in the Farmers Market that nothing would happen to the assailant must the Neiman Marcus Petitioner.  

So remember if they can't get you they will get to your family unless you think Catherine Perata, Dino Ghilloti, Nathaniel Greenan, or former Sheriff Richard Rainey nephew Michael McNulty was just "Uncle Fester" the fun guy at some of my open mics.  

The 2011 car accident where I was blinded appears to have damaged my eyesight.  I can't explain the light source other than it's brighter, a warm light that was more like a pulse which became plausible when I read the comments about Asiana.  

Perhaps the Department of Homeland Security might want to read my well documented letters send to the Chief and Several Sergeants - they are in really deep now - I mean really deep as.the Banta Shooting Inquest is out.  Seems like we've got a problem enveloping our towns and cities where the best solution is commandeer a toe clipper chasers over at the TSA.  

My accident particulars might explain why so many cars are just running off the road and killing the occupants where their cars just catch on fire (Cherry Lane at Treat), 680 at Hwy 4 (Grayson Creek) or that nice kid that was killed on Stone Valley Road or Nate Greenan.  

By the way Mr. Howard, James Greenan is this super lawyer who is a member of Alamo 1st on Stone Valley, who knows the Lafayette repair shop whose mechanic by some divine intervention just happened be right behind me and actually saw me, who knows my former Mormon employer whose employee Phil nearly died of Spinal Meningitis, just Shimansky, just like Pollecek, and most likely is what killed Gary Bell.  

My police report filed in 2009 stands which paints a chilling scenario of the perfected murder.  That is why I wrote Murder By Bacteria as a warning to residents that someone with Great Expertise in Bio-Weapons, Bio-Toxins or Pharmacology that is able to create undetectable designer drug.  My hallucination article precedes the Anthony Banta Jr. fatal police shooting by weeks.

Walnut Creek CA: As I've stated in this blog many times about the endless go nowhere Police Reports going back to 1980 it was becoming obvious there the County has some type of Golden Hand orchestrated incidents and controlling their outcomes.  

What's missing the Police Report where my truck exploded in flames at 90 mph but what's critical about this missing police report was that five men were burned alive three months later and the key witness in that fire is deceased.  The key witness in my 2004 assault was dead less than 60 days from when documents were handed to Chief Joel Bryden connected Gary Vinson Collins to the CNET Scandal.  

The arson fires have continued along unabated but the most recent case was this poor kid who was set on fire at the Concord BART station on January 16th 2014.  Reading between the lines I noticed the driver left the scene.  This is another of many extraordinary examples of unchecked mayhem.  The way I see this if my Arson Case had been investigated in 2004 then the Serial Arsonist would have faced investigation - but my opinion is the Serial Arsonist is part of rouge badge flashers who burned down Hair By Jim, threw a Molotov cocktail through the window but in 1986 they hung a few blacks near the Concord and Lafayette BART stations.

Domestic Terrorism: Shooting out a PG&E Transformer

Aug 2013 - Walnut Creek CA - Last year someone shot out a PG&E high voltage transformer which I believe was a KVA High Voltage Line that travels through many towns and cities.  Details are sketchy but glancing past articles it seem in-congruent in a modern society that a KVA Transformer would be used for target practice.

For many years I've been following news articles about PG&E, AT&T and other utilities that support our infrastructure.  Although they deliver services for millions daily in many ways that's our Achilles heal as a well timed attack could be a market disruption tool - subtly planned, tactically executed but more important potentially overlooked by those responsible as day to day activities often overwhelm or overtake many tasks.  It happens everyday at your business, your school, homework or job where so much information flows at you can't respond.

That information flow is the domestic terrorists advantage as these mysterious persons often carrying multiple agendas can strike at the weaker links.  Now to some knocking out a transformer array might sound like a drunken Cowboy out on the range but from my perspective is these events are little tests that lead up to a larger coordinated attack on our infrastructure which is why you get cable, the weather and the news plus where some live their lives out watching sports from the stadium or the arm chair.

Having personally seen PG&E documents on the San Bruno fire as a software contractor I could see endless weaknesses in their planning as well as thinking.  Old timers now retired pointed out something about the San Bruno fire that I found interesting and as an arson victim myself I now seek patterns to tie together.

There is a pattern but it's not limited to PG&E but potentially is linked to larger looming event.  My focus is the Bay Area but it's easy to see other incidents nationally are potentially interconnected.

As I use my decryption skills to analyze publicly known infrastructure points I'll paint an argument that we live in a different world where our centuries of world domination might become the foundation of domestic terrorism.

In the end you might wonder who's guarding our infrastructure and perhaps reallocating TSA nail-clipper chasers to walk the wires, pipelines, and sewers seeking intimate details no matter how smelly the task the sewer crawl could be one could easily dump a tanker trunk uphill from downtown San Francisco with the intent of creating a sensational fire.  One of the suspects I've encountered was once a member of the San Francisco Police Department and I personally consider him an arsonist.

In my other articles I'll point out the glaring connections to my July 2011 car accident and preceding arrest (Arrest Explained) where I strongly suspect that Hillside Covenant Churches Youth Director breached my laptop with sensitive data and that his relationships with the Doyle Family leads to the Former Head of the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad whose roommate Lisa was my roommate (Greg Santilli) girlfriend who all have ties to the CNET.

The easy question is why are all these people near me in the first place?

Perhaps we should take pause as a bigger fish is coming up the ladder.  Albert has screwed over so many contractors, customers but his worst mistake was f__king me over, lets Delta Pacific Bank 1985, that contractor found floating in the delta in the early 80s who ripped out the foundations, or perhaps me your database programmer when Tanabe, Wielsch, Butler and others all managed to push me to the edge gave the database to the FBI.  That includes the bonding agency who seems to have most of the probate bonding business locked down.  
I suppose that's why the former Head of the Walnut Creek Bomb Squad back in 2011 was so interested in my PGE database on the San Bruno Fire, or that Walnut Creek PD officer Burns was dying to know what I told the FBI.  The genie has been out of the bottle for years as unknown to me my divorce Attorney Dax Craven was passing my confidential documents to his father in-law James Greenan who knows Supervisor Anderson.  Just in case you didn't know it Greenans firm defended Seeno for 30 years.

What you will begin to notice is there are no more Murder Suicides connected to Divorce - these disastrous Contra Costa County Divorces.  Gulob can longer pull in divorce cases into his court, the family Destruction center is now peaceful down to just 6 armed deputies protecting the peace instead ten.  The screwing and flogging your assets but now the Probate Court is next as it the Contra Costa Bar Association as you have to realize it's a club at the Bar, Churches and Courts. 

On November 1st 2011 I gave Chief Bryden documents linking CNET officers to WCPD, he said he was the FBI contact for CNET - he was not, he was lying and two weeks after our July 6th 2011 conversation my car was totaled by a retired SFPD Lieutenant who once showed me pictures of the Piedmont Fire when only 20 people were standing there.  Trust me First Alarm images are real  hard to get.  

The arsonist is still living among us, the killed of Vitale likely fell to his death as after all he was one of the few links connecting Butler to other crimes.  
I know, met, talked or worked with every person in the list.  The elected officials are one degree of separation between me and this story.  If I were an elected official in any city I'd head my warnings while this story unfold.  Watch your six as someone is taking out witnesses and public officials as Gary Bell, Mike Shimansky, Bill Pollecek, Federal Glover, myself plus my former co-worker cannot all have come down with near fatal or fatal bacterial infections.  The one other survivor I know of has vanished.  He was poisoned when he was arrested by Wielsch in 2006 and spent three days in the jail infirmary vomiting his guts up like I spent back in 2005.  

NO ONE BELIEVED BUT fatal Spinal Meningitis is 3 per 100,000.  I know of seven but if you add in Docs. Pharmacy it would 4 more fatal plus 16 near fatal.  There isn't a statistic like that anywhere in the world nor do you we have anything like Piedmont or San Bruno Fire which based on what I've gathered is a domestic terrorism for economic gain.  PG&E is clueless about how this may have occurred but if they want my theory they can pay me the money their vendor owes.

Contra Costa Bar: The Letter

To Whom it May Concern:

This letter is a general complaint about the legal community in Contra Costa County and the general feeling that I’m red-lined but i guess I'm lucky as James Greenan son was sacrificed to protect Seeno.  This is not some joke as in 2004 these same people are behind the 2004 Truck Fire that is just like other arson fires.  

Back September 2004 I was nearly beaten to death by Gary Collins who is now deceased weeks after he was linked to the CNET scandal with documents directly linking him to Danville Officers.

On July 20th 2011 my car was pushed into oncoming traffic by a retired San Francisco Police Officer which was a direct attempt on my life. After that accident I was forced to review numerous events where I’ve concluded I'm targeted by police officers, CNET, CCSO and others because I went to the FBI.

Last year deputies tried to make sure I didn't live through the jail event but when I got out of jail I discovered someone near me was murdered and my brakes were sabotaged.  Then there are several real estate agents now deceased under suspicious circumstances. 

I have potential claims against nearly every city that managed or supplied police officers to CNET. In the coming weeks you will learn what happened with more than officer from Walnut Creek connected to my story and the reason Chief Bryden suddenly retired is connected to my story. I’m waiting for the next hand to fall on Seeno as well as I know better than most how deep it goes.

Is possible for me to find an attorney that won’t waste my time by gleaning information about the case then telling me he cannot handle my case. When I tell them that my attorney was beaten up and left the area, that my other attorney Don Moats offices were torched which I cannot confirm but know it happened.

I’ve been poisoned, my businesses attacked, been beaten numerous times, threatened, had a $40,000 coin collection stolen by officer Lombardi in 2004 which is why the US Attorney put that amount in the plea deal.

I need an attorney that is not afraid to sue to the county or cities. The state police are investigating several recent incidents.

If you cannot help me then I’m suspecting with good cause that your attorneys have all been warned off – that means I will send a letter to the US Attorney’s office detailing that victims cases are being derailed deliberately by a mysterious secretive council that operates in the back ground.

I've lost my family, my truck was blown up on 2004, poisoned in 2005, my clients have been threatened and the continuous abuse rolls on.  The reason I turned to the SF trial lawyers in 2004 was the Contra Costa Bar and attorneys in the area would not sue Danville or Collins.   

I am owed at least 50K by PGE and believe that they defrauded me in their attempt ti undercover their attempt to find an arsonist.  I know who the arsonist is for the Piedmont Lumber Fire as he’s connected to the same people that torched my truck.

Additionally these same people likely are behind more than one murder and more than one accident.

You either have attorneys or you don’t. I’ve lost millions going back 25 years and the players behind those losses are obviously unwilling to give up.

On this blog you will learn how Contra Costa Law Enforcement defeats your actuarial efforts.  My comments clearly demonstrate that there have been far too many incidents near me and even though my losses are in the millions - nothing happens.  

I've reached the end of my years as programmer but my past has taught me some hard lessons but that last car incident was enough, several attempted or actual hit and runs back to back weeks apart then being accused of attacking a city worker on a lawn mower in Walnut Creek it's clear someone has something to hide.  

The detective doesn't know it but I sent his plate numbers to the FBI and another agency who's become quite suspicious about what I've learned.  

In a few weeks I'll have a loss analysis on numerous structures fires, accidents and deaths where I believe the industry has been hoodwinked. I'm collection and building my own database from news reports and other reliable sources.  

Then since I can't get a police report I'm going to emailing every business in town to explain to them why their rates will skyrocket which I encourage those efforts. This will force the residents to finally rally about the wages of Fire Chiefs pulling down 300K per year and then I've found a fire in the same development where four Chiefs live with a fatality.  

Failure is not an option as Failure equates to Fatalities.  

There is no question that this candidate of office requires extra protection is truly concerned that they will focus on his sons as one of my long held and well documented allegations are that bacteria, undetectable drugs, an expert with bio-weapons, bio-toxins and/or Pharmacology delivered my near fatal nightmare on the ER. I have long lasting effects from that and fully expect this will play strongly when my day comes.  Over ten years ago I was on steroids for asthma now I sing Bocelli - it was an advice nurse at CCCMRC who said I've heard your calls for years now are you sure your not being poisoned.  I answered I've suspected it and a former cop near me happens to be other unexpected deaths.  

I think you've got a network of operators with badges, law licenses and co-conspirators.  

Just ask me but remember I'm sleeping under adverse conditions and I'd like to see remedy so I can get my sons out of harms way.   My ex and I mutually know two crash victims and each are suspicious in nature but I know more than ten.  


Get em Tonto we need billions for the department of insurance to function and you pay billions far too often.  

By the way I need a job but I'd need some clothes, dental work, license, car, about $250,000 to pay off the medical, child support but that doesn't include the roughly Two Million I would have made doing what I once was very good at which is developing databases. My adversaries have badges with guns, radios, convicted for illegal wiretaps, known for extortion, arson and in my case in 1988 murdered a friend execution by one of Pittsburg CA finest Officer Eric Bergen.  

Good luck and yes I've been screwed but I tried very hard to take of my family but keep in mind that I know where one likely arsonist works, know his name and know how he did it and there are three witnesses to his statement but I'm sure that you'll concur that Danville has an arsonist.

CHP Golden Gate Division - Open Letter About Contra Costa Arsonist

OPEN NOTIFICATION LETTER 



Dear Chief Becher, 

I have called the Martinez Offices several times about my 2004 truck fire that occurred on NB 680 about 3/4 of a mile from the El Cerro on ramp.  

My version of events can be found this blog that I posted in 2012.  The challenge for your agency is to be transparent and follow through to identify the responding CHP officer and the failure to identify my truck fire as arson.  

My opinion about this accident changed dramatically after my car was totaled by a retired San Francisco Police Lt. who blinded me with a high powered spotlight then forced me into oncoming traffic. Sure sounds like more than one attempted murder to me but there are more.  

There are a long set of incidents spanning over 20 years near me but several are within your jurisdiction and I simply can't know this many persons connected to untimely deaths.  

Additionally this link reflects the intense effort I've gone through by sending letters to the appropriate and proper jurisdiction.  Why after two years of calls, in person meetings with Cheif Christiansen who gave me the best answer ever "get an attorney" but most attorneys in Contra Costa County know about the Seeno attorneys murdered in Las Vegas and know that Donald Gene Moats offices were burned down and that Sage Sepahi was beaten in Walnut Creek who each represented me from 2000 to 2001 and 2004 to 2006, each left representation over their respective incidents but another Contra Costa Coincidence is that these attorneys also have a connection to the CNET scandal and that's not really a coincidence.  

Please visit the list of incidents to consider re-opening or taking over the investigations.  

No citizen should go through this much effort to solve a hit and run.  

I am going to be clear that my position is my arson case smacks of involvement of police officers, fire department personnel, and investigators connected to the Contra Costa Costa Narcotics Enforcement Taskforce scandal while possibly leading to the death of Eiko Sugihara found on Hunsacker Canyon Road.  I developed Contra Costa County's telephone call accounting system so when I say that that 925-313-2645 is not a regular tip line plus I've left breadcrumbs everywhere as I called that number from 925-705-1812 many times. The data is available down in the accounting department but one person who could have given you directions was Tax Collector Bill Pollecek but like both Councilman Shimansksy and Gary Bell are unable to communicate.  

My hypothesis is my fire is part of string of arson cases that match even this rookies profiling skills.  The 2011 and 2004 incidents were attempted murder but worse is that they are possibly connected to law enforcement.  It's your choice to ignore my concerns and wait for another freeway death as I've been tracking them but I know Nate Greenan, David Schafer, Roma Bhatia, and Loretta Hale and that's far too many but I actually know a few others.  Too many coincidences.  

The Citizens of Contra Costa County deserve answers.

I lived in Danville for 10 years, shopped at Safeway in Alamo, Roller Bladed down the trail over 100 times.  Every fireman will tell you - the west side Alamo/Danville is a tinder-box of fuels from overgrowth, housing and cars that hasn't experienced a fire in 50 years.  

My truck fire was 680 3/4 miles north of El Cerro Blvd.

Lafayette CA -- A few months ago I revisited The 680-Candlestick to determine if my fire was arson or accidental plus I began requesting public documents from various agencies which is when the wagons were drawn.

It's very clear that improbable occurred when my F-250 Truck erupted in flames back in 2004 but the story doesn't stop there as on July 2oth 2011 my car was pushed into oncoming traffic by a retired San Francisco Police Lieutenant that lives in Pleasant Hill CA.  We have an arsonist in the mist as I've encountered him more than once over the last few years but I suspect he's behind many fire incidents in Contra Costa County and beyond.

Take a good look around as you'll see a behavioral profile of brazen, immigrant targeting, small businesses targets, sheds, garages, porches and car ports.   A common theme is persons with limited resources, that will not likely rebound from an economic setback, he hits easy store front targets in strip malls, small centers but tends to pan for targets near the Contra Costa County Trail system.  These are a mix of crimes of opportunity but they tend to be real estate, insurance work, fire jobs and the big Kahuna - really big gas pipeline fires.

On November 2nd 2011 critical information was passed to a local agency with specific, razors accurate information regarding a law firm, a Danville Building Inspector and officers connected to CNET (Contra Costa County Narcotics Enforcement Taskforce) which connects even more officers regarding dirty the DUIs, the setups but this particular Danville Building Inspector who nearly killed me in 2004 was specifically mentioned.  The almost surreal occurred as just over month later he fell down an elevator shaft (just in time) then died weeks later at Stanford Medical Hospital on Dec. 19th 2011.

Discovering this accident was delayed by over a year as the City of Palo Alto withdrew the memo before it circulated to the media.  A snooping reporter got the scoop out on April 28th but my discovery was late October.  That discovery milestone comes after a July 6th milestone, and a June 28th milestone, a March, December milestones but there are actually more before that.

Days after the July 20th 2011 accident a Walnut Creek detective was following me around in a late model 1990s White Ford Taurus.

So in 2004 my truck was racing north on 680 flames blazing back 100 feet, smoke everywhere and to any professional looks like arson.  I'm sorry Officer you mean oil plug wiggle down two and one half turns with oil flowing like honey?

My arson case was deliberately misinterpreted by the CHP officer and so this arson fire just another an engine fire right?  My attempts to get San Ramon Fire to find the records were met on deaf ears.

• Yep we can't find it, 
• Sorry there are no log files, 
• There are no records trucks rolled
• No 911 calls - we delete all potential arson calls with great dispatch!
